I suggest you get the "Fyrdwomen" Blessing if you're a war clan.
Once you make more than a few enemies(OH, YOU WILL) as soon as you go on a raid, you'll have thousands lining up to kick your ass. The Fyrdwomen blessing allows the women to come out and kick ass.

I also suggest the earthblood blessing, as the other anon so wisely suggested.

Hey fellows. Sorry to intrude on your thread, but I request some advice. Just coming out of a hard time(famine, low on weaponthanes, lots of war) and I find this. Now, I fell into this hard time because of some poor decisions along these lines. But I know dragonnewt armor improves many aptitudes when given to a clan ring member. But then I ask, do I need it? The King and the Humakt god-talker on the ring are both unbelievably good at combat, and there's a good number of Issaries worshipers who are very good.

What is my course of action, gentlemen?

No, you still need to SPEND ONE ACTION to sacrifice. Its just that it will suceed even if you only sacrifice 1 good. Theres no point sacrificing to Ernalda because once you get her blessings, thats all the usefulness.

Instead choose strengthen the quester, and choose the ring member whom you want to max out plants on. Plants affects your harvest.

Best one ive seen is with "Drive them off" and Skirmish(max hunters, all combat blessings). All weapon thanes killed/wounded, 55 footmen killed, 150+ wounded.
