You respond that you're not allowed to go with strangers and you just get the response "Too bad, we're from Central and we're supposed to pay you a visit. You should know what this is about. It's not like we're going to hurt you, so you may as well come with us instead of making this a pain in the ass."

I'm slightly interested and doubt that they're going to harm us, so I think it would be best to just get it over with without making a fuss. Still, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to make sure others are aware of the situation.

You manage to borrow Sakamoto's phone to call Fukuda and tell her about the situation. She sounds pretty angry and asks if you need her to come over with some others and kick their asses for you. You...

You tell Fukuda to come alone after school and she seems to accept it. The rest of the school day goes fairly normally before you exit the school to see the three men in black suits with black sunglasses standing next to Fukuda, arguing.
By the time you walk up to them you Fukuda say "We've gotten to an agreement, we're going to the cafe." You follow the group to the cafe that you've gone to Fukuda once or twice before, you and Fukuda sitting on one side of the table and the three suits sitting on the other side.
The man who seems to be their leader says "To get straight to the point- Who gave you your power?"

The first sentence isn't a run on sentence due to the usage of before and the latter isn't because of the comma. (Although as stated before, it is supposed to be "with Fukuda", not just Fukuda.)
Whether the sentences are slightly stilted and whether I should break them up more is debatable, but they're grammatically correct.

>5 million buy you a lot of magnets, surely will help you cheat in the next underground fighting tournament.

You respond with a quip about how many magnets they could buy with 5,000,000 yen. The man sighs and shakes his head dejectedly before writing down a cellphone number on a slip of paper and handing it to you. He says "Call this number if you remember anything." and leaves the cafe. As you watch him leave he looks you in the eyes through the window of the cafe. You see him grab a 100 yen coin out of his pocket before sending it flying through the air far faster than Gato possibly could. The coin hits a fire hydrant, only stopping once it's embedded in the metal itself. You see the man say something to the other two men before one of them speaks into a walkie-talkie. This is followed by an expensive looking car pulling up to pick the three up. As you turn back to Fukuda you see her face twisted in shock and confusion (or at least the parts of it that she can move with her jaw wired) before she goes "How the fuck did he send the coin flying that fast? How can he afford a car like that? I guess it's good we didn't piss him off, but he rubs me the wrong way for some reason." You...

You clarify for Kurosaki that you're talking about the point where the kid tripped over nothing and tell him about your powers in detail. He rubs his chin for a moment while thinking for a moment before going "Ah, so that's what was working against Goto as well. That also should have been what helped you resist Kanozaki's killing intent and why your mind visualized the resistance as a wall of arms." Kurosaki's eyes then brighten up and he says "If you can learn how to control the arms independently you could be a marital arts grandmaster." He then seems to realize something and goes "Er, not that you have to be. You could do plenty of things with that. Sorting paperwork at ridiculous speeds, becoming a mangaka who could draw multiple series at once, maybe being some sort of supertalented pilot." in a far less enthused tone than before. Kurosaki follows this up by saying 'I'll keep my eye out for any scriptures that would explain why this would be. The only guess I can hazard would be that your soul was strengthened by some sort of extremely special art utilizing chi in the womb, but that would almost certainly kill the fetus. The Buddhists might chalk it all up to 'karma', but that seems dumb to me. Anyways, try to keep your ability under wraps so that you don't get into trouble with it."

You ask Kurosaki what you should do regarding Central and explain the situation. He says "Well... it's up to you to be honest. It's your power and it doesn't look like they're aiming to harm the owner, so you could hear them out and possibly make some money if you want. If it's too much trouble, then just ignore them. If they try to bother you about it with anything beyond talking you can just tell them that you have the backing of Murata Kurosaki and that Yashiro Kanozaki and Endo will come after them if anything happens to you." You get the Calculus notes from Fukuda and are very, very confused. Fukuda is also slightly confused, but given the fact that your full math knowledge only reaches vague concepts of multiplication and division, you're far more confused than Fukuda.
The rest of the day passes pretty quickly and the next day it's time to head over to Fukuda's for that barbecue. You show up and see that there are about 20 or 30 people there. Quite a few of them look foreign.

Kenji and Kimura correct him but he either doesn't seem to care or notice. Fukuda says "Hey dad." and before she can say anything else he asks if she wants to play paintball against him tomorrow. Fukuda, Kimura, and Kenji all seem VERY scared by this proposition and manage to dissuade him after several minutes.

You practice your harmonica, making decent progress in learning how to make it sound less offensive to the ear. At some point someone comes up to you and gestures for you to give them the harmonica for a moment before they play a lovely blues tune. Huh, so THAT'S how you're supposed to play it.
It's pretty late after your harmonica odyssey and it's time for the fireworks. Fukuda shows you where they are and you see a lot of large cardboard boxes and some weird small tower shaped things. You hear Fukuda mutter something about the police coming again with Mexican fireworks before the smallest fireworks begin being lit off.
The smallest fireworks seem pretty impressive and are very loud. Some of the fireworks don't have any pretty colors like the rest of them and are JUST loud. Guess that's what America likes. Eventually the fireworks are several times larger than anything you thought hypothetically possible and the police show up before quickly leaving after seeing the party. You're unsure whether they're too scared of the guests to intervene or know one of them.
The fireworks are over and Fukuda starts walking you home because "that's when they get wild". You had a fun pretty fun day and saw more explosions than were probably legal in this country.
You wake up the next day and the next couple of weeks pass pretty fast. Eventually it's July 18th, a couple of days before finals. In your spare time in the pass few weeks you've been...

combine the power practice to do it with Kurosaki
>>
>>3033395
You start practicing a bit more with Kurosaki, fired up slightly by both the fighting tournament and the appearance of Central. In tandem with this you continue exercising a decent amount.
You practice your kanji after school with Sakamoto, as is tradition, and realize that you're probably way past the material you need to learn at this point combined with reading and all that.
You read through the first volume of "Journey to the West", and it's pretty good. A rather difficult read for you, but good nonetheless. You're still not sure whether this inspired Dragon Ball or if it was the other way around.
You continue talking with your classmates just enough to maintain your role as the most popular of the three "class heads" (An unofficial title for the most popular in a class. Much like a hydra, if one disappears several take their place in a power struggle.) Your position is pretty firmly entrenched and the other two class heads don't harbor thoughts of contending with you for the time being.
You study, forcing Mark to provide notes for you, although he notes that you're pretty well prepped for what comes ahead since "most people in elementary school don't study at all". [this was the -1]
You practice with your powers in attempts to multitask and start gaining some proficiency in it. You can easily have one of the arms do things in the corner of your eye if you need sight to do it (something like sorting) or out of sight if it's feasible to work solely off of their dulled sense of touch. To do so with another arm will take a bit of work. [this was the -2]
And so the practice test passed, the grades quickly being released. You got ranked 4th out of 120, with your results being: 2nd/120 Japanese, 15th/120 English, 4th/120 History, 6th/120 Science, and 5th/120 Math. You note that Nakano got 1st in every subject. It's rather dark, but it seems that her mom did get her intended result in the end.

You have come equipped with hiking boots and a full canteen, and Kaneko has food for the both of you. What could go wrong?
You and Kaneko begin walking through the trail, and although it's a bit overgrown you're able to walk through it fine. The forest is pretty, although the amount of mosquitoes is making this much worse than it would be otherwise.
Eventually you're set to reach the 1/3rd way point for a short break and...

You mention track to Kaneko and she quickly begins mentioning the inner workings of the track system and so on and so forth. It turns out that for her the inner workings are "run fast and get angry at people who run faster". You get a read on her level of ability through the conversation and apparently she should be able to get into nationals, but won't be anything notable at that level.
She swears out someone named "Ando" several times, who you recall being the person who beat her at the last track meet you went to. Almost every time Ando is mentioned some angry comment about how someone can run that fast with oversized breasts accompanies it. It seems like Kaneko takes personal offence at Ando's bodily attributes for some reason.
Eventually the conversation ends and you begin hiking again. On your way to the next rest stop...

You near the large, dilapidated house and see that overgrown plants rule the yard, with a rusty fence surrounding the property. The remnants of what looks to have been a flowerbed are on the ground, as well as few gravel paths that are barely visible. There are also some garden gnomes with faded paint that has begun to peel off of them.
The house itself is made of wood with the paint faded and peeling, but seems to be structurally sound. You go towards the front door and find that it's unlocked. Upon opening it you find yourself in a small entryway, a coat rack to your right and a shoe box to your left. A dirty welcome mat lies below your feet.
In front of you is a staircase and there are doors to your left and right. Kaneko looks around before noting that everything is ridiculously dusty. You...

You begin looking through the first floor of the house and in all the rooms there's one constant: They're very dusty. It doesn't seem like anyone has been here in ages. As far as you can tell the furniture seems to be pretty expensive, although not all of it is in the best shape. Eventually you come across a laundry room and find a pretty nice looking ring on top of the washer (which is still full of an old woman's clothes, also covered in dust. You...

On the desk is a wallet, a piece of a paper, and a weird stamp. The wallet has about 200,000 yen in it and an ID. The ID has a picture of the woman on the bust and a birthdate of 1920. The note next to it is stamped and says "whoever finds this can have anything just please find my art a good home goodbye". As you lift your eyes from the note the bust seems to glance at you for a moment. Before you can say anything about it Kaneko screams and goes "THE BUST! THE BUST LOOKED AT US! DID YOU SEE THAT?" The ghost doesn't say anything at your repeated questions as to whether you can take things, and so now Kaneko is stuck carrying around a stone bust of the woman. You thank the ghost before you grab the stamp. Kaneko asks to look at that for a moment before you let her.
Kaneko looks at the stamp before you hear her say "Isn't this a seal? You're only supposed to use this on official documents. Wait a minute, would that make that her..." Kaneko trails off and doesn't say anything else before handing the stamp back to you.

After that you and Kaneko search the room more thoroughly, eventually finding some fancy looking cigars and sketching kit. You also find a pretty well-made rucksack under the desk, which is helpful since you didn't bring a bag with you and it looks like you'll be leaving with a lot. You...

You decide that asking the ghost whether you can take stuff is superfluous and put what you find into the rucksack. Nothing seems to change, so that's good.
You finish searching the second floor and find a bedroom that looks more lived in than the others. There are lots of rather moth-eaten clothes in the closet and more furniture lying around. than in the other bedrooms You find some well-done wood carvings and put them into your rucksack as well. As you're about to leave the room you come across a diary sitting next to a dried up inkwell.
You open the diary and you see that the first date is from 1976. It has intermittent entries from what you assume is the owner of this house up until 1985.
The writer appears to be a depressed and lonely artist, and on occasion laments her decision not to marry. Some of the only other people mentioned in her diary are a few contacts who come out occasionally and buy art from her to pass off as their own for what's implied to be rather large sums of money. The last entry in the diary simply says:
"I wish I had published my own pieces. Been brave enough to try for fame. Been brave enough to try for anything. I've told them that I won't be providing anymore pieces and claimed to retire. I will be retiring, in a way. Goodbye - Yokoyama Sachiko"
Huh, well that's depressing. After you finish reading this a framed painting loudly falls for no reason you can see. Err, you guess you're supposed to take that too. By this point Kaneko looks very scared. You're also a bit spooked, but considering that you can spook others, it's not too bad. You...

You head towards the basement and feel the temperature begin to drop slightly, although that might just be the airflow in the house. You begin walking down the stairs to the basement, the stuffy air feeling slightly more constricting than it would be otherwise. You reach the bottom of the stairs before you see what seems to be an art studio full well-preserved paintings, sketches, and the like. Well, this traces of lingering will aren't dangerous currently, but depending on the surrounding environment and so-forth they could mutate and form a malicious will. On the flip side, they could also become a lucky item. It's a matter of chance really. Do you want me to get someone to purify these and sell them off to collectors? Nobody would get haunted, you'd make a bit of money even after the purification fees, and they'd find good homes." You...

Kurosaki responds "Well, you could sell them without purification but I cannot in good conscience let you do that to anyone who isn't well acquainted with spirits and such due to the danger it may pose, however minor. As for the ghost itself, I don't think it would even know that its will had been erased from the pieces. The will in it currently is less of a conscious thing and more of a remnant of the fact that it was so highly looked after by the spirit itself." You...

"Whether a piece becomes auspicious or inauspicious to the owner depends on the owner, the nature of the object itself, the environment, and all sorts of different variables. Even the people who specialize in this can't get it right every time. Sometimes pieces will try to indicate a spot, that's one of the only times when an auspicious piece is nearly guaranteed, assuming the environment stays mostly constant while its nature is being altered." You spend the rest of the day practicing the harmonica, the sound angering less people this time. You wonder how long it took that one guy to get the hang of this, instruments are hard.
You wake up in the morning and it's the first day of summer vacation. You have about forty days of freedom to yourself! The sun is up and you see that most of the kids are out and about, although Hikaru is currently just sitting on his bed messing with that weird board game of his. You...

You head over to the North's base, blowing on your harmonica on the way there. You walk in, once again, to see their leader singing his heart out at karaoke.
You inquire as to whether there are an miscellaneous acts of vigilantism you can commit and get the response that while they would always appreciate attacks against opposing gangs, that's probably not what you're looking for. While trying to figure out what gangs fall under "opposing gangs", you get the response "all of them except the Souths". Well then.
After a lovely morning lazing around the North's base you make your way to play paintball with Fukuda. You...

You tell him that strange things happen around you, sometimes intentionally and sometimes unintentionally, but you don't know where your powers come from. You read various books at the library, the content doesn't really matter. Some manga here, a few nonfiction books there, whatever seems interesting.
You keep up your extra practice with Kurosaki and your exercise with Kaneko. You stay in pretty good shape for a six year-old and Kurosaki tells you that he'll start teaching you "some of the moves that actually have names".
You have Mark and Fukuda help you with your ENGLISH, although you may or may not be learning some slang in the process. You're unsure, but at least you aren't saying "y'all". Nakano helps you study a bit over break. She's seemingly still much smarter than you even though she doesn't seem to be studying that much now that her mother is gone. You guess some people are just talented.
You also spend some time having fun over break, hanging out with your inner circle from school and such. In the process you spend a few thousand yen on a cute swimsuit and put it with the rest of your stuff.
You also grab some cool looking dolls that you can put on your hands for 4000 yen. There's one of a frog, one of a pig, and one of some weird prawn thing.
Over the past couple of weeks you've...

Next update will probably be in about 5 or 6 hours, depends when my 5E session ends. Also, Jigoku is going to become one hell of a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none character at this rate, not that that's a good or bad thing.
Also, I forgot to ask:

Ah, you just remembered what you practiced for the past couple of weeks, it was producing more arms. You're still quite a ways from the fourth arm. With this rate of practice you'll get the fourth arm in somewhere from 4-6 weeks.
As for the style of harmonica you want to play, you'll chase after those lovely Irish tunes. They tend to be very in your face, so they fit you just fine.
While standing in front of Cafe Starlight with Mark you see someone in a shrine maiden costume. You immediately recognize it to be Aizawa. You guess Sakamoto ended up giving that outfit to her, although it looks modified. Mark waves his hand towards Aizawa and says "Hey, you're the first one here. You loudly go "Hey Aizawa-sensei! Why are you wearing that outfit?" before you see her turn to you, a look full of disbelief on her face as she stares at you. She stammers out something about how adults like to play dress-up too and that the outfit is for Comiket. You're not sure if you get it, but whatever, as long as she's happy. Mark and Aizawa then begin making smalltalk over some stuff you don't understand, but you listen in anyways.
After about ten more minutes around five more people arrive, some in normal clothes, some dressed up like Aizawa-sensei. One of them looks like Goku and you're debating whether it's the real one or not in your head, they look exactly like the one from the manga. You're pretty sure it's the real one. You...

You listen in on their conversation as they talk about what they're going to release at Comiket and so on and so forth. Most of them seem to be doing something related to Touhou and from what you can figure out Touhou seems to be some sort of video game. Having never used a computer or video game system before, this is left as a very vague concept to you.
As far as you can tell all of these people appear to go to this Comiket thing and then release stuff. You would assume they're all artists but their conversation seems to point otherwise since some of them are dressed up and haven't mentioned drawing stuff and one of them mentioned an album.
After an hour or so of you listening in on their conversation they're about done. You've come to the conclusion that the person from before (probably) isn't the real Goku, and you got some free food out of the deal. Afterwards you...

Yeah, that part of the city has had a bit of a drug problem for the past 30 or so years. This attracted all sorts of bad sorts which drove down prices in the area and caused anyone with sense to move out. Eventually only the poor, homeless, criminals, and druggies were left. Anywhere, you're just lucky you didn't get stabbed. Er, you didn't, did you? Oh, and that art is purified already, it'll just take a while to sell. I'll inform you once it's all done with." You confirm that you didn't get stabbed before...

You ask for Kurosaki's suggestions on your shared interest, vigilantism. Kurosaki hesitantly says "Well, if you want to be a vigilante, I suppose you could go to the ghetto and beat up muggers and the like. It's not exactly a safe place, but hey, nothing is safe. Would be a decent chance to get into real combat too. If you were stronger there's always the yakuza but that won't be a feasible option for a long time. In addition, now that I think about it, at some point you'd probably end up like me in my youth: Running across the country from assassins and sleeping outside half the time. Ah, the good old days."
As you suggest another training camp Kurosaki rubs his hands together in anticipation and says "Yes, yes, great idea. One or two weeks of training and bam, another leap in strength. What do you want to focus on?" You...

You want to be able to fight 50 duck-sized horses, so maybe focus on how to fight multiple opponents
>>
>>3048805
You tell Kurosaki that you need to learn how to fight multiple opponents, as the threat of 50 duck-sized horses lingers in your mind. That must have been what the JSDF members had to face back in the Revolutionary War. Truly fear-inducing. Kurosaki says "Well, to fight multiple opponents there are a few things we could do, besides me just giving you some quick advice on how to turn the situation to your advantage. You could try to figure out how to multitask with your power better or I could try to teach you a few moves that would give you more leverage when surrounded." You...

You oblige and come back the next morning. Kurosaki immediately spots you as you approach the library and he gestures for you to follow him. You're quickly led to the basement, which you now see is filled with various props and human-shaped targets. Kurosaki grins and says "Here's where you'll learn the key to fighting multiple enemies - using the environment. If we can get this to an acceptable level within a few weeks I have some moves to show you after that." You...

You look for the house and...well, you can't find it. You're now very deep in the woods and the undergrowth is thicker than you've seen previously in the forest. You're now unsure of where in the forest you are, and will have trouble even getting back. All you can really tell is you're in deep.

You find a disused cabin with a filled firewood rack outside of it. You can also hear the sound of cars, but they sound rather distant and it's getting pretty dark, so it would probably be better to check it out in the morning.
Luckily enough the door to the cabin is unlocked and you go inside. The cabin is only one-room in size and has a bed, a fireplace, a sofa, and a bookshelf. Besides that and the head of a deer mounted on the wall the place is bare. It's a bit drafty, but still much better than outside. You...

Maybe there are some spooky stories to fill the ghost shaped hole in our heart.
>>
>>3049880
You manage to make a fire with a few of the logs outside, using some leaves and twigs to make up the base. You light up a few leaves with your trusty zippo and the fire is roaring in short time. You just need to keep feeding it wood and it'll stay going for as long as you need it
You examine the bookshelf, wiping a thin layer of dust off of it, and see that there are quite a few books on hunting, animals, plants, and nature in general. There's also all 42 volumes of Dragon Ball on the bottom shelf. It doesn't fit in with the rest, but oh well, you guess Dragon Ball is universal. You also spot a random magazine among the books and see a bunch of naked women inside. You're not sure why someone would want to read this and put it back.
You look for some ghost stories to make you feel better about not finding your original goal, but you don't spot anything.
You read about plants for a bit before falling asleep and eventually wake up in the morning, a bit cold and hungry but otherwise unharmed. You...

You make your way through the woods and make your way to a road with the help of more car sounds. You walk along it for about half an hour before you're back into town, and you quickly get something to eat as you're famished.
You sit down in a diner and get some food. While you're in the middle of eating three men enter the restaurant. One of the men has three red stripes on his chest that look like a wound caused by a claw or something and the other two are carrying him, looking scared out of their wits. One of them just yells "Our friend is bleeding heavily, could you call an ambulance?" and the owner of the joint begins dialing for one. You...

You go over to the men and ask one of them why they currently have somebody bleeding out, a bit scared and confused by the situation. One of the men looks at you before exclaiming "There was a fucking bear in the woods over there! We didn't even do anything to it, just tried to get away, and then the damn thing clawed my friend here good. God, I should get a pack of hunters and go get that.... thing......"
The man trails off as you see him staring through one of the large windows with an expression of shock and horror on his face. You turn to look at what he's staring at and see a bear about 30 feet away, a trail of bloody clawprints trailing behind it. It's a bear. Why is there a bear. Oh dear lord that thing is big.

Not fantastic, but at least we should get less rolls in 20s and below. I'm worried we're going to have to fight a bear, though. Rolls seem to be good when we're violent so it should be fine. Maybe we have to violently bond with the ghost.
