Ten years ago, the warrior race known as the Saiyans were annexed into Emperor Freeza’s army. Since that fateful day, the Saiyans have earned the title of warrior race as Freeza’s soldiers, leading the charge onto hundreds of worlds and facing down all who oppose Lord Freeza’s rule. As mighty conquerors crushing all resistance, the Saiyans have earned their reputation as Freeza’s most powerful subjects.

The larger than life tales of the Saiyans, and especially the Super Saiyans, have spread to most every corner of the universe now. With the Covenant’s failed 30,000-warship siege of New Salda televised live across much the civilized universe, most everyone now knows your name and exactly what you can do. You are idolized, loathed, adored, or feared by many different peoples across the universe.

Welcome to Saiyan Conqueror Quest, currently Age 741, the ten-year anniversary of the Saiyans joining the PTO. You the players control Karn, a Saiyan with a known base powerlevel of 976,000, a general in Lord Freeza’s army, mate to Meloka, father of Chaya, Chilli and Broly(adoptive), chosen champion of New Salda, an idol to the other Saiyans and the rest of the PTO, and, unbeknownst to you, a household name across the universe.

Last time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

You had faced Ubo with all your power, and the giant had come back ready for more. With your refusal to surrender fueling you you’d gone Berserk, your power reaching new unbelievable heights. You’d then faced Ubo head-on, and despite your time in the Berserk form running out, managed to barely secure the win. But more importantly, you’d finally gained some measure of control over the Berserk form. After your battle with Ubo reached it’s conclusion, you’d said farewell to the new Ambassador to the Tamaranean people, Turles. You’d watched on, awestruck, as your little Chaya finally tapped into the powers of a Super Saiyan, attacking one of the Tamaranean princesses in a fit of rage. Once the Tamaraneans and Ambassador Turles left, you’d left the kids to play while you went to bed. Once you’d awoken to a feeling of unease, you’d come face-to-face with a familiar, elderly assassin. As we rejoin Karn, Zeno Zoldyck has just dropped a cryptic warning.

“That boy you helped my son capture.” he says, a barely-noticeable edge of anger to his voice. “He’s escaped.”
“Escaped?” you ask, confused. “How? I’d thought you’d have done away with him long ago.”
“My son’s wife enjoys a spot of torture from time to time.” he says, a dangerous leam in his eye. “And he didn’t escape on his own. He had help.”
“Help?” you ask. “From who?”
“The Lin Kuei.” he says. When your face shows no reaction, he continues. “They are a rival clan of assassins, specialists in the use of the powers of ice. We have no evidence, of course, but my gut is telling me it was them. And I’m sure you’ve been around long enough to know to trust your gut as well, Saiyan.”

Seeing as how a gut instinct was how you knew he was here in the first place; you say nothing, simply nodding to him. But then a question comes to your mind, brow furrowing in confusion.

“But wait, why come out here and tell me?” you ask him. “What does this have to do with me?”
“Hopefully, nothing.” he says. “Your people’s performance was quite the show, the Lin Kuei wouldn’t dare attempt to openly attack you now. Which is why I have a favor to ask of you, Karn.”
“I’m listening.” you reply neutrally. You have no idea where this is going.
“Once again my clan prepares for war.” he says, sounding old and tired. “However, my granddaughter, Emilia, has nothing to do with this side of the family business. Would you take her under your protection until this is over?”

That’s a big favor. Well?
>Of course, we’ll take care of her
>I’ll have to ask my wife Meloka, but it should be fine
>Wait, why me?
>This is abrupt, give me some time to consider it
>Wait, wouldn’t this put my family in more danger?
>We’re headed to the Battledome soon, are you sure you want her brought along?

“Of course we’ll take care of her.” you reply, the elderly assassin sighing out relieved. “I’ll have to ask my wife Meloka, but it should be fine. I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t be.”
“Thank you, Karn.” he replies, giving you an unfamiliar yet formal bow. “You’ve given this old man peace of mind in these troubling times, I am in your debt. If I make it through this war, I’ll be sure to repay your kindness.”
“Hold on, I just remembered something important.” you say, the elder Zoldyck looking to you confused. “We’re headed to the Battledome soon, you sure you want her brought along there?”
“That’s fine, she should enjoy herself at such a place.” he replies with a chuckle. But then his expression gets serious, you freezing in place. “But if you let that bastard Vox put one of his exploding collars on her, I’ll personally tear your head off. Understood?”
“Don’t worry, he’s not collaring any of my crew.” you reply seriously, Zeno nodding to you. “Not if he knows what’s good for him. We’ll still be training while she’s here, do you mind if she joins in?”
“I see no problems with that, your medical facility is state of the art. I’ll let her know she’ll be staying with you for the near future.” he says, turning to leave.
“Wait, you didn’t tell her yet?” you ask him, confused.
“Of course not.” he replies. “If you had said no, this would have simply been another trip for her. But since you agreed, I’ll go let her kno-.”

“Karn, what’s going on?” Raven asks, stepping through her portal behind the assassin. He turns to face Raven, the young witch not recognizing him. She gathers her dark powers in her right fist, raised threateningly as her eyes begin glowing. “Who’re you?”
“You have an Azarian as well as that Kryptonian in your ranks?” he asks, turning back to you and seemingly paying Raven no mind. But you can tell he’s ready to move if Raven attacks. “Now I see why you’re not hesitant to take yet another youngling under your care. I’ll bring her down shortly.”

And with that you and Raven both watch as the elderly assassin turns into a dragon. His smoky form flys up and through the roof as if it wasn’t there, disappearing from sight.

“Who was that?” Raven asks you, looking from where he vanished back to you. You quickly fill her in, the young woman looking to you confused once you finished. “Let me get this straight. She, her brother, and her father all tried to kill you, and yet you’re letting her stay here? With your wife and kids? Why?”

Well? Why indeed?

“We have a truce, they wouldn’t try anything underhanded.” you say, Raven looking questioningly to you. “Besides, being friendly is better than being enemies with a clan of assassins.”
“I still don’t trust him.” she says, seeming upset for some reason. “He’s dangerous. I’m not sure what he did there, but I don’t think it was magic. At least, it’s no magic I’ve ever seen. Besides, if she’s on the ship, that could be putting everyone in danger from the Lin Kuei, whoever they are.”

"I understand how he feels, that’s why I left my kids back safely with you during the battle" you say to her, an odd look coming over the young woman’s face. "Besides, we were fighting because we were required too. Killing people is his job just as much as it is mine. Taking it personally after a fight is finished and we have a truce . And while we both understand that me killing his grandson was fair, it probably still hurts. Not that I wouldn't have done it if he tried to kill me, it doesn't feel right not being able to help another even if they were payed to be our enemy. I have done a lot of violent things, because it was necessary for my duty to the Empire. Just as an assassin does for their family, I would do for my own, including you Raven, and Ubo, and everyone else. If I had to suck up my pride an ask an enemy to help me, I would do it. But most of mine are already dead. I imagine its the same for the Zoldycks, too. He likely has no one else he could ask.”

“...I still don’t trust him.” she says after a moment, reopening her portal. “But if you’re gonna let her in, she’s not sharing my room. And, uh... You know you’re naked, right?”

And with that Raven quickly steps through, closing her portal right behind her. Before it closes, however, you see Ubo still asleep on her bed. You chuckle a bit to yourself, walking back out of the Gravity Chamber. You have the whole day ahead of you, and no pressing, urgent matters.

What will you do?

Deciding to visit with the Guardian while Meloka and the kids are still presumably asleep, you leave the Gravity Chamber behind and head to the nearby supply room. Once there you put one of your training suits on, then make your way outside the ship. Unsurprisingly, the Guardian is sitting on his rock, gazing down at the city below. You join the elder creature, walking up and sitting on the sand beside him.

“Heard your discussion, I did.” he says by way of greeting. “And wrong, I think, you are not.”
“Thanks.” you reply. “What about Zoldyck though? Do you have any idea what he is?”
“A few theories, I have.” the Guardian says, a troubled look coming over his face, “But of him, to speak, you are not. A more important question, you have?”
“Yes. I’m sure you saw the fight between me and Ubo yesterday?”
“Saw it, I did.” the Guardian says. “Such power, you both have. Believed this, years ago, I would not have. Much like Broly, this form was.”
“Wait, much like it?” you ask him. “You mean it isn’t the same thing as he does?”
“The same, it was, yet was not.” he says. “A measure of control, you gained.”
“That’s the problem.” you say, sighing out. I think the only reason I was able to take control was because I was well past my limits already. I need to learn to control my own mind better, as well as that form. Both to help Broly control his own power, as well as letting me have more options fighting. Can you help me?”
“Help you, of course, I will.” he replies, turning and smiling at you. “Methods and techniques to enhance your control, I shall teach you.”

And so with the Guardian’s guidance, you dive headfirst into his lessons. You follow his instructions carefully, taking his lessons to heart and memorizing them as well as you can. Before you’d realized it, however, several hours had passed. You turn, starting at a noise behind you. Turning around you see your kids, as well as Meloka all leaving the ship.

“Mornin’ hun.” Meloka says, the kids all charging at you. You quickly rise to your feet, bracing for the impact as Chaya, Broly, and Chilli all hit you at once. You laugh at their enthusiasm, holding them all to you as Meloka floats up to your head, the two of you sharing a quick kiss. “Spending all morning out here?”

Before you can answer an unfamiliar ship drops down from the sky, everyone turning and preparing for battle. It lands a dozen or so yards from you, the loading ramp descending to reveal a familiar face.

“Hey Karn! Long time no see!” she says.
“You!” Meloka shouts, exploding up into her Super Saiyan form. This could be trouble.

Meloka immediately charges the young assassin without another word. You’d forgotten just how upset Meloka was losing to her before, when the young Zoldyck girl had sent her flying with a single attack back on Planet Novalis. And it seems Meloka’s gunning for some payback.

“Wait Meloka, don’t!” you shout as you transform into a Super Saiyan as well, dashing between the two of them. She dashes at the Zoldyck girl, energy gathered into her blade held at the ready, but you’re just barely faster. You catch Meloka just before she can swing, grabbing her forearm and pulling her away. Emilia had drawn her own blade as Meloka charged, but upon seeing you restrain her she relaxed, dissipating it.
“Karn, what the hell?” Meloka asks, turning to you. “Did you forget who she is?”
“Emilia Zoldyck.” you reply, Meloka looking curiously at how calm you are. You smile to your wife, telepathically explaining your dealing with Zeno earlier. And sure enough, the old assassin walks down the ramp behind his granddaughter, followed by Silva and presumably several others of the Zoldyck clan. Meloka quickly calms down, getting herself completely under control before Zeno speaks.

“I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t be.” he says to you, chuckling a bit at the difference between what you’d told him earlier and what just happened. “I presume you hadn’t yet told her?”
“Just did.” she says cooly to the assassin, not quite glaring but still conveying it. “If Karn’s okay with you leaving her in our care, I won’t say no.”
“There you have it.” Zeno says to his son, Silva openly glaring at you and Meloka. He may owe you his life, but that doesn’t mean he’s friendly. But that’s okay with you, as long as he keeps to his word. “Satisfied, Silva?”

He says nothing, glaring at the both of you a moment more before walking over to his daughter and taking a knee. She runs up and hugs him, the large assassin whispering something in her ear that makes her giggle, then rises up and walks back into his ship wordlessly, without looking back. You don’t say anything, knowing how hard it would be for you to, say, leave Chaya in his care. Your respect for him just shot up.

“Bah, that’s how he is.” Zeno says, still good-naturedly. “Take care of my granddaughter, Karn.”
“I will.” you reply, you and the elderly assassin nodding to each other. With that his clan all get back deeper inside the ship, it taking off and leaving the young Zoldyck girl standing tall before you.
“So... Who’re you again?”

“I’m Karn.” you say, holding out a hand. “We fought against each other on Planet Novalis, remember?”
“Oh yeah, the Super Saiyan!” she says, eyes lighting up as she grabs your hand with both of hers. “Watching you two fighting those Covenant guys was fun.”
“Who’re you?” Chaya asks, walking up and looking at the older girl curiously. “You fought against my Daddy?”
“And lived?” Broly adds in, confused. You realize it’s been a few years, the girl is probably as old as Raven now, if not a little older.
“You gotta be pretty strong to have lived against Daddy!” Chilli says, your youngest ambulatory son not yet able to sense ki. “How’d you do it?”
“He let me.” she says, setting her oversized bag down. Chaya runs up to Emilia, looking the girl over curiously. Emilia picks up your daughter, Chaya giggling in the girl’s arms. “Your Dad was nice enough to let me go when we fought.”

“Daddy’s the best!” Chaya shouts excitedly, Emilia laughing along with her. You hadn’t expected it, but it seems she’s surprisingly good with kids. You wonder if she has younger siblings?
“So, what’s there to do for fun around here?” she asks you, holding your daughter and looking at you curiously. She looks like you’d imagined a babysitter to look, your daughter held on her hip. You notice her shadow is much larger than her current form, revealing her true form’s shape.

“Alright kids, who wants to show Emilia around?” you ask, Chaya immediately throwing her hands up.
“Meeeeee! I do!” she says, waving around so enthusiastically that the assassin actually drops her. But Chaya was ready to move, flying circles around her newest friend. “C’mon c’mon, let’s go!”
“Haha alright, alright, I’m coming.” Emilia says with a laugh, following your energetic daughter. Broly and Chilli take off, you turning and thanking the Guardian for his help before following everyone else. First thing your daughter shows her is your ship, sitting there on the beach in plain sight. The next thing she shows her new friend is the Guardian’s antique ship, flying out far enough to show her the scale of the ship. Emilia ooohs and awwwws good-naturedly, having doubtlessly seen it from space. Chaya, Broly and Chilli lead the way ahead, showing their new friend what’s left of the city. She seems slightly upset looking down at the ruins; you seeing the Saiyans and PTO-types beginning to rebuild, knocking down the heavily damaged buildings and setting up new ones. You all watch the work for a few moments, one of the Saiyans below noticing you all. He points up at you all, everyone else below you noticing. A cheer goes up from below, you and Meloka waving in acknowledgment.

“See? They’re happy to see us!” Chaya says to Emilia, waving back to everyone with both arms. You notice she seems uncomfortable with everyone looking up at you all, nervously waving back down. You all remain there a moment, then Chaya grabs Emilia’s hand. “C’mon c’mon, let’s go!”
“Yeah, let’s.” she says, your daughter leading the clearly-uncomfortable assassin by the hand. Your daughter shows her to the arena, two Saiyans down in the arena fighting before a decently-size crowd. She then shows her to the Kig Yar on the beach, the aliens all cowering at first sight. When they see you they all relax, knowing that you’re not here to hurt them. You do notice, however, that they keep their distance from Broly, warily eyeing your son. You wonder what could have happened yesterday to have caused them to be afraid of him. You all fly on, flying all around the world then back to the city.

“Daddy, Daddy!” Chaya says, turning suddenly, to you. “She hasta meet Vegeta!”
“Okay, sure.” you say, Emilia looking between you both confused.
“Wait, Vegeta?” she asks you. “King Vegeta?”

“Of course.” you reply, a little confused by her reaction. “There’s only one King Vegeta. C’mon, let’s introduce you to him.”
“I, umm, well, I...” she tries to protest, you noticing her cheeks blushing slightly. Before she can say anything else, Chaya’s grabbed her again and is pulling her down towards the planet. She tries to resist at first for some reason, then following along with it as you all descend together. Chaya leads Emilia along, your tiny daughter leading your group towards the King. You all land outside a nondescript building, the royal guards letting Chaya pass undisturbed. You look questioningly to them, Galick telling you King Vegeta said she, Chilli, and Broly weren’t to be stopped unless he was dealing with important matters. You follow them all inside, you seeing King Vegeta behind a desk filled with paperwork, data scrolling by.

“Hey you guys, how are you doi-?” King Vegeta asks, looking up and freezing upon seeing Emilia. You notice the king’s caught off balance by her appearance, not knowing what to say.
“My king, allow me to introduce you.” you say stepping forward. “Emilia, this is the king of tje Saiyans, King Vegeta. King Vegeta, this is Emilia Zoldyck.”
“Wait, Zoldyck?” he asks, hearing her name snapping him back to focus. He looks intently to her, you seeing the girl fidgeting under his gaze. He then remembers his manners, greeting her properly. “Greetings, Emilia. I am King Vegeta.”
“H-Hi.” she says. “I-I’m Emilia.”
“So, what are you doing here?” he asks her. “You’re an assassin, right? Why did you come here?”

You say nothing, leaning back against the wall and crossing your arms. Meloka takes your lead, looking at you with a sly smile. You look to her questioningly, her speaking to you telepathically.

“You didn’t notice?” she thinks to you.
“Notice what?” you reply, confused. Meloka giggles a bit under her breath, simply nodding back towards Emilia and Vegeta. You watch on, trying to notice what Meloka’s talking about. She nervously tells King Vegeta about how that Kurta boy escaped, and how her family will be engaging the Lin Kuei assassin clan. But from how she’s stammering and tripping over her words, you don’t know how Vegeta can understand her. Apparently he can’t, the king taking her hand and pulling her to a chair to sit down. When he grabs her hand, you notice her blushing hard.

You suddenly get it.She’s crushing on King Vegeta.

You chuckle when you finally notice it, the young king seemingly oblivious to her feelings. She manages to get out her story, you telepathically speaking with the king and filling the gaps in her story. Once she’s told her story, King Vegeta pulls her back up to her feet. You watch as she blushes again, nervously giggling. He looks confused to her, and asks if she’s alright.

“I-I’m fine.” she says, taking a shaky calming breath. “I’m fine. I’ve just never been around a king before. Well, at least one I wasn’t about to kill.”
“Killed a few kings before, have you?” Vegeta asks, then once she nods nervously at him he laughs. She looks so confused by his sudden laughter, you can’t help but smile along.
“Wha-What’s so funny?!” she demands, face scarlet. “Are you making fun of me?”
“Of course not.” you say, stepping forward. Time to push this in just the right direction. “He finds it funny, as a king, to be completely safe next to a kingslayer.“
“Safe?” she asks, seeming to be slightly offended. “You think I can’t take you?”
“Hmph. I think I’d like to see you try.” Vegeta says with a smirk. She seems upset for a moment, then smiles wickedly.
“Oh yeah?” she asks. “Let’s go! I’ll show you what I can do!”
“Let’s take this to the arena.” he replies, walking past her and to the door. He then turns back to her, smiling. “Show me your best.”
“Oh it’s on!” she shouts, nervousness forgotten. She follows after him, Chaya, Chilli and Broly all following as well. You can’t help but smile. This could be a good show. On the other hand, you do have other things you could do.

What will you do?

You chuckle, following after the children as they exit the building, everyone taking to the air. You all fly quickly through the air, you noticing Emilia’s very focused on King Vegeta’s back.

“Don’t even try it.” you think to the young assassin, Emilia jumping so hard she suddenly drops a dozen feet through the air. She quickly recovers, looking confused back to you. You tap the side of your head, then continue mentally talking with her. “He’s paying close attention to your energy right now. If you try and attack him now, he’ll simply evade it.”
“How?” she asks you, clearly confused as she slows her flight to draw level with you. But you don’t reveal anything, simply smiling. She pouts at you a moment, then crosses her arms. “Fine, I’ll find out soon enough when I win!” she says in a huff. You all then arrive at the arena, the two Saiyans in the ring both looking exhausted. You don’t recognize the fighters at first, but after a moment you do.

“Cassa and Kabuya, huh?” you say to yourself, watching their fight closely. The two women are trading blows, neither standing steadily. It is almost over, Cassa knocking Kabuya down with a heavy left. But before she can capitalize on the opening, Kabuya kicks out and trips her opponent. Cassa falling flat on her face. With Cassa downed Kabuya pounces, using her arms and legs to trap one of Cassa’s arms. Even above the cheers of the few dozen or so Saiyans gathered, you hear the bone snap from all the way up in the sky. The audience cheers and boos as Kabuya gets back to her feet, quickly kicking Cassa from the ring. You all remain in the sky except King Vegeta, who drops from the air to land between the two fighters.

“Impressive fight, both of you.” King Vegeta says, applauding them both. He walks over to Kabuya, lifting her arm. “But the winner is Kabuya!”

The audience explodes into cheers at the king’s arrival and declaration, Vegeta taking this moment to whisper something to Kabuya. She salutes King Vegeta, grabbing the downed Saiyan and taking off. They don’t notice the two flying off, as Vegeta holds their attention with a new declaration.

“Now, prepare yourselves for a surprise!” he shouts to the audience, everyone shouting in anticipation. He throws his cape off the ring, Emilia landing in the ring near him. “Your king will be fighting, facing down the famed kingslayer, Emilia Zoldyck!”

Greetings, mortal.
I am known throughout the universe as Lord Frieza, Emperor of the Universe. I'm sure you're aware of that, though.
My hobbies are being the most powerful being alive, genocide, planetary trade and wine tasting.
I enjoy long strolls in my hoverpod and frequently travel the galaxy on... business.
Suitors must have an interest in martial arts, a powerlevel of at least 250,000 and have at least one transformation. No smokers.
Yes, my tail is prehensile and no, my skin is not slimy. Stop asking.

Those are rookie numbers. You gotta pump those numbers up!

No less than a solid mil for our bro. Preferably she would be between octuple and nonuple digits. but I mean come on what are the chances of that? Can't set the bar too-too high.

Also she has to be able to survive in a vacuum in case a planet grievously insults her or our bro when they are visiting the planet. Just in case.

While Vegeta’s playing up the crowd, the five of you descend into the stands, blending in with the audience. Everyone is too wrapped up in King Vegeta’s speech to pay you all much attention. You spend amoment focusing your mind, telepathically reaching out to Freeza.

“Freeza, you there?” you think, Freeza answering back almost immediately.
“Ah yes of course Karn, what is it?” Freeza asks you. You quickly fill him in, letting him know everything about the imminent Zoldyck vs Lin Kuei war, as well as you taking care of Emilia Zoldyck as a favor to Zeno. Once you’ve told him everything, you wait for Freeza’s response.
“So, the Lin Kuei are finally moving?” Freeza says, you waiting for him to explain further. But he doesn’t elucidate on that further, instead turning to other matters. “Keep that girl safe, understood? I know you have a knack for adopting the strays, but remember that this one will eventually go back home. Don’t reveal too many secrets. The Zoldyck clan are enemies of the empire, after all.”
“Wait, what?” you ask him. “Then why-?”
“Because a favor from one of the universe’s top assassins is too good to pass up.” Freeza replies. “But you’d better take good care of that Zoldyck. If she’s hurt, or worse killed, he’ll have your ass mounted to his wall like a trophy.”
“Don’t worry, Lord Freeza.” you reply, trying to convey a confidence you don’t entirely feel as Vegeta’s speech wraps up, the two facing each other down surrounded by the cheering crowd. “I’ve got this.”

Chaya seems really into it, bouncing up and down in her seat as Vegeta and Emilia slowly inch towards each other. You notice Meloka is down ringside, Vegeta probably having called her down while you were speaking with Freeza. She’s watching the two of them intently, ready to leap in if things get out of hand.

“Go Vegeta... No go Emmia!” Chaya shouts, clearly conflicted. She tries to cheer another half dozen times before turning to you. “Daddy, who do I cheer for? I like Emmia, but King Vegeta’s really nice to me too. What do I do?!”

Well?

“I can’t tell you who to cheer for, kiddo.” you tell her, ruffling her hair. She looks to you as Vegeta and Emilia move, dashing at each other and slamming into each other with a mighty impact. You hear the audience cheer, but right now your world is right in front of you. “But if you can’t decide who to cheer for, then just cheer.”
“Huh?” she asks you, head tilted to the side quizzically. “So don’t cheer for either of them?”
“No no, cheer for them Chaya.” you say, turning her back towards fight. Vegeta and Emilia are both standing tall and trading blows, but you can quickly tell that Vegeta has the upper hand. His current strength outclasses hers. “If you can’t decide who to cheer for, cheer for both of them! C’mon Vegeta! C’mon Emilia! Give it everything you’ve got!”
“Go Vegeta!” she shouts, waving her arms and cheering enthusiastically. “Go Emmia!!”

“Haaaa!” Emilia shouts, drawing her Energy Blade and swinging at Vegeta with a backhanded cut. Vegeta leans back and twists away, and instead of a decapitating cut she only scratches his cheek. Vegeta takes a step back, a dribble of blood running down his cheek as he settles back into his stance, smirking. You can’t hear what he says to her over the audience’s shouting, but even from here you can see she’s smiling, cheeks a little red. She then charges, swinging her blade at Vegeta. But instead of waiting, he slips right past her sword using the movements of the Su Ma. The audience bursts into renewed cheering as their king begins demonstrating his prowess, dodging her blade and retaliating with weak strikes in places and from directions she can’t defend against. Vegeta keeps up his relentless counterattack, but you’re not the only one who notices he’s not giving his all.

“Ka-Dad.” Broly says, you turning to your son questioningly. “Why... Why isn’t King Vegeta fighting her seriously? If she hits him with that it could be really bad, so why hasn’t he ended it yet?”
“Because he knows she isn’t serious yet either.” you tell Broly, your son looking to you confused. “Focus your senses on her energy. Notice anything different about it?”
“Ummm...” he says, shutting his eyes as he focuses his ki senses. His brow furrows in concentration, working hard to try and sense what you’re talking about. After a few moments his eyes shoot wide-open, the realization hitting him. “She’s holding back?”
cont
>>
>>2912419
“Exactly.” you respond, ruffling Broly’s hair as well. “Just like us or Freeza, she can transform to get stronger too. I think Vegeta wants her to show him her full power.”
“So why isn’t she?” Broly asks you, to which you have no answer.
“I don’t know.” you reply. “But let’s find out.”

With that you focus your mind, thinking to Emilia.

“Good fight so far” you tell her, the young assassin starting badly. Vegeta doesn’t take advantage of the opening, however, leaping back and putting distance between the two of them. “But don’t you think it’s about time to show him your real power?”
“But I don’t like that form.” she says, almost pleadingly. “What if he doesn’t like it?”

Wait, what?

“He may be a king, but Vegeta is still a proud Saiyan warrior.” you tell her via telepathy. “And as a warrior, he respects strength. Show him your real form, your real strength, and prove to him that you’re worth his time.”
“...Alright, I’ll do it.” she replies to you telepathically, then sighing out then clenching her fists. She raises a hand and points one finger at Vegeta, calling out. “Alright, enough playing around. Time to go all-out!”
“About time.” Vegeta replies, crossing his arms and waiting. She clenches her arms by her side, you watching as the small assassin begins shouting, her body growing. You hear the audience eating it up, cheering her on as Emilia grows, from smaller than Raven to the size of Ubo. Despite seeing it before years ago, you’re still surprised by just how powerful her transformed self looks. She now towers over King Vegeta, pointing with a thumb to herself.

“This is my real form.” she says, still slightly blushed. “Now I’ll show you what I can really do!”
“Alright bring it!” Vegeta shouts, dropping back into his stance. She charges at him, the two clashing again. However, you notice the difference immediately.
“WOOOOW! She’s so strong!” Chaya says, staring wide-eyed at the girl’s transformation. You’re decently impressed yourself, the Zoldyck girl’s true power easily overpowering King Vegeta. He tried to fight power against power, but with her strength now in the millions his own power is nowhere close. She moves faster than Vegeta, or even you can track, attacking the king before he can see it coming. She knocks him around for a bit, then grabs Vegeta in a massive bear hug.

“Got you now.” she says, pulling the king tightly to her chest. “You can’t escape this.”
“Oh really?” he asks, you sensing his power skyrocket as he transforms into a Super Saiyan. His aura flaring up knocks her back, the surprised Zoldyck accidentally releasing her grip. She stumbles back as Vegeta’s golden aura dances around him, the king casually dropping back to the arena floor. She stares wide-eyed at Vegeta’s golden brilliance, frozen.

“Now, let’s see what you can really do, Emilia.” Vegeta says, walking towards her.
“Karn, are you there?” Freeza suddenly asks you telepathically, you focusing on your emperor.

“Of course, what’s going on?” you reply, Emilia charging headlong at Vegeta. With the now near-insurmountable difference in their powers, Vegeta has all but already won, so you focus on your conversation. “Is it another attack?”
“Ohohohohoho no, nothing like that.” Freeza says, you sighing out in relief. “As you know, I’ve been discussing several matters with Gleeman Vox. We finally got to the matter of your challenge to the Arbiter, and he is all for it. However, with his scheduling the way it is, it would be at least six months before they could begin.”

“That’s fine.” you reply, watching Vegeta near-effortlessly dodging Emilia’s heavy punches and kicks. “It will be another month or two at least before they’ve finished up repairing and upgrading my ship.”
“Ah, I see.” Freeza replies, Vegeta now blocking Emilia’s strikes instead of simply dodging them. “Now that I know your timeframe, this should make matters far easier for us to plan for. However, unless you want to give the Arbiter advance knowledge of the challenge, you shall be waiting there for a few months before the day of your challenge. Is that alright, or should we let the Covenant know as well?”

“No, don’t let them know until we start it.” you say, watching Vegeta beginning his counterattack. He gracefully flips around Emilia’s huge fists, unleashing his own quick attacks. She’s unable to match Vegeta’s speed, the young king beginning to dominate the fight. It’s almost over now. “I’d rather have that time to get stronger before I have to fight him again. Perhaps the kids will enjoy taking on some of Vox’s challenges?”
“Hmmm, that is a good consideration.” Freeza says, you almost able to picture his chin resting between thumb and forefinger. “What are their powerlevels again?”
“Chilli’s right between 30 and 40 thousand.” you say, sensing their energy and estimating where each of their powerlevels are at. “Chaya’s around 70,000, and Broly’s around 90,000.”
“Interesting.” Freeza replies. “Then they should have no difficulty with many of the challenges there. I think they’ll enjoy themselves.”
“Of course.” you reply, another thought coming to you. “And if you have a mission for us, we could always take one or two while we wait.”

“Very well.” Freeza says, you envisioning his toothy, satisfied smile. “With this I shall resume my talks with Vox. But one last thing, is that Vegeta fighting the Zoldyck girl I sense?”
“Yeah, why?” you ask him, confused. You then focus on the fight, seeing why. She’s looking worn down, panting and clutching her left ribs with her left hand as she’s down on a knee. Meanwhile, Vegeta’s still standing casually, arms crossed and breathing even.
“You did well, I’m impressed.” Vegeta says, you knowing he’s also sensing her power dropping. “But this is over.”
“Not. Yet.” she says, you watching as blue sparks begin dancing along her kneeling body. Wait, you’ve seen this somewhere before, but where? After a moment’s thought it comes to you! Of course! Her brother used this very technique against you! You watch as her hair stands on end, body glowing as lightning dances along her body. She pushes herself unsteadily back to her feet, swaying a moment before finding her balance. “I’m not giving up yet!”

Her power skyrockets, actually managing to match and then slightly surpass King Vegeta’s. His eyes widen in surprise, the audience cheering both of them on. You feel her power rising, both fighters gathering their energy for the final clash. A white glow begins engulfing her hands, Vegeta’s purple aura for his Galick Gun exploding out around them. This will be quite a dramatic finish.

“Take this!” she roars, firing a bolt of lightning across at Vegeta. The king doesn’t move at all to avoid the attack, tanking the hit to his chest. You watch as his body convulses, losing the concentration for his attack. She then rushes at him, taking advantage of his open guard and unleashing a barrage of heavy strikes to his face and chest. Vegeta is helpless before her final assault, getting knocked around by her large fists. But you sense it before see it, her power’s fading fast. You watch as she begins shrinking back down, changing from her giabt muscular form back to her more child like form. The sparks begin dissipating as well, her powerlevel plummeting back to normal. Vegeta then catches her next two punches, crosses her arms across each other then headbutts her. His hit staggers the girl, who’s now only slightly taller than the king. He strikes her a dozen or so more times, driving her to the edge of the ring. With a final punch he knocks her from the ring, Emilia landing flat on her back outside the ring, unconscious. It’s over.

“Hey Freeza, one more thing?” you ask, sensing Freeza’s mind. “What happened with your brother? He does still owe me that technique he promised to teach.”
“Ohohoho, for that you’ll have to contact him yourself.” Freeza replies. “That was a wager between you and him. I would advise, however, not going through any, ahem, official channels with your request.”

Translation: Don’t leave any records, do this by telepathy.

“Understood. Thanks Lord Freeza.” you reply, ending the link. You watch as Vegeta hops down from the ring, checks on her then you sense it as he sends some of his energy into her. You watch as she wakes up, clutching her ribs again and coughing before opening her eyes. When she does open them, the first thing she sees is Vegeta holding a hand out to her. For a moment she seems too embarrassed to take it, Vegeta taking the initiative and grabbing her hand. She seems too startled to resist as Vegeta pulls her to her feet, but he pulls her a little too hard. She’s unable to find her balance, falling against King Vegeta. He’s caught off-guard, and as she falls into him she knocks him off balance and the two fall over. You can’t help but chuckle, the two’s faces really close together a moment before they both scramble back to their feet. Meloka saves the two of them from any further akwardness, grabbing each of their wrists and holding Vegeta’s arm up, declaring him the winner. He says something to Emilia, you too far away to hear it before he flies off. He’s headed off awful quick, did something happen?

King Vegeta knows that if he needs your help, all he has to do is ask. Since he’s headed off on his own, you decide not to intrude and leave him to his own thoughts. With Meloka seemingly consoling Emilia, your kids all rushing down to her as well, they’ll all be occupied for a bit. Taking the moment you focus your mind, again searching for Freeza’s brother, Cooler.

“Cooler, can you hear me?” you think out, hoping he can hear you. And sure enough, he does.
“I’ve told you before, monkey.” he thinks back to you, seemingly unhappy. “It’s Lord Cooler to you, ape. Now what do you want, bothering me right now?”
“Sorry, Lord Cooler. I didn’t mean to offend you” you reply seriously. You don’t want him upset while trying to get him to teach you that technique. “I was just wondering when you were going to begin teaching me that Instant Transmission technique?”
“Is that it?” he replies. “Not now, Saiyan. I have more important business to attend to.”

And with that he ends the communication. Well, it seems like you’re not learning his technique today. That done, you descend down to Emilia and the others, then you all travel back to your ship. There’s a swarm of scientists, all busy working on parts for your ship. You lead Emilia inside the ship, finding one of the empty guests rooms near your own room. You pull out a bed from storage, you, Meloka, and the kids helping her set up the room. Once the room’s set up, Emilia flops down onto the bed, asleep in seconds. You lead your kids out from the room, shutting it behind her. You’d made sure to leave a scouter in the room for her, as well as one of the training suits in case she’d wanted to change. Leaving the room, everyone heads to the mess hall, except Broly. He asks you for a moment, you telepathically telling Meloka to take the other two on ahead.

“What is it Broly?” you’d asked him, dropping to a knee to look him in the eyes.
“Umm, well.” he starts, seeming hesitant. You place your hands on his shoulders, forehead to forehead.
“Broly, you can tell me anything.” you tell him, you feeling Broly’s shoulders relaxing. “C’mon son, what is it?”
“Yesterday, well, you did it.” he says, nervously touching his fingers together. “You figured out how to start controlling it. Can... Can you show me?”
“Of course.” you reply, ruffling your son’s hair. “If you’re ready, let’s get started!”

And that’s it for this weekend’s run, everyone enjoying it so far? What do you think of the newest member of the team? Ready to begin showing Broly how to control Berserk? And most importantly, did you have fun?
>>
>>2913969
>“You figured out how to start controlling it. Can... Can you show me?”
>“Of course.” you reply, ruffling your son’s hair. “If you’re ready, let’s get started!”
Is...is that a good idea? I mean our control over Berserk is strenuous at best, one bad roll away from an unstoppable rampage at work. And doesn't Broly already have at least a measure of control? We trained it with him, didn't we? I seem to remember training it with him and being at least somewhat successful.
>>
>>2913985
When are we going to show up at that prick cooler's house and kick him in the dick?
Is cooler ready to take his place as second fiddle to our bro lord frieza?
Will karn make it to class on time?

>“Of course.” you reply, ruffling your son’s hair. “If you’re ready, let’s get started!”
This will certainly end well, and won't end in pain and suffering, no siree.
>>
>>2913986
We at least have an idea as to how to control it.
For training Broly, I see it going like this;
>Have Broly try his hardest to beat us in base form, expending all his energy in the process
>Once he's suitably tired, have him pop Berserk and tell him to try his hardest to remember who we are
>Once Berserk, keep Broly busy by just barely neutralizing all his attacks
I'm sure the combination of mental stimuli and lack of energy will make the form much easier to get the hang of.
We should also have Broly join us for daily meditation.
Also we should start doing daily meditation in the first place. Ideally doing it in enhanced gravity or in other extreme conditions.
>>
>>2914016
I think controlling Berserk has less to do with remembering who you are and more a single overwhelming focus or goal.
Like, trying to remember and trying to focus our energy didn't work, but when we focused on Chaya and how we weren't going to hurt her we got control over it.
Chaya is also our trigger though, and we don't know what Broly's is in this timeline, which might cause problems
>>
>>2914045
I think Broly was just born with the ability to go Berserk.
Like no mental barriers whatsoever.
That might be what makes him "The Legendary Super Saiyan".
>>
>>2913986
To be clear: you’ll be helping him, not transforming yourself.
>>2914000
Kek.
>>2914005
Hopefully not.
>>2914016
That training would probably go well. Gravity or other conditions wouldn’t affect meditation by much, however.
>>
>>2914089
>Gravity or other conditions wouldn’t affect meditation by much, however.
I beg to differ.
As I understand it, Meditation is done with the goal of focusing inward and shutting out all outside stimuli.
Training to meditate in harsh conditions would only serve to make us better at doing that, wouldn't it?
Or does meditation serve a different purpose in quest?
>>
My favorite thing about Vegeta is that even if you beat him onto death's doorstep he'll still get up and talk mad shit about you.
>>
>>2914129
Duh. He's a Saiyan. That's what they do.
>>
>>2914113
>As I understand it, Meditation is done with the goal of focusing inward and shutting out all outside stimuli.
Yes. But your body is already well-adjusted to quite intense gravity shifts.
>>2914129
That he will. Vegeta vs Kid Buu was one of his better character moments.
>>2914147
Sometimes. Others simply rage.
>>
>>2914161
>Yes. But your body is already well-adjusted to quite intense gravity shifts.
Welp, time to do it the old fashioned way then; under a colder than a witch's tit waterfall.
Or on an active volcano or something, whatever's available.
>>
>>2914175
No, it's simple.
>enter upgraded gravity chamber
>set gravity to 75x new salda
>set temperature to fluctuate between -200/500F
>set air pressure in the room to 0.3 earth atmospheres
>set drones to fire lasers at us, burning small points on our skin every once in a while

Now that's a good meditation environment.
>>
>>2914198
The best meditation environment is a barren wasteland in the middle of nowhere. Piccolo managed to go from fuck-all to holy fucking shit just by sitting around and thinking to himself.

Clearly wastelands are black magic embodied by nature.
>>
>>2914308
Alternatively we could find a fuck-huge tree to meditate under.
Probably a decent way of connecting to the planet as well.
>>
>>2914308
And yet it didn't count for shit, unlike goku and gohan's training in the hyperbolic gainz chamber.
>>
>>2914354
That's not Piccolo's fault, though. That's because DBZ has a weird fetish for people who formerly had tails.
>>
>>2914175
Might want to practice meditation under peaceful circumstances before aiming for anything more strenuous.
>>2914198

To be fair, that training they did greatly enhanced their powers. Gohan went from weaker than pre-Kami fusion Piccolo to stronger than Super Vegeta. Goku’s gains then seem less impressive, when compared to the magnitude of progress Gohan made.

The Covenant certainly believe so. But that raises the question of what the Flood would be to them in such a case if we're a demon.

I reckon they'd see the flood as something akin to one of the Four Horsemen, more of a force of nature than anything that can be bested without legendary weapons (halo rings) to deny them.

Ya know what, now that I remember just what the Covenant's end goal is, it's probably best if we just exterminate them.

Pls, we all know Trunks is literally the physical manifestation of disappointment. At least the Zoldycks are stone cold motherfuckers. Silva could carve stone with his stern visage. Trunks would just freak out and then get stabbed in the chest.

We should tear off Trunks' arm. Least then he could have something in common with his role-model. Maybe his attitude would even improve from it. Damn senzu beans are ruining his character development. Dying or being maimed would make him a better person, I swear. Seriously who crashes a wedding like that? Cunt.

Are our kids the strongest after Vegeta, and the reason he lets them run in whenever is because their the closest group to his age to team with? Canon Goku has the benefit of several mystical rituals being used to bolster his strength as well as actual knowledge of the mechanics of Ki.
His being a fighting savant is really more a symptom of him being an incredibly experienced fighter on top of being a Saiyan.
As it stands, our Kakarot and Raditz could go either way.
>>
>>2916952
Well if you look at the moves Goku picked up while around the Z-fighters he can do pretty much every single one. Vegeta on the other hand only ever got a discount version of the Kienzan.

Goku soaks ki and non-ki based moves like a sponge. And Vegeta has been fighting for just as long as Goku if not longer yet he doesn't pick up moves like Goku does. Granted Vegeta does actually have more original moves than Goku does.

I think Goku only actually has one original move, and that's the Dragon Fist. Everything else he developed from others or just straight copied. Vegeta though only borrows his lame kienzan and the dirty fireworks thing I like to think he picked up from Nappa or seeing Frieza do it at some point in the past. Kami also does it. Or maybe Nappa picked it up from Vegeta. Who knows?

I'll give you that about the weird magic fuckery Goku has. Dude has more ass-pulls than a proctologist on a busy day.
>>
>>2916931
You inspired Nappa to train hard, and he trains with both the king and Tunnip. As for the children, who knows? Their choices will shape their own futures.
>>2916952
>Canon Goku has the benefit of several mystical rituals being used to bolster his strength as well as actual knowledge of the mechanics of Ki.
>His being a fighting savant is really more a symptom of him being an incredibly experienced fighter on top of being a Saiyan.
Not wrong.
>>2917058
Goku soaks up everyone else’s moves and learns them enough to use them, but never really innovates. His most creative attack(canonically) was simply combining the Kamehameha with Instant Transmission.
As for Dirty Fireworks, that’s his version of Nappa’s Giant Storm that destroyed Tuffles inside their shields.
>Dude has more ass-pulls than a proctologist on a busy day
Goku has more asspulls than a nine donkey bobsledding team.
>>
>>2917112
>His most creative attack(canonically) was simply combining the Kamehameha with Instant Transmission.
His most creative move was the Delayed Orb Kamehameha and the Feet Kamehameha.
I will admit, his mishmashing of techniques is quite good, but you'd think someone like Goku would come up with his own secret weapon.
Now if he did something with the dragon projected from the Dragon Fist besides punching with it, that'd be cool.
>>
>>2917126
Actually fuck Goku. I'm writing that one down for Karn.
>>
>>2917126
>Delayed Orb Kamehameha
Shit, I’d forgotten about that one.
>>2917192
Here’s a question: How come, after all these years, Meloka or anyone else hasn’t been able to replicate that particular attack?
>>
>>2917216
I feel like Meloka's able to do it, but she's content with Karn having his big dumb golden dragon punch.
The kids' reaction to it probably played into that as well.
>>
>>2917219
>but she's content with LETTING Karn having his big dumb golden dragon punch
words are important kids
>>
>>2917112
I’d just sort of assumed Goku focused on building up his baseline physical abilities and power level while relying on his autistic “Monkey see, monkey do” abilities to let other people do the innovating for him. It kind of makes sense from a logical perspective, considering his greatest asset is a strength multiplier, even if it led to him being rather lacking in different techniques and versatility.
>>
>>2917216
Because they don’t know that it’s a result of combining the Piercing Fist Mk. II with Super Saiyan Ki? Also, we don’t really bring it out unless we intend to kill an opponent, so observing it properly would probably be kind of difficult. I’d assumed Meloka either hadn’t bothered because she tends more towards a Blaster fighting style, even if she hardly shirks close combat, or just didn’t want to copy our style.
>>
>>2917254
I actually like how our preferred methods of combat complement each other and cover any weaknesses we might have as individuals.
>>
>>2916846
>average will be in the low to mid 6-digits

WITHOUT us and our friends? Holy shit. The average canonical Saiyan powerlevel of the elite warriors wasn't higher than 40.000.
>>
>>2917838
I mean canonically Vegeta was one of the strongest Saiyans ever, and his power was only 18k during the Saiyan saga. If it’s like this, with Oozaru we’ll have averages in the low millions.
>>
Just got caught up missed the last two threads, just wanna say I've been an avid Chaya and Broly shipper but for some reason I can see Broly with Starfire. Also, I'm looking forward to more family bonding, especially with training Broly.

>>2917254
Meloka, Vegeta, Broly, Nappa, Tunnip, Bardock, and Turles are all Super Saiyans, yet none have done it.
>>2917287
Fighting as a team, the two of you can hold your own against far stronger opponents.
>>2917838
For that average I included all the fighters who weren’t Super Saiyans, but some of who are your friends like Leyas and Sarada, Royal Guard Galick, Cassa, Kabuya, etc. Adding you and Meloka and the other Super Saiyans would change that number it a bit.

i wonder how much stronger new salda is now that it's full of saiyan warrior ki?
imagine new salda slowly bulking up and becoming a warrior-type planet, complete with powerful wildlife and rampant, overwhelming jungles that spread like wildfire

>complete with powerful wildlife and rampant, overwhelming jungles that spread like wildfire
It was originally Kashyyyk, so we have the wildlife (wookies) and jungles covered.

Yeah, that was before the entirety of the saiyan race pumped the whole planet up with it's ridiculous ki.

By slamming other planets into New Salda, thus increasing the size and gravity of the new super-planet.

Slamming other celestial bodies into New Salda is a BAD IDEA, and should not be attempted.

>>2920956
If you want to turn New Salda into a near-barren wasteland like Planet Vegeta was, then go for it.

Not a good idea. Ask Drek how his custom-made planet is going sometime.

Yeah but Fu literally chained planets together and they're fine.

>Ask Drek how his custom-made planet is going sometime.
That reminds me, what would we sense of that planet, splited ki or an amalgmation of all combined?
>>
>>2920893
wait what if we just haul planets into new salda's orbit, blast them into space dust and let that dust slowly accumulate, increasing new salda's mass over hundreds of thousands of years?
>>
>>2921048
I wouldn’t exactly call those planets fine.
>>2921063
Not wrong.
>>2921735
>what would we sense of that planet
Nothing. You aren’t connected to it. However, you’d get a vague sense of unease for however long you were on that world.
>>2921921
>wait what if we just haul planets into new salda's orbit, blast them into space dust and let that dust slowly accumulate, increasing new salda's mass over hundreds of thousands of years?
That’s so far into ooc knowledge I don’t even know where to begin.
>>
>>2922053
>That’s so far into ooc knowledge I don’t even know where to begin.

I would suggest the start.
>>
Slamming planets into New Salda to buff it up is stupid. However... transplanting flora and fauna to it might work out. Things with naturally high levels of power, like powerful beasts or energy producing plants like Senzu...
>>
>>2922524
>Step 1: Discover Senzu beans on Earth
>Step 2: Actually learn to make Saibamen
>Step 3: SenzuMen
>Step 4: Transplant them onto New Salda
>Step 5: Profit
>>
>>2922524
Actually, transplanting badass wildlife from similar planets isn't a terrible idea, provided we can make sure they don't get into the cities.
>>
>>2922144
You know what I meant.
>>2922524
That’s actually not too bad of an idea. Provided that someone intelligent is enough to prevent the local species from dying out and wrecking the ecosystem.
>>2922528
>Senzumen
Probably not. Wouldn’t be what you’re most likely expecting, either.
>>2922532
So what you’re saying is, build a wall around your cities to keep the dangerous animals out? That’s Tuffle talk, son.
>>
>>2922532

so we kick the ass of any dumbfuck monster who gets into the city until the species gets the message?
>>
>>2922550
>spoiler
I will split you from tip to tip if you disrespect me like that again.
>>2922553
Yes.
>>
>>2922550
I was expecting Saibamen that would spontaneously regenerate from grievous bodily harm.

Mainly because the idea of eating a Saibaman is gross. No one really likes cabbages that much. Cabbage is just wet lettuce. The Asian nations are goddamn crazy. Also because having a child sized walking, fighting, edible healslut would be a bit too broken. That'd be a lot of heals.
>>
>>2922550
Yo can we eat Saibamen? Can we genetically engineer tastier and more nutritionally beneficial Saibamen?
It'd be like a total workout all in one homegrown package.
>>
>>2922563
>using Saibamen as emergency rations in case of extreme survival conditions
>>
>>2922550
I’d rather we just kill them before they even manage to wander into city limits, walls are for pussies. Maybe we can see about transplanting some Godzillas from Aku’s planet or something. Any other dangerous wildlife we’ve run into that anyone can think of?
>>
>>2922655
>Godzillas

>Godzilla Jr. joins the Ride that Never Ends

And then the Hive shows up. Hivezilla.
>>
>>2922655
Deathclaws and Rancors were pretty neat.
I think they'd make good house pets.
>>
>>2920893
And that's why we should just Insta Transmission those planets inside New Salad.
>>
>>2922686
>We eventually get on Space MTV Cribs
>Its run by some of the Ginyu squad in their off time, with co stars from the celebrities of the area
>Ask Karn to show the universe his crib
>We end up grabbing a small zoo as we travel, filled with some of the galaxies most dangerous creatures as house pets
>The retired fighting camel Cammali, is the strongest pet/family member in the house, and the one our kids play with the most often
>Queue one of our kids getting knocked into a wall by Camalli's head, only to get up an get back to trying to box him.
>We tell the stunned camera men that we got him from some weird used camel salesmen named, Crazy Hassan
I wonder how many people would try to get in and steal that fucking camel, only to fall into Tom and Jerry tier antics of getting their shit pushed in.
>>
>>2922759

IF we can IT a whole planet, then really, weve already won most fihts. just teleport a planet into the enemys homeworld
>>
>>2922846
>this only serves to get Crazy Hassan more customers thanks to the celebrity endorsement
>>
>>2922553
Or goes extinct.
>>2922556
The Tuffles built walls around their cities. For all the good it did them.
>>2922559
You’re thinking of Namekian Saibamen.
>>2922563
>>2922604
It has been done before.
>>2922655
>>2922665
>>2922686
Most of those were bioengineered monsters, not occurring naturally.
>>2922759
That’s your least sane idea yet.
>>2922846
Could be entertaining.
>>2922986
Not wrong. Good thing IT has limits. For the universe, that is.
>>2923205
Also not wrong.
>>
>>2923681
>You’re thinking of Namekian Saibamen.

>Mixing plant and animal matter both of which is green

Do you want Orkz? Because that is how you get Orkz.

That does make me wonder, though. Are Saibamen really just strange plant men or are they actually partly animal? Cellularly speaking.

Also why the fuck is fungus classified separately from regular plants? It's still a fucking plant dammit.
>>
>>2923747
fungi are literally not plants and have barely anything in common with them, and you'd know that if you didn't sleep during middle school bio lessons you caveman
>>
>>2923747
I classify Saibamen as a cross between chimps and cabbage.
So technically they're animals.
>>
>>2923681
So what you're telling us is that we should play God and make our own wildlife?
I'm game, do we just chuck radioactive waste into the ocean?
>>
>>2923845
They behave in nearly the exact same fashion as regular plants. Fungi are literally "animal, the plant". So what if they don't photosynthesize? So what if they reproduce sexually? They do plant shit.

I bet you say coral is an animal, too. Fuck outta here.
>>
>>2923886
To be technical, you could argue coral is amalgamation of corpses that are used as fish housing, and kind of grows.
>>
>>2923901

One could argue that pitcher plants and flytraps are the pedo-bait of the plant world.

And whoever named sea anemones after the flower is a dickhead.

I'ma be real wit chu I'm just talking out of my ass for giggles
>>
I’m nearly done with the epilogue guys, it’ll hopefully be out tonight. Just need one or two more posts finished.

That’s like saying Saiyans are Tuffles. They’re completely different.
>>2923863
That is NOT a good idea. When those Saibamen got out it could have been disasterous.
>>
>>2924534
>That’s like saying Saiyans are Tuffles. They’re completely different.

Well duh. Tuffles are weak as shit. When's the last time you saw a natural born Tuffle lift anything heavier than a mayonnaise jar? Even the Chuck Norris of Tuffles couldn't fight the average baby Saiyan in hand to hand combat, trufax.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 59 Epilogue-

AGE 850, CONTON CITY

“Alright everyone, good hustle today.” you say, the recruits groaning and complaining as you end the day’s training. “Remember to meet back here tomorrow. And focus on your ki control, we’re moving into the practical applications later this week!”

The class shuffles out, most clearly exhausted. You are Trunks; son of the Saiyan Prince Vegeta and the brilliant scientist Bulma, time traveler-turned Time Patroller, and now teacher of new recruits as well. With the recent increase in time distortions after you witnessed, the Time Patrol has been stretched thin to keep them all in check. In response, the Supreme Kai of Time had dramatically boosted the Patrol’s recruiting efforts, resulting in a(somewhat embarrassing) recruitment video featuring you and the Supreme Kai of Time, but it worked. Time Patrol volunteer recruitment soared up an amazing 278%. But quantity didn’t exactly equal quality. While there are more Time Patrollers than ever, the vast majority are only around the main timeline Captain Ginyu’s powerlevel of 120,000. Fewer than a dozen are strong enough to face even Freeza, and none are currently strong enough to even beat Androids 19 or 20. They have a long way to go yet.

“Hey there, Professor.” you hear, the familiar voice breaking you out of your thoughts. You look around a moment confused, seeing the room empty but for your girlfriend leaning against the doorframe. “Thinking of me?”
“Hyoka.” you say, rising quickly from your podium and into her embrace. With how much you’d been spending between your own work as a Time Patroller as well as teaching the new recruits, you’d had little precious time together. It seemed every day there was some new emergency keeping you both busy. But today, hopefully, things will stay calm and let you both enjoy some time toge-

“Trunks! Hyoka!” you hear someone shouting from further down the hall, the two of you seperating and turning to the source. You see one of Hyoka’s elite team, the Namekian, running towards you both. Seems like you won’t get today off after all.
cont
>>
>>2924746
“What’s the problem?” Hyoka asks, the Namekian Kurimiga sliding to a stop before the two of you.
“It’s that scroll again.” he says cryptically. You both know which scroll he means, no need to openly discuss it where others could hear. The three of you quickly exit the building, taking off through the air to the Time Nest. You enjoy the sights, flying over the bustling city below. You enjoy seeing regular citizens going on about their day, a sight that was almost nonexistent in your own timeline. But all too soon you arrive at the portal to the Time Nest, the flight is over and it’s time for business. Walking through the portal is still a strange sensation, even after all these years. You push through the portal, appearing side by side with the other Time Patrollers inside the Time Nest.

In all the time you’ve worked for the Time Patrol, the Time Nest hasn’t changed much. The three of you hurry down the stone path, ascending the stairs and entering the giant tree. Once inside, you see the rest of Hyoka’s elite team gathered around the table, that scroll out. They all seem nervous, you taking charge of the situation.

“Another change to the scroll?” you ask, walking down the steps. “How bad is it this time?”
“It’s...Well...” the large Saiyan Kall says hesitantly, you getting a terrible feeling about this.
“The scroll wasn’t changed.” Buula says, continuing where he left off. “But Karn’s done something that could be dangerous.”
“Again?” you ask, suppressing the shudder trying to crawl up your back. “What happened?”
“Here, just watch for yourself.” the human Keef says, handing you the scroll. You and Hyoka watch, a terrifying scene unfolding before you.

“RRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!” Karn roars, his body expanding outward as his aura turns green, his power exploding upward.
“...Shit.” you mutter, watching this unfold. If he were to use this against you....
“Not yet, keep going.” Kall says, looking disturbed. “It gets worse.”
“Worse?” you and Hyoka ask together, surprised. How the hell could it get worse? Soon enough, you find out just how much worse, worse can get.
cont
>>
>>2924748
“YEEEEAAAH!! GOOO DADDY!!” you hear Chaya shouting, seeing her cheering Karn on. “YOU’RE THE BEST! YOU CAN DO IT!!”

As she shouts and wildly cheers him on, you see a change begin in Karn. That rage-fueled tension in his body relaxes, you seeing him blink a few times and looking around, truly seeing what’s around him for the first time since he transformed. He sees his daughter and points up to her, Meloka Ascending worriedly. But before she can do anything else, Karn’s pointing turns to a thumb’s up. He.... He’s gaining sentience. Not only sentience, but control. You watch on, equally awed and worried as Karn begins controlling that legendary form. Despite his Berserk Saiyan power running out, he still barely manages to defeat his Kryptonian ally Ubo. You set the scroll back on the table, feeling more than a little shellshocked.

“...Trunks?” Kurimiga asks you, concerned. “You alright?”
“Ye-Yeah.” you reply after a moment, distractedly. Your mind is ablaze, running through several dozen terrifying possibilities. What if he masters it? What if he uses it against you? What if-no. There’s no need to worry about what could be. You can deal with that if it happens. No, knowing Karn, when it happens. “Good work, bringing this to my attention. It’ll be something to look for next time we engage the enemy. However, there’s nothing we can do about it for now. Have you alerted the Supreme Kai of Time?”
“I did, nyaaa.” a voice calls out, you all turning. You see Puddin, the mysterious Time Patroller walking in with Ace. When she lept into battle in Karn’s timeline, supposedly on SKoT’s orders, you were impressed with her fighting prowess. But the Supreme Kai of Time wasn’t amused. She had given the girl neither permission nor knowledge of that scroll. “She said to keep up the good work everyone.”

“Where is she anyways?” Dekeit asks, the rest of the elite squad muttering their agreement. Come to think of it, you hadn’t seen her since you shot that commercial with her. Where is she?
“Her? She’s, hmmm...” Puddin says, you getting worried. Did something happen? Did she do something to the Supreme Kai of Time? “She’s a bit ummm, tied up at the moment. Something about that bird egg, nyaa.”

You don’t like this. You don’t like this at all.
cont
>>
>>2924753
“Keep up the good work everyone.” you say, hiding your fears beneath a hopefully-calm exterior. “Hyoka, would you mind staying here with everyone for a bit? I gotta take care of something real quick, be right back.”
“Trunks, is everything okay?” she asks you, visibly worried.
“Everything’s fine.” you tell her, projecting as much confidence as you can. This is one of those moments you wish you had telepathy, its such a useful ability. “Why don’t you show Ace and Puddin here what we just watched?”
“Ye-Yeah. Okay then.” she says, quickly regaining her compisure and picking up the scroll. She gathers the elite patrollers to herself, showing them the scroll. You casually walk out, doing your best to not appear in a hurry. You think you know where she is, but if she’s not.... Well, that’s not your problem yet so you won’t worry about what could be.

Leaving the giant tree behind you, you head to the smaller nearby building. You remember when you’d first joined the Supreme Kai of Time, years before she officially created the Time Patrol. She was interested in the tech behind your mother’s Time Machine, having gathered several of them to experiment on. But after a few weeks her interest died, leaving half-assembled machines laying haphazardly around the small shack you’d set up for her. You ignore the broken machines, entering the small dome building. You walk down the steps inside the seemingly small dome, most of the building actually underground. It opens into a full-sized workshop, another dozen of the machines in various states of assembly. Tools lay strewn about, you walking through the messy workspace to a small, nondescript door on the far wall Walking up to it, you place your hand flat on the door, glowing runes appearing all over the surface of the door and wall. A section of wall a dozen feet to your left suddenly disappears, revealing a tunnel leading deeper underground. You follow the secret passageway under the ground, leading you directly beneath the giant tree where the scrolls are stored. You walk up to the door to the hidden sanctum, surprised to hear voices inside. You press an ear to the door, listening in.

“I told you before, we can’t do that!” you hear the Supreme Kai of Time shout, clearly exasperated with someone. “Such a temporal shift, especially now with the timefl-“
“Don’t give me none’a that crap.” an unfamiliar voice calls, you freezing at the sound. You have no idea who or what the speaker is, but you feel very, very afraid for some reason. “We both know that timeline’s all kinda fucked. I’m keepin’ my bitches in line, but we both know they’re not all loyal. Or the most trustworthy.”
“It doesn’t matter, no.” she says again. “Fucking up another timeline won’t fix you meddling with that one! If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t be dealing with this headache now.”
“Ya better watch that tone of yours, kid.” the voice says, now much more threatening. “Don’t forget who undid your whole universe getting destroyed.”
“...I haven’t forgotten.” she replies. “But that doesn’t mean-“
“Shhhhhh! Hear that?” the voice says, your breath catching in your throat. Before you can move, however, something grabs your head through the wall and pulls you through.

“GAAAAAH-Huh?” you shout then ask, confused. You find yourself inside the Supreme Kai of Time’s sanctum, facing... Well, you’re not entirely sure WHAT you’re looking at. But it’s a small, grey creature in the most obnoxious, garish pink, green, and yellow colors. The creature’s grey arm is stretched like a Majin’s, holding your head in one hand. You gaze into the creature’s soulless gaze, an unnatural shiver crawling it’s way up your spine. “Wha-Who are you?”
“Oh, it’s just you.” he says, dropping you unceremoniously. But, before you can ask anything else, everything goes black.

And suddenly, you’re awake again.

“Supre-!!” you shout, sitting up. You realize you’re in your bed, Hyoka and the Supreme Kai of Time both there with you. As you try and rise up, the both of them immediately hold you down. “Huh? What? Supreme Kai of Time? What happened? Whe-?”
“You slipped in the workshop when you came to check up on me, Trunks.” she says, face a mask. “You’d hit your head on one of the broken-down time machines and passed out. “Hyoka found you laying there, and carried you here.”
“But, what about tha-?” you ask, her again talking over you.
“It was all a dream, Trunks.” she says, you caught off-guard by the hard edge in her voice. “Whatever you dreamed about, it’s best you forget about it.”

With that, she walks from the room, your mind full of confusion and doubts. Who was that creature? What was that creature? And why do you still feel like it’s soulless eyes are still watching you? You realize that, once again, the universe is larger and more complicated that you’d ever imagined.

So, GD, where would you suggest we find some suitably deadly wildlife for New Salda? Because I mean we’re probably going to start introducing wildlife anyways, however we decide to do that, and giving us suggestions is probably the best way to keep us from having to fight (And you having to write) a bunch of radioactive Saibamen and Wookiees of our own creation, and keeping the new wildlife introduced within the realm of sanity, relatively speaking. Otherwise we’re probably going to try and find some way to transport Cthulhu from earth or some crazy shit like that.
