With the majority of the Seventh Universe united under the banner of the PTO, Emperor Cooler at its head, the universe has known a time of unrivaled peace. But in the shadows threats have been growing, nursing grudges against the PTO and the Saiyan race in particular. And now those threats are rising, stepping out of the shadows to openly challenge the established order. Seeking nothing short of the destruction of New Salda and the extinction of the entire Saiyan race, can you prevent this outcome? Or will the Saiyan race be reduced to nothing more than memories, their heroes nothing more than ink in the pages of the history books?

You the players will (most often) control Karn; wielder of the mighty Berserker Soul and hope of the entire PTO, not only the Saiyan race. From his lowly beginnings as a Saiyan Brawler with a sub-3000 powerlevel in Age 733, only a few years into his time as a member of the PTO, he has grown in power and skill, overcoming the world-ending threats that have come for the Saiyans to become the strongest Saiyan of his time at AGE 758. From the massive Covenant empire to demonic incursions, mad cultists to vengeful gods, none have been strong or clever enough to put down Karn for good. But will one man's power be enough to protect everyone from the rising threats? Or will death come from those who you least expect it from? Your choices may mean the difference between survival and extinction, so choose carefully.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After sparring Galatea and learning of her origin, finding a few of the remaining original sentient inhabitants of New Salda's forests and his children clearing out a Hydae army, Karn learned of Broly and Kori potentially having their first child in the near future before King Cold sent to him through King Vegeta information on the planet “Ee-arth”, the one with the powerful being who has become active once more. Telling his crew to adjust to the new day/night cycle at their own pace in a called ship-wide meeting before heading off bed early, Karn awoke to spar with the golden emperor once more before the first construction crew arrived. Having her take on his youngest four, adding building the city to their training while everyone's schedules were in flux for three weeks. And as we rejoin Karn, you've just finished your daily spar with Golden Cooler, now taking place at the end of your day instead of early in the morning.

“Heh. You've. Gotten better. Lord Cooler.” you say, you and Cooler both panting and struggling to catch your breath, staring each other down and waiting to see if the other will make a move. However, instead of continuing after your hours of sparring you instead power down, flopping to the ground. “Haaaaaaah! You've made. Good progress.”
“Hmph. Of course.” he replies, maintaining his Golden form despite his power plummeting by the second. “I. Must admit. You've made me. Stronger. I see how my brother. Obtained such power before.”
“Nothing like fighting to bring out the best in you.” you reply, having already recovered your breath as Cooler talked. “Same time tomorrow?”

“Hmph. Of course. I must get stronger still, to match my brother when he returns. I won't let him depose me near as easily as I him.” Cooler replies, raising his right hand to his forehead. And without another word disappears, your stomach growling almost immediately. It's been a busy day, been a busy couple of weeks, and you're hungry.

But where do you go to eat?
>Head out to sea and see what you can catch, cook it on the beach just like old times for your family as their day's work and training finishes as well
>Go see that new restaurant a couple of Silver's former disciples opened up as the city's finished today, see just how good they're doing on their own

Remembering the conversation you'd had with Silver this morning, know exactly where you're going to go eat. Taking to the air, you reach out telepathically to your wife and asking where she'd want to eat. Only to find out the younger four are already there as well. Roccoli, to congratulate the team had taken them all just a minute before you'd reached out to your wife. She agrees, saying she'll meet you there. Ending the mental link you focus on her ki with your ki sense, taking off back towards your new city as the sun sets behind you. Flying over the forest, you then come to your city, all lit up and glowing, feeling a small smile come to your face. As you fly over you remember watching the city come into being, watching your young children's progress as they helped construct this city from the ground up. And looking down on their work you feel a swell of pride, your family helped build this magnificent city.

“Hey, General Karn!” Goar, one of your students who moved in as soon as the barracks wen up calls, you flying down and landing by him, Sheeva, and a few other of your students Corget, Bocai and Pana. “Could feel the world shaking from here, how goes the training with Lord Cooler?”
“He's getting better. I take him too lightly, he'll surpass me in no time.” you reply, the two of you grasping each other's hands and jokingly have a contest of strength. Which you quickly begin to win, Goar calling for mercy. You let him go, the two of you sharing a laugh before he continues.
“So, you heading over to those brats' new place too?” he asks you, you raising a brow at him. “Oh, come on. Everyone knows how good Silver is, and for two of his top students to open a place? Of course we're all going to check it out.”

“I hadn't realized everyone was already in the know.” you reply, the six of you walking over towards the large restaurant near the large government admin building. Built like a fortress just as King Vegeta's castle is, but smaller and less imposing, the building is where the city officials should live. But you're not entirely convinced yet, preferring to stay in your ship with your crew instead of in that building. But just across the main street from it sits the new restaurant, glowing neon declaring it open for business. And a line of more than twenty people waiting outside, the line wrapping well around the front of the building. “Wow.”
“Karn! General Karn!” a voice calls, you seeing the employee, a young girl you recognize as one of your students' children is waving to you. “We already have your table ready, your family are inside waiting for you.”

“Appreciate it Vaate.” you say, walking up to her and telling Goar and the rest you'll see them inside. The line, you notice, is almost entirely made up of your students, the vast majority of the people who wanted to live in your city after the declaration was made public. “You're doing good work, keep it up.”

The young child beams at your compliment, you stepping inside to a surprisingly... Utilitarian interior. It reminds you of not only the mess hall in your ship, but the mess hall on your first post, Freeza Planet 79. Filled with simple rectangular metal tables that have built-in bench seats, it reminds you of those days on post. Compared to outside the air feels slightly cool, not quite enough to put a chill up your back but just cold enough to notice it. Servers fly about, none touching the ground and carefully delivering platters to other tables with patrons already sat down, you even seeing King Vegeta's family at one along with Nappa, Aisha and Kaliflor Clan-Clan. But then you spot your wife, sitting next to Towa with enough space between them for you to sit.

So you make your way over, sitting down between the two women and across from Maza, your half-demon son and his siblings. It is only then you recognize Milha is here as well, along with the blonde woman from Chilli's world. Darkness, she'd called herself. But they're not the only guests at the table, Broly and Kori are here as well, along with Chilli and his family, all of your children are here in the same place.

“GRANDPAA!” Meloka Wolbach shouts in excitement, your granddaughter clearly happy to see you. “I missed you!”
“Missed you too kiddo.” you tell her, the young girl beaming. But there's something else to her expression now as she smiles, something you don't quite recognize in her eyes. But she seems older, more mature than the last time you'd seen her. In fact, you hadn't seen Chilli's entire family since construction began, you wondering what all is new with him. And aa you look to your son, he seems different as well. Something in the way he carries himself is different, in his shoulders, the lack of tension in his body, he's clearly been through something. Perhaps whatever that was is why he hasn't reached out?

But on the other side Kori is excitedly talking to Caulifla as Broly and Caulifla's man Lottus, the two seemingly locked in telepathic communication as they stare at each other. Even your eldest daughter Chaya is here, talking with her future self and Ace about something you can't quite make out while your youngest four are at an adjacent table with the rest of the construction crew, laughing together at something one of them said.

“Everything alright hun?” Meloka asks, your wife looking up to you with an unreadable expression.
“Yeah. Never better.” you reply, taking her hand in yours. With all the happiness around you, you take it all in. You fought so long for this, and now all of your children are here.

“So, what do the three of you think?” you ask, directing your question to your three half-demon children sitting directly across from you. “What do you think of this city your half-siblings built?”
“They did a good job, Maza was showing us around before.” Milha says, Koruza nodding along. “Incredible that all this was built in just a few weeks.”
“And it's going to be a great place, once we have everything in order.” you add, then coming to your point meet Maza's gaze. “Speaking of order, I had something I wanted to ask you.”

“Me?” he replies, clearly not expecting this. “Of course, what is it father?”
“Running a city is quite a lot of work, there is quite a bit to stay on top of when it comes to keeping things organized and running smoothly. Too much for me to do and stay on top of training and everything else. I'm going to need people who're interested in governance to help make this city run. And, if you're interested, I could appoint you my second-in-command.”
“Wha...? R-Really?” he asks, your eldest half-demon son's eyes widening in surprise. “Do you mean it?”
“Of course. Will have to find out whatever the official terms are and whatnot, but if you really want to one day go on to be a king, you need to know how to rule.” you tell him seriously. “And where better to start than here, with your own family who've your back?”

“You'd really do that for me? Then of course I'll accept.” Maza says, reaching out to you seriously. You take his hand in yours, shaking once before a smell, something familiar yet unrecognized hits your nose. You aren't entirely sure what it is, but know you've smelled something similar before. Turning towards the smell you see the kitchen door opened and a familiar pale, red-eyed woman leading several servers laden down carrying what looks like an entire roasted tail. And that's when you recognize it, that's a Mindslayer tail! But how in the world did they get their hands on one?
“Coming through!” she calls out, leading them over not to your table, but to the one your younger children and Roccoli's construction crew are all seated at, setting the massive tail down across the long table. Once the food is set down they all return, save for Alice. “For all your hard work on making this restaurant, this entire city become a reality, so dig in!”

“Thank you Alice!” your children tell her, Silver's former student grinning as your children and their fellow builders dig in. You watch as they devour it, the smell of cooked Mindslayer causing your own stomach to growl louder. And, hearing this, Alice turns and sees you, raising her head and giving you a mischievous grin.“Well well. Look who showed up.” she says, walking over to you and placing her hands together up near her face before tilting her head and giving you a smile. “Thanks for coming, General Karn, this means a lot to us.”
“Of course. Can't wait to see what you all have to offer the city.” you reply, the woman bowing once to you.

“Thank you for your kind words. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to get your meal ready.” she replies, you nodding to her before she heads back into the kitchen. Turning your focus from her back to your children at the other table a moment, the four of them enjoying their meal. Turning your focus back to Maza, he and his full siblings are already deep in talks, Maza talking about how to avoid what happened to his siblings from happening again, although Koruza is far more invested than his older sister, who keeps turning to whisper something with Darkness. The two laughing to themselves, it making you smile seeing your half-Saiyan daughter smiling and happy. Looks like it was for the best for her to have left your world, at least temporarily.

But as Maza and Koruza talk, you feel the overwhelming urge to speak with your youngest. Having not addressed what happened with him for the past couple of weeks, busy as you were. So you reach out telepathically, directly to Koruza.

“Hey, Koruza. We need to talk.” you think to him, your son turning from Maza to you. Recognizing this, Maza immediately turns his attention from him to his sister as he continues. “I... I'm sorry kiddo.”
“What?” he asks, sounding shocked as he actually replies aloud. Everyone stops talking a moment, looking from you to him in confusion. But then they all go back to their conversations, Koruza continuing after regaining his composure telepathically. “Father, what are you talking about?”

“It is my fault. I was careless, wasn't paying enough attention. And because of my being lax, you were attacked here on MY planet.” you tell him, your son's eyes widening in shock. “My people did something unforgivable, and I'm sorry I didn't step in to stop it.”
“Father, you don't have to be sorry. Their actions are not your fault.” your son replies, his eyes meeting your own. Reminding you that your youngest half-demon son can be wiser than his years imply. “The ones who attacked me acted of their own free will. They made their choices and suffered the consequences, none of this is your fault.”
“Maybe not, but I still feel responsible.” you reply, then add on. “What about you though? How are you holding up?”

“Better.” he replies, sighing out as you see the sudden weight seemingly appear on his shoulders. “I'm doing better. Was tough at first, but this... This city can be a new start. A chance to try again, with people who won't just attack me for being different.”
“Yes, it will be. If anyone tries anything like that here, in our city, they'll pay.” you say aloud, only realizing this as you feel several pairs of eyes on you. “This place, this city, everyone will be free to be themselves. No roving gangs attacking someone for being different. And if they try, they'll answer to me.”

“HEAR HEAR!” a familiar voice shouts, you turning to see Nappa holding up a small keg in his hand, raising it in a salute. “To General Karn, and to this new city!
“TO KARN!” everyone else shouts, dozens and dozens of fists and drinks raised in response. Seems that your people are behind you fully. Which fills you with confidence and the determination to make this true, for those who follow you you must deliver results.

But before you can say anything else, the kitchen door opens once more, bringing out another large Mindslayer tail, the juices sizzling in the bottom of the slightly bowled platter as the team carry it out to your table. This time the young redheaded man, Soma leads them out, an easy grin on his face.

“Glad you showed up, General. This one's on the house, for everything.” he says as the carriers place the tail across the long table, giving you a small bow. “Enjoy.”
“I will.” you reply, the man bowing slightly before heading back to the kitchen, leaving you with the meal. And without any more hesitation you and your family all dig in, cutting into it with energy blades around fingers or hands. Cutting open the tail, releasing the heat from within it in plumes of heat. And when you take the first bite, flavor explodes into your mouth. It'd been quite some time since you'd eaten one of these creatures, the meat just as succulent as ever. You dig in, and for the next several minutes no one at your table talks, consumed with consuming as much as they can stomach until there is little more than the tailbone itself left. Leaning back in your seat and sighing out in content you then decide to speak with-

-Broly and Kori, in light of recent good news from them. As you turn to your eldest, you see he and Kori talking to each other in low tones, unable to hear them. But as if he can sense you, your son then turns to you.

“Congratulations on the good news, you two.” you say, your son blushing a bit as he realizes you know as well. “So, any plans yet?”
“Plans? Well, when the day comes, we'd like to be here.” your son answers a bit hesitantly, Kori realizing what's going on and turning her attention to you as well. “Dr. White is the best, and if Cauli is available too would make us feel even better.”
“Of course I will be there.” Caulifla replies, reaching across the table and placing one large hand on Kori's much smaller one. “You're family, and we look after our own.”
“Thank you.” Kori says, and to your surprise starts tearing up. “Sorry, just all these emotions, my body doesn't quite know how to handle them yet.”

“Don't worry yourself, that's normal. Just let them out.” your wife tells the younger Tamaranean woman. “If you have any questions, feel free to call me anytime. We may not be the exact same race, but if ours are close enough for offspring, then it should be same enough. But are you thinking of carrying to term? Or will you be using one of the pods?”
“Uhh, well. We're still deciding on that.” Kori replies, seemingly a bit nervously. “We still have a lot of time before we get to that point, and plenty of time for that decision.”
“Of course, and don't worry. As someone who has done both, more than once, the easier option on your body is using the pod around six to seven months. But Dr. White can do either, whichever you prefer. Just let us know if you want to, and we can even have the devices brought over and installed on your own ship.”

“Really? They're that easy?” she asks, your wife and Kori talking about the pods. As they do, your son turns to you. Reaching out telepathically, not speaking the sudden worry you can feel from him.

“Dad, I'm... I'm afraid.” he tells you with a thought, you raising a brow. “I'm worried. More than I've ever been about anything. What if I'm not good enough? What if I can't protect my child, or even worse lose control? Sure it hasn't happened for years now, but I'm always a threat. How do I get over this, get over feeling this way?”

Well? How do you respond to your son?

“It's okay to be worried, natural even. But you have long since mastered that anger.” you tell him telepathically, watching Broly's reaction to your words. “Were this you from ten years ago, I may have had some small doubts as to your abilities, son. But I know you've got this, you can do it. I believe in you, Broly.”

At this your son looks stunned, shocked for a few seconds before his brows furrow, nodding once resolutely to you.

“As a father, as the man of your home, you have to step up and act like it. Your family will rely on you, so you'd better do everything in your power to protect and provide for them.” you continue, Broly's expression growing more resolute. But then you soften, continuing. “But if anything happens, you and your family will always be welcome here. No matter where you all are, my home is still your home. If you need anything, don't ever hesitate to reach out.”
“I will.” he replies, nodding with an expression more of relief than determination then aloud adds. “Thank you, Dad.”

“Of course son. Anytime.” you reply to him, the two of you sharing a moment of silence as the other conversations continue in the room. Only to hear Maza, speaking with Chilli.
“That's insane. You should be dead! No wonder you look like death warmed over!” Maza says jokingly, you turning from Broly to Maza, then see him looking to Chilli. Who, as you look at him, does look quite rough. Cheeks and eyes sunken in, his head looks much more skull-like than usual. But his smile is as alive as ever, laughing casually at his half-brother's exclamation. “But seriously though, how DID you survive that?”
“Honestly? I have no idea.” Chilli replies, you noticing him holding a small crystal in his hand, one that looks like a broken blade. “At first I thought it was because I was a Reaper, that I had been channeling Death Magic through me long enough that I'd built up some kind of resistance. But that's not how it works, even Lord Jergal himself is still vulnerable to Death. So I don't know. And now I don't think I ever will.”

“Now? What do you mean?” you ask, your son turning to you with an almost sad smile. But there's something else there too, relief? Maybe, or maybe something else. “Why not?”
“Because I've hung up being a Reaper, at least for now.” he tells you, silencing everyone. You all know of Chilli being a Reaper, he's been one for years. To say now that he's just NOT anymore is crazy. “I have more important things to do now than going out and hunting down gods and demons and all the other madness out there. My place is with my family, protecting them. Not risking my neck out across the universe fighting the battles others can.”

“Now that Chronoa's no longer a threat, at least as Supreme Kai of Time and we aren't constantly under threat from gods and monsters, it's time to hang up the scythe.” he continues. “Besides. I'd never forgive myself, going out and dying in some monster's lair and leaving my family without me. I love you all too much for that.”

Silence greets your son's words, your entire family seeming shocked at this. And, to your surprise, Darkness is the first one to speak up.

“But what if another immortal undead comes to your home? Leading another army hellbent on revenge?” she asks him, seriously. “Can you really afford to give up such useful magic?”
“Who said anything about giving up my magic?” he replies with a mischievous tone, plucking one of the tail vertebra loose and holding it up between his first finger and thumb. “Death Magic: Dust to Dust.”

And to everyone's even greater shock, turns the bone in his hand to dust, sprinkling over the platter of bones. The silence grows heavier, you wondering what in the world happened to him? You clearly missed something very important in his life, something in the past few weeks to change his outlook.

But how do you respond to this? DO you respond to this, or turn to someone else?

“Chilli, what happened?” you ask him, your firstborn son turning to you. “We haven't talked for a few weeks, but you've clearly been through quite a lot. What happened?”
“Well, it all started when Ainz reached out to me...” Chilli says, weaving quite the tale. Starting with someone hijacking his Crystal Stars, the floating weapons platforms strong enough to break the strongest magical barrier on his world and turning them on his allies. How he tried to save his allies, taking out the groups possessing his weapons before finding the source. A powerful demigod, wielding incredible power. And how, despite being wounded and tired, tried to challenge that godly foe.

“What happened next?” Maza asks, your youngest four also having crowded around from their table to hear his tale.
“Well, long story short? I lost.” he says, your younger children all gasping in surprise. Even your older children, Broly, Maza, Koruza all look shocked, Caulifla and Milha not looking surprised, however. “He nearly killed me, breaking my Death-infused sword and stabbing it into my chest before breaking it off.”

Holding up his hand he creates that same crystal from before, looking like a few inches of sword blade in his fingers.

“Chilli made it home, but then collapsed. I called Caulifla, who came to heal him.” Megumin adds in, her voice still sounding a bit pained. “But even with her power, she couldn't heal him from Death.”
“My magic couldn't remove it from him, like it does other embedded unnatural things. I didn't know my healing couldn't remove it, even if I'd have known there was still a piece of sword inside him.” Caulifla adds in, and from her expression you can tell she's still feeling guilty over this. Feeling guilty she hadn't healed him,.
“You couldn't have known, I didn't have time to say it to anyone.” your son tells her, trying to console her. “But since I survived it, now you know. For days, I survived with having a shard of Death this size within me.”

“That's impossible.” Towa suddenly says, having been quiet up to this point. “There is no way you could have survived tha-”
“My Dad can, because he can do anything.” Meloka Wolbach says, your granddaughter standing up on the bench with her hands on the table. “I know, I was there! And when my Daddy finally woke up, he ripped it right out of his own chest!”
“Wh-?!” Towa starts, you glancing over to him and seeing her looking absolutely befuddled. Her brilliant mind cannot comprehend how such a thing would even be possible. “That's not real. That's... Impossible. Unbelievable.”

Towa sinks back into her seat, muttering to herself as her eyes flick back and forth, reading something none of you can see. Clearly using her excellent memory to reread something she's read before, no doubt searching for an answer. But Chilli doesn't provide one to her, continuing his tale. Telling you all of how he battled the undead army of the demigod lich Velsharoon, fighting for what felt like hours against all manner of monster and beast, undead and living both. At this point Megumin chimes in, looking to her husband and beaming with pride.

“It was hours, hun. Three hours and forty eight minutes.” Megumin says, you all looking to her in shock. “I was counting as my Chilli fought. Relentlessly, fighting off wave after wave of unimaginable monsters, taking all of them down until that monster himself showed up.”
“That he did. Velsharoon walked right into my trap, and I got him.” your son says, pride in his voice. “I kept him from escaping, thanks to Milha activating that last barrier outside the village preventing all manner of teleportation. I killed him, crushing even his spirit with Death magic.”
“But he is a lich, unless you got his Phylactery he's still alive.” Towa says, suddenly back in the conversation. “Is that what you were up to for so long?”

“At first, before Lord Jergal told me he'd handled it. Turns out his Phylactery wasn't even in the mortal plane.” Chilli replies to her, sighing a bit. “But he had other Reapers take care of that. But when he approached me with this news, he offered a promotion. To be Captain of the Reapers in the mortal realm. But, after some time soul searching, I turned him down. Gave him back his tome, retired from the Reapers. I'm done with that life. Now I can better dedicate my time to my family, my studies and my training.”
“From your tone, it sounds like you made the right choice.” you tell your son, who looks to you and nods, smile growing just a fraction wider. The two of you share a look before, then simultaneously nod. Seems your son has gotten not only stronger, but wiser as well.

“You left out the best part!” Meloka Wolbach suddenly calls out, you turning to her curiously. “Tell them about your NEW power, Dad! The one you and grandpa share!”
“Oh?” you reply, wondering if Chilli somehow learned to tap into the Berserker Soul. It would make sense how it, of all powers could resist Death from a divine source. But as you look to your son, see something else there in his gaze. Clearly, whatever your granddaughter is talking about, it isn't that. But what could she mean? “What new power is this?”

“It's not something I can do here. When you all show up for the party, I'll show you then.” he replies, smiling as his younger siblings demand he tell them what new powers he got. But with his explanation, suddenly an idea comes to mind. Which, if true, means he's now more like you than ever. But as you look across the table, you realize that the entire restaurant is now full, every seat occupied by small groups eating together. And as one group finishes they all get up, heading out the door only for another to IMMEDIATELY come in and replace them. Which is when you realize that your family are taking up space, space they could be using to seat a lot of the people waiting outside to eat.

“Alright, we've taken up space long enough. We can all talk outside, let's get out of everyone's way so they can eat too.” you say, pushing yourself up to your feet. Your older children, looking around a moment recognize this, also getting up. Within a minute you've all got up and are ready to head out, you calling telepathically to the two former disciples of Silver. “Excellent work you two, your meal's quality now rivals Silver's own. We'll definitely be back.”

“Appreciate it!”
“Have a nice night!”

The two respond, you leading your large family out of the restaurant. Immediately the warmth of your world feels welcome, you taking a deep breath then sighing out. This was good, you needed this time. Several groups are let in as you all exit, no doubt ready to eat a delicious meal themselves. The sun's fully gone down now, the only lights the city lights, lighting up the street you find yourselves on across from the administration building.

But what now?

As you take a deep breath in, slowly sighing out you turn your attention to the quietest of your children today, Tatsu and Tomi. The older twins have been quiet all meal, in fact you don't remember speaking to them much over the past weeks. Curious, you walk over to them, the two looking up to you simultaneously. Seems they've gotten better in-sync.

“So, what have the two of you been up to?” you ask them, placing a hand on each of their shoulders. “We've all gotten so busy we haven't really talked lately. How are you both?”
“Fine.” both answer perfectly simultaneously. “Been working on putting the finishing touches on our new technique.”
“Oh? A new technique? What have you been developing?” you ask, the twins smirking and leaping back away from you all. Standing at their usual fusion distance, but instead of taking the fusion pose both cross their arms.

“Instead of explaining it, we'll show you.” they reply simultaneously, you feeling their energies spiking. You and the rest of your family all watch as they begin using the Multiform technique, splitting their bodies in two. “This isn't a technique we can pull off on our own, as it takes multiple steps to pull off. And this is step one. Step two, now, will look familiar.”

And at this the four bodies take their Fusion Dance positions, setting up to make two fusions. Suddenly, in a flash of foresight see a wild vision. With TWO Tomitsu standing side-by-side and attempting to fuse, doing the dance together and touching their fingertips together. Making a blinding pale azure light, one you feel that you've seen somewhere before. Then before you can process this you return to the present, watching as the four bodies do their Fusion Dances in sync.

“FUUUUU! SION! HAAAAAA!!” Tatsu, Tatsu, Tomi and Tomi all say, fingertips touching as the four are consumed in two distinct and simultaneous flashes of light. And as the light fades, your vision was confirmed: there are now TWO Tomitsu! And as one they speak, voices confident as both, while each roughly half the same power as Super Saiyan Tomitsu speak confidently. “This is step two. Double trouble. And here's where things get fun.”
“Hold on. You don't mean-?” Ace says, surprising everyone by speaking up. Everyone except the two Tomitsu, who go into their technique once more.

“FUUUUUSION! HAAAAAA!!” the two fusions shout, fingertips. And as they do, that blinding pale azure light that swallows up the two fusions consumes everything. Both Tomitsu powers' merge, forming something new. Something... Powerful.

Very. Fusion itself is already fragile, something you can split with just a bit of Forced Spirit Fission. This fusion is like trying to balance on a unicycle on top of a guy riding a unicycle on a tightrope.

First, unlike the first fusions they didn't fuse directly into a Super Saiyan, despite both Tomitsu being Super Saiyans when they had fused. But second is the power, this Tomitsu is strong. Stronger than anything you've ever felt from the two of them, even back when they went Golden Oozaru against the Universe 6 fusion warrior Kefla. The very air itself feels charged with their energy, this new fighter's power feeling unreal. “A double fusion? What would that make you, Tatsomitsumi?”

“I got it, Totomimitsutsu!” Meloka Wolbach exclaims excitedly, causing her brother and father to chuckle a bit.
“We are no longer Tomitsu. We just call this 'Twomitsu' for simplicity.” they say, their every word causing the very air to vibrate with barely-restrained might. With a careless movement this 'Twomitsu' could level not just this city, but possibly the entire planet as well. They are powerful, there's no doubt. But as the two stand there, unmoving, you know that there has to be some sort of price to this power. Something you're not the only one to realize.

“This power, it's impressive. But how long can you maintain this form?” Towa asks, sounding curious. “Does doubling a fusion double the time, or perhaps half it?”
“Worse, we only get about a fifth of our usual time.” Twomitsu says, raising a hand. Slowly, carefully, to avoid making a powerful shock wave with just that simple action, then raising one hand, all five fingers splayed. “Without using any power, this form lasts for just under five and a half minutes. This insane power does come at the price of longevity.”
“Squaring the power for taking the square root of longevity? Hrmm.” Towa mutters, bringing a hand to her chin as she looks upon the fused being. Clearly formulating something in that devious mind of hers.

But what about you? What do you say to Twomitsu?
>Telepathically ask Raven to open her portal back to Raxus Prime, then ask Twomitsu to give you all a demonstration of their full power
>Congratulate the twins on finding this insane level of power, even if impractical due to the time restriction it is still quite the impressive feat
>Ask this Twomitsu how Tatsu and Tomi figured out they could do this, what inspired this doubling up of the technique
>Challenge them to hit you with an attack, fly up away from the ground so your brand-new city doesn't take any collateral damage from their crazy power

“Hey, Raven. You can sense this, right?” you ask, telepathically reaching out to the planet's Guardian. “Mind throwing us open a portal to Raxus Prime? I do want to see what they can do.”
“Of course, give me a few seconds.” she replies, you thanking her and ending the mental link. Only to see Maza step forward, powering up in a flash into his Primal form. The two stare each other down, Maza then powering back down.
“Damn. You're even stronger than my Primal form.” Maza says, sounding somewhere between impressed at their power and disappointed he doesn't match up. “Look at you.”

Then, before Twomitsu can reply a portal opens up behind them, you stepping forward.

“Alright, how about you give us a demonstration?” you ask, Twomitsu looking from you to the portal then back to you. “Go on, show off a little bit.”
“Very well.” Twomitsu replies, carefully stepping through the portal. Flying out into the large crater, you see the fusion land, raising a hand to the air. Then their pale azure aura blazes, power skyrocketing as you feel the fusion gather their power. “HAAAAAAAAAA!!”

And with a roar the fused warrior fires a simple ki blast into the air. The energy torrent from Twomitsu's hand is incredible, the energy they're firing off as dense as Junior's own energy, more powerful than anything you've sensed from any of your children before. Even as a Berserker God, you are unsure if you could even take such a hit yourself and still keep fighting. But as the two continue firing their blast, you see Twomitsu begin glowing with golden light straight down their middle. The beam ends, then with a pop and flash of white light Twomitsu splits. Reverting back not into the two fusions, or even the four kids, but back in their original two bodies.

“Huh, you return to your original bodies? Interesting.” Towa says, you glancing to her and seeing the demon princess stroking her chin. Mind no doubt racing, exploring possibilities in her mind.
“That was AMAZING!” Meloka Wolbach shouts excitedly, running up to the edge of the portal. “You guys were super amazing!”
“Haha, thank you.” they both say, flying over and both ruffling her hair with opposite hands. You can feel your granddaughter beaming, seeing the smile on her face as she moves to let the twins back through. Once they are, Raven closes the portal, you sending her a quick thank you to her. “Well, what do you guys think?”

“That fusion technique is surprising. I thought just fusing once was the limits.” Chaya says, your eldest walking over to them. “Have you tried making fused yourselves? Like fusing two Tatsu and two Tomi together before fusing?”
“It doesn't work. Even if the Fusion Dance is performed perfectly, you cannot fuse two of yourself together with it.” Tatsu and Tomi both say together. Clearly having tried it before. “You can only fuse two beings who are different, not two of the same.”
“But you fused two Tomitsu together? How does that work?” Broly asks, sounding genuinely confused. “I thought you couldn't fuse two identical people together?”

“That's right. It doesn't work with identical people. However, when we fuse, we create different bodies. Ones that, even if they look the same, aren't.” the twins reply. “Don't know why it works like this, just that it does.”
“I see.” he replies, seeming content with the answer. But Towa is only getting more fired up, mind ablaze with possibilities.
“Would it be too inconvenient for you both to run in my lab tomorrow for a few tests? This is incredible, I'm sure I can get some excellent data from you both. And you as well, Tomitsu, as to how different these two bodies can be.”
“Of course, it's not a problem at all.” they reply, sounding a bit eager as well to understand the 'why' of how these things work themselves. “It could explain quite a few questions we've had.”

And at this point Chilli, glancing to his wife is clearly thinking about heading back home, you seeing the telltale signs they're communicating telepathically between themselves. Most everyone else is starting to look tired as well, your youngest four starting to yawn and rub at their eyes sleepily. It's about time to call it a day.

But before you do, is there anyone else you want to speak to?

But seeing your daughter, you decide to reach out to her. She hasn't been home much since her last encounter with Raditz, saying she was busy and not coming around. But you have a sneaking suspicion she's still hurting, so decide to reach out to her. Not aloud, though. Just in case she doesn't want to talk to everyone about this, you reach out telepathically.

“Hey, Chaya. You doing okay?” you ask her with a thought, your eldest daughter glancing to you. “Everything okay?”
“Yeah?” she replies after a moment, clearly confused. “Dad? What is it? What's going on?”
“I'm just making sure you're okay, kiddo.” you tell her, brows furrowing a bit as she looks to you. “Last time we talked, you weren't doing so well after... What happened on Eudora.”

“It wasn't a good time, I was pretty messed up from meeting Raditz again and what he said for a while.” your daughter replies aloud, having walked over to stand beside you. “But thanks to my friends, I'm over it. Over him. He and Redis can go on and live their lives, and I'll do the same. In fact, after the fight with Hit wraps up, I'm planning to announce that I'm looking for a new partner.”
“Oh, really? Well, that's good.” you say, surprised at just how... Okay she seems. You remember the spiral she went down before, to see her so perfectly okay with not only talking about him, but wishing him well and talking about moving on? It's so unbelievable you can't help but feel shocked. In a good way, as this is the point you'd wanted her to get to. You just hadn't thought it would be so soon. “So, do you have anyone in mind?”

“No. But I have a plan.” she says with a grin, then continuing telepathically lets you know what she's scheming. “After I beat Hit, I'll be announcing to everyone that I'm going to be hosting a universe-wide competition. A tournament, to show what everyone can do.”
“A tournament? If you're looking for strong, why have it universe-wide? Why not just here on our world, where the strongest gather?” you ask her, to which your daughter's grin widens.
“It's not all about strength, I'm not looking for someone to protect me, I'm looking for someone to love me. Who will love me as much if not more than I love them, more than most of my fans adore me even.” she says, then looks down at her hands as she continues speaking aloud. “Someone who'll make me want to reciprocate their love, will make me want to spend time with them because of who they are and how they make me feel. Someone who will make me not want to live without them, and would do anything for. That's the kind of love I'm looking for.”

Silence hangs in the air, everyone looking to Chaya. Who, after a few moments realizes she said all that aloud, a blush coming to her face in embarrassment. However, the first one to break the silence is surprisingly Megumin, who walks over and places a hand on her shoulder.

“I know you will. There's someone out there for everyone, and it may not be who you first think they are.” she says, the Crimson Demon reminding you that the two of them were friends first, before she and Chilli started becoming a thing. “But I know they're out there. Maybe you should swing by sometime? We don't have Dreadzone out on our planet, so if you're going to do a big announcement anyone on our world won't see it.”
“Hey, that's a good point! And there are probably others too, what if they're on one of these other worlds? I have to go make more preparations!” Chaya says, taking Megumin's hands in both of hers, shaking them several times. “Thank you so much, but now I gotta go! I have to make sure I don't miss anywhere!”

And with that Chaya backs up, raising her hand to her forehead and vanishing. No doubt returning to Dreadzone, to further increase the reach of the net she's about to cast.

“I reckon we should head on back as well. It was good coming down, look forward to seeing everyone for the party.” Chilli says, then to his two kids. “Go on, tell everyone bye for now.”
“Byeeeee!!” the grandchildren call, then both launch themselves at you and your wife. Catching Meloka Wolbach in your arms, your wife catching Kazuburo, you spend a few minutes all saying your farewells. Broly and Kori return to their crew, Chilli and his family return home. Milha, however, chooses to stay, her and Darkness standing a bit back from everyone. Until everyone else who is departing leaves, then comes up to you.
“Father, may...? Would it be okay if Lalatina and I stayed here for a few days?” she asks, voice trembling a bit with hesitation. You can see the uncertainty and hope in her eyes as she looks up to you. As if unsure she even wants to, but clearly wants to make the attempt.

Well? How do you respond?

“I was hoping that you would stay, at least for a little while.” you reply, reaching over and placing your hand on your daughter's shoulder and giving her a smile. “After all, it's partly thanks to you that this city even happened, I was hoping you'd come back to me.”

Then, turning your focus to the other woman, whose cheeks are a bit flushed continue speaking.

“Of course, you're welcome to stay with her as well, whenever the two of you want to come over and take a retreat from your world.” you tell the blonde, who looks surprised at your offer. “I know it's difficult to leave your home behind, but feel free to stay whenever you wish.”
“I-uhh, th-thank you.” she says, giving you a surprisingly deep bow. You nod back, turning your focus on your daughter.
“Feel free to stay as long or as often as you want, this is your home too.” you tell her, then turn to Maza. “Hey, Maza. First responsibility, is finding a place for them to stay, just the two of them. I know we have more housing than people, there's enough beds to sit almost our entire population here. This'll be your first official duty.”

“Yes sir!” your son replies, snapping a crisp Saiyan salute before taking off, sprinting up the steps of the administrative building. No doubt to secure one of the datapads with the records on them, to find an open building. That done, you then pat Milha on the shoulder once more, turning as you hear someone calling your name. Emerging from the restaurant is none other than Silver himself, the older man hobbling along on his crutch.
“So. What did'ja think?” he asks you, pointing over his shoulder with his right thumb at the restaurant behind him. “How'd those kids do?”
“How'd they do? I think if you don't stay on top of your game, those two'll surpass you before much longer.” you say in a joking tone, a smile coming to Silver's eyes as his mouth twitches upwards. “So, how does it feel? To have your students coming close to surpassing you?”

“Tryin' to prepare for the future, aye?” he replies, with a chuckle, you walking with him and the rest of your family back to your ship across the city. “Feels... Good. Knowin' I taught 'em all I know, everythin' I've got and turned 'em loose, feels good.”
“I get that feeling.” you reply, thinking of your oldest three, how they've all moved out and on as well. Forming families of their own, or at least attempting to, establishing themselves out on their own worlds or chunks of space. “They're all growing up.”
“Aye.” he responds, you two walking back the rest of the way in silence. You thinking on your other children, wondering what the rest of them will go on to do.

Arriving back home you go about your evening ritual, washing the day off then climbing into bed with Towa and Meloka both. The two women each laying a head on one shoulder, and arm around each of them as you lay on your back and drift off to sleep. Which is peaceful and restful, floating alone in an endless nothing without any prying eyes or watchful observers disturbing your rest. And once your body is well-rested you wake up once more, ready to face the new day. With only a week before Chaya's match with Hit, she's no doubt going to be busy. But now that your schedule is finally 'settled', no longer working on fixing your awake and sleep times to this new timezone, it is time to get to work.

Or at least get a schedule together to get back to it, or get to any sorts of new training you hadn't been doing before. The only set time for any of your training is with Cooler in the evenings, your last training of the day before eating and going to sleep. With eight hours a day for sleep, something you don't always use all of but still set aside regardless, you feel that you have five solid 'blocks' of training. Three in the mornings and two in the evenings, followed by sparring with Golden Cooler. So, with the day ahead of you, it's time to choose.

How will you start each of your days? What training to you wake up to, or do you handle other business first?
>Votes in follow-up post, damn character limits

Well? How do you begin your days?
>Solo gravity training, cranking it as high as your machine can go and pushing yourself to the limits
>Waking up Meloka and sparring with her, not too intensely but enough to get you both awake and blood pumping
>Taking the kids over to Raven's to have them learn under the Guardian while working on meditation for yourself(Only morning slot this option is available)
>Practicing and learning more in-depth on the Djem So armed and unarmed form under Bane's spectral gaze
>Use the Multiform to split and spar yourself, no better way to find any weaknesses in your attack or defense than to see it first-hand
>Finally learning that other fighting style from Bane, the Juyo form as he called it. Having a burst option to surpass a stronger foe temporarily to quickly close out fights could be vital
>Waking Meloka and having her help you further increase your ki control, to get closer to her level of mastery over her own energy
>Energy Body training, work on further mastering your defensive technique even further
>Work on your own energy attacks, perhaps even developing a new attack or technique
>Go to the administrative building first, handling the day's operations first before going and doing your own workout. Not the most exciting start to a day, but getting all the paperwork and obligations out of the way first leaves the rest of your day free

To be fair, it should be a lot more feasible in our case than Naruto's given for a few reasons. Chief among them being;
>Karn doesn't bitch and moan when doing something he doesn't like
>There should be far less paperwork here than in the Hokage's office (which is an OBSCENE amount for no reason)
>Karn knows better than to keep such a straining technique up for more than a few hours at a time

As much as you'd want to start your day training, pushing yourself to your limits, as the governor, as King Vegeta'd called you of your city, you're not responsible for keeping it functioning and everything running smoothly. Or at least appointing those who'll do so, and keeping them in line. So, you sneak out of bed, grabbing your official uniform and not just a training suit, getting dressed as you sneak out of your bedroom and make your way through the halls. Haathe meets you halfway to the entrance, the woman already up as well.

“Good morning, my lord. Art thou returning to thy training?” she asks you, falling into step with you.
“Much as I want to, not yet. First thing's first, have to head over to administration.” you tell her, the two of you exiting together as you lower the ramp, then raise it back up once you both are outside. “This city's under my authority, need to make sure it runs properly.”
“As a good Lord should.” she replies, nodding once in approval. The two of you walk from the beach to the city, crossing from sand to recently hardened pavement and heading towards the center, where the administration is. Most of the homes are still dark, you waking up a bit earlier than everyone else, it seems, as you go to the government building. Where, guarding the only entrance and exit are two of your students, both sitting on the steps with their backs to the doors.

“Mornin' General!” Nion calls, one of your first students to have reached Super Saiyan greeting you with a wave. “Openin' 'er up early?”
“Yes, going to get this stuff out of the way early, at least whatever needs my authority to go through.” you reply, the two standing and both inserting their keys at opposite ends, unlocking the double doors. Planting their feet and bracing themselves, both slam a shoulder into the heavy metal, slowly budging the doors open. Built to withstand the Covenant's glassing lasers, the entire building is built of an extremely dense and heavy metal alloy, nearly as heavy and indestructible as Katchin. The two force the doors open halfway, not sliding the doors all the way back but leaving enough of an opening for three average-sized Saiyan warriors to walk in shoulder-to-shoulder. Making your way inside you head directly to the office, towards where you sense several others. Those who work through the night, their schedule still on main city time so they head to bed when the morning shift arrive. Opening the door, you see the half-dozen Saiyans at their terminals, keys clacking as they type. As you walk in, only one looks up, smiling at your and Haathe's arrival.

“Just a moment.” you tell her, taking a deep breath then sighing out. “Haaah. Alright, let's get down to business.”
“Yes sir!” she replies, you diving into the work. The next hour or so is a blur of numbers and figures, you going through everything from fuel and food usage and requisitioning rations for your people to the status of the power plant, water desalination facility, sewage, et cetera et cetara. Making sure everything is running smoothly, and that there aren't any issues. You are well into this process when, suddenly the office door opens, Maza coming in.

“Mornin' Maza.” you tell your son, waving him over. He strides in, you seeing everyone look up as he comes in, some sharing confused glances at his entrance. Knowing this, you take a moment to address the room. “Alright everyone, listen up. I'm sure you all know my son, Maza. And starting today, he'll be my second. He has all the authority I have to make decisions, what he says goes unless it directly contradicts my own orders. If anyoone has any objections, go ahead and speak your piece now. You will face no repercussions for speaking your truth in this time, but if you do have something to say, say it now.”
“Maza, you're the one who keeps trying to overthrow King Vegeta IV, right?” Mayze asks him, showing no hesitation. Which is why you'd chosen her to lead the office in your absence, she's got the fire to keep things running smoothly in your absence. “Are you going to try and use this position to usurp the king?”

“No. For now, as long as I hold this office, and once I depart it, King Vegeta IV will not face any further challenge from me for his throne.” Maza answers her directly. “The throne I seek isn't in this realm. But my father was right, I do not yet have the experience to run even a single city, much less an entire planet or realm. So, to learn the arts of statescraft, of management, I shall be working here for the foreseeable future. Unless there are any other complaints?”

No one immediately answers, some sharing glances with each other before Mayze walks directly up to him, offering your son her hand.

“Very well, welcome aboard Maza.” she says, taking his hand in hers with zero hesitation. “I look forward to working with you as well.”

And as polite claps echo about the small room, you can't get over the feeling that this feels like the start of something new, something good. The dawn of a new era is beginning here, in your city. One you'll give your all to protect, no matter what comes your way.

And that's it for this weekend, everyone enjoy the ride? Ready to finally get to deciding on your daily training schedule, with four main time slots? Are you ready to face the challenge of balancing training, administration and teaching, all while also getting in enough time with your family scattering about the universe? Ready to face more difficult choices, not necessarily fights but more challenging issues you can't simply punch away? All this and more, when Saiyan Conqueror Quest continues next time!

Good to see Karn hit the ground running with this whole "Governor" bit. I wonder if there's a more formal uniform we can wear while we're carrying out official business, just so people can figure out that we're busy at a glance.
>>
You know, it probably was good that we came here first, to be here to verify everything when Maza walked in and claimed to be in charge (or deputy). Otherwise, could have gotten a bit hostile
>>
>>6143361
No, Karn's 'uniform' is full armor, as he mostly doesn't bother wearing that anymore. Destroying a suit every time he transforms is kind of a waste.
>>6143363
He only showed up because you were here, if you hadn't been he wouldn't have gone. As eager for power as he is, he knows they wouldn't have simply taken his word for it.

>>6143364
Oh yeah, what's the coffee situation looking like in the office? I won't have any of our clerks or admins running around without a hearty dose of bitter stimulant.
Okay real talk though, who all saw Twomitsu's demonstration yesterday? Inside and outside of our timeline.
And how's Koruza coming along with attaining Primal?
Any Hydae incursions along the coast since the last one? Or have they learned their lesson?

Hell yes, I am ready for Saiyan Multiversal Politics Quest.
Also, we unironically need Maza to endure a meeting with insufferable nobles who are nonetheless vital to their local infrastructure. Playing nice with people you want to strangle is part and parcel of being a good leader.

If Maza can get through a meeting with the Neimoidians from the Trade Federation without killing one of them, he can consider himself a an experienced statesman.

Did you not read the epilogue? It's pretty explicit that it's the Champion powers for his world.

Thread 228 Epilogue II;
>However, as you do, you feel something else. All the ki surging throughout your body isn't only your own. Through your heels, planted firmly on your home, you feel more energy surging into you. Billions of different ki, energy from all the living beings of this world are pouring into you as well, further strengthening your body and enhancing your power greater than it has ever been before.

>Immediately you recognize this power from what you'd heard your father say, and it seems, thanks to this battle, that your planet has recognized YOU as it's champion.

Pretty clear, right?

Also not entirely wrong, but that's more a Karn thing since previous reality Karn merged with this Karn.

I did read it.
>Pretty clear, right?
>Oh, nevermind; forgot that Dragon Ball fans can't read.
Oh no. You caught me red handed. It's all true. I admit. I can't read and I think I never will.

Anyway the reason for this mistake is well when Meloka Wolbah said this line:
>>6142845
>“Tell them about your NEW power, Dad! The one you and grandpa share!”
It got me excited that it will be something truly new and in a moment Chilli will show everyone an ability we have not seen before. When he said:
>>6142846
>“It's not something I can do here. When you all show up for the party, I'll show you then.”
I was thinking he just said it to fuel everyone's curiosity. I imagined that his extremely hard battle with Velsharoon pushed him past his limit and after his near death experience and fight he discovered that something changed within him. He discovered a new power .
>>6143897
>It is the Champion power, but the better question is how does Meloka Wolbach know of it? She's never seen you use it before.
This has not seemed out of ordinary to me. I assumed that after battle Chilli found a moment to explain to his family what happened, maybe even demonstrate to them his new power. So she knew everything about it from Chilli.

And lastly I did not think about Champion when Meloka Wolbach talked about new power because of how I perceive Champion.

Imagine that suddenly strange time vortex opens and Karn falls into it. He lands in an unknown timeline and world. Even his time traveling allies can't immediately find him, and the place he ended in is filled with strong hostile creatures. He must withstand and survive till allies locate him or he finds a way back on his own.

So what he has to rely on? His own skill, powers such as his Ki, his Saiyan transformations or his Stand (I know Dragon Force is still napping). But can he use his Champion power there?

No, because it's very situational and only works on New Salda. It's not really his own power. It's power that New Salda lends him.

Of course I am very happy that Karn and Chilli are Champions of their planets, but I don't view this power as something they own, because it's not truly theirs.

>Yes, or perhaps something ELSE happened...?
First suspiciously long time has passed since Bardock has started his mission to get to Raditz, and there are hints that maybe something bad happened to him. Now there is a possibility that something bad also happened to Arctus while everyone was busy and not paying attention. It makes me nervous what else we have not noticed. In quest characters are oblivious to this. I feel like something is going on. I just hope that after a while we will not notice that "Hey is it not strange we have not heard anything from Broly and Kori since their last visit. Anyone know where are they? I can't contact them."
>>6143866
Stay strong Anon. It's not easy for those of us who can't read.
>>6144099
I refuse to believe that any of them has reached Primal or even Super Sayian 3. Super Sayian 2 at best.
>>
>>6144362
It is kind of ironic that, despite not sharing the most iconic powers of his father, Chilli continuously ends up being closer and closer to his old man. Just, in his own way.
>and after his near death experience and fight he discovered that something changed within him
Well, yes. Remember, he can now use Death magic without the tome or any connection to Jergal as a Reaper anymore. A mortal wields Death.
That was a setup for an intermission/epilogue that'll happen once an artist or two finishes their work. New Salda has its art, but what does Chilli's planet's avatar look like?
And yes, but would an almost four year old get that distinction?
>>6144363
We'll see what's happened with him, if he chose to spend time with his son, if his team got delayed/intercepted, or if something else happened. Same with Arctus, we know he learned from past mistakes and isn't connecting the doctor's head to any device that can send/receive a spacenet connection. But has his work been impeded by someone tracking the doctor's signal down? Or is the encryption simply far tougher to crack than he'd anticipated?
As for the nobles, before Super Saiyan they were the highest caste due to their high base powerlevels. Lording over others with their might. But with Karn becoming the Super Saiyan, they will have changed. Some training to increase power, to maintain their position over the weaker while others, even more rigid in the caste belief, firmly believing themselves inferior to Karn and that HE, as strongest should rule.
>>
>>6144374
>while others, even more rigid in the caste belief, firmly believing themselves inferior to Karn and that HE, as strongest should rule.
I get the sentiment but he's really only good for turbomurdering the fuck out of your enemies and being a Dad. Politics in general are an area of expertise Karn has little to no experience in. The almighty Paperwork-Sama would make him fall to his knees.

>>6144497
I figured they would still isekai people except now the demon king to kill is chili and the hero just gets even more cheat items.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 229 Intermission-

AGE 758, BEERUS' PLANET

“Haaaaah! Last one!” you say, grabbing the last handful of grass and cutting through it with the hand blade Whis had given you, throwing the last of the cut grass over your shoulder into the final container before carefully setting it off your back to the ground. Then collapse onto all fours, strength spend and struggling to breathe as sweat pours off of you. “What utter lunacy! To think that doing such domestic chores were so exhausting!”
“Well, would you look at that? I must say, the lawn looks wonderful.” Whis, your ever-present taskmaster says in a tone of slight approval. “Now that you're finished, should we begin your training?”
“H-Hold on. You mean that WASN'T even the training?!” you ask, barely able to raise your head to meet the angel's gaze. To which he gives a condescending smirk, but you don't care. After the hours spent changing Lord Beerus' sheets while he slept, scrubbing down and cleaning the massive tree that is the Destroyer's home, cleaning out all of the so-called Oracle Fish's bowls, and now cutting the giant lawn by hand, you're exhausted. Far moreso than any training you'd done before, even when Karn was preparing you for the Siege of New Salda, when he'd damn near pushed you to your breaking point. “Ridiculous.”

“I can see that doing domestic chores, while a first for you, has clearly exhausted you. So, how about we take a short tea break first? While we were at your father's, I did pick up quite a few special blends.”
“I think. I would like. That.” you manage to get out, Whis nodding shallowly and vanishing without a trace. You focus on controlling your breathing, getting your heart under control with deep, slow inhales. And by the time you've recovered enough to rise back to your feet, Whis has returned. Teleporting himself along with a table and two chairs, the tea already set out on it. “Thank you, Whis.”
“Of course. You may be here to learn, but you are also a guest here.” the angel replies, picking his tea up and sipping it. “For now. One day this world may be yours, after all.”

Getting to your feet you walk over, sitting in the chair and taking the tiny teacup in both hands. Lightly blowing on it before taking a sip. Recognizing the leaves immediately as one of Father's favorites, your brows shoot up questioningly.

“Yes, your father provided the leaves more than two hundred years ago, as I recall.” Whis answers your unspoken question with a knowing look before taking another sip himself. “An excellent flavor.”
“Yes, the tea is quite lovely. Does seem to pair better with manual labor than a day of idolatry.” you reply, looking up from your cup to the angel with another question in mind. “Aside from Meloka, is Lord Beerus the last being you've trained here?”

“Yes. I haven't been a teacher for quite some time. And while my time with Meloka here was rather short, it was... Informative.” Whis says, after a moment's consideration. Silence hangs in the air between you for several seconds, you unsure if he'll continue before he does. “I had forgotten how... Impatient mortals can be, how quickly they're determined to make greater strides. But impressive, as well. I am hoping you show the same determination to improve yourself, Freeza.”

“I see. Well, if you are ready to begin, then so am I.” you reply, taking the cup back up in both hands, downing the rest of the tea before setting it gingerly back on the saucer before standing up from the table. Whis takes another sip, setting his back down as well before standing too. Summoning his staff to his hand he taps the ground once, causing it to vanish back to wherever he'd summoned it from.
“Then let us begin. Follow me.” Whis says, you wordlessly complying. Following him to the outer edge of the world, onto a track where an odd-seeming weight is kept. “This will be the first part of your training.”
“A weight? One with holes for the arms, I take it the first task is to lift such a weight with the forearms?” you ask, Whis nodding shallowly before speaking.

“Yes. Although Meloka was the last one to use it, your heights are roughly the same, so it shouldn't need adjusting. Just place your arms through the holes, lift the weight, and then I shall explain further.” he says, you getting the feeling this is going to be a lot tougher than it seems, that there's more to this. But you came here to train, so without hesitation walk over, squatting down and sliding your arms through the holes as instructed. However, as you try to lift it, realize that this training isn't going to be easy. The weight doesn't even budge, you grunting in surprise.

“Mmmph-! Wh-What?!” you exclaim, surprised that you don't even budge the weight. Adjusting yourself, planting your feet on the outsides of the weight and gritting your teeth, you put everything you've got into lifting the block. “Tch! GRRRRR! SHHYAAAAAA!!”

With a triumphant roar you lift the weight, holding it several inches across the ground.

“I-! I lifted it!” you exclaim in triumph. “It's in the air!”
“Very well done. Now, keep carrying it and go for a run. Today we'll start with one lap around the planet.” he says, you nearly dropping it in surprise as your head twitches towards the angel. But the weight threatens to go back down, forcing you to put your whole back into it.
“Run...? Like this?!” you exclaim, barely able to keep the insanely heavy weight off the ground, much less take a step. “That's impossible!”

>>6145154
“Careful now. If you don't start running, the path will disappear.” Whis says, you hearing an ominous noise from behind you. And you don't have to look back to know that he's serious, gritting your teeth and struggling to raise the weight higher, to give you a split second more action to step forward. The entire movement nearly throws you off-balance, even with your tail providing a small measure of stability. But you did it, you took a step. Panting in exhaustion, you gather yourself to take another step, and then another. Then, on your fourth step hear the noise once more, this time much closer than before over your grunts of exertion. And over all that, you hear Whis' voice calling out. “If you fall off the path, you'll be thrown into another dimension and be unable to ever return.”

“What madness!” you think to yourself, struggling to keep ahead of the ominous noise. Without looking back you keep pushing yourself, focus narrowing entirely down to putting one foot in front of the other. Taking it step by step, losing focus on the entire rest of the world. Losing track of even the time itself, until, suddenly, there is a flash of light. And suddenly you're no longer on the path, instead find yourself back inside Lord Beerus' bedroom, surrounded by the floating hourglass alarm clocks. “Wh-What?!”
“YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO EAT THAT?!!” the Destroyer suddenly shouts in his sleep, firing a massive blast from his mouth in his sleep. And with only an instant to react you drop the weight, dashing to your left to dodge the massive blast. His energy vaporizes the insanely heavy weight, the sheer force of his attack cutting through the air and sending you smashing into the wall. Collapsing it, sending the heavy material all crashing down onto you. Burying you in the rubble, you groaning and sighing out in relief all at once.

But as you lay there, Whis arriving a few moments later and using his magic to rebuild the building and carrying all the blocks off of you, you can't help but think he KNEW that this was about to happen.

“You managed to evade his attack, very well done. That's enough training for today.” the angel tells you, smiling ever-so condescendingly down at you. “Go and get your rest, because tomorrow we'll be doing it all over again.”
“Again?” you wonder to yourself, struggling to rise. “Like hell. You keep this pace up and I'll be dead before the end of the week!”

But he kept his word, you repeating all the same training from the day before. The overgrown lawn had fully grown back overnight, the Oracle Fish had dirtied every single one of its bowls, everything. So you went back to it, doing domestic chores day in and day out, spending little time actually training with Whis after your after-chores tea.

Yet each day you can feel yourself growing stronger, your body adapting to the high-stress regimen Whis has you on. And before you even realize it, months have passed. You've grown to master the morning chores, cutting down the time it takes you to do them in half. Spending more time after tea doing serious training, until one day after tea, when Whis disappears the table he doesn't take you to the edge of the world. Instead, this time he takes you out to a rather peaceful field of flowers by the lake, coming to a stop by the lake and turning to face you.

“You have progressed most admirably, Freeza. And now that your body has been sufficiently prepared, it is time to start training in earnest.” he says, expression growing more serious as he vanishes his staff. Then his arms move, raising his right up to eye level, left at his waist as he brings his right elbow down, fist-out towards you while his left moves to just below his right elbow. Drawing his left up inside, bringing it over his right as he lowers that arm, left palm facing towards him as he braces his left bicep with his right hand. “Are you ready to begin?”

“Absolutely.” you reply, taking not your usual, more confident fighting stance with your arms spread wide in a gesture inviting attack. Instead you plant your feet, left out front and right back at a 90degree angle, knees bent as you raise your left arm, forearm vertical out before you as you pull your right in to your hip, loading up your right fist to strike. The very same fighting stance you learned from Karn back during your time training with him, all those years ago. And as you and Whis stare each other down, for just a moment you send a quiet 'thank you' to Karn for all he's done for you. For without him, you would never have embarked down this path to power. As you think of him, your friend and all the two of you have gone through, you do as he would have done in this situation. Exploding off the ground, you dash headlong at Whis, facing this challenge head-on and without hesitation! “SHYAAAAAA!!”

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After a successful day's training, Karn ventured into the newly-built city, joining his family for a group supper at the restaurant some of Silver's disciples had just established. Where Karn offers Maza a chance to help govern the city, speaks with Broly about his concerns with fatherhood, and then witnesses the fusion of two Tomitsu, Twomitsu's incredible power shaking the entire world. The next day, after saying farewell to everyone and getting Milha a home of her own in your city, the way you decide your new schedule will be to handle administration duties early in the mornings. Doing this first, getting those obligations out of the way early and leaving the rest of your day more free. But as we rejoin Karn, just as you'd planned to leave the administrative building for the day, you get a surprise visitor walking in through the double doors. Flanked by an entourage of the Royal Guard, it is none other than King Vegeta IV, his expression serious.

“My king. Good morning.” you tell him, giving Vegeta a proper salute. One which he returns, you both lowering your arms. “What brings you over here at this hour?”
“Just coming to check how things are going, make sure everything's running smoothly.” he replies, then smirks. “But it would seem that you're already on top of things.”
“Of course, on days where nothing insane happens, I'll be here first thing after waking up.” you reply, your king giving you an approving nod.

“And I take it the administrative team I sent over are doing well?” he asks you, a hint of something you can't quite make out in his tone.
“Perfectly well, they and Maza seem to be getting along rather well.” you reply, Vegeta raising a brow at this, so you explain how you're using this opportunity to help teach him how to run a city. “After all, if you want to run the entire Demon Realm someday, first you need to learn how something as small as a city works, right?”
“Hmph. Not a bad plan, all things considered.” Vegeta replies, the smallest hint of a smile at the corner of his mouth denoting his approval. “Then if he is still at it, I suppose I should go speak with him as well. Unless there's anything else you wish to speak of?”

“Not y-Wait.” you reply, a conversation you had the night before returning to mind. After talking with Chaya about Raditz, you remember that Bardock was supposed to be returning from that trip, but you never heard anything else. So, you decide to ask him. “About Bardock, shouldn't he and his team have returned by now? Nothing's happened to them over there, has it? No SECOND Tuffle parasite monster is now on the loose, is there?”

“Hahaha, thankfully no. After making contact, Bardock informed me he was staying for a week to help his son go over the planet, make sure there are no more 'surprises' laying about that that monster has hidden.” your king tells you, a knot of tension in your back you'd been unaware of suddenly relaxing as you sigh in relief. “They have been checking in regularly, no signs of that monster. I think you got it.”
“Good. Last thing we need is that bastard returning.” you reply, the two of you saying your farewells as the king goes back to the administration, you stepping outside into the mid-morning air. Your city is now alive, people bustling about, talking in groups of twos, threes, fours and more.

But what now? You have a whole day of training to get scheduled, not only for yourself but your family and your students as well. You have quite a lot to get to, and only four more slots in the day to get various trainings in, but which will you do now?

Well? Which training will be your first of the morning?
>Solo gravity training, focus on improving yourself first. Become stronger, faster, better than ever
>Training your students, your children, and anyone who chooses to join in your daily teachings
>Practicing and learning more in-depth on the Djem So armed and unarmed form under Bane's spectral gaze, mastering your most powerful offensive style will enable better aggression and pressure from you
>Use the Multiform to split and spar yourself, no better way to find any weaknesses in your fighting than to see it first-hand from the other side
>Dedicate time to finally learning that other fighting style from Bane, the Juyo form as he called it. Having a burst option to surpass a stronger foe temporarily to close out fights quickly could be vital asset
>Train with Meloka and have her help you further increase your ki control, to get closer to her level of mastery over her own energy
>Energy Body training, work on furthering your mastery over your defensive technique and perhaps even unlocking new variations of the technique eventually
>Work on your own energy attacks, perhaps even developing new attacks or techniques with enough work
>Other(write in)

Juyo is all about surrendering yourself to your fury, but not being totally controlled by it, right? I have to wonder if learning to cultivate that mindset won't also improve our mastery of the higher Berserker Forms.

Letting yourself ride that wave without getting swept up in it sounds exactly like the right mindset for Berserker God as well. I wonder if this training will have any carryover to mastering that form.
>>
>>6146125
I think that's closer to Vaapad than Juyo. Adjacent but not quite the same. Unfortunately, that wasn't a thing during Bane's time.
>>
>>6146126
While I understand that Juyo and Vaapad are technically different forms based on the same concept, I'm not entirely sure what the specific differences are.
To me it feels like Windu just wanted to employ Juyo without having to deal with the negative associations the form had within the Order, but I'm sure there's something I'm missing.
>>
>>6146127
Well in lore to my understanding, and things may have changed a lot over time, Juyo is specifically giving into aggression and often times the dark side by its nature. Whereas Vaapad is explicitly NOT giving into aggression nor the darkside, but teetering just on the edge of it. Which is why Vaapad works really well against Juyo users if you can pull it off, because it's basically Juyo but calm. Naturally, there's like all of three people in canon who can actually use Vaapad correctly and not fall to the darkside and end up using a meaner form of Juyo.

I guess it's kinda like if someone wanted to have hysteric strength without being hysteric. It doesn't really make sense but we just assume since there are so many people out there that there has to be SOMEONE who can do it.

As you look out over your city, you remember back to all the battles you've fought, all the monsters, demons, and gods you've faced. All the carnage you've witnessed, and how you don't want that fate to befall your own city. And so you lift off into the air, heading away from the city itself and back into the forest. Giving the original planet's inhabitants a wide berth, you find your usual clearing where you and the Cold brothers have sparred, landing in the middle as you reach into your mind.

“Bane, I seek your instruction once more.” you think, and a blink later the ancient Sith Lord appears. His spectral visage comes into being before you, standing at eye level, arms crossed.
“So, I can see that you're seeking greater power. Interesting.” Bane says, raising a hand to his chin as he studies you. “Yes, now you are ready. I take it that you're seeking the power of Juyo?”

“That is the form you showed me before, right?” you ask, the specter smirking. Drawing his weapon and exploding towards you, but as he goes to swing his body changes. Instead of attacking you directly, for a split-second you see more than a DOZEN Banes. All swinging at you from different directions and angles, you activating your Energy Body on reflex. The blows all land on you near-simultaneously, your eyes unable to even track his attacks. Then he immediately backs off, taking the usual Djem So sword stance, blade held horizontally overhead and ready to strike. “Y-Yeah. That one.”
“Juyo, or the Way of the Vornskr, is a very... Chaotic style. With a heavy focus on offense, the Ferocity Form does leave one vulnerable to attacks from the Force. However, with so few practitioners in this Age, such a weakness is negligible.” the Sith Lord's image says, deactivating his weapon and putting it back on his belt. “But more than any physical style, Form Seven is all about the mental state required.”

You watch as he then raises his right arm up overhead, turning his body left shoulder towards you as you see his eyes blaze red and gold.

“You must give in to your rage, the fury of the Dark Side. To the thrill of battle, and the rush of crushing your foes.” the phantom explains, then gestures to you with his lowered left hand. Realizing what he wants immediately you start to copy the stance, left shoulder forward and arm down, right arm raised overhead and fist pointed towards the phantom. “Good. Now, I shall show you the correct mindset, and allow you to 'feel' the correct method to use this technique. Are you ready?”

“Yes.” you reply, Bane instructing you to close your eyes. Which you do, and when you open them, the phantom is gone. But instead, standing before you is the Tuffle Parasite!
“Now, attack! Unleash all your fury, your hate!” Bane's voice instructs needlessly in your ear as you've already lunged forward. You feel that power swelling within you, needing nothing more than to let it out, to attack! To crush this bastard, to end him here and now. The next second is a blur, your arms and legs moving faster than ever as you unleash all of your aggression into the image of the Tuffle. In a blink you've unleashed well over thirty powerful strikes, but just as quickly as it happened it's over. That strength fades as quickly as it had arrived, you dropping to a knee as a sudden wave of exhaustion hits. But you did it. “Very good. Yes, you are most compatible with this form. With training, and time, you could become a master of this technique.”

“Good. Because we're going to be doing this training every day until I am.” you reply, forcing yourself upright to meet the Sith Lord's gaze. “Let's go again.”
“No, that was merely to show you how to do this. But for now, the teaching will begin. To master Juyo, more than any fighting technique, first you must master your mind. And that is where we will begin.”

And you do, following your spectral instructor's lessons on channeling your inner Darkness, drawing it forth and into your body, instead of externally such as through the lightning he can cast, or by telekinesis. And after a couple of hours, you decide to call it a day, as you do have other trainings to do as well. Can't devote all of your time to one technique, after all.

Or can you? Well, what will your final training of each morning be?
>Solo gravity training, focus on improving yourself first. Become stronger, faster, better than ever

“If you keep devoting time to this training, I believe that you will make quite the Juyo practitioner.” Bane tells you, the smallest hint of approval in his tone. “You could become far stronger yet. But are you sure you wish to call the training here today?”
“Of course. Making myself strong is important, but so is training my students.” you reply. “I may be powerful, but despite all my personal power, I cannot protect everyone myself. Raising my followers up, making them stronger makes my family, my planet a much safer place.”
“And you say you're no king.” Bane scoffs before vanishing, leaving you alone in the clearing. You reach out, about to start telepathically reaching out to your students, but then have an idea. Instead of just your students, you're going to send a message out to everyone. And so you reach out to New Salda, linking yourself with the planet you Champion.

“New Salda, mind if I borrow your power a moment?” you ask, instantly feeling power and awareness flood through your very being.
OF COURSE, MY CHAMPION.” comes the immediate reply, your mind and senses becoming far more aware. Able to sense every single living being, and with a thought send a message to all of them.
“My training will resume today, in five minutes. All who wish to join, who aren't quitters and will stick with it, I will see you at the new training facility in five minutes.” you think, then with a sigh end the connection. Thanking New Salda you lift off of the ground, flying back to your home on the shore. Flying over your city, where you can clearly see most of the city's inhabitants making their way to the large facility.

With a smirk you drop out of the sky, landing gently on the beach before your home's loading ramp and opening it with a small telekinetic push on the interior switch, the landing ramp dropping before you. Leaping onto it you jog inside, nodding to Orlen you pass in the halls before reaching your room. Opening the door, you take just your armor off, setting it on one of the shelves before turning to leave. And there, standing in your room's doorway is an unexpected figure. The blonde woman, Darkness, who was with Milha last night.

“It's for everyone, right?” she asks, you blinking in confusion. Unsure what she's talking about. “This training. Anyone is welcome to join, right?”
“If you're willing to give it your all, yes.” you reply, wondering why she's here of all places.
“Then I want to join in. I have to be stronger.” she replies, eyes blazing with determination. “I have to be strong enough to protect her, to protect your daughter. And not stand idly by while she and your son fight for my planet.”

“Well, that's as good a reason as any to seek greater power. I'll see you at the training facility.” you tell her, the woman doing her best imitation of a Saiyan salute, fist to chest.
“Thank you, General Karn!” she exclaims, then rushes out of the room. You sense her heading out, chuckling to yourself as you start to make your way out as well. Leaving your home behind, sealing it behind you then taking to the air, flying over to the massive facility. Dropping down, you land by Goar just as the larger man's about to make his way inside.

“Mornin' Karn. Glad t' see you haven't forgotten us.” he says with a laugh, holding the massive, gravity-reinforced door into the pressurization chamber open.
“Of course not. We just had to wait for this place to be finished.” you reply, heading inside. And without the inside's gravity being different than the outside, you go straight through the pressurization chamber, into the facility proper. Looking around, you see that the new training site is far better than the one you'd left behind. Your old training grounds outside the main city was little more than a cluster of Gravity Chambers installed in a rough circle open area. But this facility is far more advanced, with adjustable gravity throughout the entire warehouse-sized building. “And now, let's see if this was worth it.”

Going over, you fly up atop one of the enhanced chambers, with a far higher gravity limit than the old ones and address your people.

“It's been a bit since we all were gathered, I take it you all have been keeping up with your own training?” you ask, getting a general murmur of agreement from the crowd. “Good, because today we're going to be kicking it up a notch! First, on top of all our regular training, we're going to use this facility's functions to their fullest.”

Hopping down, you walk over to the larger control panel, adjusting the gravity inside the room to five times New Salda's gravity. The lights inside dim slightly, taking on a red tint as you then leap back atop the same heavy chamber, addressing them all once more.

“Now, we're going to get back to work. But now, all of our training will be in increased gravity, not just part of it.” you say, watching everyone adjust to it. Even Darkness, standing by Milha manages to remain standing, though she looks like it is a struggle. “Let's go.”

“Yes SIR!” comes the enthusiastic response, you leaping down and dividing your students into groups, getting started. With all your students sorted out they all get to the usual workouts. You guide them all, going from group to group. Even Milha, who has her own 'group' of just her and Darkness, trying to help the far weaker woman get back up to her feet under her own power. You offer her the chance to use one of the chambers that can be lightened a bit, to start with something more manageable. But the blonde woman actively declines, telling you she's not giving in so easily. That this gravity won't make her yield. You glance to Milha, who shakes her head.

Getting the message you leave them to it, overseeing the rest of your students and your children. Pushing them all to try harder, to correct their forms or provide encouragement as needed until you've pushed them all far as they go. Wrapping up the training, you deactivate the gravity then call down to them all from the same advanced chamber.

“Alright everyone, well done! We'll be picking back up daily training at this time every day, so I expect to see you all here again tomorrow.” you tell them all, looking over their tired, sweaty faces. “But that's all for now, go eat, rest, and recover. Tomorrow we're going to be back at it again, so you all had better be ready! Dismissed!”

After everyone leaves the chamber, you take your family back home for a good lunch prepared by Silver and his assistants. As you walk, however, your mind goes to what training you'll be doing after you eat. With two more slots open in the day before your sparring with Cooler, you only have a few more training you can personally do.

But what do you choose to do?

As you go in and eat, you contemplate which training to focus on next. Energy Body, training with Meloka to increase your ki control mastery, but as you fill yourself, body flowing with energy after the meal, only one option presents itself. And after eating, thanking Silver for another delicious meal as always, you stand and address your gathered family.

“If anyone needs me, I'll be in the gravity chamber here on the ship.” you say, stretching out. “Going to go and get some heavy personal training done.”
“I'll take the others over to Raven's, get them back on technique training.” your wife replies, Jr shooting up out of his seat in excitement.
“We're goin' back to Miss Raven?” he asks, clearly excited. “YAAAAY!”
“You all have fun, and do your best.” you tell your children, then sweep your wife off her feet, pulling her up to you and giving her a kiss. The two of you share a passionate moment before you let her go, her face blushed as she looks at you, breathing a bit heavily. “Need anything, let me know.”

“I-! I will.” Meloka replies, taking a moment to get her voice and breathing back under control. As she does, you see a faint, almost imperceptible glow come back to her, as if she's focusing some sort of power. But then you recognize the breathing technique as the former Guardian's, wondering when she'd started training that again? But you leave the questions for later, you all going your separate ways. Heading into the center of your home, you seal the door, walking over to the control panel and powering up the gravity chamber.
“Let's see... Last time was times sixty, wasn't it?” you mutter, wondering exactly what level you'd set it before. Then decide it doesn't matter, you're going to push your chamber and yourself to the limits. Cranking it as high as it goes, one hundred times New Salda's gravity slams down onto your shoulders. Nearly knocking you off your feet, wheezing as the weight settles down onto you. “Nhgg! Kaaah!”

The weight feels as if it keeps increasing, you struggling to remain upright against the titanic pressure. Every second the gravity feels as if it only increases, even constricting your chest and making it harder to breathe. Forcing you down onto all fours, struggling to even take a breath. But after what feels like hours, but you know is only a minute or so you have begun to adjust to the pressure. Gritting your teeth, focusing your might you start to push yourself upright. Forcing yourself to stand against the oppressive gravity, rising back to your feet.

“Haaah, haaaah. Haaah. Alright.” you say, cracking your knuckles and neck once you're back on your feet. “Time to get started.”

And so you get to training, running through your usual daily workout routine. However, you can't even reach a tenth of your usual reps at the lower gravity, barely reaching a hundred with each exercise. Maxing out the chamber, even breathing is exhausting. But you still push yourself, fighting with every breath to force your body to move. Fighting through the strain, through the pain you keep pushing yourself, doing at least a hundred reps of each exercise in your workout. By the time you're finished, you are laid out on the ground, flat on your back and panting in exhaustion. Unable to even rise, to stand up to turn the gravity off. Leaving you flat on the ground, being crushed by the hundred times New Salda gravity.

“Gah! Haaah! D-Dammit.” you wheeze, unable to even rise. With no other options, you transform, ascending up into a Berserker. Your strength multiplies hundreds of times over, giving you the power you need to fight against the heavy gravity. Rising to your feet, you walk over to the control panel, hitting the power down switch. You feel the overwhelming pressure immediately start to fade, and once the lights return to normal you sigh out, returning to your base form with a sigh. “Haaaaaaaaaah.”

Exhausted, you fall back to the ground, laying flat on your back and panting in exhaustion. Slowly recovering from the most intense workout of your life, catching your breath and letting yourself recover. Due to the high intensity of the workout, as you consider what else you will do before Cooler arrives for your sparring session in the evening. You're too exhausted for any physically-intense workout, not if you want to spar Cooler at full power.

But what kind of training will you do?
>Use the Multiform to split and spar yourself, no better way to find any weaknesses in your fighting than to see it first-hand from the other side before sparring with Cooler
>Train with Meloka and have her help you further increase your ki control, to get closer to her level of mastery over her own energy and perhaps develop another technique or two
>Energy Body training, work on furthering your mastery over your defensive technique and perhaps even unlocking new variations of the technique eventually
>Take this time and instead of training, while recovering from your own high-intensity workout spend time with your different family members each day
>Go out to where you'll spar Cooler and focus on meditating, furthering your focus and control over the Berserker Soul

As we've seen lately, the Energy Body isn't really gonna cut it as more and more people become aware of it. Time to polish the hell out of it and take it beyond its current form.

While you may be physically exhausted, your body needing time to recover from the exertion, that doesn't mean you will stop training. Exiting the gravity chamber, however, you start to make your way outside. Unsure what sort of training you'll be doing next, until you suddenly sense a presence behind you.

“Emilia. Everything alright?” you ask, stopping in place as you recognize the mostly-hidden energy without turning.
“Seriously? How did you know it was me? I thought my energy and presence were completely masked.” the woman replies, you turning to see she's not in her minuscule form, but her more natural, buff form. “I wasn't even breathing, so you couldn't hear me. How do you do it?”
“I could feel your gaze on me, and recognized you from that.” you answer, her face contorting in confusion and disappointment. But after a moment she just sighs out, shoulders slumping a bit in defeat.

“Guess I still haven't mastered my grandfather's technique.” she replies, you laughing and reaching out, placing a hand on her shoulder.
“No, I think you got it. It's been years, but I sensed his presence on my ship a lot sooner than I did you. I'd say you've surpassed him.” you tell her, watching the woman's expression change. Eyes brightening at your acknowledgment, her earlier disappointment vanishing. “Keep up the good work.”

She doesn't say anything else as you turn, walking back to the ramp and opening it, walking back out into the afternoon when it hits you. She's good, but there was another. One who'd managed to sneak up on you and catch you completely off-guard, something you're not going to allow to happen again. So, with that decided you take off, flying to the clearing where you're to spar Cooler, touching down and focusing your energy. And with barely a thought, your Energy Body springs into being up around you. Ki condensed down from being an aura around you into a shield less than an inch thick, your reflexive Energy Body appearing is near-instantaneous.

With all the time you've already spent mastering it your energy is quick on the draw, but with other attacks being able to pierce through your armor without difficulty, you need a way to make it tougher. But making it tougher means you won't be able to move, rendering you unable to escape from any attack incoming. And even with your most powerful Energy Body not being guaranteed to stop all attacks, like that Tuffle piercing through it, or King Cold and Chaya's energy weapons being able to burn through, being immobile just means they can hit with attacks that pierce through eventually. What you need is a way to adjust your Energy Body on the fly, to have it react to incoming attacks.

As you ponder this, idly you watch as a breeze blows through the clearing, causing a seed to drop from a nearby tree. Watching it drop, hitting the ground and sinking in, vanishing from sight instantly. A moment later a bird, either unaware or uncaring of your presence swoops down, flying at the tree. Where you notice some sort of worm-like creature large around as your thumb and half a foot long climbing up the side, the bird's beak swooping down to grab it. As it does, however, the bug reacts, its body ejecting some sort of foam-like substance from its body. Causing the bird to immediately release it, flying off as suddenly it hits you: you need to make your Energy Body able to REACT to hits, to harden in response to incoming attacks.

“Hey, Meloka. Are you busy? I have something I'd like to try, and could use a hand.” you telepathically tell your wife, who has used Instant Transmission to teleport to you before you'd even finished the thought. “I just had an idea, thanks to my little friend over there.”

She follows your gesture, looking from the worm back to you in confusion. So you explain what you'd seen, and as you explain the worm's defensive technique, you see the understanding dawn in her eyes.

“You want your Energy Body to be able to react to attacks as well.” she replies, you nodding. “So, what? Shooting spikes out, grabbing whatever's hitting you, exploding, -?”
“No no, nothing like that. At least not yet. First thing's first, I have to be able to train myself to make it react on hit first. And for that, I can't always see the hits coming.” you tell her, taking your fighting stance. “Mind giving me the attacks to harden to?”
“Sure. I was going to practice some of my own techniques as well, this works out better than using myself as the target.” she replies, taking her stance as well as her aura spreads from her, engulfing the entire clearing with her presence. With a thought, no seeming action to create them, suddenly three dozen-isn Warding Eyes simply rise from your wife's body, who then directs them to spread out around her. “Ready?”

“Ready.” you reply, bracing yourself. Meloka then charges forward, spinning past you then firing a kick into your back. You focus entirely on your Energy Body, trying to feel the moment she's going to attack, but you can't harden your energy in time. Her blow slams into your energy, the force of it piercing through your armor and into your back. “Tch!”

Then, in the same moment as her blow lands one of her Warding Eyes fires a beam at you, once more you focusing on your energy and trying to harden it in response to the attack the moment it hits. However, you're not fast enough on the draw, the piercing shot going straight through your Energy Body. The beam isn't powerful enough to pierce through you, but is enough to hurt.

“Keh!” you exhale, Meloka stopping and not attacking further.
“You okay hun?” she asks, you nodding.
“Yeah, I'm fine. Just need to be faster on the draw.” you reply, the two of you both going back to it. Over and over she attacks, you trying to react to her blows. While for today it doesn't work, you have a good feeling that, with time, you're going to master this technique. And at the end of your training time with Meloka, Cooler suddenly arrives.

“Evening, Lord Cooler.” you say, clenching your fists and powering up. Transforming in a flash, ascending to your Berserker God form. “Ready to go?”
“I wouldn't be here if I wasn't.” he replies, and in a golden flash ascends to his Golden form.
“You two have fun, I'm going to continue my own training elsewhere.” Meloka says, taking to the sky then flying off. It takes a couple seconds from the time she departed for her energy to leave the large, shallow crater clearing. Her Energy Shell being far larger than you'd thought it was during the fight. But your focus then turns to your emperor, the two of you taking your fighting stances. Sparring to the point of exhaustion, Cooler noticing that you tire out faster than the day before.

“Hmph. Are you. Finished. Already?” he asks at the end, both of you too exhausted to continue as unlike him, who remains standing after you've dropped to a knee. “You tired out faster today than before.”
“I pushed myself hard with the rest of my training today.” you say, watching Cooler's eyes widening in surprise. “I'm tapped out.”
“Hold on. Other training?” he asks you, sounding confused. “You mean you do more than spar against me?”

“Of course. I spend most of my day training.” you reply, watching his expression turn from smug albeit slightly confused to pure shock, clearly surprised you were able to fight him for as long as you had. “You mean you don't?”
“Absolutely not. Unlike you, I have an empire to run. I cannot spend all my day idling about.” he replies, clearly trying to make himself feel better about how little he's training. “And, speaking of, I'm needed elsewhere.”

And with that he raises his right hand to his forehead, teleporting away with Instant Transmission.

After Cooler leaves you return home, enjoying a nice, delicious meal prepared by Silver, winding the day down and listening to your kids talking about their days, things they've seen as you all eat together before bathing and then spending time relaxing, resting for around an hour or so before heading off to bed. Only to wake up again the next day and do it all over again, day after day. Pushing yourself to your limits, giving your training everything you've got. Until, after a week of this new schedule, as you and your family finish up your supper, you and Meloka feel your daughter Chaya reaching out telepathically to you both.

“Hey, today's the big day. My fight starts in ten minutes, are you guys coming?” she asks, you sensing the eagerness in her mind.
“Who is it this time?” your wife replies, only for you both to freeze a moment as you get the answer. Today is the day, Chaya is going to be battling the deadliest fighter from Universe 6, Hit.

Well? What do you do?

“I'll be there in five.” you reply to her, feeling your daughter's joy through the link.
“Great! I'll be waiting here for you all!” she replies, ending the mental link as you turn to your wife. “Coming along as well?”
“Of course. If she's going to fight that menace, I'm going to be there.” your wife replies, expression serious. “I won't let him kill her.”
“Don't worry, she's going to be fine. I believe in her.” you say, and as you say this feel something swelling in your chest. You can feel it, you truly believe in your daughter. She's going to be okay, no matter what happens she will make it through this. “Let's see who else wants to join in.”

And for the next minute or so you reach out to your children, all on this planet and elsewhere. To your surprise everyone agrees to come along, Broly and Chilli both bringing their families as well. In three minutes' time everyone's gathered, even Towa is here along with Future Chaya and Ace. Clearly interested in witnessing the assassin in action once more against Chaya, to see who is the strongest. And once you've gathered everyone, you reach back out to your daughter.

“We're all here, ready to go. You ready for us?” you ask Chaya, who answers after a moment.
“Yes, come on over.” she replies, you focusing on her energy and teleporting to her with Instant Transmission. Appearing inside the VIP box at Dreadzone Station, of all places. Where some of her coworkers are already waiting, the tiny blonde woman Tanya and her assistant, and the redheaded woman you recognize as the one with all the magical suits of armor were sitting with her. The moment you arrive she stands, turning and smiling as she sees her entire family arriving. “Great, you all made it! Make yourselves comfortable, this current fight's almost over.”

And as she says this, you see past her where an orange-skinned, redheaded woman is fighting a large death machine. One who Koriand'r supposedly recognizes.

“Alisand'r? What is she doing here?” Kori wonders aloud, watching as the woman wearing green and black creates a large polearm weapon, swinging its blade through the machine, cleaving it in two. Causing the robot to detonate in a fiery blast.
“You know her?” Chaya asks, suddenly blurring over to Koriand'r. “Can you do that too, making constructs out of your energy the same way?”
“What? No, that isn't her power. It's because she joined the Green Lantern Corps.” Kori responds, you watching the woman disappear her energy. But as you watch carefully, notice that that energy flows back into an emerald ring on her finger, reminding you of someone. And as you and Meloka share a glance, seems she remembers them too. Leaving you both wondering what sort of deity is hiding inside THAT ring?

“Aaaaaand in a stunning display of power, Alisand'r has done it! Clearing the tower with little difficulty! Who says you can't have power and looks?” one of the announcers, Dallas calls, only to be ignored for several seconds by his cohost as the crowd cheers. The Tamaranean woman waves to the crowd before getting back inside one of the transports, heading back to her quarters.
“I'm going to go speak with her. I shall return shortly.” Kori says, kissing Broly before flying towards the door.
“I'll have someone guide you, so you're not swarmed in the halls and can get back easier if you want?” Chaya asks, Kori accepting. Following one of the masked bodyguard warriors who protect Tanya, the two departing as the arena begins to change. The tower collapses down until it is little more than a large, flat arena with a lava moat surrounding it, keeping the audience from trying to leap from the stands to the stage. “That's my cue, cheer me on, okay?”

“You've got this. Show everyone what you can do.” you tell her, everyone else cheering her on as well as your daughter leaves. You all turning your attention to the stage, the announcers hyuping up the next fight.

“And now, for the moment you've all been waiting for. The main event of the evening! Hailing all the way from the Sixth Universe, our closest next-door universe to our own, he's a man on a mission. The enigmatic assassin himself, 'Never-Miss' Hit!” Dallas calls as another transport lands, the assassin walking out with his head down, eyes closed and hands in his pockets as he receives a surprising volume of cheers from the crowd. Seems Vox's promotional team got the crowd hyped to see what he can do. However, a moment later you see something long and metallic drop from the air, slamming into the ground on the opposite side of the oval arena to Hit, the crowd cheering immediately as everyone recognizes Chaya's sword. Completely drowning out the announcers, were it not for the speakers installed in the box to project their voices to you all.

“And the woman who needs no introduction! The two exchange words you can't hear over the crowd, but you can feel the tension between them. Your daughter's putting on a good show of looking unworried, but you can tell she's wound tight and ready to explode at the slightest provocation. This is going to be good. “Who will be the victor in this exhibition, no-holds-barred battle to the death?”
“Time to find out! Both contestants ready?!” Dallas calls, Hit raising his head to glare at your daughter, Chaya uncrossing her arms and blazing her power, shooting straight up to Super Saiyan Blue without hesitation. The crowd's cheers become completely deafening, the very air charging with anticipation as the battle is about to commence!

“Why are all these people so loud?” you wonder to yourself, sitting in the second row of seats beside Ace, watching your other self immediately ascend directly into Super Saiyan Blue. Well, at least she isn't taking the assassin lightly.
“Do you think she can do it?” Milha asks from behind you in the next row, leaning in down between you and Ace so she can be heard.
“Dunno. We'll see.” you reply, watching closely. You are Chaya, not originally of this timeline but another. After the Time Patrol's defeat, you were able to be 'added' to this timeline, becoming a permanent fixture in this Karn's life. Who, despite you not directly being 'his' daughter has treated you as if you were all these years, even before you'd moved to his time.

“Depends on how lethal they're allowed to be, I reckon.” Ace, your longtime friend, former rival-turned-lover answers your half-sister. “But either way, this should be good.”
“Chaya won't lose, not to Hit.” Maza replies, and despite barely hearing him over the cheers, you turn towards him, curious. To which he grins, giving you that annoying 'I know something you don't' look. “I'm certain of it.”
“Aaaaaaaaand-! BEGIN!” the green-skinned man announcer calls, both fighters immediately going on the attack. Blue Chaya blurs forward at full power, passing straight through the space Hit occupied with her right fist leading as he'd already slipped into his Time Skip dimension.

“Reckless.” you mutter, wondering how she didn't know he'd do that? But then she does something surprising, stopping on a dime and landing on her left toes. Then planting her right foot she gathers her godly ki into her right fist while turning a one eighty counterclockwise.
“HAAAAAAAAA!!” Blue Chaya roars, swinging her energy-charged fist at the illusion Hit left behind in this reality. But instead of harmlessly passing through once more, this time her fist slams into the air. Striking the outer barrier of Hit's Tides of Time dimension. And, to your shock, actually cracks it! Fractures appear hovering in thin air, spreading as far as two yards from the point of impact and showing the general shape of the dome-like pocket dimension Hit had created.

“Woah. N-No way.” you say, stunned. When did she get so... So strong? Sure, you knew she'd achieved Blue, but how is she already to THIS level of power?
“HRRRRYAAAAH!!” she roars, azure aura blazing. Her energy bursts forth, slamming into the dome. Causing the cracks to spread, fracturing Hit's pocket dimension further and showing it's entire shape. Then, with an audible crack, the entire pocket dimension shatters. Looks like you've been underestimating your other self.

>ready to see how this battle plays out? Who do you think will win, Chaya or Hit?
I would make a joke about the "school shooter" winning, but one of them dresses like one, and the other pretty much had that phase in life. So I guess it's a great answer.
>>
>>6146490
Hit's been humbled, which only makes him more dangerous. I imagine he's bringing as many new tricks into this fight as Chaya is.
For as good of a start as she's having so far, this might just be too much for her to handle, especially given the Dreadzone's allowance for lethal intent.
I imagine it'll come down to the wire, so here's hoping Chaya can bluff hard enough to survive Hit's best shots.
>>
>>6146492
He was ready for Chaya to be able to beat that technique, since she's already seen it before.

>Hit's been humbled, which only makes him more dangerous. I imagine he's bringing as many new tricks into this fight as Chaya is.
Safe bet.
>especially given the Dreadzone's allowance for lethal intent
Fortunately, Hit ALSO has to worry about this. She's killed nearly as many other sentient and/or lethal beings as Karn has, after all, despite her shorter career. Although the Hive War really padded her stats in that regard.

If she's to the point of bluffing, most if not all of her other techniques have all failed. And speaking of bluffs, well. THis might be spoilers, but she isn't going full power yet

>Fortunately, Hit ALSO has to worry about this.
True, but you know why I'm worried about about Hit specifically when the gloves are off.
A professional killer with a thousand years under his belt isn't something you see every day. He may not have the raw numbers, but his track record over time speaks for itself. Consistency is the mark of the truly competent assassi,
>If she's to the point of bluffing, most if not all of her other techniques have all failed.
Sure, but bluffing is itself a technique, and worthy of being a primary tool in anybody's arsenal. Just ask Joseph.

True, but he's consistent because he doesn't fight trained killers in open fields with no clear edge, especially someone who knows a sizeable number of his techniques.

With a single blow, Blue Chaya shatters Hit's Tides of Time, merging that parallel dimension back into this one. However, the assassin wasn't just watching, you now see him standing only a yard or so from Chaya, right fist drawn back. Power spiking and aura blazing, you sense something big is about to happen. Realizing what technique he's about to use, you feel your eyes widen, watching as Hit throws his right forward. Upon reaching the apex of his punch he seemingly strikes the air, purple fracture lines of energy appearing in the air as he fires a concentrated beam of condensed energy directly at Chaya. Who doesn't even try to evade, instead planting her feet, bracing herself as she places one hand behind the other. Clearly trying to catch the reality-bending attack.

“No, move!” you shout, nearly rising to your feet as the hyper-condensed attack makes contact. Piercing straight through her aura, slamming into your other you's outstretched palm. But to your shock she actually does it, catching the beam in her hands. Hit's attack, though, isn't stopped so easily, pushing her all the way back to the edge of the ring, standing only on her toes before the beam fades. “No way.”

“Told you. She's not going down so easily.” Maza says smugly, but you're unable to take your eyes off the fight. Hit, even from so far away seems stunned that his attack was blocked, slowly lowering his fist. But instead of putting it back in his pocket, Hit takes on his usual narrow stance. Both hands up, elbows in with his left out front, an almost orthodox boxing guarded stance. Lowering her own still-smoking hands, Blue Chaya smirks, then suddenly vanishes! She used Instant Transmission without raising her hand to her forehead, not giving Hit any hints the attack was coming. One instant she's standing far away from him at the edge of the arena, the next she's behind him, right elbow aimed to spear Hit in the neck. But right before she can make contact, he moves.

Using his Time Skip to instantly turn, Hit punches Blue Chaya in the temple with his signature Phoenix Eye Fist style, driving all the force of his punch into a single knuckle. Knocking the younger you right off her feet and sending her flying back, only to flip after a yard and land on her toes. Immediately rocketing back towards the assassin who has retaken his stance, ready for her counterattack. But the expected counter doesn't come.

Instead, just as Chaya's almost in his preferred range, she diverts, leaving an Afterimage behind AS she teleports behind him with Instant Transmission. But she doesn't attack there either, getting a little closer before leaving another Afterimage behind there as well. Teleporting around Hit and leaving images of herself behind, approaching the assassin from different angles but each one stops just outside his range. He clearly says something, perhaps mocking the technique, but you're honestly marveled at young you's ability. It took you YEARS to master Afterimage/Instant Transmission, and here she is doing it even without having her hand to her forehead. Something you still can't do, not that and dropping Afterimages at the same time.

“She's gotten better.” Ace says, an approving note in his tone that slightly irritates you. It would be more annoying if he wasn't completely right, you can't deny she's gotten very powerful. But why isn't she getting closer? Each time she drops an Afterimage, it is literally jsut outside Hit's strike range. But then you get it, she's not attacking on purpose.
“Wow. Chaya already found his range.” Towa says, having come to the same realization. “Seems she's taunting him to try and make a move.”
“He won't fall for this, he's more patient than you are.” Ace replies, giving you a knowing wink. You grumble something under your breath but know he's right, were that you, you'd be getting frustrated he hasn't gone in yet. But unlike you, Blue Chaya then suddenly backs off, leaping back a couple dozen yards, the images fading.

“Astounding! It would seem that the Sixth Universe's deadliest killer has been completely stunned into inaction by our Champion's moves!” Dallas shouts, the crowd eating it up. But from the expression you see on Blue Chaya's face, she clearly recognizes the truth as well. Something she makes clear, standing back up to her full height and talking to the assassin. You can't hear them, but whatever she says doesn't rattle him. However, whatever answer he gives annoys Blue Chaya, her divine aura blazing in response as she retakes her fighting stance.
“Looks like she's got his range down, let's see what she does with this information.” Ace says, then turns to you. “What do you think, do you think she can win this?”

Well? What do you think of your other self's chances, Future Chaya?

The audience is already getting enough of a spectacle thanks to Hit's entire style revolving around generating tension before instant release over and over.

“At this point? I think this one is a toss up.” you reply, the two fighters staring each other down while the crowd roars and the announcers hype up the action so far. “I've seen several dangerous Hit out there, it may come down to what abilities this Hit has unlocked. Especially after what happened to him here at the last tournament, after that five on one. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.”
“Nah, Chaya's got this.” Maza replies, still smugly confident. “She's not even going full power yet.”
“What? You don't mean-?” Ace asks, only for the fighters to explode into action once more.

“HAAAAA!!” Chaya roars, her aura blazing before dashing directly at Hit. However, as she closes in, once more she stops right outside his range. But instead of teleporting away, instead of leaving an Afterimage behind she suddenly splits! Using her Multiform to split her body into two, both Blue Chayas launching themselves directly at Hit. Who, ever the calm and collected fighter doesn't panic. Instead he uses his Time Skip to lunge forward, striking the left Chaya in the throat with his Phoenix Eye punch and stopping her in her tracks. But in the same moment the right Chaya attacks, firing a side kick with her left into Hit's exposed side. “HYAAAAA!!”
“Guuuh-!?” he wheezes as her blow sends him flying, while his shot sends the other Chaya back as well. Yet the one Chaya still standing doesn't immediately chase him down, instead flying back, landing atop herself and merging both bodies back into one as Hit regains his balance, returning to his fighting stance at the edge of the stage, lava to his back. The two reset to their stances, Blue Chaya now appearing far more smug than before.

“Clever. But that won't stop Hit.” you say, realizing the flaw in this plan almost immediately. “She's going to take far too much damage if she keeps attacking like this.”
“It was good for a surprise attack, but now he knows what's coming.” Ace replies. “I wonder what she's going to do next?”

But you don't have to wait long, as once more Blue Chaya's aura blazes. However, instead of charging in, she channels her energy into her fists, firing a barrage of fist-sized blasts. Hit starts dodging and weaving through them with his Time Skip, Chaya quickly charging more energy into her hands, swapping from single shots to firing Scattershots. The barrage of energy causes Hit to once more retreat into his pocket dimension, the only visible sign his eyes glowing red, energy blasts then passing through his image.

“Running again?! You can't hide from me in there!!” Chaya Blue taunts, ending the barrage of attacks and instead throwing her arms wide. Power surging, she starts gathering her ki for a Final Flash, only for a nearly-invisible lance of ki from Hit launches out, striking her straight in the heart. Shit, it's over. But she doesn't go down without a fight, thrusting her left fist forward, firing that gathered energy in a piercing beam. One that strikes the alternate dimension, cracking the dome once more for a few yards from the point of impact while her energy pierces straight through it! The 'dome' then shatters completely, revealing she somehow not only tracked him, but managed to HIT him directly in the chest with her own attack!

“Woah!”
“She got him!”
“No way!”
“Nice shot!”

Your large family all shout in excitement, but your eyes are transfixed on this younger you. Who, with the energy in her right swings it, not towards the assassin but herself, firing that energy INTO herself! Dropping her down to a knee as Hit collapses onto all fours as well.

“Wh-What?! Both fighters are down!!” the announcer shouts, the crowd's roars growing to a fever pitch. Neither stands immediately, both catching their breath. But Hit is the first to rise, immediately drawing his right fist back for a second, follow-up heart stopping shot. His aura blazes, power gathering as he then swings his fist forward. Cracking space itself as he swings, but in the very instant he attacks, Chaya disappears. Once more leaving an Afterimage behind, using her hands-free Instant Transmission to teleport right behind Hit in his blind spot.
“HAAAAAAAA!!” she roars, firing a powerful right hook directly to Hit's jaw. Spinning him in a circle, completely caught off-guard as she launches into a barrage of heavy blows. Not giving the assassin a second to breathe, aura blazing as she hammers into him relentlessly. “HRRRAAAAA!!”

Yet even taking a beating Hit remains cool, getting his guard back up despite the damage sustained. He can't compete with her speed, only managing to block every third or fourth blow. But he's not out of the fight, not yet. And then, it happens. Chaya swings with a heavy left, only for Hit to vanish. Reappearing to her right, landing a devastating Phoenix Eye punch straight to her throat! This could be bad!

Immediately Hit launches into a counterattack with his Time Skip, blinking in and out of reality to land a dozen heavy, pinpoint strikes on her face, chest and throat. Yet Chaya doesn't give in either, getting her guard back up only for Hit to teleport around behind her with his Time Skip. Landing a devastating spinal punch, one that drops Chaya to the ground.

“Dammit. Not good.” you hear Karn say, suddenly worried about you other self. But she's still not done, leaping right off the ground into a left roundhouse, only for Hit to block the strike with a forearm!
“Your power is fading. This is over.” Hit says, grabbing her foot and tossing her into the air. Only to Time Skip up to her, firing a devastating double axe handle blow to her guts, rocketing her back down to the arena below. Only for Hit to Time Skip back down once more, charging up that devastating shot for what could be the final blow of the fight. Is this it?

No. This isn't over, not by a long shot! Sure she may be a more entitled, spoiled and selfish version of you, but that's still YOU out there! You've taken that very combo, back before you even had the Apex power. And if you could power through back then, this you can certainly power through it now. You believe in you, in her. And as you have the thought, feel something swelling within your chest. Only for a shout to divert your attention, you turning towards the noise.

“IS THAT ALL YOU'VE GOT, CHAYA?!” the tiny blonde woman suddenly shouts, shooting out of her seat and raising a hand, clenching her fist before her face. “ARE YOU JUST GONNA QUIT? OR ARE YOU GONNA GET UP AND SHOW ME, SHOW US ALL WHAT YOU CAN DO?!”

And, as if in response to the woman's cries, Blue Chaya's body suddenly flips in midair, reorienting herself as her aura suddenly explodes with a roar that sounds almost Oozaru-like causing the hairs on the back of your neck to stand up.

HRRRRRAAAAAAAA!!” Chaya bellows, the sheer force of her aura and bellow knocking Hit off balance and sending him sliding backwards across the arena for a couple yards before stopping himself. Looks like she isn't done yet after all, taking a deep breath and looking down her nose at Hit down beneath her as she drops to the arena floor. “Haaaah, hrrrmmm.”
“This is it. She's not going to hold back any more.” Maza says, sounding excited. “Here it comes.”
“Here what comes?” you ask, turning slightly towards him only to see the look of realization dawning on Ace's face. Immediately worrying you. “Ace?”

“No way, she can't be.” he says, eyes transfixed on your other self. So you turn back as well, watching the blue form of Chaya land on the ground opposite Hit. “She's not strong enough to handle that, not yet!”
“Handle what?” you ask him, not yet realizing what's about to happen as she sighs out, relaxing her body before clenching her fists and raising her gaze to meet the assassin's own, aura blazing. But that's when you notice her aura, it's different. And you recognize immediately what's about to happen.

KAAIOOOO-KEEEEN!!” Chaya roars, and the entire stadium turns red. Bathing her arena with the crimson glow of the Kaio-Ken aura around her Blue, causing her to stand out even brighter than usual as she retakes her fighting stance.
“WHAT?!” Chilli exclaims, rising to his feet in shock. “Since when-?!”
“Impossible!” Meloka exclaims, stunned at Chaya's surging might.
“She isn't strong enough, she can't maintain this form for long.” Ace says, tone worried. But you know better, this is it. Chaya's going to win, you believe in her. “She has to end this, now!”

“I'M ENDING THIS RIGHT NOW!” she bellows, exploding off the ground towards Hit. Who, having been staggered back by her blazing power and not yet retaken his stance, is left with no other choice but to reactivate his Tides of Time, trying to slip away into his pocket dimension to escape. “OH NO YOU DON'T! HRRRAAAAAAAAA!!

Swinging her right fist, Chaya's strike slams into Hit's pocket dimension, shattering the entire thing with a single strike and blowing the shards away from the sheer force of her strike.

“WHAT?!!” Hit exclaims as this doesn't even slow her down, Chaya closing in and delivering a heavy left to his jaw. The audience's cheers reach a level of volume you've never heard before, the energy sweeping you all up to your feet, cheering Chaya on! And as if in response to all of your cheers she goes on the offense, delivering a couple hundred blows in seconds and sending Hit flying backwards. “GYAAAAAAH!!”
I'M NOT DONE!! she roars, charging back after him as Hit flips, landing on his feet with his guard up once more. Only for Chaya to swing her right out, deflecting his attack mid-Time Skip and delivering a crushing body blow with her left. Launching into yet another devastating combination attack, finishing it off with a kick to Hit's chin that sends him flying skyward.

“And just like that, Chaya has completely turned the battle around!” Dallas shouts over the battle and crowds, voice barely audible. “Will this newfound power be enough to win the day?!”

GET BACK HERE!! Chaya roars, exploding off the ground after Hit. Catching him in an instant, landing another series of vicious blows, ending her attack with a double axe handle to the chest, sending Hit crashing down towards the ground. Only to blur past him, leaving an azure and crimson streak behind as she reaches the ground first, then kicks off the ground, meeting Hit's back with a flying right knee as he drops. Where, even above the roar of the crowd you can hear it.

CRACK

HRRRAAAAAA!!” Chaya roars, dropping a right hammerfist down onto his face, slamming Hit into the ground where he lay, unmoving. Chaya stares down at him in the newly made crater a moment before reaching down, grabbing him by the collar as she floats up several feet in the air, holding him off the ground. “Do you surrender?!

But the Sixth Universe's deadliest assassin doesn't answer, body limp in her grasp. Chaya then flies down, setting his unconscious body down before turning, gesturing towards you all in the box. But not all of you, specifically Caulifla. Who teleports out of the box in a flash, appearing beside the downed Hit with Instant Transmission.

“And that is it! Unconscious and unable to continue the fight, Chaya shows mercy to the assassin!” Dallas calls, the entire station erupting into cheers. Chaya, raising her fist to the cheers smiles, but then you see a spasm run through her body and aura. Her power flickers and fluctuates wildly, you realizing that she's out of time. But she did it. Chaya won.

“She did it.” you hear the blonde woman say, sounding shocked as she drops back into her seat with a heavy sigh. “She actually did it...”
“Auntie Chaya's super duper strong!” Meloka Wolbach cheers excitedly, turning to her father. But Chili's eyes are transfixed on his sister, who turns, from the box you all are in back to Hit. Powering back down out of Kaio-Ken into blue, only for spasms to wrack her body. Like she suddenly touched a live wire, her entire body thrashes for several seconds before collapsing to her hands and knees.

“CHAYA!” Karn shouts, leaping up and readying himself to fly down, only to stop and breathe as he sees Caulifla's magic wash over the trio. Her Darkmoon healing magic engulfs both powerful fighters, you sitting back in your seat wondering how in the world she managed to do that? Until today you hadn't even been able to see her as anything other than a 'younger you', a spoiled child who has had a far easier life with all her family with her, not on the run from monsters who seek her death. Not a proper warrior in her own right. And as the light fades, you see Hit rise up to his feet, but younger Chaya doesn't. She's seemingly unable to stand, still fighting the spasms in her body. Caulifla turns from the assassin, helping Chaya rise back up to the cheers of the crowd and throwing up a fist to their cheers. Which all grow louder in response, Chaya getting back to her own feet, seemingly empowered by the cheering crowd to stand on her own. Raising her other fist as well, the cheers increasing before the announcers' pod lowers, the robot and green alien looking expectantly to them.

“What a performance! Both competitors showed quite a lot of grit and tenacity, now let us get a word from the contestants. Contestant Hit, what do you think of the battle?” the green-skinned man asks, holding his microphone out to Hit. Who only puts his hands in his pockets, turning from the announcers. Which take the wind out of his sails a bit, before turning to Chaya. “That was quite the dominating final attack! I've not seen anything like that since the Saiyan tournament. What was that?”
“That was a special move, one I've been practicing in secret for months.” she says, you seeing another spasm run through her as she tries to stay standing. Causing her neck to twitch, left arm to spasm and her left knee to give out, dropping down to a knee once more. “GAH! Looks like I haven't fully -ngh!- Fully mastered it yet. Still feeling the recoil from channeling that much power.”

Taking a deep breath she stops the tremors, forcing herself back up to her feet before taking the microphone from him and turning, addressing the crowd directly.

“And I've got an announcement for everyone, for all of you watching at home! If you know me, know what I've been through, this news may be a bit surprising. But as of today, I want to announce that I'm now officially on the market!” she says, you hearing several murmurs of confusion in the room. “Now that I'm finally over Raditz, I'm looking for someone else to spend my life with. Someone worthy of me, who will love me like I will love them. And, to this end, I am putting together a tournament! Not a tournament of who is strongest, as I'm sure I'm stronger than any of you who'd seek my hand. But a tournament to find the best match for me. Once I've got the details together you all will know, I'm casting the widest net I can to find my mister, or even missus right for me. If you're out there, if there is truly someone for everyone, I'm going to find you.”

And with that, when she ends her little prepared speech she gives it to the stunned announcer. Who is completely lost for words, not reacting until the audience, who'd been listening silently in rapt attention, suddenly burst into cheers again. He recovers, raising the mic and calling down the fight, but you don't hear him. Instead your eyes are glued to the other Chaya, who walks over to Hit and the two shake hands.

“What the hell? A tournament to find love? Ridiculous.” you think to yourself, glancing over to Ace. Who you earned through all the time you'd spent together, first as enemies, then as allies and finally as lovers. But as Ace glances over to you, you can't help but wish that other you the best. You can't imagine living without Ace, after all. So you hope she finds her mister right, wherever or whoever they are.

And that's it for this episode, everyone enjoy the battle? Did you think Chaya could pull this off, or did you think she was going to lose even with having her home court advantage? Ready for Meloka Wolbach's fourth birthday next episode, as well as perhaps finally learning the secrets stored within Dr. Myuu's head? All this and more, next time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!
>>
Chaya's going to put on the trashiest reality TV the universe has ever seen.
>>
>>6146859
Hit is, well, Hit. So I did think he was gonnna snag a victory out over here considering how much trouble he gave us. But I am pleasantly surprised that Chaya has the guns in spades to back up her bluster even against a guy like that, being able to whack straight through the Tides of Time. She's come a long way from being our overconfident and foolish eldest daughter.
>>
>>6146859
How does Chaya measure up to Meloka after this showing? Obviously Meloka has the higher base power level, but Chaya's stacking some higher multipliers on it. 50%? Better?

>>6146859
>Did you think Chaya could pull this off, or did you think she was going to lose even with having her home court advantage?
I had nothing but faith in her. She's at that age where they're gonna start outpacing us after all...

Honestly, I think Chaya's gonna be able to beat US pretty soon. Thankfully, I'm pretty sure she has her sights set on a different hill to climb.
Something that's been a long time coming...

Unlike Goku, when she had the power advantage and knew it wouldn't last long, immediately went for a decisive win with the back breaker special. Disabling an opponent is a sure way to get the W, though the hammerfist KOd him.
She's learned when to play around and when to lock in, and a guy who KILLED her dad for a few seconds is not one to underestimate.
>>6146867
With Kaio-Ken in the heart of her own domain? If she herself believed herself stronger, she could be stronger than her mother. However, a lot of Meloka's power comes FROM Chaya, since she believes her mother stronger.
>>6146870
Despite her infatuation with the cameras, she learned to always better herself.
Don't worry, someone's already a few steps ahead.
Ha.
>>6146873
Not quite, Karn's power is still antithetical to divine might, she'd have to be a LOT stronger than Karn to best him. Like playing rock paper scissors against Yujiro, except he picks scissors and cuts through your hand making a fist with his fingers to say his scissors beat your rock.
>>6146876
There's a reason I didn't include it, but you'll have to wait and see.
>>
We need to get more stronk in base form. Meloka is catching us.

I think we were nearly onto something with our training choices this episode. We worked really hard in the gravity chamber, until we were almost exhausted, then did some very useful and very body-bruising training with reflexisive Energy Body with Meloka. By the time we got to our sparring session with Cooler, we were already somewhat tired and bruised. We tried to avoid being TOO tired, too bruised before getting to him, but honestly, might not be the worst idea (other than issues of his pissy ego) to let that happen. Let Karn practice fighting a fast, strong and malicious opponent when at <20% energy/fitness reserves. Practice keeping his punches and blocks as fast as possible even when having to suck down deep breaths.

There's the issue of Cooler getting pissy and not wanting to spar with us anymore if we're too weak and easy an opponent when we're that tired, but honestly if we tell him to just enjoy bashing the shit out of us if we become too tired and slow to put up an even fight, I think Karn will rise above the fatigue to resist and retaliate as best he can, evening things back up a bit.

Will be great training for our fitness, and assuming we still get zenkais, getting bashed up by Cooler will probably do us some good. (Provided Caulifla is prepared to give us some healing before bedtime so we're good to go again the next day).

Real talk, I hate the double hammerfist/axe handle and I think you know why.

So you DID read Baki!
>>6146884
So the day's schedule is as such as I recall
>Bust out the paperwork and admin duties
>Practice Juyo and try not to die of exhaustion before meditating
>Wrangle about a hundred Saiyans for a few hours in 5x New Salda's Gravity
>Lunch
>Workout in 100x New Salda's gravity and try not to die of exhaustion again
>Eat shots from FUCKING MELOKA for a few hours
THEN we get to spar with one of the most impressive physical specimens in the known Universe until we both collapse.
The only reason Karn comes into that sparring session able to fight to the fullest is because he's ALREADY accustomed to operating at that level of exhaustion.
Dude's got a gas tank to match his wide ass frame, thank God. Too many big guys end up like Derrick Lewis or Bob Sapp. Brolic as fuck, but NO stamina.
>>
>>6146884
We'll see how this develops, as your training continues. But remember, Meloka got a HUGE boost from her training under Whis.
You say that like he'd STOP just because you're more tired than he is. He fights you until HE's exhausted.
>>6146892
That was a single hammerfist closing out the fight. She had him bent over her -right- knee, back broken then drops a right hammerfist down on his head for the KO.
No, I've just watched some youtube on him being a menace. But does that actually happen? I made that the fuck up.
As for schedule, your new daily plan looks like:
>Administration duties
>Juyo under Bane
>Teaching your students
>Lunch
>Solo 100x New Salda(2000x Earth) training
>Energy Body
>Spar Cooler
>Supper
>Family time/relaxation for an hour
>Sleep
Karn's got a busy schedule, but he has the tank to match. One of his natural-born gifts is his endurance, makes the Energizer Bunny look like he's slacking.

>>
>>6146968
It would be dumb if it ever stopped taking itself 100% seriously, which it does not. In that earnest commitment to being batshit, you do actually end up with some pretty interesting stuff to chew on. Considering how shocked Towa was when she heard what he survived I'm thinking Chilli pulled off something that she has not read about in any book. That's how rare such occurence is.
>>6144374
>Remember, he can now use Death magic without the tome or any connection to Jergal as a Reaper anymore. A mortal wields Death.
That is such a big deal. You know at first I did not realize how big news this is, because I thought he could still use Death Magic because Jergal allowed him since he did a lot of good work for Jergal. However since this has nothing to do with Jergal and is something that Chilli somehow can do anyway it's very important. I think it is SUPER rare even when you look at multiple universes and timelines to find another example. This may be something that could impress Mechikabura who has massive magical kowledge.

He pulled off something no one has seen before. Which is why every other god, even those interested in recruiting him, are giving him a WIDE berth. They can sense that he's no longer entirely mortal.
Yes, it certainly has changed him. Not entirely for the better, but considering his other option was permadeath, it'll work out.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 229 Epilogue-

AGE 758, CRYSTAL SPIRE

“Goodnight hun.” your wife says, kissing you before rolling over and snuggling in close, pressing her back to your chest.
“Goodnight Megu.” you reply, holding your wife to you, closing your eyes. It has been a long day, waking up to a battle with the undead demigod lich Velsharoon then spending the next several hours after the exhausting battle cleaning up the aftermath. Yet, despite everything, you don't feel sleepy. You're tired, drained even, but don't feel a need to sleep. However, knowing you need sleep after everything close your eyes, focusing on the feeling of your wife's heartbeat next to your own, the rise and fall of her body as she breathes, quickly drifting off to sleep herself that usually allows you to sleep. Yet, try as you might, sleep doesn't take you. Counting the minutes one by one until, after a hundred seventy five minutes give up on sleep, deciding to go up to your lab and get more work done.

“Easy, easy.” you think to yourself, gingerly lifting your wife's frame with telekinesis, just enough to slide your arm out from underneath her. Tucking the covers around her you then sneak out of bed, silently walking out of your room on bare feet. Taking two stops before going up, silently peering through each of your children's doors into their bedrooms, seeing them both fast asleep. Smiling to yourself you then head upstairs, gently closing the door behind you. Resting on the pedestal near your worktable is your reclaimed Death Tome, not a single page defaced or missing from it. Your staff, having exploded from the strain of the battle lay in pieces on your workbench, waiting for you to use your Chaos magic to repair. However, as you stare at it, you consider leaving it broken and simply building a new one, one stronger and that can handle the much greater power you'd begun to channel.

Pondering back, you remember how it had felt, how even your awareness had grown during the fight and for a time after as well. How you'd not only been able to feel and draw upon ALL of the leylines running throughout your world, but that you'd been able to feel each and every single being living on or under the planet's surface. You could feel them all, millions of beings across your planet going about their days and living their lives. And as you think back, you remember your father explaining when something similar happened to him, how he'd gained a similar awareness after becoming New Salda's Champion. Back before the previous Guardian's death, and how he taught your father to tap into that power.

However, as you reminisce, you start to feel power rising up into you once more. Through your feet up and into your body, from the converging leylines up into your body, you feel that same power once more. However, as you feel that awareness swelling within you, you feel something else. Something taking notice of you. As if the planet itself, had it a face, has suddenly turned and is looking directly at you.

MY CHAMPION.” a voice you've never heard before booms, you feeling it echoing up through your tower and into you. Your head feels as if it'll burst from the pressure of just that singular thought, rattling you to your very bones. So, with a few quick muttered words weave spells into your home to prevent any more shaking, hopefully not waking your planet and dampening the deafening voice inside your own head to hopefully keep it from bursting from the power of the thoughts reaching you.
“Who are you?” you ask, feeling you already know the answer but want the confirmation. And it comes, once more rattling your brain but no longer your home.

“I AM THIS WORLD.” comes the booming reply. “AND I HAVE CHOSEN YOU AS MY CHAMPION. YOU FOUGHT LONG AND WELL AGAINST A MONSTER THAT SHOULD NOT BE”
“Thank you. But hold on, this method of communication is... Stressful.” you reply with a thought, an idea coming to mind. “Hold on, I will craft you a vessel to better enable communication between us.”

“UNDERSTOOD.” the planet replies, you getting the feeling it is watching you intensely. You get the feeling the world is curious, unsure what you're going to do but observing curiously. So you step out into the middle of the room, taking a deep breath and slowly sighing out to focus your power. Drawing not only your own power in with your next breath, but the power of the leylines too as on the exhale you speak the words to your spell.
“Crystal Magic: Crystal Conduit.” you breathe out, holding your hands up and channeling your mana from your body out into the world. You watch as the tiny crystal forms then rapidly expands, however instead of making the usual octahedron prism, this time as your magic imbued with the planet's own keeps swelling into the crystal. Forming a dodecahedron out of your crystals, but it doesn't stop there. Instead, each flat surface begins to spike with crystal, forming a unique, pointed power source than anything you've ever made before. Leaving you speechless. “...Woah. It's... Beautiful.”

Turning it over in your hands, you see that one side is malformed, misshapen, yet oddly that just feels right. You'd considered straightening it out, but some instinct tells you that it's better this way.

>>6148984
AND WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS?” comes the sudden, mind-shaking question from the planet. “SUCH A SMALL THING CANNOT CONTAIN WHAT I AM.”
“Nor should it. But with this, you should be able to channel more than enough of yourself through it for this to work.” you reply, taking another deep, focusing breath. Wondering why, as the voice continues speaking with you, you get the feeling that it is a more feminine voice than masculine. “But for now, I need silence. This is delicate work, one wrong move and I could break it and have to start over.”
“VERY WELL. I WILL WAIT.” the planet, most definitely female now replies, you focusing entirely on the gem floating before you. You've made golems before, this shouldn't be too much harder.

“Crystal Magic: Crystallization!” you say, channeling your magic. Causing crystals to begin sprouting all over the power core you'd made, growing out and solidifying into a single, cubic piece. But from there you take the cube, setting it down gingerly as you pour more mana, more power into the crystals. Forming and shaping them, building a body. But for the planet, it deserves better than a simple golem, you artfully sculpting its body. Just as you'd sculpted a tiny figure of your wife for her, as well as another for your daughter, you simply size up your creation. Carefully molding the curves of the body, forming the torso, then the hips and legs down to the feet. Then, back up to the torso to sculpt the arms, carefully refining the shape into slender limbs and delicate fingers before moving up to a face. Where you pause a moment, unsure what sort of face to give the planet. But after a moment decide to just let your hands do the work, continuing your crystal forming and sculpting the entire body head to toe. The work took several minutes, you sighing out when it's done and sitting back, letting the spell release. “Haaaaaah. It's done.”

“WHY DID YOU CRAFT THIS BODY?” the planet's now-very feminine voice in your mind asks you, it feeling uncertain. “IS THIS... FOR ME?”
“Yeah, go ahead and try it out. See what you think.” you reply, feeling the power flowing from the world into you and your tower extend its influence into the crystal golem you'd crafted, its body lighting up with power. The world's mana glows and shines not unlike your own Archon form, sparkling with power as it fills the vessel. Watching on as the body rises from the ground, eyes glowing crimson as it radiates with magical power. You watch as the planet's consciousness starts experimenting, exploring its range of movement with the joints, watching the body move for several seconds in silence. “Well? What do you think?”

“I think it is a lovely gift, my champion.” it says through the body, the womanly voice no longer rattling your head and giving you a headache with overwhelming volume. But then, to your surprise the crystal head turns, looking past you. “What do you think, child?”
“Huh?” you wonder, turning and seeing your daughter staring wide-eyed at the crystal being. But her eyes aren't alight with wonder, you immediately recognizing the fear in her eyes.
“Wh-What did you do to Mom?” Meloka Wolbach asks you, trembling as her eyes well up with tears. “You're not going to turn me into crystals too, are you?”

“What? No no, kiddo, this isn't-” you say, turning to the avatar of your world. Only to recognize that, now that she said it, this body you constructed looks awfully close to your wife, from the proportions and even hair, the only thing you hadn't copied was her unique Crimson Demon clan birthmark. “Hold on, I can explain.”
“I am not your mother, nor do I seek to replace her.” the avatar says, using this new body to lower itself to a knee, holding a hand out. “Be not afraid. I am this very world, given form. Your father has given me a mouth to speak with, so I can talk not only with he, but you as well.”

“So you're... Not gonna replace my mom?” Meloka Wolbach asks, still a bit uncertain but sounding more hopeful. “Then what's your name?”
“My name?” it asks, sounding genuinely confused. “I am this world, I do not need a name.”
“Everyone needs a name, silly. Hey, Dad, what's the planet's name?” your daughter asks, turning her wide, expectant eyes on you. Only for you to remember that you never actually did finish the paperwork to have the planet officially named. Which is something you should be getting on top of, something else for you to do. “Oooooh, can I name her?”

“What is going on up here? Why are you out of bed young lady?” your wife's voice calls from the stairway, a moment later you see your wife rise up. Only to freeze upon seeing the avatar's crystal body, then turn her gaze onto you. Her expression unreadable, but you get the feeling she's going to judge your next words very carefully. So you take a deep breath, readying yourself to explain everything once more. “Chilli. What is this?”

>Counting the minutes one by one until, after a hundred seventy five minutes give up on sleep
That is very, very, very not fucking good. Best case scenario, it's a measure of the divine dampening the needs of his mortal vessel. Worst case scenario, that's a sign of being undead. Best to suss out which it is ASAP.
Anyways, I'm glad Chilli finally gets to experience what it's like having to explain some bullshit like this to his wife. At the very least she won't literally shred him for it LIKE SOME PEOPLE!
>>
>>6149034
Not great. But now that Chaya's battle is over and he still looks the same more than a week after his near-death, we'll see if Karn says anything to him about 'recovering' and eating enough. Though, if he were undead, surely Jergal would have had something to say about him, right?
Once more, Chilli proves that he is the most similar to his father. And Megumin doesn't start slashing, she Explodes.

> Hey, Dad, what's the planet's name?
obviously Frieza Planet 419... or would it be Cooler Planet 419
>>
>>6149084
Technically speaking, it WAS conquered by Frieza (or rather the forces under his command at the time) and Chilli was made the defacto ruler of the planet under his authority. That and there's already a history of PTO ruled planets being named after both of Cold's sons at the same time, regardless of which one was ruler at the time.
With all that in mind, I'm pretty sure it was and still is Frieza Planet [insert number here] on paper.

>Though, if he were undead, surely Jergal would have had something to say about him, right?
Maybe Jergal is not sure what Chilli is as he is no longer a mortal, but not an undead either. I don't know what Chilli could be. I hope other Gods will not simply decide that since they can't figure out if he is alive or not to put Chilli into category "That Which Should Not Be" and then put him on some bounty board where beings that they want erased are.
>>
>>6149917
Technically speaking, Chilli was already classified as an Aberration by virtue of being Fateless. The whole "Quasidead" thing probably didn't change much in that regard.

I wouldn't worry about it. He may not have Jergal covering for him anymore, but he still has Death magic on tap, a winning record against Divine entities, and backup from a STUPID amount of God Slayers and Demigods. Taking that and the details of his latest battle into account, I wouldn't be surprised if he's on a Divine "Do NOT fuck with" list.

Neither does he. But perhaps someone does.

After his previous display, even if they did who would be fooloshw enough to attempt?

Possibly. But after doing what he did, something none of them could do, would they dare? The ones who wanted him gone most were sweating nervously until he gave up being a Reaper.

The smart. Or, well, smartER deities are giving Chilli a VERY wide berth now. Even Aqua is now very respectful, knowing what he did

They act like they've managed to slip out of the noose just because Chilli isn't operating with Jergal's authority anymore, as if that saved Nabu. If anything, operating without Jergal's direct scrutiny just makes him more unpredictable, and thus, dangerous.

Also the rest of you patrons need to go vote, I know most of you still haven't yet and it closes tomorrow.

The difference is for the past few years Chilli was sent to hunt down those who fled to the mortal realm by Jergal, now that he's not as long as they give his PLANET a wide berth they're more likely to be fine. Most know what Nabu did, and everyone knows to stay away from the Karn family. Too many beings willing and able to square up with gods and win in that bloodline, best to give it a few generations to dilute.
