I agree but I'm leaning towards Gertrud myself. A dark past isn't necessarily a strike against her. Rachelle had it pretty rough before Leisterman sent her to the mansion but she turned out great.

Ask the principal about Gertrud and Melina's cooking and cleaning skills (out of their earshot) and then ask the girls themselves about any other unique skills they have that might be useful.
