But there was one thing you always remember… once the evil dragon god had been defeated, your games always ended the same way.

That had been the simple rule that decided the final simple game between the Princess and you.
Thus you two started to fight, Digger Hero vs Dragon Princess.

A simple game between two fiends… sadly, you do not remember ever having won that final game.

Your name is Tohma Avenir, and right now you are standing in front of the mage who is gunning down the TSAB Airships. To make things worst this mage is somehow also an EC Driver and a summoner who calls upon Dragons infected by the Eclipse to battle your friends.

But the worst thing is… that this Mage Driver is really Juliana Auster of Vaizen, another survivor from your lost hometown and a childhood friend of yours.

Her face feels like it really had not changed… but her eyes were glaring at you. “So you have finally remembered Mr. Hero. I guess it’s better late than never, as they say, but in your case I doubt it will help you much.”

You feel shaken, you feel confused, you feel scared. You do not know how to even feel about this, while you are glad to meet another survivor… you did not want it to be like this.

No, what you really fear are her eyes, her eyes filled with hate. Your old friend should not have such hateful eyes, especially when she meets you.
“Princess…” Even though it would be so easy to end this now… you lower your long gunblade,

“Come Mr. Hero, continue what you were doing, if you want to kill me do it now!” Her face controrts into a hateful smile, no this sort of thing, it does not fit your friend!

While you could challenge her to a magic on magic battle, it really would be too unfair. Tohma as a mage only has a C-Rank in combat... which is no match for our Dragon Princess when she get's serious.

Well as they are now team battled are pretty okay. To see if they really shine or not we'd probably have to actively use our team the skills during fights. But since we actually haven't done that yet there's no telling how it would change the pace of battles.

On a related note I really liked the dual screen style fighting you used during the first half of the Siber Engel v. S. Dragon/Tohma v. Julia fight last thread. The dual battles really picked up the pacing of what's usually a pretty slow process. How did you feel writing that fight?

For the Hiring the Hucks thing... they are currently joining the TSAB and working with them. Right now they are working with the Southern and Easter Sectors, dealing with the snipers there and helping a certain Roboto.

Curren is now in central, you can guess why.

I probably should add an interlude with them working with the TSAB but I right now I have tons of other interludes to finish first.

After we deal with Julia we are taking a break from using Tohma to deal with some interludes. We have to see what Nanoha, Ren and Sacchin have been doing lately.
