With the others a bit...distracted, Gohan is really the only one to do anything different upon your arrival. He takes a step towards you, his fists clenched. His stance makes you worry that he's going to attack.

Demon King Piccolo is revived, is immortal, and is attacking earth, and has killed Shenron.
The Big Gete star is attacking New Namek. Unknown who is piloting it, but suspicion goes to Garlic junior.
Gedar and his pals are still at large, raging across PTO territory. Cooler, who COULD have killed them, is now dead due to a temporary powerup.

Alright give me a minute to collect my thoughts.

Since it was St. Pattys day my friends and I decided to have a kickback over at one of our houses.

Only myself and one other actually read the quest but the others knew about it and didn't mind samefagging to have a fun distraction.

Like I said our intentions were good and our initial objectives were fourfold:

1. Take the cuffs off.
2. Kill the Cell Jrs.
3. Stop playing Cell's game using the ring, etc. Just go all out to stop him.
4. Have the rest of the crew be relevant.

1 and 2 were done pretty easily, well cept that we lost a couple people cause DRALO failed to mention taking off the cuffs took time and Yamcha had to save the day instead. 4 votes with some logic explaining were enough to sway opinion in our favor.

3 and 4 however were a different story.

We wanted to use tactics and teamwork to beat Cell so we had our best fighters fight him up front and have the rest of the crew hit and run him when they had a chance.

You know fight smart, like DRALO kept harping on us to do.

But that didn't sit well with DRALO and by extension his waifu Cell.

Perfect multiform came out and everything went to shit when apparently, the 10+ people in the back that trained for more than a year for this exact moment couldn't hold off 1 Cell clone.

So fuck 4 was impossible it seemed, (until script said they could be relevant at the Super Perfect Cell fight) and we were well on our way to being railroaded into the Cell games again so 3 wasn't going to happen either.

You and your friends swoop in, obliterating the machines that threaten the peaceful Namekians.

Your powers have grown slightly, both from your fight with Gedar, and the battle with Cooler. For this reason, destroying these mere footsoldiers of the mechanical army is child's play.

And that's good, considering the overwhelming numbers which you are up against.

The machines quickly turn their attention to you, firing upon you and your friends with their cannons, and attempting to skewer you as you get closer.

Kazuma decapitates several with his Spirit Sword, Videl kicks in the faces of several, and Billy smashes dozens.

Gohan casually strolls through the lines of enemies, felling each one with a single strike. There's something unnerving about how calm he is while executing his foes, how ruthlessly he acts.

Then again, they are simply machines.

Firing a Kamehameha Wave, Gohan obliterates a large section of the machines flying through the sky.

Not one to be left out, you fire some blasts that destroy the rest. Soon enough, the army is destroyed.

Their leader, however, remains.

Gedar marches towards you and your friends, blade drawn.

"Kaguya...." he remarks, staring at you. "My master will be very glad to see you."

Gedar leaps at you, bringing his blades down to slash at you.

Leaping back, you fire an energy blast that he swats aside with his blade before pursuing you.

Evading a series of attacks with his blade, you manage to land a kick to Gedar's face that causes him to stagger back a step as you leap back, getting back into a defensive stance and preparing to fight.

"King Kai!" you call to the sky. "Can you have Yamcha get the surviving Namekians someplace safe until we deal with this?"

"Yamcha is currently quite busy," King Kai replies. "The Lookout is under siege by the minions of King Piccolo, and Yamcha is currently helping defend Dende."

"I'll stay here and protect them," Videl volunteers. "You guys go deal with whoever is behind this."
