As you ponder it, you realize that your group of right would be best divided into groups of two longer ranged attackers and two closer ones. Mentioning as such, you also mention that the name of Beowulf will be used for second squad. There is approval around the table.

Granted, you still need to actually divide the team up. You almost wish Kylie was here, but she was tapped for meister, also known as device technician, training. She was always more interested in the physical sciences over math, so it fit her well. The idea was she was getting a little extra combat training on the seaside to be a battlefield tech, which was fine by you.

Finishing your dinner and drink, you stand, telling the others you will meet them back at the barracks as you adjust Raijin's chain on your vest,a style you picked up recently, and you'd say it fits you quite well.

After a bit of a walk, you knock on her door, getting a quiet response to enter. Inside is your current captain, nicest torment ever, and the White Devil, Takamachi Nanoha. With her is her adopted daughter, Vivio. They both wave, as does Vivio's stuffed bunny, which doubles as a device. "Ah, team leader Takato. Glad you could get here in time. You still need to turn in your squad names and rosters."

You nod, standing in a relaxed state of attention. "I was here about that, Nanoha-San. We decided on squad names, Garuda and Beowulf, but I am having some trouble placing them in squads as I would like to keep the squads mixed for maximum efficiency and protection of the members."

She nods with a smile, clearly glad at the amount of thought you have given this. "Well, as it is clear you are going to have two bowmen on a team either way, have you thought as to where you would like Lisa to be?" She asks, morning for you to sit. "Beyond that, you seem to have two brawlers and to normal weapon users...have any of them shown any synergy?"

You watch from the doorway as they go at it, the red head using a more strict style, with only a little variance, while the blond was using what ever strikes and blocks felt right, with an under tone of training. It is like watching yin and yang, and you could swear you could write a haiku about it, according to your inner samurai. It would be beautiful.
