You feel a lump rise in your throat suddenly, “Why me?” You ask, looking her in the face. “My entire town was destroyed, my friends had their hearts stolen, whatever that means, and on top of all of it, this crazy weapons attached itself to me.”

Aqua stops, pursing her lips as she thinkg her reponse through, “Okay. Look, I know a lot of bad things have happened to you, but the Keyblade you wield chose you for a reason.” She lays a hand over your upper chest, smiling, “It means you must have a strong heart, and a great potential within you.”

You swallow, finding it strangely hard to do so. “Is… there anything I can do? To get my friends back- or my world?”

Aqua pauses, “I- not that I know of.” Your heart sinks, until she continues, “But that doesn’t make it impossible, does it. You always have to have hope.” She pats the hand over your heart again and lowers it. “Nothing is ever entirely impossible. As long as you believe in the light within you, and never give up… I’m certain we can find a way, together.”

She takes a half step forward and wraps you in a soft hug for a few moments, before stepping away, her cheeks wet. “After all, that’s what’s kept me going, however long I’ve been here.” She gives you a melancholy smile, and waves onwards. “All right. Come on, we’ve got people to help.”

You continue up the path, the bright light eventually defining itself into a doorway, partially open, the black smoke that makes up those monsters seeping through the lit side in a continuous stream. Aqua stares at it in worry as the two of you approach, laying a hand on one of the opened door wings.

“This is… the way out.” She tells you. “The Door to the Light. If we shut this, it’ll stop those monsters escaping into the other worlds.”

“But… it’s also our way out, right?” You ask her.

She nods, face falling. “It is… but it requires two keyblade wielders to shut it. And one has to be on either side of the door.” She steadies herself, takes a deep breath and looks you in the eye. “Vasi, I want you to go through and lock it from the other side, okay? Save your friends, for me?”

With mysterious water starting you leak down your face, you look up defiantly at Aqua as though you’re going to refuse her order and try to argue to stay back, holding the gaze as long as you can before suddenly wrapping your arms around the older girl and starting to openly sob.

“I… I’m gonna find… find a way to save you, g-got it?” You choke out, your face buried in her chest. The older girl merely smiles a sad smile, hugging you back and patting your head.

“I don’t doubt that you will Vasi, but you have to go for now, okay?” She softly says before letting go and gently pushing you away from her towards the door. “You have to protect the Realm of Light in my place.” She clears her throat, “I officially task you with that duty…. as my apprentice. Understood? Try to find someone if you can, a powerful wizard, called Yen Sid. He was a Keyblade Master too, he’ll help you.”

You nod, blinking your eyes clear. “Okay.” You step through the door, feeling a heavy pressure dragging against you, trying to prevent you from leaving, whispering in your ear, telling you how much you could achieve here, but you shake it off, forcing your way past the door, onto what looks like another rocky platform floating in nothing, but in the far distance, you can see rolling waves of green, a road stretching across a field.

“Oh and Vasi?” Aqua calls out to you, “Take this. If I ever escape on my own, it could help you find me. Okay?” She offers you something, struggling against the pressure of the door. You take it, a strange charm in the shape of a star, made of shells coloured in deep blue. As you clutch it tightly and hold it against your chest like a treasure beyond all others, Aqua takes a deep breath and forces a smile. “Okay. Ready?”

She summons her blade, and you do likewise. “Just point at the door and aim. The keyblade knows what do.” She instructs.

You grab the haft with both hands to steady it and aim at the door. Sure enough, a beam of pure light shoots forth, hitting the air in the middle of the door frame, Aqua’s doing likewise. A clear glassy wall forms across it for a moment, then with a rumble, the door’s start to close.

From the other side, in the world surrounded in Darkness, Aqua smiles at you one more time. “I believe in you Vasi, remember that. Now, go get them back.”

The smoke that’s building up against the glassy wall trembles, angered that it can’t get through anymore, before splintering off into pieces, all landing behind Aqua, forming into copies of the giant monster that you’d fought earlier.

Aqua wipes the tears from her cheeks and gives you one last nod, before turning to face her foes.

The doors close with a dull thud, and once more, you’re alone.

You collapse to your knees and cry for who knows how long, before bringing yourself to your feet again, staring out at those rolling waves of green. Gulping past the lump in your throat again, you force yourself to start walking. Summoning your keyblade once again, for the comfort of having it with you.

“Gotta be something over that horizon.”

Holding Aqua’s charm tightly in your other hand, you don’t even notice when your keyblade seems to change shapes for a seconds to a far different, skinnier form

We're not entirely certain yet, but they're somewhat important going by Chi and the teasers for 3 so far. The five faction leaders of Chi each have one and Master Xehanort's keyblade is pretty obviously the sixth going by their designs.

You know what? I'm amazed that I caught the end of this

I'd like to piont out that since FF7 is crossover canon in KH, that FFT is canon because Cloud crossover in the same game, which also has Beowulf, so Beowulf is viable crossover material if you so desire.

Also of note, is due to ownership of publishers during the filming of "Pulp Fiction", it is a Disney movie. So if you want Sam Jackson and John Travolta, they are viable as well.

ALSO, since Tarantino made a cameo in Pulp Fiction, this means any other film of his where he makes a cameo is also viable, so if you want to put Django or King Schultz in they are also possible, this also makes Clooney and the vampires in "From Dusk til Dawn" a thing, as well, since he had a starring role in said film.
