You’re Ferdinand (“Fern”), some punk from an acid ocean world called Ghast. You’ve got a pet Tyranid gun called Bubbles, and you’re on a Chaos space station after hitching a ride to flee a Tyranid sea monster. You have recently killed a Rogue Trader on the station, and after striking a deal with what was left of their corrupt crew, you now have two Servitors, and an amazon-like slave. You've gone to the Ringlands of an Agri-World, a land of anarchists and assholes, and after proving yourself in a gruesome battle with other captives, you have been accepted into the Steel Claws gang.

You don't need to make a new thread the moment you hit bump limit, you know.
>>
>>4273463
Last thread isn't even close to bump limit either.
>>
I'm unfamiliar with /qst/ culture and thought it was just best this way.

I do prefer a tidy update though, and I don't have time rn to repost all of the stuff after getting cut midway, but I will later.
>>
>>4273472
The bump limit is usually around 760 or so posts. Threads lag a bit on 800 or so posts. The most ideal time to make a new thread is when your last one is around page 6 or 7, but you could also try 5 as well. I've been here some time so take it from me, or just do what you want, it works either way.
>>
>>4273472
Also consider that it takes quite a while for Threads to actually fall off. Yeah they dont get bumbed, but i mean first Thread is still around, and barely on the bottom half of the Board.

That beeing said, given the quality of your work, do whatever the fuck you want. I think most ppl. will be fine with it, and you will have Readers either wy.

The next morning, after breakfast, you look at your pet ‘nid, who was licking what was left in your plate. “Hey, Bubbles” you told her.

Well, maybe she was an ‘it’, now that you think about it. You just didn’t see any dick and balls on her like a salamander-dog, or any other creature really, like animals back on Ghast have. So you just got into the habit of thinking of her as a ‘she’.

She turned to you and tilted her head to a side, wondering. You cocked your head to your right arm. Then, she leaped and attached herself to your hand as usual. You still had your hand wrapped in bandages, but at least it wasn’t in a cast like your leg was, and you could move them a lot more without it hurting.

You willed a shot, but didn’t fire, and Bubbles didn’t do anything for a while, her back-tentacles trying to find a good grip on you, until she opted to dig a bit under the bandages, and finally managed to make skin contact with you. Then, innards started to glow with an eerie green hue, and then you dismissed it. Yeah. Things were like usual. If she wasn’t touching you directly, she couldn’t react to your will.

But, the Tyranid said she was deaf, right? Then… How could she hear your intent? Or was that even hearing at all?

You decided to test it out.

Until now, you had just treated Bubbles like a normal pup, you talked to her out of habit to do so, and thought that should read your intent out of just sheer practice between the two of you. But, if there was more to that…

With her still on your hand, you didn’t try to control her anymore. You tried to talk. Through the voice of your will, you said: Thanks, you can go now if you want, buddy.

Bubbles then turned to look at you, and just observed you for a while, and then scuttled off to the food again and resumed liking.

Holy fuck you didn’t need to actually use word to communicate with her. Well. You already knew that, in a way, given how she could ‘read’ you when she was on your hand. But you didn’t think it would be to this magical extent.

How about doing things at a distance then, like with the Tyranid-snake.

Hey, could you get on my arm, Bubbles? you asked.

And she immediately leaped back onto you.

Hooooly shiiiiit.

Alright. Alright. You decided to try something else now. So when the Tyranid said she “is deaf to us”, it meant so literally. Being deaf to them specifically. Bubbles can ‘hear’ - she can hear you!

”What do you want to do, Bubbles?”

”Obey symbiotic host.” you felt, in sheer meaning, like when the Tyranid-serpent spoke, but in a much smaller, tinier voice. It felt clinical. Cold. Entirely devoid of emotion - not because it was suppressing feelings. But because it couldn’t feel those things. ”Then, reinforce the host's sentimental bond.”
>>
You implied through feeling that she didn’t need to be on your hand anymore, and she then went over and started to lick your face.

“My host is the most important to me. I must keep their sentiment towards me within the optimal values.” you heard.

You.. sighed. All of this time, you had thought that Bubbles actually cared for you. Actually had feelings, actually loved you like you loved her. But… It was just a facade. Bubbles was merely a machine of flesh and scales, like that Tyranid serpent. Your feelings towards her was just another variable, another tool for her system.

“Host’s distress levels slightly increasing. Not optimal. Host, prepare for: the cuddles.

And she started to nuzzle you, and used her softer lower claws to hold against you and stroke your skin.

---------------------------

After distracting yourself with more documentaries about xenos, learning about Dark Eldars who were like emo cousins of the regular shitty Eldars, and the Orks, who were retarded, easily-beaten barbarians (easily beaten, yeah right), you decided to try something with Bubbles.

Hey, Bubbles. How do you feel about connecting to my left arm to fight?

Inefficient. Host’s combat ability with their left is inferior to their right.

I mean like, do you connect to weird nerve things in me to do it? Do you grow them in me?

I have adapted to your human nervous system. Troubleshooting has lead to further growths from me, into the host, to cross the Tyranid-human barrier.

Huh. Alright. Man, you had a lot of ask her.

You can hear the rest of the hive, right? The other Tyranids.

Yes.

Why don’t you like, ‘submit’ to them?

Neural resources are available but aren’t invested in those communications. Functions have further atrophied from disuse. Our hive is the human Ferdinand. Not the Tyranid agglomerate. The optimal expenditure of resources is to: not pay attention to the constant noise of the Tyranid agglomerate.”

Have you… Ever been under the submission of the Tyranids?”

No.

So you got massive balls then, like me.

I lack such higher functions. I imply from context that you wish to understand why I do not submit: the Tyranid agglomerate’s communications does not arrive to me in full. Self genetic repair has failed to amend my congenital condition. I defaulted to a feral, survival state.

...How do you know so much about yourself, like this?

Internal self-reporting. Hunger, bodily damage and readiness to expel waste are also reported in the same way. You understand, yes?

Yeah.

---------------------------
>>
You thought of drinking more vinegar to build up immunity to acid - thankfully, you already loved vinegar. Everything around here tasted weird without it, like the spaceport’s food back then and just food in general here. It doesn’t have that Ghastian acidic taste that you’re so used to. You were a bit skeptical that you’d be able to build up more ‘immunity’ than you already had because you were already so used to it, but eh. You loved vinegar. Who cares. You started to drink vinegar now and then straight from the bottle because it honestly tasted better than the horribly un-acidic drinks that you could get from the maids.

--------------------------

You decided to check out the other places of the hotel. Carefully, you crutch yourself to the door and get out finding yourself in a long hallway. You wandered out, and found more rooms, hearing music blasting from one of the ones that you passed by, and people arguing in another. And further ahead, a gym, where you found Dijana on a workout machine, with another athletic-looking girl covered in tattoos and scars spotting her. You didn’t peek for too long, because things could get awkward, so you wandered off, looking for some stairs. You found one going further up, and down, and you heard a lot of noise and laughter from downstairs, so you went there.

You soon got to the arcade floor. It was a massive room with a huge collection of old games put away to a side, and the maids standing eerily still, their helmets plugged into the wall next to them. Tobias and Victor were there as well in the same line as the maids, just staring into nowhere, their clothing having been apparently washed and ironed and a sign hanging over their necks saying ‘Shorty’s, don’t touch - Wiz’. Further in, around the main area, lit up and ready to play were several working arcade machines, seeming having been repaired by patchwork. And in the middle, there was a circular bar, where Wizard’s girl with the gigantic tits was, serving drinks to the others there.

“Hey guys, it’s Shorty!” one of them said.

“Yoooo, Shorty’s feeling better! Guys, it’s Shorty!!” another bellowed, and people soon left their games and went over to huddle around you.

“How ya doing, Shorty? One heck of a fight, eh?” one of the punks said, the large stud in her tongue glistening in the neon lights as she spoke. “Welcome to the Steel Claws, Shorty!” another said. “You’ve come to try some games, Shorty?!” another asked.

It was chaotic and overwhelming. “Thanks, everyone.” you just told them. “I’m just here to tour around. I’d go crazy if I’m in my room all day.”

You noticed Wizard in a sofa, far off behind the people near the circular bar in a sort of fancy VIP area, raising a hand and trying to get your attention from where you were. You waved back. And he gave you a thumbs up and then just continued talking to the two girls he had under his arms. He just wanted to greet you.
>>
“You wanna play some games, Shorty? What kinda games do they have at Ghast?” one asked.

“I’ve just played like once or twice.” you admitted. “It was ‘Hammerball’, or something. Old sports game. We didn’t have much cool stuff there on Ghast, it’s a very poor planet.”

“Ah, but now you’re going to have all of the games you want!” another cheered. “And drinks and biiiiitchesssss!” another cheered. “C’mon, have a drink with us.” another suggested, and lead you to sit with them at the circular bar.

You drank some alcohol, and overall over the jokes and banter you then had with them, they were very friendly, trying to make you feel like one of them.

--------------------------

The next following days, you decide to try some realistic-looking shooting games. While you leg still felt bad, your arms were in way better condition by now. You couldn’t really stand and shoot like the games wanted you to because you had to hold your crutches, but that wasn’t much of a problem, because you just pulled up a chair and played seated.

--------------------------

Towards the end of this second week, you were going around in one crutch instead of two, and through sheer practice, had gotten yourself into one of the top 10 highscores of the stages of the shooting game. And you had also been told that you’d be going around as a newbie next week with the others so that you could begin getting to learn your gang ‘work’. Someone was going to drive for you, your job was going to be to stick around and pay attention.

But, on the last day, when it was time to sleep again, Dijana got up and sat on the edge of the bed after half an hour or so, and bawled into her hands.

“What’s wrong?” you ask her. You haven’t talked much at all in these last two weeks, with her ignoring and avoiding you and all.

“I-I c-cannot. M-m-more.” she said, crying. “M-my heart. I-I think: Impossible, but. No. It is happening. Day after day, my heart sings ‘F-F-Fern~!’ more and more loud. Fern! Fern! - it is wrong! But I cannot stop!”

“I-I…” she then followed, and sniffled, bracing down her crying. She looked up into the wall. “I must go.”

“Go?” you asked.

“I will make mistake, if stay.” she said. “I cannot hold heart for more time. You understand yes, Fern? I am fighting inside, very, very hard. I will lose the fight if I stay. I cannot… hold... for more time. It is not stopping. Only growing.”

She turned to you, her face stern, but with tears falling from her huge, precious eyes. “I love you, Fern. Man chose saved Dijana, man with strongest heart, man that Dijana lovest, is Fern. Everything in me, loves you. It sings, for you. You are the flower of my living, the honey of my soul. I love you, Fern. I love you. I lovest you.”

“But, I have responsibility. To my mens and womens.” she added. “I must honor my blood, my mama, my papa, their mama and papa, and everyone before. I cannot throw away all the work. I, for Fern, can die. Do anything. But I carry not only Dijana. I carry the weight of all my blood. I must honor the work of my blood, of my everyone, to make God. For everyone.

Goodbye, Fern, my lovest.”

It was said that she had to marry the strongest man of her home right? Can Fern try to do that or something? I mean yeah, there's a gigantic chance of failure but by damn, he must try!
>>
>>4273563
As in, if their culture says that she has to marry the strongest man as to ensure the bloodline becomes stronger, can Fern not try to become said strongest man? Sure, fighting space marine+ sized people is not AT ALL an easy feat to pull off, but he can try, right?
>>
>>4273555
>man with strongest heart
Damn straight.
Don’t you worry babe, if we ever continue the bloodline, you better believe that they’re going to be strong as all fucking balls on the outside and the INSIDEEE.
>>
>>4273563
>>4273585
if you really love her, let her go

>>4273555
>"How will you leave?"
>offer to help her escape
>>
>>4273605
That's an incredibly defeatist mindset, anon. Her culture says that she has to marry the strongest, not one pre-decided guy in particular. And she clearly doesn't want to marry some booga who.
>>
>>4273605
+1 for helping her escape but fuck that let her go shit. We're going with her to her planet and we will beat everyone up so we can marry our amazonian gf
>>
>>4273621
If we're going to beat up everyone up and go with her to her planet, we should first tell her the idea and then, if possible, wait more so we can rest better and maybe get some training time.

I mean, she's leaving because of the despair, right? I don't think there's some arbitrary time limit to get to her planet (right?)
>>
>>4273605

>Host, prepare for: the cuddles.
Ow fuck my sides.

I'm gonna leave the write in because I'm too socially inept
>>
>>4273620
this is important to her, and everyone on her planet. you can't just act like you're doing the right thing keeping her with you just because she has tassive fucking mitties. besides, it sounds like we'd be signing up to a life of war, which is admittedly not uncommon in Warhammer, but nontheless undesirable.
>>
>>4273555
Just read the responses. Gonna +1 the votes to romance her, but for the sake or asking what if we showed her folks we can be strong?
>>
>>4273555
well, fuck. I guess now we help her get out. But does she really needs our help? I'm pretty sure she can just leave through the nearest wall and jog away at the speed of sound. But she will still need to leave the planet and navigate to the homeworld somehow, so yeah, she needs our help.
>"Shitty end to a frienship, but I get it. Do you have a plan? How will you leave the planet?"
>>
>>4273638
>>4273642
You're all acting like we're suggesting to try to convince her that abandon the tradition. We're not, she said that she has to marry the strongest Man. Not some other noble, not an already decided guy, the strongest. Why the fuck can't we try to compete for that title too? Isn't their goal to get the strongest bloodline?
>>
>>4273639
Bubbles is too adorable
>>
>>4273656
then submit your "write-in" and let the /qst/ hivemind decide
>>
>>4273656
Strongest clearly means the biggest and brawniest, as it is made clear by their body types and war-based culture. Good hearts aren't based on genes.

>>4273662
I did, i suggested we try to get the title of strongest man, no matter the difficulty. For love and that kind of stuff

You don't necessarily need to be the biggest to beat everyone else up, they're not digganobz are they? Featherweights have beat heavyweights before.

I just like how this entire quest turned into "get waifu at any cost"
also this her whole "running away" thing is pretty bad, because if she runs alone, she probably never gets home (or it will take her A LOT of time for the very least). But if she runs with us, it will defeat the whole purpose of running away, because she runs from us, thats the entire point. fuck.
>can we just roll for emotional support?
>>
>>4273671
This.
>>
>>4273675
She wants to run away from us because she loves us, but knows she has to marry the strongest. That's why i said we should at the very least try to compete for that position.
>>
>>4273677
yeah, we are in the hotel with the gang. We can't compete for anything other that best score on the arcades right now, and she is about to run away because she loves fern, but shouldn't, emotional drama, all that stuff. also right now. competing for the title is not a bad end goal, but what exactly do we say to her now?
>>
>>4273685
Say that we want to compete for the title, right?
>>
>>4273697
she will look at fern like he is minorly retarded, but that is an option, yeah. I'm still voting for asking about her plans and does she needs help to get home first
>>
>>4273673
I still want to put more dakka on them.
>>
>>4273702
I doubt that, she knows he has balls of steel. Just going "yeah sure, what's your plan and how can i help you" is defeatist.

When the opportunity arise we'll want them for the dakka.

Here's a thought. Could Bubbles modify Fern's biology so he can heal faster? But why stop there? Could bubbles make Fern Astartes tier levels of buff?
>>
>>4273734
fair enough
>>
>>4273739
no, not likely. It's just a symbiotic dog-gun, not a wish granter. It didn't modify our body in any way, it just grow some extra nerves in our arm. those are not useful in any way to us, exept passing commands from our brain to the Bubbles, those nerves are more like his bodyparts than ours
>>
>>4273762
What about the part where Fern could understand the hive mind? Like the worm back on Ghast? Perhaps you're dismissing the potential to experiment too soon. So maybe the super buff mode is reaching too far, but maybe slightly increase rate of natural healing? Like a +25% or something. We could just ask Bubbles.
>>
>>4273765
yeah, asking won't hurt. Bubbles wants our survival just as hard as we do, so if it can help it will
>>
>>4273563
+1
>>
>>4273739
I don't think she can give us instabuff, but i think that it wouldn't be hard to have her allow us to unlock full muscle potential, considering she made a connection with our mind.

I've remember, from reading somewhere, that to conserve energy normal humans can only activate like 65% of muscle tissue. Don't know if that's true, but if it is, then we could probably use that at some point in the future.
>>
>>4273794
But not in stuff like lifting, by the way. The 65% are there for a reason, so you don't over-exert yourself (which is why only athletes get past it)

We should just see if we could maybe use that should we ever really need to.
>>
>>4273797
>I have adapted to your human nervous system. Troubleshooting has lead to further growths from me, into the host, to cross the Tyranid-human barrier.
>The 65%
Something about the body producing chemicals to sending signals to your brain to not over exert yourself, or when you're starving and you eat stuff and your body immediately converts to food into fats. I don't know I guess we could see if Bubbles could unlocked the remaining 35% in times of need. Personally I think some passive modifiers would be cool too. Like an improved digestive system so you shit less and your body is better at absorbing nutrients. Increased immune system and white blood cells. Etc. Especially if we ever come across a Bone Sword.

Really gotta talk to Bubbles again when we have the time. I know that it or she is essentially a biological machine, but you can't not love her. She's too adorable. She's still sort of like a dog I guess.
>>
>>4273825
this, a dog wouldn't be able to speak like scooby doo or something but that doesn't mean it doesn't love you.
>>
“Hey. Could I try that, right?” you asked. “Being the strongest of your home?”

“...You?” Dijana asked, skeptical. “Yes, any man can, but uhm, you maybe are… small. I don’t mean small - I mean: not strong. You are not strong, your blood, not strong. Man’s strength is: blood, and training. But when training is same, then, only man with strongest blood, is strongest. You understand, yes? You are far, to God. You can training, make more strong. But you cannot make your blood, stronger. You understand? You can see, yes? Your blood, not strong.”

You sighed. “Yeah” you reply. You were just a regular human guy.

“I must go, Fern. I have responsibility. I leaving, now.” Dijana replied.

And she got to the door.

“Goodbye, Fern.” she said, facing the wall. “I lovest, you.”

And then she left, her heavy steps marching out, and Dijana exploded into tears.

“Marine, Marine!” you then heard the secretary-girl of Wizard say. “What’s going on?”

“I-I... *sniff* I go, Mu-muffin.” she replied. “I go out. F-forever.”

“You’re leaving the Steel Claws?” Muffin asked.

“Y-yes.”

“Leaving is a bit… drastic, don’t you think, Marine? Alright, we should… Talk this out, yeah? Let me know what’s the problem. I can help. You don’t have to deal with this alone, I’m here to support you, girl.”

You then heard Dijana bawl out more, incomprehensibly saying more things but among them, something vaguely like “grateful”, and the two then went off into another room.

-------------

Later on, Wizard popped into your room, leaning in from the doorway. “Showtime, Shorty.” he told you. “C’mon, get up and meet up outside. Time to ride.”

You did so, walking slow and careful, but crutch-less now over down to the outside of the Hotel. There, you saw a group of twenty or so motorbikes and their riders, inside the endless steel snake carcass that was The Ring. Wizard Jones was there, in a ridiculously oversized bike, towering at least two stories tall, with himself on top and Muffin with him.

“Hop on in Shorty!” one of them told you with a toupee, and gestured to a side-car attached to their bike. Carefully, you wandered over, and then put yourself inside, still in pain.

“Buckle up, dude. And put on the helmet, you can hear us with it.” he then warned you with a smug grin, and flatted his hair with his hand as he put his helmet on. “You’re in for a surprise. I’m Dragon, by the way.”

“Shut up Karaoke! You’re not ‘Dragon’, stop trying that bwahaha!” another bellowed back through the helmet's comms.

“Get ready motherfuckers!” Wizard then commanded, raising his hands. “C’mon, Ring, baby. Give me the good stuff. I know you want to.” And then, he snapped his fingers on both hands.

The crew waited in silence, expectantly. But nothing happened.

“I think it broke again.” one of the bikers said.
>>
The left side of the steel structures of the Ring then had their innermost side start to glow a bright blue hue, just like Wizard’s gloves did, back then.

“I’m in!” Jones announced, and then pointed forwards. “We ride!”

“You good over there, Princess?” Sugar then asked, leaning over to look at something on the other side of the massive bike she was on, something that you couldn’t see. But then, all of a sudden, all of the bikes started to levitate, with Jones slowly raising his hands.

“All yours now, boys!” he announced, and all of the bikers replied in unison by revving their engines, and the plates that housed their tires started to glow as well, and then, they catapulted away, first the ones in front, and progressively the ones behind. Zooming past Wizard’s bike, you saw what was unmistakably Dijana given their figure, in a helmet and pauldrons that resembled that of a Space Marine’s, forged out of the same dull metal that most things around here seemed to have been made out of, and a chainmail suit over her whole body; seated on a large vehicle.

“Our turn.” Karaoke then told you, and suddenly, the bike flew forwards, gradually accelerating, faster and faster.

“yeeeaaAAH, BABY!” your pilot cheered, and you did your best to handle the increasing wind pressure against you - but thankfully your belts kept you fastened tightly into place. And like bullets, the crew of bikers flew through the left edge of the Ring.

Soon, a group then split off and let themselves fly out of it, eventually landing onto the ground with a loud explosion of dust, and not stopping but now slowing down as their regular traction took over, they continued riding radially out, away from the Ring, as the main group continued speeding away.

“-We’re getting off on the next one.” Karaoke told you.

You then saw Muffin pull out a sniper rifle, and aim at something further ahead, and then fire a shot. The bike that was pulling Dijana started going further ahead as well, with Dijana standing up to surf the contraption, and she pulled up a chainsaw that seemed to have been fashioned out of industrial materials, which loudly revved into action.
>>
You looked back forwards, seeing a small barricade that had been built into the Ring, and a few people ducking behind it, and a round net snapped up, blocking the entirety of the Ring’s inside. But the bikers then reared their vehicles upwards, and rose higher, roaring towards the air that the Ring no longer hugged, and once out of that, the force of levitation seemed to stop, they were soaring on inertia alone - Dijana dropped out, and landed like a meteorite into the wall, bursting a hole open into it, to then have you hear loud yelling and the sound of meat and bones being torn open with her chainsaw. A few more bikes splintered off to help with the fight, but the rest, after flying over the barricade, had gravity return them back down into the Ring’s embrace, and continued flying once levitation took over again. More groups split off, going into dirt roads that radially emerged from the Ring, and eventually so did Wizard himself, for just you, Karaoke and another bike to be the ones remaining.

You arrived to part of the Ring that had been walled off with haphazardly welded together pieces of huge scrap and vehicles, and stopped.

“End of the road. This is where the Black Skull’s territory begins, and as far as we can power the Ring from the Hotel.” Karaoke told you. “The Skulls are just a bunch of hooligans. They don’t even ride the Ring, they just go around raw, the crazy fucks.”

“Seem like nothing weird is going on here.” he continued. “We got to ride up and down now and then to collect the protection money, and to make sure that nobody is working on stuff on our turf, like you saw back there. Some Skullboys thought they could get away with being funny.”

“So, yeah. Some ride, right?” he asked, and laughed. “We’re the masters of the Ring, Shorty. Steel Claws! Hell yeah!”

“Yeah, it was pretty amazing.” you admitted.

“So. You got any like, questions?” he asked. “I’m here to help you out with anything you might need to know.”

How'd she get to be by the boss's side?
How do the controller for the girl servants work?
They don't have a explodey button do they? Don't wana press that by mistake.
How do you drive one'na these things?
Are we allowed to plan heists with some boys?
What other gangs are there that could be a problem?
How long ya been wit the gang?
Are we allowed to leave and settle down if we get bored with this life after a few years?
Do we ever get too much heat brought down on us and maybe arbiters come a knocking?
What kinda cut do we get of the loot?

The next day, what do you do?

Go speak to Dijana see what's up, and ask her to stay with us and bubbles till we can get her home safely and properly (also didn't everyone she know and love die when spaceships came and shot everyone and captured her as a slave?).
Check up on our servitors, make sure they are all operational and haven't been tampered with.
Git good with our fighting and shooting skills and teach Dijana some proper gothic and shooting.
Start training with bubbles to be able to shoot ambidextrously from either arm.

Ok I'm probably going to sound like a retard here since I'm not very "in" on wh40k LOAR but isn't there enough potential sources of genetic fuckery to solve the whole "Not strong of blood" problem?
Probably technically going a bit into metagaming territory here, but then again our little pipsqueak seems to be strangely well versed. Weird.

Fern would need to genetic mod the shit out of his dick to have big as kids as the muscle people, and even then they might come out half tyranid which would be bad.

I don't think that's an outcome, actually! Doc McFrogface said the sample of the 'nid tissue that Bubbles was cultivating in Fern's right arm for symbiotic reasons wasn't adapted like the rest of his body (it dissolved in vinegar) meaning she probably hasn't fucked with our own DNA yet?
Lets just say it's a... Long-term goal, for now.

It kinda sounds Starchild like. With "lifeforce" beeing concentrated over generations. The way the emperor was made in the really old lore.

>What's with the flying bikes? Was that just Wizard?

“We use the Ring - it’s an old transport system thing. Wizard figured out how to use it. He’s the one who turns the thing on and off, because we don’t have power to keep it on forever. He’s like, crazy good with that kind of stuff. People think ‘whoa, that’s fucking magic’ - but no.

That’s the joke. He ain’t no actual Wizard.

Farmers and people called him that and stuff because they didn’t know any better, and then we started calling him that too because it was funny. And now it’s his thing. Wizard Jones!”

>So the place we were at. The Hotel? That's the Steel Claw's base? Our base?

“Yeah, sure is. It’s actually one of the Ring’s old stations, it’s got a geomermol...geo… It gets energy from lava underground. And over the years we built more stuff around it, did repairs, and stuff. Mostly Wizard, really. He used to be a tech guy for the army - before Zalee started defunding it hardcore, because we had no wars. Wizard got pissed that he got fired because he was the best they had who also put in all the work and they didn’t give him any clout for it and they kept other lazy and useless fucks instead who were better pals with the higher-ups. So he fucked off and went to make the Hotel and stuff, and then, well, the Steel Claws were born. But, yeah. We’re elite, of course, so of course we gotta have an elite base.”

>Can I get an explanation of the Ring?

“Man, you're asking quite a lot, but hey - that's what I'm here for. It's an old transport system thing, it goes around the whole planet. Uses magnetism and stuff. The part that we’ve fixed of it is our turf. Not much else, really. It's supposed to be for, like, trains. But we use it for our bikes instead. And uh, before all of the farms were around here, like, a loooong time ago. Way long. But people fucked it up and messed with the climate real bad and just ditched this planet until later on, things got better on their own and people came back, did their farmin’ again. But the Ringlands are now, well... The Ringlands.”

>So, about the Skullboys. How many competing gangs are there here?

“Shitloads, hell do I know.” he laughed. “They pop up all of the time because some new turds think they’re worth something, or there’s a big argument in a gang and they split… but those don’t last long, anyways. The only gangs that really matter are those that have a claim of the Ring. We got the Skullboys up here, and the Bastards down on the other end. But we’re cool with the Bastards. Wizard taught them how to ride the Ring too, and they help us out with fights when things get real fucking bad. The full name is something like, ‘The Really Pissed Bastards of...something something’ but everyone just calls them the Bastards.”

>What's the plan for all the other immigrants attempting to come to the Ring from either the Tchesians or what they're called and the Imperium?

“Uh. I dunno. We ain’t got enough space for everyone. If everyone is an elite, nobody is elite, you know? We can’t just make them all Claws now. I think Wizard might just make them farmers or something under our protection. Up to him.

>So whats the deal with Muffin? How'd she get to be by the boss's side?

“She’s just the boss’s favorite right now. Before it was some crazy bitch, we kicked her out. You get to keep one girl you like, two if you’re like, higher ranking. You know, Frog guy? He gets to keep two, because he’s the doc. But he ain’t finding no girls who want him- bwahaha! But uh, some girls get to live like the guys though, but it’s not the usual. You have to be able to kick serious ass like a guy to convince Wizard, but even then, he might just not let you.”

>Hm. So, about girls, how do the controller for the girl servants work?

“Servitor stuff.” he replied. “We want the same kind of maid every time, so instead of building into them a new Servitor-thing every time, we just got those helmets that jack into their brain to skip a lot of steps. Frog made them after he got fed up with all of the work he was getting for it.”

>They don't have a explodey button do they? Don't wana press that by mistake.

“HAHAHA! Maybe! You never know.”

>How do you drive one'na these things?

“I can teach you sometime. It’s not like a normal bike, especially once you’re flying. With someone teaching you, uuuuh you should be up and going in two days or something if you’re at it all day.”

>Are we allowed to plan heists with some boys?

“Yeah, sure. It sort of depends. You need the Ring to get to places that matter in a reasonable time, and only Wizard knows how to do that. But if you want to go out and fuck around, as long a it doesn’t screw with the rounds or jobs or anything, I don’t think Wizard would really give a shit. Like he says, we ‘earn’ our free time. During it we can do whatever the fuck we want.”

>How long ya been wit the gang?

“A year or something? I used to be a farmer like most people here, but I didn’t just go and sucked dick like the others when they came around to my lands so they ended up liking me and inviting me to join.”

>Are we allowed to leave and settle down if we get bored with this life after a few years?

“Yeah. Other people have left, some have joined the Bastards, it’s just life. Some people who have left have gotten killed afterwards though, it just depends on how good you’re with us after you’re gone.
>>
>Do we ever get too much heat brought down on us and maybe arbiters come a knocking?

“Yes, but like, what can they do?” he said, amused. “They can’t use the Ring, we’re too fast. And our buddies can also come fast as fuck to help us out if shit goes down. They can’t beat us on our own turf.”

>What kinda cut do we get of the loot?

“Wizard decides based on how well you do, he wings it but he’s really into being fair.” he told you. “But he doesn’t like people kissing up too much or trying to overplay what they did. He likes people saying stuff, he wants you to tell all of the stuff, but that stuff has to be the square clean truth. He doesn’t want liars or funny business. That’s for fucks like Zalee, we ain’t nothing like that. There’ fights now and then about the cuts, but Wiz knows what he is doing. Or, at least, he knows what to say to make people just shut up about it, bwahaha!”

-------------------

After the long chat, you drove back to the Hotel, finding Dijana talking to Muffin outside, seated at a table and chair that had been put outside under a parasol, the two enjoying glasses of water with ice. Dijana was still in her bootleg Marine armor, but without her helmet. All of it had been splattered with blood.

Dijana seemed to notice you, glancing, and then blushed and looked away, and continued talking to Muffin. She didn’t seem as… frustrated, anymore. Her face was more relaxed, and she continued chatting with the other girl.

------------------

You go back to the arcade, and check on Tobias and Victor. On the outside, you can only tell that their clothing had been washed and ironed, but you wondered about the inside.

“Tobias, Victor?” you asked, looking at the two shut-off Servitors.

Slowly, life returned to them, as they blinked and looked around.

“YES?” they asked in unison.

“Are you alright?” you wondered.

“ALL SYSTEMS OPERATIONAL.” they replied.

“Any, uh… tampering?” you whispered.

“RUNNING SCAN.” they said. After a while, Victor emitted “NO”. Then, Tobias said the same shortly after.

“Alright. Well… Rest here and stuff, then.” you told them, and they returned to their idle state next to the rest of maids against the wall.

------------------

You don’t see Muffin at the bar as she usually is, but you decide to hang out at the arcade and play some games to practice your shooting until she eventually does appear, returning to her spot behind the bar, where you decide to approach her.

“Hey, Shorty. How are things?” she asked you with a soft smile, as she started to rub a cup with a cloth.

“Doing alright. How are things with… Dijana?” you wondered.

“Marine? Well, Princess is… doing a lot better, actually. It must be hard being her. But I think she’ll be able to get over this hurdle in her life.” she replied. "I'm glad you worry about her. She likes you so much, it's very cute."
>>
You go over to your Servitors.

“Hey, Tobias, Victor. Do any of you know where Dijana’s home planet is?” you asked them.

“COORDINATES: 19229992938, 293292939939220…” they started to say, and more and more dizzying numbers.

You return to Bubbles.

“Yeah, they got the coordinates.” you told her. “Do you guys have a way off this planet?”

“Not really.” she replied. “Sorry. We just have bikes, bigger bikes. Not whole voidships, Shorty, hihi. Sorry..”

“There should be a starport somewhere on the Ring.” someone else at the bar then told you. “There should be plenty actually, it only makes sense, because the whole point of this planet is to send food and shit elsewhere. But has it been fully ransacked already? Has someone hidden it? Claimed it? We don’t know. At least the Bastards don’t have one, I know that for sure”
>>
------------------

You get back to your room to sleep, and as usual, but Dijana doesn’t return until later than the usual time, waking you up when you were just about to sleep:

The door is slammed open by her bumping her hip into it, and she takes the remote to turn the lights on to a faint pink, and put on cheesy smooth jazz (when did she learn to do that?). You find her dressed in black lingerie, and turned to look at you with a soft smile and bedroom eyes.

“Hello, Fern.” she told you, in a sultry voice.

“...What.” you reply, still a bit groggy.

“Dijana is free, now.” she said. “I understand, now. I am not slave. Fuhck the-establishment! I am free!”

She walked over slowly, deliberately cocking her hips side to side widely in a femenine gait and kneeled onto the edge of the bed and inched closer to you.

“I will do, what Dijana wants.” she said, getting closer. “I… am not slave to Santos, I am not slave to my blood, I am not slave to my people. I… I am free...”

“Do you want Dijana?” she then asked, and put her hands on her gargantuan, but round and high bosom. “Dijana is very… very beautifulest girl...” she continued, then sliding her hands down her perfect skin, down to her miniscule waist, which then flared out into her wide and massive buttocks, and slid her hands down the extreme silhouette. “...Dijana knows this.”

“Many man, want Dijana. But-” she continued, and inched closer, her hips twitching for a moment in primal eagerness, her voice being laced in sheer desire. “-but I want… Fern… I want Fern’s lips, on lips of mine. I want Fern’s body and… love.”

“Will you… give?” she asked. She then pulled something out of her cleavage. A condom, in a small package. Then, she let the rest of it drop and hang from her hand, revealing several more packs attached to it in line.

“No worry, Fern. Dijana will be gentle. Dijana will make Fern very very happy.”

> “We shouldn’t do this. Think of your people and your family. I’ll go to your planet and can do this the right way.”

Now we're in a real big decision maker here. You see, on one side, it's good that DIjana is doing what she wants to, but on the responsible side, she might end up still being sad with her whole "abandon the tradition and all". I feel like we should at least ask her more to see if she's really fine with it, and repeat, yet again, that we're still willing to try to compete and do all the stuff the right way.

If she's you know, actually fine and we're certain she won't regret it at all, then sure, do it.
>>
>>4274950
> “...What else has Muffin been talking to you about?”
we gotta know if this is all shit Muffin told her to do or if Dijana really feels this way

Ask what changed her mind, why does it no longer matter, and if she ever wants to go back? Can she give all that up, etc.
Tell her to think about this and we can just cuddle and sleep for a night or two for her to clear her mind and feelings o there will be no regrets.

If we get laid now, it can only make Dijana feel worse. She was so deducated to her people, making her ditch all that doesn't really feels right. On the other hand if she's really serious about being free from traditions of her world and her "duty", then fuck, why not

I mean do we really want to blow of the fire so early or whatever the fuck is that analogy? She's had weeks to talk and think this over. Sure Muffin is a part of the Steel Claws but I dont think shes outright a terrible person, and what with her being a bartender they're typically good with giving advice right?

Maybe no sex yet on account of Fern's lack luster ability at the moment, but I liked that one anon's suggestion for cuddles. Kissing could probably be done.
>>
>>4275065
That's what i said, right? We shouldn't say that first - there's a better way to word it than just going "what did she tell you" or something. My advice was that fern should still ask about her and maybe say that they should hold off to make sure she won't regret it and all.
>>
>>4275070
He not sure on the whole regret thing or even mentioning bring up the word regret which would imply this might be a chance that sexy with a none native buff dude would be a bad thing for her. I suck at social encounters but maybe this is a good thing for her. You know breaking out of social indoctrination forced on her by her family, society, and peers?

I dont know know I just wanted to discuss more about this situation. Its neat.
>>
>>4275093
Weell, it's not that, so much as it's supposed to be just seeing if at the very least she's 100% certain she's fine with not following the tradition and all. Basically, it's not supposed to be a "I don't want to," that the answer should be, but rather, "I'd like that, but i want to be sure you're completely fine with it".

Does it make sense? I honestly dont know.
>>
>>4275097
It makes sense. It's a big change from a week ago.
>>
>>4275102
Yeah. I'd say that they should wait a bit more. One, two days is enough, so long as she can be completely, irreversibly sure. And if after that she's still completely sure then yeah, do it.

“...What else has Muffin been talking to you about?” you ask, slightly raising an eyebrow. You didn’t entirely buy this.

“Muffin, help Dijana.” she replied, soothingly. “Muffin talk about her life. About Imperium, about obedience, about things-unfair. And about choice. About freedom. She says, she is ‘anarchist’. I, not anarchist, but… Dijana understand.”

She leaned in closer. “Dijana’s words, real.” she told you, her tone more pragmatic, with a serious face. “I lovest, you. And I have more understanding, now. Muffin has pulled out of my heart, my real words.” she sighed. “I love my family. I love my people. But…

...a God of this slavery, is not one that deserves my life. That is, my choice.”

She smiled, warmly. “And Fern showed Dijana, this: you fight, even when pain, when difficult. Dijana has pain now. Very difficult pain. Pain for her family, for I am doing this. I love my papa. I love my mama. But Dijana will fight, Dijana will have strong heart. This is Dijana’s choice. Very difficult choice, but… Dijana’s choice. Not God’s choice.”

Tears started dropping from her eyes, and she looked away. “S-sorry. I not want cry. Heart not enough strong, yet. Dijana sad, for family. F-family will, think Dijana… is… not-family, I-I d-don’t want to lose mama, papa, e-everyone.”

You got up and kneeling across the bed, you went over to her side, and held her, one arm slug around her muscular back, the other laid on her hand. “I'm here.” you told her.

She winced, and held her eyes closed tighter, trying to hold back her tears. “G-gra…. Grate-ful.” she barely managed to mutter through her teeth.

Then, she grabbed the back of your head and cocked her head forwards, and put her mouth against yours, merely pouting her plump lips against yours as if she didn’t know how to kiss, and started to cry more.

“I love you, Fern.” she quickly exhaled, still crying, and then slapped her lips against yours again, and started to open her mouth, and then made soft, but eager devouring motions, greedily trying to take in all of the sensation she could of you.

Gently, you stroke the deep valleys and high hills of her back, and kissed her as well. This was your first time too. You didn’t know how to do it - but it didn’t matter. You too tried to kiss her back the best you could, pressing your mouth against her the supple, addictive pillows of her lips.

And you kissed. And kissed. Not releasing for a moment, just, together, lost in the feeling, exploring together this new cosmos. There was nothing else. You released, for a moment, breathing for air, but Dijana’s mouth eagerly hunted right back for you, with her humming deeply into you with pleasure, happy to return to feeling you again.
>>
Dijana started to stroke your hair, running her fingers through your head. And slowly, you left your weight fall back, and she followed your lead, and then, side to side, you both were laid on the bed. And you continued to kiss, faint wet pops erupting from the embrace of your lips, each prompting the other to go for more, and more.

------------

You woke up the next morning, with Dijana’s gorgeous sleeping face in front of your opening eyes, her mirror-like platinum blonde tassels dropping over her immense eyelashes. You shifted your weight to put your hurt leg into a more comfortable position, to the which Dijana’s eyes slowly opened.

“Kiss. Please.” she begged, half-asleep, and pouted her lips out and leaned towards you, and you leaned your head against hers, and kissed her with a loud smack, then went back to trying to sit upright in bed. Dijana continued laying down.

“More kiss. Please.” she repeated, and held your shirt, and gently tugged it towards herself. You leaned down towards her to give her another kiss, which she intercepted by leaning up towards you. As your lips held together, Dijana got up as well and sat next to you, and hooked an arm around your back and gently pulled you in closer to her, and she then started to smear her face into your head and nuzzle you in between peppering you with more kisses with her eyes closed.

“Sorry, Dijana is… annoying girl.” she admitted, amused. “Dijana very happy, doing this. Sticky like honey.”

“Don’t worry too much about it.” you replied with a chuckle.

She hugged you tighter with her oversized arms and kissed you a bit harder, humming in joy as she did. “I like, smell of Fern.” she mentioned, in her trance of enjoyment. “I love you, Fern.”

------------

You cuddled and kissed for the rest of the morning, not realizing it had become midday by the time the two of you got hungry. You had totally forgotten about breakfast, and had been eating each other’s mouths instead, mostly by Dijana’s insistence. She kept on looking to have you two touch each other as much as possible, and by the blissed look on her face from it, you could tell that she was super into that kind of stuff. And wasn’t going to stop.

But you couldn’t just do this forever. Still, you could enjoy some time together, while things were relatively peaceful still; and/or invest your time today into other things.

Just a thought, but if the Imperium ever discovered Dijana planet they'll probably throw a magos at them to figure out how they tick, before trying to see if they can be fielded as replacements for the ogryns. Her people are obviously as smart as normal humans, and as strong if not stronger (with time) than an ogryn.

She’ll die by our hand like Vera.
>>
>>4275805
No she will not
>>
“Let’s go get some food.” you eventually said. “We’ve got to eat something.”

“No go.” she replied and hugged you down and started to kiss your neck, smothering you in her firm, enormous cleavage. Then, she snapped a finger. “Waiting, here.”

Shortly after, a maid popped into the room.

“Food, please.” Dijana said, in between kisses.

“Alright!” the Servitor replied, and then, marched out. Soon after, she came back with more of the usual pureé. The two of you then got the bowls, and then you got a spoonful and lifted it to her mouth. She understood the cue, and closed her eyes and ate it. Then, she took a spoonful herself and did the same for you. And then she gave you a kiss on the forehead, but left a bit of pureé on your skin. “Ah- sorry.” she said, and then started to wipe it off with her mouth, kissing you more.

---------------

“Fern, mama, papa? Where?” she asked, with the two of you cuddled together after eating. You were laying on top of Dijana (doing it the other way around didn’t let you breathe), in the valley of her tits, with her stroking your hair and kissing your face in random places now and then.

“‘Papa’, I don’t know.” you replied. “My ‘mama’ just told me that he was a man that ‘sailed a lot’ and that we might meet him again while sailing. I grew up on a boat - most people on Ghast, do. I think my father was a pirate, honestly. My mother really never said it, but it only makes sense. My mom was… very loving. Very hard-working. We mostly lived off the sea, fishing to eat, fishing to drain clean water from the different kinds of sweetfish, sometimes diving to collect clams and seaweed or using nets to collect those too. Sometimes we sold some stuff at the market as well, my mom was pretty good at haggling. But sometimes we stole too, heh. Because we’re poor. Every day was a struggle, but mom, I don’t know how she did it. We had nothing. But she just kept on going, and going, to keep us alive and fed.”

You sighed. “She also had a big burn mark on her face, from a Skifo. It’s a kind of invisible fish - or plant? They’re weird. Big, shaped like a bell with tentacles. And you can’t eat it, because they’re super poisonous too. And the poison melts flesh.”

“Invisible?” Dijana asked.

“You can’t see it.” you replied. “Like air. You can’t see it, but they are there.”

“Invisible… animal, poison. Scary.” she then said, intimidated, and nuzzled you.

“They don’t eat people but if you’re not careful while diving, you’re going to swim into one and get burnt.” you explained, and stroked her head. “And you can’t swim for too long anyways because at first it just stings really bad, but after a while, you’ll go blind, or your skin will start to melt off. So it’s better to just fish or use nets with hooks to grab things without needing to enter the acid. It’s actually quite an interesting technique, you see...”
>>
You went on to explain the way that traditional Ghastian fishing and ‘hooking’ was done, how to read the currents and avoid Skifos.

“You not like to talk, about mama?” she asked.

“Why do you ask that?” you reply.

“You talk about fish and acid…” she replied. “...Sorry if I make difficult asking.”

“No, no. it’s OK, it’s just…There isn’t much to talk about when it comes to my family. She’s dead, now.” you followed, and you looked to a side. “...She died because she didn’t drink enough clean water or wear her mask often enough because she kept on giving it to me, and the bad ocean air and bad water, over the years, eventually got to her. I was 10 years old. She died of stomach issues.”

‘Stomach issues’, which was a common Ghastian euphemism for: diarrhea.

She died of diarrhea. You held her while she was on the boat with you, weak, telling you in her agony that she loved you, unable to stop shitting blood and gore out of her ass until she died. You kept her corpse on the boat for days, until she festered and started to rot, and you had to dump her into the ocean yourself. But you keep and honor the memory of your mother, with her mask always with you, your mother still protecting and loving you beyond the grave. Even if you changed boats, changed clothing and changed your things as you grew, you always kept that one thing: your mother’s mask. The symbol of the hard work, unyielding spirit and sacrifice she had to take to raise you, alone, on a hell called Ghast.

Dijana hugged you tighter. “Sorry.” she emitted.

“It’s OK.” you replied, and hugged back. “These things happen, but life continues.”

------------------------

You kissed and cuddled each other for the rest of the way, Dijana having endless desire to keep on kissing and touching you, sometimes apologizing for how ‘sticky’ she was, but you let her know each time that you didn’t mind.

“Papa say I am annoying, sometimes.” she admitted with a chuckle. “‘My daughter think she is clothing!’ he says, sometimes. My papa, joke, many.”

“My papa, King.” she then told you. “King of biggest mountain, so, closest-to-God-King, of world. Mountain is staircase, to God. Mountain is name: Olomanya. Meaning: path-to-God. My papa is Olomuko. God-King.”

“God is ‘Olom’, then?” you asked.

“Yes! And love, is musubi.” she replied, trying to teach you some of her language. “I teach you Olomanya words.”

“Fern, musubi. I love Fern.” she replied, and then kissed you.

“Dijana, musubi,” you replied, trying to follow the same intonation and mid-sentence pauses.

“Hyon hyon hyon!” she said back and kissed your face more. “Hyon is ‘good’! And ‘strong’! One word, no two, like Gothic. Olomhyon-ath-ala is body-strength but, is weird to say. It is uuuuh. Word for serious? Word for serious air?”
>>
After having Dijana teach you some more Olomanya (which apparently is just a dialect of their world’s language), you learn that they don’t have a name for their planet, because they don’t have a concept for ‘planet’. Instead, they just use ‘Material Plane’ to refer to the mundane general place they live in, which is “Mizoa.”, in contrast to the ‘Divine Plane’, which is “Olomzoa”.

-------------------------

The next morning, you felt nearly all healed, having had two weeks and a half to recover by now. You still felt a bit stiff and rusty, and there were still angles of your movement that hurt, but could at least do a much more normal life now.

However, after making out even more with Dijana in the morning and having breakfast, you heard people rushing in the hallways of the hotel, down to the arcade, mentioning ‘come check this out!’ Curious, you go out to see what it is with your girl.

And there, in the arcade, one of the screens of the larger games had been made to visualize the face of Karaoke.

“Alright, so check this out.” he said, and then the view changed to the Skulls-Claws wall in the Ring, and then it flew higher up, as Karaoke levitated with the camera higher up, until it finally showed a faraway, cloud, shaped like a round shield against the ground and the Ring but in radius about as wide as the Ring was. The cloud was pink, blue and swirling, ruminating with lightning and fire.

“They’re opening a fucking Magegate.” Wizard said in disbelief, his hands on the game’s controls, and then he pressed its buttons, making the picture zoom in closer to the storm. “But, on the ground… This kind of shit is normally in space. What the absolute fuck are they doing.”

“Yeah, you see it right?” Karaoke said through the transmission. “Crazy.”

“Those kind of things take about 10 days for it to be ready.” Muffin said. “They made one for Ghast recently too, you know? Back at Matze. We got time t-”

Then, an immense, gangly arm burst out of the fetal portal, the storm’s current stopped being a uniform eerie swirl and started to churn and twist chaotically, lightning flew in erratic directions. Then, the arm pushed itself up, and…
>>
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXFSK0ogeg4

Santos’ ship emerged, but no longer a majestic vessel of steel and engineering. It was now half-organic, bright pink flesh covering parts of it, eyes on its top, rows of breasts along its side, more arms popping out of its hull. Three orbs of incomprehensible, garbled gore floated near it, bleeding.

Then, the portal pulled it back in, spectral arms and claws growing from it to try to tug it back into the nightmare, but it continued trying, and lifted itself out slowly.

“M̀Ý ̨EY̧EEE͝ES͢, T̀HĮS̀..̨.̨ FI͟II̢I̸IL̴L̵L͢L̨TH͘HH̸HHHHH͞H” was then heard from the screen, a booming, cosmic roar from the many mouths on the emerging ship, as its multiple eyes winced in pain.

“H-Holy fuck.” Karaoke said.

“M-M̕YYY ̡T͘R͞-̵TRȨASU̵R̢E,̷ ͘MY͘ ͢PR̡ÉCĮOUŚ, ̷PE͘RF̸E͟C͘T͜ PRIM̛AR̢ÌS ̸DAE̶MONCU͡L̨ABAÁAA͟” it then demanded, its several eyes opening wide, darting around, searching.

“I’m getting out of here, guys.” he then said, and the screen then showed an extreme close-up of Karaoke’s chin, and the sound of his engine blasted through the speakers. As he got further away, the monster’s voice got fainter.

WH̸E͡R̵È AĄĄRÉ YOOOOU͠,̡ ͠FR̛E̢E̢EE̶ M̕E͘, F͡RE̢EEE ̷M̵E͟E̡EE F̷ROOO͟OM ̨T̴H͠I͠IIII̸IIS ̕F͡II͘I̵I̸II̵IIILT̡TT͢THH̵HHY V̷IIII̕IEW̶W,͠ THII̸I̴I͟S ̧STENCH̕, ̕T̡HIS HOR͟R̀E̸n̷do͝u̶s.... ͠

“T-the f-fuck was that?” one of the Steel Claws asked. The people turned to Wizard, who was holding his chin, looking down, thinking.

“It looked like a Daemon Engine.” he said, focused. “But it isn’t anything like I’ve been taught. It looks… Mangled. Spontaneous. Not deliberately engineered, it looked more like Warp damage, which makes sense with the rushed Magega - Hey! Where are you guys going?”

“I’m out of here, man.” a guy said, among a group of three fleeing people. “That shit’s crazy. I didn’t sign up for this.”

“We don’t even know if it’s coming for us, or what it’s looking for. It’s in Black Skulls territory, right? Maybe it’s just looking for something there.” Muffin pointed out.

“Whoever isn’t a fucking bitch, get your weapons, get on your rides. If it’s coming for us, I’m not letting all of my work here go to shit.” Wizard demanded, and stood up, marching off.

“Maybe we could think of getting away perha-” Muffin then told him.

Eh? You said something? Shut up and get your rifle.” he barked back.

“You’re crazy, man.” another biker said to Wizard, and started to walk away. “I’m out. Out.”

Daemonculaba was a chaos space marine scheme to be able to create more chaos space marines from human females. A Primaris Daemonculaba would be, what i guess, a scheme to make Chaos Primaris Marines.

And by damn, that is not a good thing.

A small problem I see with that plan. If the sensory array for that abomination is still functional, and enhanced by the taint of chaos, they're gonna see us escape or at least notice the sole biker traveling away at I guess 120kmh, whi h probably wont out maneuver a daemon ship thing. >>

Which would require us to leave the Ring, and I'm not so sure Wizard would be so amicable if we intend to leave him to fight the thing himself, which would leave us only the choice of taking a bike to escape, which probably cannot out maneuver any bullets, missiles, or ships in that thing. Just a forethought.

>>
>>4277030
To be fair which is a better alternative: fleeing on a slow ass bike and risk getting spotted by the daemon machine, or asking if wizard has a McGuffin he can pull out his ass?
>>
>>4277033
Well, Titans also have big guns in them, they don't need to be mountain-sized. And isn't The Ring some kind of abandoned place? 40K seems to be filled with ancient guns and weapons just left around
>>
>>4277036
Dakka is still dakka. That makes sense. They're pretty much fortresses given legs.

>isnt the ring an abandoned place
Semi-abandoned since people are still living in it. Hover bikes, big ass doors to open the gates to the Steel Claws, chain weapons, some dakka. Really hoping we find something. I wonder if we should take our gun Servitors.

Since the Ring is all about magnetism, I wonder if some part of it can be converted into a n improvised railgun.
>>
>>4277040
Honestly, anything that takes that thing is good. And we have to take it down - like you said, we probably don't have enough speed to leave and there's no space marines to save us. Even worse, they CANNOT be allowed to get what they want - Dijana. Seriously, ANYTHING, even DEATH would be better than letting her get turned into a Daemonculaba for Primaris.

We have to keep Dijana at our side at all times, kill that thing and then leave to the farthest place away from an chaos incursion we could possibly find.
>>
>>4277040
>>4277001
>Since the Ring is all about magnetism, I wonder if some part of it can be converted into an improvised railgun.
that's the only way I see we (and by we I mean wizard) can actually kill that thing, even relativly small thing, like a bike, if accelerated to enough speed can do some serious damage. This is actually super convenient, that this thing is directly on the ring, lf the ring CAN be used as a raillgun, it will be impossible to miss.
so, things we learned
1.wizard ain't afraid of giant lovecraftian-ass living ships, I see, he is a fellow man of giant balls himself
2. Dijana is such a chad, that even tzeench cultists want her to themselves(even if only to produce some demonic abomination)

If we're extremely unlucky, Fabius Bile. But most likely, some random chaos dudes managed to harvest a Primaris Marine.

But by the emperor, i don't even want to imagine what would happen if there was to be a Primaris Daemonculaba.

I don't think you can just eat a gene seed and it will automaticly include itself into your DNA, even if you are a tyranid. The swarm can do this by throwing samples of biomass into the spawning pools, and then making new versions of nids this way, or something like that. I don't think the gene seed can be of any actuall use to us, even if by some bullshiery we can get some

“We need a giant fucking gun.” you bluntly state. “I don’t think our rifles and stuff are going to work.”

“Sure but, what bigger gun?” Wizard demands. “If that thing’s alive, it means that it can be killed. And it’s still struggling to get out - we can send that fucker back in.”

“How about this:" you tell him. "We use the Ring. It shoots bikes real fucking fast right, and it shot your giant-ass bike real fast too, right? That's some insane power. What if we fire the bikes or any big scrap we got right into the bastard. Heck, even the Ring's pylons if we can too.”

“That’s good idea, but we only have full force of the Ring up to the Claw-Skulls wall.” Wizard said.

Oh yeah. That place you stopped with Karaoke. The end of the Steel Claw territory.

“And that thing is behind that wall. How are we going to shoot it? The wall was made thick enough to stop a shot like this. Plus, it might just not go along the Ring once it's out anyways - it might come at a flank. We have to move in close and shoot it down before it gets out, now” he explained.

“Do we even know what it wants?” Muffin hissed, returning with a cart of guns.

“No, but we can’t take the risk.” Wizard stated. "And getting closer to an unstable Warp portal doesn't sound safe at all either. But I'm not just going to stand here and get fucked."

> Join him to get up close and try to weaken the monster-ship to make it slip back into the Warp.

>>4277148
Just shooting it isn't going to work. Even before being chaos-ified, that ship was already the kind that would be hard to take down. But now? It'd eat up anything that the gang has to offer in terms of firepower like it was nothing.

We need to find a way to get the ship to come to our side of the ring - if we can fire something at it, then we might be able to take it down. But using Dijana as a bait like that is way too risky - and if Wizard discovers about it, he'll just throw her into the portal.

Any ideas?
>>
>>4277148
Ask Dijana what she thinks about the bait idea. I think the both of us know who hes after. Maybe we can do a combination of all the idea where Dijana act as bait, we and who ever will try to whittle it down to weaken it, and wizard will blast it with the Ring?

>Just shooting it isn't going to work. Even before being chaos-ified, that ship was already the kind that would be hard to take down. But now? It'd eat up anything that the gang has to offer in terms of firepower like it was nothing.
Yes that has been stated.

>Any ideas?
This is gonna sound fucked up, but why not use the servitor gear on some people, have them pilot the bikes, and use them as living missiles? It's like that one space marine missile system that uses Servitors as targeting systems.
Not just using the Servitors alone. I mean we contact the Bastards and other gangs we hate the least, have them open up the Ring and do what they can to power it up and relinquish control to Wizard as fast and soon as we can. If they comply with our demands and actually do manage to turn in the hover systems in the ring, that would give use greater range to strike.

Oh an in addition to launching junk, bikes, and vehicles at the warp ship, we strap explosives to them for that extra oomph.
>>
>>4277169
How would we use the Ring as a missile launcher? We're not using rocketry, the plan was to slingshot stuff moving at Mach whatever the hell at the ship. Rocketry would mean having them fly over the wall, somehow, and keep the speed.
>>
>>4277158
https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Hunter_Multi-Launcher_Vehicle
I found what I was talking about. If using the servitor helmets cant work or arent goo enough on their own, we can ask Toad a d Wizard if the helmets have targeting programs in them. If they dont then maybe Toad dan duplicate the programs and install them into the Servo-helmets if that would help?

If that's still a no go, we could find the most tech-priest person in the Steel Claw and get them to help us hype up Tobias, Victor, and the machine spirits within them to enact revenge against Dominic and Tessero. Dominic for turning their bodies into Servitors, and Tessero for pervading the machine spirits within the ship....by kamikaze flying into the ship with the help of their targeting programs. Well maybe the one without the cogitstor. We still need the one with the cogitator.
>>

But we don’t tell Wizard about that Tessero i slooking for her.

He’s a Slaanesh guy, and Dijana is extremely gorgeous, so it’s just normal that he would be distracted/lured by her.
>>
>>4277178
Well, they have servitors that aren't Tobias and Victor you know. But uh, what matter is the way in which we get to deliver. We'd need to get them to go in the ring, fly over the wall and hit the ship for it to actually do damage.
>>
>>4277177
>How would we use the Ring as a missile launcher?
>and keep the speed.
If traveling fast enough it shouldnt be an issue. I liked how you werent against using the Servitors as living missiles.

I say living missiles because at the speed at which need to travel, if you were going to drive your bike into that thing and try to avoid death at the last minute by jumping off, you'd probably still die when you eventually hit something. Or, actually maybe not if Wizard can control the polarity of all metal things and just make you not die if you're wearing metal.

But yes we're gonna need a distraction. I was suggesting opening up all the other places in case we need to start there. Plus more room might mean more time to increase velocity.
>>
>>4277179
>He’s a Slaanesh guy, and Dijana is extremely gorgeous, so it’s just normal that he would be distracted/lured by her.
Good call. I support this suggestion.

>>4277181
We explain out the concept and get the nitty gritty details and idea of how to fu I it up with Wizard, yeah. Hes the one who would know how to implement this plan since he has the most intimate knowledge of the technology here.
>>
>>4277184
>I liked how you werent against using the Servitors as living missiles.

Well if we don't stop that thing, it's going to sentence Dijanna to one of the worst possible fates you could have and spawn upon the galaxy a vile, vile breed of superhumans who would kill much more than a few servitors.

Considering what's at stake here, having only a few servitors die is a miracle.
>>
>>4277190
True. If we do end up having to use Tobias and Victor as a trouble shot "guidance system" and have them pilot a bike full of explosives at the thing, it would be nice if we get the chance to download anything left remaining in their heads into a cogitator. You know something to remember them by and the coordinates to Dijanna home planet in case she ever wants to stop by and say hi.

On a size note we should see about getting Dijanna an iron halo or barrier field thing. She's only gonna keep getting bigger and you can only adjust armor so many times before it becomes ineffective.

If she ever gets to be as bug as her father, then we might have to figure out how to steal the void shields used for titans.
>>
>>4277190
Oh were you referring to using the girl Servitors or our own two?
>>
>>4277197
>If she ever gets to be as bug as her father, then we might have to figure out how to steal the void shields used for titans.

She will very likely get even bigger than her father/mother given how each generation improved upon the previous one.
>>
So if we go with the Dijana bait idea, we'll probably be with her in a side car to act as a gunner or something right? In case some smaller demons try to swoop in and grab her?
>>
>>4277197
>>4277210
I don't know about how big she'll be though - she's not on her planet anymore. She'll be big, yes, but i don't think she'll be taller than a primaris or a thunder warrior or anything like that - that's far too much, even for a swole people.
>>
>>4277217
That can also be a case for that she’ll be even bigger because of the better living conditions than living as cavepeople.

But, there’s also the thing that Dijana isn’t the best illustrator. So they might just not be accurate, scale-wise.
>>
>>4277242
Well, to be fair i really doubt that through simple eugenics a world would be able to achieve a swole equal or superior to that of custodians or even primarchs.

There's only so far that selective breeding can go.
>>
>>4277259
We don’t know for how long it has been going on for, and the breeding process is brutal, with several people dying for it. And dinosaurs and elephants and animals like that exist.

I should note that she seems to be getting only more muscular and curvy, not taller.
>>
>>4277169
>I mean we contact the Bastards and other gangs we hate the least, have them open up the Ring and do what they can to power it up and relinquish control to Wizard as fast and soon as we can.
actially good idea, this thing is in the territory of some gang, and I imagine they want it dead even more then we are, contacting them might work. Problem here is time, the thing won't be stuck in the portal forever, if we don't attack now, or at least very soon, we might lose our chance.
come to think about it, how much dakka one needs to kill a living-chaos-ship-thing? It's not like it is incomprehensibly large, it's big, but not impossible to just shoot to death.

They're a primal world, people dying through birth is a normal thing even for people in non-feudal worlds.

The thing is that there's a limit that they can realistically achieve - even if it's been going for untold millenia, they're not going to surpass the greatest products of Mr.Emperor himself.
>>
>>4277290
You’re short on facts, because Ogryn are as tall as Custodes and even bulkier than them. And they were evolved, not engineered.

I’m not arguing that Dijana’s race are as ‘refined’ as Mr.E’s kids. I think it’s more of an Ogryn situation where they are just big and bulky as fuck. No additional Astartes superpowers or an expertly hyper-efficient design, just sheer raw mass and brawn.

Also consider that they’re making such a fuss over Dijana instead of just grabbing a random Ogryn female.
>>
>>4277338
>Ogryn are tall as custodes and even bulkier than them
And yet, they aren't exactly the smartest cookies. It's weird that somehow they'd somehow have managed to keep the intelligence of a normal human (Dijanna was able to catch on Gothic and numbers pretty quickly, that old man was great at painting) while being big as an Ogryn.

>Consider they're making such a fuss over Dijanna instead of just grabbing a random Ogryn female
I'm going to guess that it's because Ogryn females aren't feminine-shaped enough to be turned into a Daemonculaba. Have you taken a look at Ogryns? They're literal blockheads.

Compare that to Dijanna, whose form, while muscular, is perfect for motherhood, as opposed to Ogryn's perfection for breaking rocks with their foreheads.
>>
Time is precious, now.

You turn to Dijana, who seems a bit lost. "Everyone speak very fast." she complains.

"Dijana, listen." you tell her. "Can you act as bait, so that we can get the demon-ship into position on the Ring? We're going to shoot the fucker with it."

She nodded, with a fierce look on her face. "Dijana knows this battle-art. I will do."

“Hey, Wizard.” you told the man “I have an idea - Marine can act as bait to get the ship into position for the shot. It’s dangerous, but she’s up for it. It’s a Slaanesh daemonshitter, right? Who sees everything around it as ‘filth’ and it wants to see perfection? How about Marine? She’s the hottest girl here. Perfect bait.”

And very likely of this whole Sector, but you knew it wasn’t time to brag.

“Hey! M-Muffin is the hottest, here.” he stammered, stubbornly, as he slung a huge, stocky gun over his shoulder. But you knew that he knew. “But, that’s a good idea. We can try it after a retreat of trying up close. Get her ready.”

You knew that you weren’t going to be able to convince him to stop with that plan of getting close, and it wasn’t going to be worth it to argue with him, now. Besides, the implication of having a squad to protect Dijana as she got close to get Tessero’s attention wasn’t a bad idea at all either.

“The Bastards are on their way, Wiz.” a biker then informed. He replied with a nod, and then looked at the rest of people here at the arcade.

“It’s time. The Ring’s warm and ready.” Wizard then commanded. “I want half of you to come with me, and the other half to get out as many of our rides, vans, the fucking cargo ship Shorty came in, everything, floating next to the Hotel, and then you get as far from that as possible.”

The visor on his helm swapped from a skull to a barrage of panels and information. “Because I might have to overclock this bitch like you’ve never seen before.”

The fleet of eleven bikes flew through the Ring, Dijana and you riding on Wizard’s giant motorcycle. You couldn’t see Tessero yet from here. He was too far away.

“Keep the 5, 5, 1 formation.” Wizard stated with stern serenity through your helmets, as he rode his giant bike behind all of you. “Got it bawss”, “Yup”, “Gotcha” was heard in reply, in cacophony.

As you sped along, the peak of the ship slow soon started to creep above the horizon. You could start to hear the faint sizzling and wet slosh of its struggling.

m̶y͘ ̡èyȩs̸…̢. ͟my ee͢e͜EY̧YY̧YY̧EEE̢ES͞SSŞ! ̧A̴A͢AA͝A̢A̕AAHH͞H͜ ̢T͟H͡IIII̸S ̵FII̕II̵I̶I͞I̡I͡I͢I͝LLL͘LLT͜HY ̷P̨LA͢AA̢ŅE͜E̛ET͝T̢T

“UP!” Wizard then commanded, and the bikes angled upwards, and flew out of the Ring’s embrace, and out over the Claws-Skulls wall, to then land with loud screeches onto the dirt behind it, letting you get a full view of Tessero’s gargantuan, warped, horrid phallic form of steel and twisted flesh. Its eyes, as it darted around, suddenly all converged onto the approaching Dijana.

“A-AAA-A̡A̸AAH́HHH͝--~” it orgasmed loudly, their voice changing suddenly to a high-pitched, femenine register. “THIS̸BȨÀU̵T̀YTH̶IS̸I͢SI̛TYES̢YESYES͞YEEE̡EE̸E͟EEŞ!!!!”

And then.

CRONCH - fffffptssssssssssssssssshhhhh

It made a final, huge thrust downwards, making the ground shake from its sheer force, breaking the bones of its triple arms and causing them to spray pink blood at the joints that evaporated a few meters into the air. The ship fully emerged from the hell-gape, and its arms dangled down from the hull as it floated in the air from the inertia of the push, and then when it was about to fall down again from gravity, its thrusters blasted on.

“I think this bait plan is working too well, back back back!” Wizard said, and with a chorus of screeches, the bikers turned around, and drove back towards the Hotel on the rock that the Ring was embedded into, to then then speed themselves back into the area hugged by the curled pylons.

The ship rocketed straight up, until it started to turn, angling itself downwards.

“GO GO GO GO.” Wizard demanded. “GOOD, UP TO HERE, THE MORE RING THE BETTER.” he then yelled, and then, the giant bike suddenly turned upside-down and decelerated, and you held for your life against the belts.

“OFF!” Wizard commanded, the belts suddenly unlatched, and you were all sent towards the dirt, with Dijana catching you and rolling to dampen the impact.

Wizard stood in the middle of the ring with the rest of you, as his giant bike was suddenly re-accelerated and sucked into the distance with the rest of floating ammunition.

BE̛AUTIF̵UL, ̴BÈA͜ÀA͟UITF̶UL͢ G͘-G̴-GE̴N̨ETIC ḾI̷RA͟C̕LE OF̸ ̷M̀I̴RAC̢LES͠SSSS̸S̴Ş ͟

Tessero was nose-diving towards his prey.

Wizard stood his ground next to her.

“COME AND GET HER, BITCH!” Wizard demanded. You did your best to guard the Ring’s conductor and Dijana, looking around to make sure that no other bullshit was going to sneak on you now.

YEEE͞EEE̴EE̸EESS̸SS̴--

You were in the ship’s shadow, it was right above you, coming at meteoritic speed, right about to impact, but with barely a few feet to spare before its frontal tip reached Dijana, fleshy arms growing from the mass and steel to reach her, a laser stuck the front of the ship, piercing an immediate hole into the voidship.

SSSS-̕G͠A̕A͞AA̧GH͜HHH͠GHG?!̨!̴!!̷

Then more lasers rained into it, and white-hot spears started to build up into it. They weren’t lasers - the bikes were being accelerated so hard that they spaghettified and melted as they travelled beyond the horizon all the way from the Hotel.

The impacts were so hard that the ship’s nose turned backwards, and forced the angle of the ship to near-parallel to the Ring, and its still-blasting thrusters then flew it into the corner of the Skulls-Claws wall with the ground, and before the ship’s rear could slap against the ground, more needles started peppering it like a machine gun of shotgun fire.

`A̕A̕AA̸A͠AAA̡A͜AA̵AA͝AAA͝AAAAA͠AAA͘A͘AA̢A͝A̸A̧A͘A͡AAAA͡A̵A͠AA͝AA͞AAAA̢A̵A͜H!!!!!!!

“The pylons are melting, Wizard!” was then heard through the comms of the helmets, you looked back, seeing how each of the curved metal brace of the Ring glowed and smoked.

“THEY’RE GOOD FOR ONE MORE.” Wizard then declared. “EAT SHIT!”

Then, a glowing-hot mass the size of a building practically teleported into the rear of the voidship, tearing a gaping hole that ran the length of it. The sheer force was enough to make most of the flesh explode out and disperse into the aether it came from.

Then, there was only silence, and the sound soft sizzling, from the ship and the Ring.

“FUCK YEAH!!” Wizard cheered, taking off his jacket from the heat. “Let’s get the fuck out of here, we’re going to bake.”
>>
-------------------------------------

From afar, Dijana holding your hand, you observed the wreckage with the others, standing on the sandy ground, except Wizard, who was laying splayed on the ground, exhausted. The little eldritch flesh that remained was shrivelling, shrinking, evaporating, leaving only the cooling half-molten remains of Santos’ vessel. The Bastards arrived from the other side of the Ring, and looked in disbelief at the scenery.

The pylons of the ring were half-molten and cooling as well, most of them now bend inwards.

“That was crazy.” Karaoke said. “We beat that thing.”

“Yeah.” Another mentioned.

“You OK there, Wiz?” Karaoke asked.

“Y-yeah…Just… man. That was the coolest shit.” he admitted. He then turned his head.

“Thanks for the bait idea and all. I almost didn’t think it was going to work.” he then told you. “I know I can be an asshole sometimes. But I’m a fair asshole - you’ve got my thanks. Really.”

“Ah, no problem.” you replied, still hiding in your heart the secret that Tessero was here because of Dijana all along.

“So, uh, about the Ring. It looks pretty fucked.” Karaoke mentioned. “Can we fix that, or…?”

“We’ll take over Black Skull ground. And their stuff. That Magegate opened right at their base, probably used their souls to bust it open. I’ll… uh… I’ll think about it later. Haha. We won. WE WON, BIIIITCH - uwaaah. Hell yeah.”

“...By the way, how’s that Magegate going.” Wizard asked, lifting his head. “Please tell me it’s closed.”

“It’s gone.” Karaoke replied. “Don’t worry, Wiz.”

With a clunk, Jones’ helmet returned to the ground. “What a relief.”

“SHORTY!” he then yelled, still laying down.

“Yeah?” you asked.

“You get one wish.” he told you.

“Hm?” you asked.

“You get one wish - one request. I don’t care what it is, if it’s within my power, I’ll do it for you. You earned it, Shorty. You want the best ride? You have it. You want me to give you a cool rank? I’ll arrange for you? Anything I can do - I’ll do it for you. But one. Just one. And don’t bullshit me because I won’t bullshit you, haha. But yeah. One wish. Anything you want.”

I'd say a trip to a relatively safe planet sounds great.

Going into a daemonic ship's wreckage is a BAD idea. I mean yeah, we have a bigger resistance, but that thing was alive, and i don't wanna be anywhere near it. Hoojul's drawings are a big loss, but they're not the stuff you'd kill yourself for.

Also, you guys have to remember that the Imperium is coming, and i don't doubt that they're going to Exterminatus this planet. In Armageddon, they were sterilizing and killing soldiers for so much as being present in a war against Daemons.

And i don't think it's such a good idea to go to Dijana's planet - at least not now, when we have such important stuff to do. It's a primal world too, so unless we've got a warp capable ship we're not getting back.

So yeah, trip to a safer Frontier Planet.

I don't think they have the necessary abilities, and also pirates have a pretty damn short lifestyle. They also seem to, in their majority, convert to chaos/get fucked up by it. That's a big no-no.
>>
>>4278872
Meant for >>4278864

Point is, we don't have the necessary stuff like connections and extensive knowledge for rogue trader space shenanigans. We're also in the 42nd Millenia, which means the galaxy is more fucked up than normal. At this point, the best thing we could do is go to some peaceful chaos-free irrelevant planet that doesn't even appear in maps and live a good life there.
>>
>>4278878
>Just run and surrender to living like a hermit.
We can do one better. We can get a ship ride into the sun. Dijana gone, no more Primaris Deamonculaba, Realspace is saved forever.

Not pirates per say. I mean acting as literal traders.

>>4278878
We could try to get people with knowledge, and it's not impossible to crew a ship with Servitors right? I think the Mars guys do that and we got plenty of servo stuff. Wizard and From are ex-imperial guards or at least PDF, so who knows. Maybe they know some ship crew guys here and there.
>>
>>4278878
>At this point, the best thing we could do is go to some peaceful chaos-free irrelevant planet that doesn't even appear in maps and live a good life there.
You know if we actually manage to find and go to one, I can image two outcomes. One where that's the good ending and the quest is over, or two where it doesn't end and we continue, but the world actually sucks.

I dont know what I mean is what's the shelf life of this quest and how long does the QM want to keep this train running?
>>

No, not like a hermit, because we'd still interact with other people in a safe planet.

Not really, there's plenty of other people who could get a Primaris Daemonculaba. It'd be much easier to have some Biologis Heretek make a random woman into that than to track down a single woman among trillions and invade a planet just to get it.

Wizard is a tech wizard, that can infact add "killing a space ship with anti-grav technology utilized like a railgun" to his resume. After what he pulled hes gonna get a whole lot of people wanting to join, and just like him we might find people with exception skills like himself.
Theres also. You know. ACTUALLY ATTEMPTING TO GET CONNECTIONS. Which requires talking to people.

On the one hand Wizard is as good as the gand leaders get, and also very powerfull. Sticking with the Claws is relativly safe, profitable, and also leaves other options open.

It's the imperium, you need connections just to talk with people who you want to have connections with.

If we want to be traders, we'll need connections with people in high places, otherwise some friend of a random noble who gets even a bit interested can confiscate our cargo and send the arbites on us for some made-up offense.

The Inquisition has blown up planets for much, much less. There is a literal megagate to a daemon-controlled station.
>>

ok, they might blow it up, but also might launch an invasion. Usially exterminatus used when planet is too hard, or impossible to take by military force, and it's not like cultists of this world are battle-hardened and armed to the teeth. Who knows, maybe they'll want the agri-world for imperium. I just don't want to drop everything and run away again. Its simple, straight forward, and he'll throw in his input on how it can be done. Like the situation at the bar or killing the ship daemon with a super rail gun.

Also did you just now join the quest? What do you think about it so far? You read the other two threads?

To late buddy. We're already dead. Everyone in the Ring we'll know we killed that. Everyone in their little shake who might have been peeking through their windows, or by process of illumination by the Bastards and other gangs will put two and two together, and we'll spread like space aids. So we might as well capitalize on it now to its fullest effect before the what you think the Inquisition will come or something.

Because they can identify us in the middle of this giant fucking mess, suure. So much that they'll be able to find us even in a peaceful frontier planet.

>You assume a whole lot there buddy. Let's say we do in fact go to a safe planet and it's a totally safe for the entire duration of the quest. Will you the player leave or stay because it's still safe?
I'll stay cause i wanna see the story until the end, but i also want a good ending, rather than the one where everyone ends up dead in a ditch and turned into Corpse Starch Rations.
>>
>>4279220
This guy is still falling for the Wizard joke.
>>
>>4279220
Of course Robross Grillypants cant take into account everyone planet in a segmentum, but he can deal with autistic Inquisitor. That was the point.

>I'm pretty sure Wizard's a psyker
But he literally said he wasnt a psyker. He said it was all tech. Why would he bother lying?

The Imperium is so backed up politically that we shouldnt have much to worry about so long as we dont travel through core worlds. Not everyone will have an entire rooms worth of Cogitators full of every know Rogue Trader slip or descendants.
Also just use white out. Paste over his name and write our own. No one will know the difference.

So the inquisition is gonna kill us or no? Either they track down where we went after we hitched a right to a more habitable world, or the kill us after getting a shop of our own?
>>
>>4279270
>But he literally said he wasnt a psyker. He said it was all tech. Why would he bother lying?
what kind of tech can stop nid bullets in mid-air so easily

>The Imperium is so backed up politically that we shouldnt have much to worry about so long as we dont travel through core worlds
And hope that no one tries to check the validity of our rogue trader warrant, considering no one will have heard of us, at all.

>So the inquisition is gonna kill us or no? Either they track down where we went after we hitched a right to a more habitable world, or the kill us after getting a shop of our own?
The more we do, the bigger the chance of the inquisition coming onto our asses is. And unless you've got a business plans that is somehow able to make enough money to make it worth it while also not having us deal with chaos or any meaningful planet in the Imperium, then rogue trading is exactly what you don't wanna do.
>>
>>4279282
He stopped the Servitor bullets with his miniature Ring-tech, not Bubbles.
>>
>>4279288
I'm pretty sure Bubbles fired from Fern's shoulder, didn't she? Fern was using some gun he pocketed, and he had Bubbles shoot like a shoulder-mounted turret.
>>
>>4279305
She was in gun form but didnt actually fire.
>>
>>4279309

>>
>>4279365
>You put Bubbles on your shoulder, and arrange its tail-tentacles in a way that grips onto you you securely - she seemed to understand what you were trying to do by turning to a gun right there. Then you took Santos’ gun.
>“Now.” you told them, and held guard of the entrance.
>Fires shot from the duo’s back guns, however you didn’t hear them hit anything. You peeked over the window to see what was going on, and you saw Wizard keeping the bullets mid-air by having his hands held out, the back of his gloves glowing like the steel panels of the van had before.
You didn't even bother to check.
>>
Wait, in which segmentum of the galaxy is this planet again?
>>
>>4279379
It's weirdly phrased.
>>
I think we should ask for Wizard to help us get a ship with a crew and cut our losses. Murdering innocent farmers and raping and pillaging is terrible, but they're doing us a solid and we should roll with that now that the chance is here.

>>4279482
>not replying to anon
What the fuck bro
>>
>>4279488
>innocent farmers
All those farmer were cultists that had already sold their souls to chaos. They were nice enough, but far from innocent. What they did was shitty but made some pragmatic sense. They don't hhave the capacity to keep everyone around, so they do a raising initiation.

Although one think I really want to fault Wizard for was the farmer serf idea. He mentioned that if we accepted everyone into the Steel Claws then none of them would be elite. He also later mentioned that when we brought up the possibility of more people coming to the Ring that they could had instead kept the new people for. You know actual labor. For fucks sake Wizard.
>>
>>4279490
"Innocent" is a better word for it, but they clearly don't have a problem letting cultists into their gang which is the problem with slum gangers, they'll let anyone roll with them, which can be a bad idea in the grim(bright) darkness of the 42nd millennium. Voluntary hard labour in exchange for the gang's protection isn't that immoral, that's straight feudalism 101 and Terra got by on that for millennia.
>>
>>4279499
that's right I forgot about the possibility of some of the gang members being cultists. I think?
>>
>>4279488

“Could I ask for a warp ship?” you request.

“A what?” Wizard incredulously asks back.

“A warp ship. A ship that can like, go through the Warp.”

Karaoke bursts out in laughter “A-haha-a warp ship? A warp ship - pfffttbwaahahaa!”

Wizard lift his torso up. And turned to you. “You want a warp ship.”

“Yes.” you reply.

“He’s leaving us, then?” someone then pointed out.

“It’s his wish. It can be anything. He earned it.” Wizard interrupted. “If he wants to leave, so be it. Many other cowards have left too, but Shorty isn’t one of them. A warp ship, then, Shorty?”

“Yes.” you repeat.

“I can get that arranged.” he replied. “It might not be what you expect, because we just don’t have a whole fucking warp ship hanging around you know, we’re elite, but not the fucking Lords of Terra. But this shit I’ll show you can take you to places.”

-------------------------------------

“I present, the Fuckfish.” Wizard then said, gesturing to a yacht-sized, vaguely fish-shaped ship covered in a stony texture in a room of the massive underground garage complex where the Steel Claws kept their beloved rides. It was pretty empty, with just a few left, and Wizard’s giant obvious bike was notoriously missing.

“...The Fuckfish?” you asked and chuckled.

“It’s a ship we stole from Zalee’s brat. He used it to sneak back and forth from Sampujol, that Pleasure Planet place. Stank of sex in there like you wouldn’t imagine when we robbed it.” he explained. I’ll gift you some of the call cards for hookers we found in there too, on the house.” he joked. “Its missing its navigation cogitator shit though, it’s what I used to control the Ring. But with the Ring like it is now… I don’t think I’ll be needing it. I can install it back in for you. Besides, the voidship’s command area out there seems to be alright, so…”

“...Oh man. Getting to manhandle a huge sexy voidship cogitator. You can’t see it but behind the mask I’m drooling here.” he jested. “Oh, and that voidship pimp steel… I’m going to cum, right here. Right now.”

“So, uh, I’d need a pilot for it, right?” you asked.
>>
“No. It doesn’t even have the right controls for someone to warp-pilot it. It’s like a super-minimal ship, made solely to do what it was built to do: blind jump. Uh, calculated jumps. The cogitator calculates a path and it pretty much auto-pilots you through.” he replied. “So yeah. It’s high-tech and fancy, but it’s as barebones as it gets. And it's slow as all shit. You’re going to be able to make just jumps of half a light year or so, and then you’re going to have to wait for it to re-calculate for a hot five minutes like a sitting duck, and then you can do another jump. Getting anywhere far will take you forever - but again, this was just to get only from Muj III to Sampujol. This ain’t no Rogue Trader vessel. It’s no weapons, no combat shielding, no toilet. Hrm, It does have that disguise though. It’s like a paddle boat with camo painted on it. That stinks of used condoms and bad pussy.”

“So it’s got like, cloaking?” you ask, enthusiastic, reminiscing your childhood memories of hearing tall tales about cool-ass ships back on the taverns of Ghast.

“No. It’s literally just paint and steel, buddy, to look like an asteroid.” he replied. “But you’re its so fucking small that someone might just not pick it up on their sensors anyway. Who the fuck even expects a warp-capable yacht like this. It’s tits crazy that this thing is so small. Even worse that Zalee’s brat used it for just getting to his sluts. This balls to the wall crazy-fucking-ass tech. For just sluts.”

He held his palms up in parallel next to each other in front of him and stared at you. “To put into perspective how fucking nuts this thing is, the smallest fucking Warp-capable ship of the Imperial navy is like a kilometer long. Has 7500 people in it. It’s the Viper. OK? But now this fucking beauty of engineering is small enough for just 2 or 3. You understand the scale now, right? And he was using it JUST to get his dick wet.

He sighed, heavily. “I absolutely hate nobles, the absolutely wasteful, retarded, undeserving dumbasses. I sure hope you use this better. I sure don’t care about a ship like this because my place is here, the Hotel. But goddamn, I’m trusting you with one of the fucking legends of the Ringlands. And only because you deserve it. You better make good use of it.”

“Thanks… Wizard.” you replied, a bit overwhelmed. “Oh, and uh.” you chuckled. “And by the way, I got to ask. Did anyone record what happened out there? With the demon ship.”

“Shorty, you better fucking BELIEVE that I recorded all of that shit.” he told you, pointing to his helmet with one hand, and pointing to you with the other. “And I got copies upon copies of it. I’ll upload it to your Servitors, don’t worry.”
>>
“To the one with the cogitator please.” you reply.

“Eh? They all have cogitators. Rather, all servitors are cogitators.” he explains. “It can’t be a Servitor otherwise.”

“O-oh. I just had a guy tell me that one of the Servitors had a, uh, cogitator and stuff.”

“Well they were making a fool of you or something because all Servitors got a cyber-brain, and that shit is a cogitator or needs a cogitator to even work. How the fuck does the brain interface with the rest of the shit? How do you even program the Servitor if it doesn’t got a cogitator itself? Where do you put the program: up their ass?

Oh. So Dominic had misled you on that.

--------------------------

You return to the arcade, finding Dijana enthusiastically talking in her broken Gothic about the experience, as on some of the larger screens, there were replays of the events from Wizard’s perspective, which showed you and Dijana into view now and then.

“Scary, very!” Dijana told the others. “But I, warrior’s heart! Strength of heart! Monster come? Dijana ready to fight, always. Dijana helps her friends.”

Then, once you appeared into her view at the arcade from returning from the underground garage, Dijana barged through the crowd and leaped to you with her arms open, and slammed you against the colorfully carpeted floor.

“F-FERN~!” she exhaled, and frantically started to try to hug you, but her immense tits and the situation didn’t make it easy.

“It still hurts a bit, Dijana, careful.” you struggled to say, smothered by boobflesh.

“Fern… Feeeern…” she cooed, and rolled on the floor, putting you on top of her. Then, she started to pepper your face with kisses.

“Are they going to fuck now right here in the middle of the arcade?” someone joked, but then was slapped in the nape by Muffin. “It’s cute! She loves him!” she said “a fuckhead like you would never understand.”

--------------------------

After more congratulations and chatting with people at the Arcade, with Dijana idly hugging and kissing you, she ended up suddenly kidnapping you; carrying you and rushing you to your room, giggling.

“What’s wrong?” you ask her. Her cheeks were blushing a deep red, and her face looked high with joy and naughty amusement.

She threw you onto the bed, making you bounce off of it a bit until you made a soft landing.

“Victory sex.” she demanded bluntly with an orgasmic, lewd voice as she held a coy smile, breathing heavily with arousal and then pounced onto you, the springs of the bed creaking from the impact. Her hips started to bounce against the air involuntarily, in expectation, as she crawled nearer.

“Dijana… lo-loves... Fern” she insists clumsily, unable to talk or think straight from how hot and bothered she was, her mouth going to your pant’s zipper and she bit its key as she gripped your knees.

ziiiiiiiip
>>
You slapped the table next to you a few times as you looked down at Dijana, eventually hitting the condoms left over from before.

--------------------------

The next morning, after fucking like rabbits, you’re woken up by Dijana’s sleep-talking into your face, as she was still somewhat hugging you, your bodies awkwardly mixed together.

“Musubi… Fern… musubi…” she muttered, groggily, and kissed the air a few times, as her hips bucked a few times unconsciously.

You stroke her face a few times, and then dipped down to kiss her. Her huge eyes slowly opened.

“Good morning Dijana. Musubi.” you tell her, making use of the little Ollomanya you knew.

“Musubi.” she replied, and closed her eyes again as she pouted her lips out. You then kissed her.

“Want more?” you then asked, then showing the last condom left.

Dijana looked at you and blushed, and looked away embarrassed. Then she looked back up to you and nodded.

--------------------------

You return to the arcade later that morning and after having had breakfast with Dijana, finding people still watching replays of the Tessero fight on the screens.

“Hey! Shorty!” Muffin told you, raising her hand.

“Hey. What’s up.” you told her.

“Jones told me to tell you that the Fuckfish…” she started, and then tried to hold her laughter. “...will be ready later today. Seriously, what is it with that name?”

“Oh, great. Tell him I say thanks.”

“...But you’re not leaving, right? Or at least you’re coming back?” Muffin asked you. “Where are you going to go? Why do you want to go? You got everything you need here, right?”

Probably to make his name sound sorta more Formal? Wizard's a crazy name to have, but you throw Jones in there and it's sorta normal. I think.

> I’m not leaving, I just want a ship just in case. Don’t worry.
I'm curious how the Imperials and Chaos cultists will duke it out to be honest, and it would be a chance to make sure Wizard doesn't kill all the refugees. Though I understand most every other anon wanting to leave.

Sounds like a good reason to me. I mean, it's also because of the imperials but why say that

Also, we should prepare for the journey. We'll probably need to get some stuff ready, try to find a good destination, and i advise we get some disinfectant too, of the strong kind. And in sprays.

Just to make sure there's not a single trace left of the owner.

So here me out guys. What if, we go back to Ghast, and use some of our Tyranid knowledge to try and communicate with the hive mind some more and see if we can tame some of the baby lesser zerg dogs?
>>
>>4279620
We should probably go to Julek, at least a Frontier World won't have goddamn chaos cultists (i hope)

Also, we ARE going to get some more disinfectant for the ship, right? Really, we're going to be spending some time there so please, let's disinfect it and remove any traces of the stuff the previous owner had.
>>
>>4279620
>Ojal Prime: a barren, rocky casino-moon
I think we should start making big plans for Fern. Maybe gambling or dirty odd-jobs would get us enough money for some upgrades.
>>
>>4279640
Yes, please. I don't want to be smelling ultra-space-whore or whatever they have on those planets.
>>
>>4279644
Hey, while my vote's for Julek, if we were to go there, we could very well use Bubble's telepathy with us to our advantage.

I mean, i don't think they have any rules about using mental connections with animals, so...
>>
>>4279653
I like how you think, my good man.
>>
>>4279640
>This ain’t no Rogue Trader vessel. It’s no weapons, no combat shielding, no toilet.
I'm more worried about the lack of toilet. I'm hoping we could earn more money to install some sanitation equipment (shower, sink, toilet), Shields, and Las Cannons so we can at least duke it out with air and space fighter jets. Oh and a fridge.

>>4279539
Before we leave we need a fridge/freezer unit think to hold lots of grox meat and some veg we can grill. We're already on an agri world so it's gonna be cheaper to buy the food from the source.

If I haven't elaborated enough I wanna go back to Ghast.

>>4279640
We could probably get a couple of bottles. As for Julek, here's hoping they'll acept Dijana as a new type of Abhuman or a sexy ogryn, and not a mutant. Frontier worlds should be slightly more lenient than core Imperial worlds, so we have that going for us.

>>4279644
So long as we don't try gambling. The house is always right.

>>4279653
>>4279657

So far it only works for Tyranids, but we do have an advantage with xenos. So it would be a blessing and curse if they had any Tryanids and xenos around.
>>
>>4279661
>I'm more worried about the lack of toilet.
Weell, it sounds like it's more of a space car than anything as of now. And i don't think trips take that much time, right? A five minutes cooldown before jumping half a light year isn't too bad.
>>
>>4279675
It's the warp. Warp travel can vary between ships and if there's a warp storm, so you can never be too careful.
>>
>>4279683
Oh yeah, i forgot the galaxy's absolutely fucked with warp storms.

We're going to need a toilet. And maybe a freezer/fridge, too.
>>
>>4279688
An a TV thing full of pirated games, shows, and movies we can watch to pass the time when we're Fern and Dijana aren't teaching each other or snuggling/fuggling.

>>4279539
Considering what the original owner used the Fuckfish for, would it happen to have a bed?
>>
>>4279696
If it has, we should burn the mattress. It'd be better to sleep in hay.

Really though, disinfect everything, or else a fucking daemonette might burst out of the wall or something next time we warp jump.
>>
Probably some weights/gym equipment too given how Dijana seems to be into working out.
>>
>>4279709
We're gonna need to modular the fuck out of this think like super modern Japanese apartments. Some grav weight equipment would be good so it doesn't take up too much space.
>>
>>4279628
Whats the point? We can't even fit everyone onto the ship, so we might end up leaving a servitor behind?

>>4279661
>>4279683
I doubt there's even a geller field on the thing.

Is it too late to change what we want? I'd say go explore the ship. There is no rush to take her home anyways, she wants us, and going home to her planet probably ends the romance.

So either explore the chaos ship we shot down, or stick around till we save up enough and get better options.

Honestly I was hoping we could get the steel claws to help us hijack the RT ship but I guess they somehow messed up and got raped by the warp.
>>
>>4279802
>leaving a servitor behind
Ha ha no. Servitors don't need beds. They can pretty much stand where ever they're needed.
Regarding tyranids it's why I suggested baby nids. They'd be significantly smaller than the big ones.

Well if we shove it one in the trunk then how are we gonna store enough supplies to cross the large distances of space?

“A Ghastian got to sail” you tell her, opting to go for the philosophical mambo. “Acid oceans or space, it’s the Ghastian way”.

“You can sail with the Steel Claws!” Muffin insisted. “Sail on your bike!”

“...Yeah but I want to see more of the galaxy. Like, shit, I’ve been on the acid ocean my whole life, I’m itching like mad to get around now that I got the chance to.” you tell her.

“There’s a Ghastian saying that goes ‘fish that doesn’t move, dies’.” you admitted. It had to do with how Ghastians knew that fishes breathe through their gills, and it’s a saying often told to slackers to get them moving and doing. “And like the Ghastian fish I am, I’ve got to keep on moving. It’s in my nature.”

Although you could stay if you really wanted to. But, eh. Nah.

She sighed heavily, again. “Fine, fine. Just, take care out there OK? Will the Ghastian fish return some day?” Muffin asked.

“Maybe.” you replied with a smile. “Until then, how about a photo with everyone in front of the Manta?”

“The Manta?” Muffin asked.

“Once Wizard puts the cogitator back in and I clean the absolute fuck out of that thing - like, the absolute fuck, and changing everything I can out, that thing is going to be a whole new kind of beast. So new, that it’s going to be called the Manta.”

“Ah. I like that more than…” she braced down her laughter. “...Fuckfish.”

-------------------

[Picture saved into Victor and Tobias]

-------------------
>>
From the passion of the moment after the foto together taken by one of the maids, the gang members decided to give you a proper goodbye by helping you out clean the Fuckship to REALLY turn it into the Manta, something for them to be actually proud of instead of it being this filthy cum-stained wreck.

“It’s nuts how this Shorty spent more time fucked up than anything.” Karaoke said, and laughed. “But then right when he’s better, him and marine-tits here go and saves us all. The absolute legend.”

You approached Wizard, who put his hand on your shoulder as you got closer. “What’s up, Shorty?” he asked.

“I was just wondering, could I put… Four people in there?” you tell him. “Me, Dijana, and the Servitors. It’s got the space, right?”

“It’s not going to be the most comfortable, but you could, yeah.” he replied. “The issue is the air recycler, it’s really small. Three people - yeah. Four is a stretch, but possible.”

“Could it be like, upgraded?” you ask.

“Yeah, of course. No problem.” he replied. “It’s all Sairum-manufactured pieces so it shouldn’t be too hard at all to find someone familiar with them around here to change stuff up. However.”

He rose a finger. “There’s one thing which, if it gets fucked, it’s game over. Come with me.”

You went into the ship together, and he opened a door that was concealed as a wall behind the bed, in the back. “Check this out.” he told you, and he pointed further down the short, narrow hallway to a faintly glowing orb floating midair with a shitload of cables attached to it.

“That thing is your Gellar.” he told you. “Not gonna lie, I have no fucking idea how it works. Everything else, sure. The cogitators, the plasma reactor, all of that I understand even if it’s weird and tiny. But the Gellar? I can’t crack it. It’s something bizarre. And that’s a problem, because if you want it fixed, nobody is going to be able to do it. And that’s not all. That back there is your FIRST Gellar core. This baby’s got two, under the hull in the front, you’ve got another. Why does it need two cores? How does it work without layers upon layers of arrays and psyko-signal weavers like normal Gellars have which make them giant as fuck? I have absolutely no fucking idea. Heck, maybe it’s not even a fucking Gellar at all, the fuck do I even know at this point. It just works. So yeah. All up to you, Shorty.”

“...Alright. Thanks for letting me know.” you tell him. “So, how… fast is this, specifically?”

“It’s got that map here on the door, check it out.” he told you, and leaned out, pointing to an ancient parchment in a slim glass case, with more lines painted onto the glass with markers.

“To give you an idea, to get from here to Sampujol… Uuuuh… 252 Krato-units, divided by… about 50 lightyears… Should take you about 16 hours. And a third of that is going to be you just drifting in space, waiting for the next calculation. But a regular cargo voidship is going to take just 4 hours, generally. Even less if they can get some of them psyko-lumens from the Big A for their Navigator. So, yeah. Four times slower than the layman’s warp drive. But hey, you can drive this pretty much just yourself instead of needing a small army of a crew, that alone is a miracle. So it’s not too bad.”

“Also.” he followed. “Now that we’re in here next to the machine room I can give you a bit of a tour on basic maintenance on this thing. It’s not too hard. First off: fuel. You want purified H-type Promethium in this baby. Unleaded. Any starport worth their shit should have it. Secondly, come over here. See that gauge?”

He went on to explain when to know when to change the oil and other small details, but he skipped over everything related to the ship’s Gellar twin drives.

“About those.” he eventually stated about them. “Just keep them clean and plugged into the system. That’s what I’d do. And pray, if you believe in something.”

“What about the Machine Spirit?” you then asked. When you watched the video on Omnissiah’s Basics, he brought it up all of the time, yet Wizard’s take on all of this was cold, clinical, and materialistic. It had none of that religious subtext.

“Oh. Oh, yeah. Uh. Don’t worry about that.” he told you. “It’s got a very tame, silent one. Bless the Omnissiah.”

“You don’t believe in the Machine Spirit, don’t you?” you asked.

He went silent for a moment.

“Anyways, do you have any questions about how to take care of this baby?” he asked, changing the subject.

“How do I send it to places? Like, tell it where to go?” you reply.

“You program it. One of your Servitors can do as an interface, easy” he told you. “It’s got some controls up here in the front for taxi-ing around and getting to the Mandeville Point but after that, it’s all Warp, cogitators and luck. And coordinates. I should have the numbers for all of the places here in the Chariot Cluster except Zozuno, I’ll let your Servitor boys have them too.”

“Thanks.” you tell him. “You’re doing so much for me and all, just, thanks.”

“No worries. You did me a solid, making me pretty much the biggest deal there is now here in the Ringlands, my clout is God-tier now, so, this is sort of the least I can do for you.”

As the last touches on the Manta are made, you make a visit to Frog at his infirmary on the upper floors of the Hotel. After he runs a series of tests on Dijana, and checks a couple of calculations run through one of the maid-Servitors, he approaches you with a paper of his notes and results with his usual deadpan expression.

“It’s pretty curious.” he states, in his creaky voice. “For starters: she is no actual Space Marine demigod, that’s for sure, Dijana is just a mere mortal human - abhuman, rather. Exceptional, sure, but still just mortal. And her planet had abundant food, correct?”

“Yes.” Dijana replied. “Animals, not very very small like here.”

“It’s a classic abhuman situation. They adapted to their environment. And you say there’s this breeding culture, yes?”

Dijana nodded.

Frog nodded, and tapped his clipboard with a pen. “Makes sense. Breeding goes a long way. Could have even been runaway sexual selection. It’s the first rule of understanding abhumans. And your agri-world crops. You should see how much a crop can transform without needing to resort to the fickle whims of genetic modification.”

“So, is she going to be alright, growing so much?” you ask.

“She’ll be fine. Way more than fine actually, she’s frighteningly healthy as far as I can tell. I blame her breeding for that.” he replies, and checks numbers on his notes, then gestures to her tits. “I could go on about her bone strength and tendon quality but let’s go for an example that will interest you more: her breasts. They should be dragging on the floor and be flattened by their own weight and be like two long empty stockings hanging to her ribcage. Do the math. But, no. They’re actually tauter than a newborn’s bottom. If the scale is from a 0: baby’s butt, to 100: empty sock breasts, her general tissue quality is somewhere in the far high negatives. And she told me that this is just normal for someone of her race, which is surprising, but given the circumstances, probably something I should have expected.”

“Dijana’s chest is actually bigger than… is normal, from her home.” she admitted, with a sneaky, cheeky grin.

“Heh. Nice, right?” you chuckle.

Frog continued with his deadpan expression. “It’s grotesque. Unsightly. Average is objectively better. Or smaller, more functional, more beautiful. I don’t understand how anyone can like something as grossly overdone as this. But I’m not here to educate you on aesthetics. You’re a good man. But with horrible taste.”

We'll need a fridge, and a bathroom too. Both shouldn't be hard to get, right?

>Where to go
>Ojal Prime
Sounds good to me, we'll be able to make some money there.

If you guys are still here we'll be back eventually with souvenirs.

Some things come to mind.
Question: how modular can a toilet and shower be? The shower is the easy part. Certains and base can be folded. A small drain. A small pump and hose for shower water. But what about a toilet. I hope the 42nd millenial has something more advanced then shitting in a bucket.

>Where to go
>Ojal Prime

>>4281335
Fridge freezer, microwave, garbage can/incinerator, washing machine, etc.
>>
>>4281309
This quest has god-tier art A S S, thank you for running it.

>>4281321
>Ojal Prime: A barren, rocky casino-moon [~16 hours]
Fuck yeah, let's get some Thrones
>>
>>4281342
That's a big plan, but i don't think we have all that stuff here do we?

I'd say we should limit it to the necessary stuff - a fridge, a microwave (we gotta cook it, i guess) and a bathroom (shower and toilet)

Garbage Cans sounds like a given, considering you just need a bucket with a lid.
>>
>>4281321
A few smaller tanks of water set into buckets.
The water to drink, eat and bath, and the buckets to ensure even if one should rupture that it won't flood the ship.
One Largest bucket for us the sponge bath in during the voyage.
Dry food storage (shelves), and perhaps a hot plate with a pot.
Lastly a air tight waste bin. Needs to be a decent size.

Well, when the quest started, at least.

Wait, I thought we were gonna try to rescue her dad.
>>
>>4281614
I guess everyone just decided that he was on the ship, when ship went full body-horror mode. I think he is still on the stantion
>>
>>4281614
Boyo you need to reread a bit.
The buff dude in the cell was old and probably her grandpa or a strnager.
Her parents are still at their planet.
The grandpa guy was originally on the very shit we shot down with the RING railgun vial hyper velocity bike bullets.
Grandpa is probably very much dead.

Only since the start of the quest. Before, his life wasn't exactly the best. He lived on an acid world, his father was most likely a pirate and he witnessed his mother die of diarrhea. I mean, he got bubbles, an adorable good girl who can turn into a gun, but that's about it.

But i guess that at the start of the quest he's been blessed by the spirit of Poco Loco or something, because in the span of a few weeks he's tricked the tyranid hivemind, killed a rogue trader AND his party (including a psyker), survived an incursion in an chaos space ship, got himself an amazonian waifu and two servitors, won a gladiatorial fight to the death, joined a gang, destroyed a fucking daemon ship, got himself a small van ship which can travel through the warp without the need for a huge crew, and also whatever this is going to be.

So yeah, he's been pretty lucky.

the orkish golden cleaver, that nid snek gifted us back on Ghast, was overcharged with the power of Gork and Mork
>>
>>4281633
But we're not blue, and the cleaver wasn't blue. How did we get more lucky from that?
>>
>>4281625
Not a psyker. Just an uber nerd. Rare is it you find a Psyker that's knowledgeable in both space magic and super tech.

>>4281633
No wonder Uriel wanted it

>>4281642
Probably from being withing proximity to sorta blue chaos sorcerers.

whot you talking about, we killed that psyker lady that was working for the rogue trader.

Although most of that time we were:
- Working in a Grox sweatshop
- Basically hospitalized

I said he was lucky, not that he had plot armor or better durability.

I don't actually know about about plot armor, can fern just rogue-like style fucking die from a bad roll or a bad decision? Could we die(or lose our mind) in that tzeench temple, back on the space stantion? Or in the any other danger we faced?
>>
>>4281717
I don't know, and i hope we don't have to find out.

And what better way to test out luck than on a Casino Moon?

I have increasing real-life commitments to get to temporarily, so I need to put the Quest on hold for now. I don't want it to be indefinite, but it may be a very long time. I may run a smaller, less ambitious quest, or just continue to run this one but with a slower tempo. Regardless, I just wanted to let you guys know about my situation.

I'd love to hear your feedback on the Quest, anons. It's been a delight to have you around.

As for my own feelings:
- I like the Quest, a lot. It's the only reason I am motivated to do so much work for it.
- The quest started out with much more whimsical intent, as portrayed in the absolute first art of the Quest, the boat's design and this dumb QM name I chose. I was inspired by Hikkikomori Quest, My Government Issued Big Titty Goth GF, and similar. But then got more a lot serious and complex as time went on. And that's fine with me, honestly.
- Holy fuck the updates get huge sometimes.
>>
>>4282489
It was a wild fucking ride. One of the best 40k themed quests I've been a part of I'd say. Good luck with you commitments dude.

>>4282489

>>
>>4282489
It was a rad quest and I have mad respect that you carried it out this long.
>>
>>4282489
amazing quest, from all the warhammer stuff out there this is the best by far. I like the scale of it (Most of the warhammer quests are strategies of some sort. One punk against the universe feels way better, especially given 4chan format)
Also the tone is really great, the crackhead tzeench cultists, the mad granpa commissar, the steel claws are lovable degenerates and I'm still sad that /qst/ hivemind decided to leave them
And the good writing and occasional art are just making it even better. Good job with the quest and good luck with the real-life commitments
