>I'm curious as to who would call themselves Pussy, and what the Duck clan is supposed to reference. In any case....

"Indeed."
The man with the cowl on Tybalt's left leaned forward a bit and his voice, despite the somewhat wheezing quality carried through the room quite easily.
"Ms Moores, you came to us as a child, too small to even remember the tragedy that brought you to our gates."
A third person, whom you've just noticed as the room's only female other than yourself interjected. "In any case, having reached an age of 15 summers, we have recognized that you indeed have a certain... spark that we look for when recruting for this humble academy."
"As such, you are to be granted a real apprenticeship, but first you must take the reins of your own destiny and choose the course of study you wish to follow." Tybalt concluded. "Do you wish to study the ways martial with me, tread a more arcane path with Mistress Aria for a guide, or learn a more... subtle way, from Master Argus?"
With this the old man let out a short bark of a laugh "Call a spade a spade Tybalt. The lass deserves to at least know it in plainer terms." His gaze focused on you, intently. "The choice is yours girl, A warrior, a Mage, or an Assassin."
>Highest of the first three wins the choice. For the record, Assassins are more akin to the ones from Assassin's Creed than JUST stealthy types. This includes a code of honor, in theory. Your choice of path also determines a specialty. Warriors can be sneaky, Mages can use swords, Assassins can learn spells, etc. One particular aspect of that will be greatly enhanced in future endeavors. |
