Not all exhibits appear accurate at first, as the "Earth Sharks" exhibit includes something that resembles a shark-lobster-squid hybrid.

An exhibit on Human History with anachronistic technology in illogical places.

Parallel history exhibits (Man in the High Castle is a 20th Century Exhibit; While the next room over discusses the events of Red Alert as equally factual)

A "Rare Texts" Exhibit, which is actually just filled with walls of unexplained fonts and scripts that line up with no known language.
>>
A Hall of Mirrors, where each mirror shows a reflection of an alternate point in space-time in an alternate dimension/universe. The info-cards are very particular in their descriptions.

A Human Anatomy Exhibit where all documentation suggests these are the native inhabitants of Arcutheus Seventh, a moon orbiting Rumerian Prime. It is expkicit they are not the dominant species.

A Human Anatomy Exhibit where all of the details line up with our scientific understanding of plants.

How CoC are we talking about? I could probably come up with some weird/goofy Yog-Sothothery stuff.
>>
Decorative plantlife that hasn't stopped growing. Most of it alien, possibly hazardous or hostile.

A room with substantially more dust than any other room. Inches. Except in spaces that appear to be pristine tracks of unknown origin.

A large mineral/rock collection. Many of them having a strangely almost personable air about them.
>>
A room entirely made of bees. Sizes vary from almost invisible to the size of a softball. Physical compositions vary. No two appear to be of the same species/caste.
>>
A selection of artworks of a well known artist who died "in their prime" or their youth. Works range in date far after the assumed death and well beyond human lifespan. The work grow increasingly complex and abstract as the dates count up.

A collection of Hello Kitty memorabilia circa 1989. It is everything released that year. Nothing else is abnormal.

from the inside

A collection of dolls. There is something off about all of them, but they are strangely charming. You like them. You want to be friends.

An Exhibit filled with the notable conquests of a trophy hunter. All of the trophies are recognizable as celebrities whose deaths were reported as having mysterious circumstances or were otherwise odd

These sound cool, but if this is an interdimensional museum it sounds somewhat too earth-centric. I'd expect to see some really bizarre stuff that might not even be entirely comprehensible.

>A collection of hypercubes
>Paintings which contain colors nobody has ever seen before
>A collection of creatures, both from Earth and from elsewhere, but all inside out.

The guide is an android dressed as a bellhop who has no idea what he's doing/wgere hes going. It seems though, by how sure he is that the places and things hes leading you to are really there, that at one point this was true, and the museum has rearranged and changed itself since he was last activated.

A small victorian style mirror that seems to reflect the world around you but there are very small, almost imperceptible differences in the reflected world. I.e. everything is exactly the same except the time when visiting the meseum is sunrise and the mirror reflects a night time setting.
>>
A completley empty (literally nothing) room which has no bounds or constraints for walls, floors or a ceiling.

And a bit of hair left behind by Ambrose, the one that got away.
>>
An entire historical texts library wing that is made up of thousands of copies of a single self-help book titled "Get Rich Quick: 7 Easy Steps to Sucsess". In the far back if the stacks near the bottom of a shelf there is a single copy of another book titled "How to Lose Weight, the Fun Way."

Exhibitions of art forms no human has invented - Living flesh sculpture grown and cultured with a careful hand, painstakingly composed emotions trapped in glass, self-painting art whose medium is the bodies and minds of its audience, four-dimensional paintings that are sort of self-contained plays one views from the inside, handcrafted minds whose thoughts and memories are the artist's medium and the actions and interactions between work and audience are the art.
>>
An Exhibit hall that is a collection of time. Upon the podiums are somewhat indescribable 4th dimensional solids that when observed make you feel uneasy, lost, or otherwise disoriented and when you look away you cannot remember precisely how long you were staring.

A room which appears to be the inside of a large mollusk or arthropod, with clusters of book lungs, many inexplicable windpipes, and a hemolymphic (blue blood) circulatory system. The room smells of sweet candy with a hint of cardamom and thistle. You are not sure what all of the different objects within the room are for.
>>
A collection of forgotten emotions. They are experienced by placing your face up to makes that are suspended within the hall. You experience the full extent of a feeling that has been lost and is no longer able to be felt except through the mask. When you step away from the mask you cannot remember the feeling, but you do have a hollow recollection of something gone that you hadn't known you had lost.
>>
A feature length film that features a cogent, and fully realized story, whose contents is exactly the same viewed backwards forwards, sled up or slowed down. Even an infintessimally small or infinitley large projection conveys the same film.
>>
A pair of socks that produce the exact smell of the feet whom the smeller truly loves. An interactive exhibit of great historical hallucinations - touch here to experience them yourself!

The cardiovascular systems - still flowing, hearts still beating, holding their shape despite lacking any other support - of great historical figures, 9/10 of which haven't been born yet or don't exist. Bottles of their plasma, lymph, and other components are on display next to each.

Perfectly featureless, opaque cubes;.the placards reveal they're sculptures, but assume the viewer can simply see both the inside and outside at once.

YOU: A room with a perfect mirror, glass covering removed, at the other end. You touch it, your fingertips meeting your reflection's. You feel the softeness and warmth of their skin. You realize you can feel their breath on your face.

An exhibition of flavor paintings. Your eyes refuse to process their color, but you feel intense and delicious taste sensations that your brain insists it's feeling on the surface of your eyeballs.

A massive orrey, displaying a planetary system that appears to be our own after some massive cosmic calamity. Orbits are knocked off-kilter, some planets and moons are missing or out of place, and at least one extra major body can be seen. City lights can be seen on one of the non-Earth planets.

Fossil machines - rusting metal shells and skeletons with ancient mechanisms inside. There's what appears to be a toaster ten thousand years old.

A hall showing the most beatiful pieces of art in order of absolute aescethic value. As you walk down the corridor you will first see by your sides many differebt paintings, some very well known, others only ever seen by their creators. You'll then walk forward to see nothing on the walls, but hear many different pieces if music, fading in and out, clearly heard separatley from eachother. Next is a series of posters which on them contain books, all words from them printed on the poster in their entirety. then as you continue further you'll see various mathmatical equations and their proofs. At the very end of the long hall there is an almost perfect depiction in a statue of a man and a women, with a placard under which that just says "Humanity". It appears to be showing the greatest and most beatiful thing but just behind the statue is a small rubber chicken. You can not tell whether or not this was left here intentionally.

A large, ornate oak doorway is at the end of the room you are currently in. It is dark on the other side as the doors shudder open. When you walk through you are entering the room you were just in. The entire museum is reversed from the perspective you were at previously, though all images and text are in your native orientation. There is no door behind you.

A collection of small consumer fair, arranged as if reflecting on historical items. The collection includes Sunset Sarsaparilla, a pack of Red Apple cigarettes, a partially consumed package of Stay Puft marshmallows, a Cyberdyne Systems home operating system, a pristing 6000 SUX, an Argent Energy fuel cell, a Traxus Heavy Industries shipping Container, two Big Kahuna burgers, a sealed tub of The Stuff, a bottle of Soylent Green, one Mooby the Golden Calf statue, a T-Virus sample, two Sarif Industries Cyber-arms (both right, different models), one Ares Macrotechnology Echo Unlimited cyberdeck, an empty can of Dapper Dan pomade grease, a t-shirt and hat from a Pizza Planet Delivery Driver, a Jurassic Park tourist guide, a three year old issue of The Daily Planet, and 37 drums of oil identified as belonging to the Ellingson Mineral Company. This is not an exhaustive list of the rooms contents.

Ah, nostagiaville.
>>
An exact replica of the interior of Grandpa Emerson's home in Santa Carla, CA circa summer 1987.

A room that is the most densely packed but meticulously organized server room you have ever seen. You can barely navigate through, but the periodic placard reminds you that this is definitely, 100% not actually a massively important and information filled server room. The obvious environmental control systems and robust cooling apparatuses are for show. We promise.
>>
A scaled down replica of the exhibit and all its exhibits in real time. When interacted with it changes whatever you changed in the museum. If you open the door in the model and look inside you'll see a huge finger push open the door and a huge eye look inside. There is of course, infinite repicas contained within eachother, and infinite scales if the museum, both up, and down. There is no top to this series of replicaa per say, the museum itself is a lower order replica of another musuem equally scaled up in size, and that is appropriatley a replica in another scaled up musuem. As they say, its turtles all the way down.
>>
A room depicting a history of museums throughout the ages, focusing on places that have been destroyed through war and violence.
Alexandria, Hiroshima, Nanking, etc.

A breakroom with a vending machine. Inside the machine are several hand weapons (ranging from wheel lock pistols to crystalline ray guns, all without ammunition ), bottles of bizarre biological samples, and a lone Twinkie. The room has a fire pit in the middle and a window that seemingly looks out into space.
