With the majority of the Seventh Universe united under the banner of the PTO, Emperor Cooler at its head, the universe has known a time of unrivaled peace. But in the shadows threats have been growing, nursing grudges against the PTO and the Saiyan race in particular. And now those threats are rising, stepping out of the shadows to openly challenge the established order. Seeking nothing short of the destruction of New Salda and the extinction of the entire Saiyan race, can you prevent this outcome? Or will the Saiyan race be reduced to nothing more than memories, their heroes nothing more than ink in the pages of the history books?

You the players will (most often) control Karn; wielder of the mighty Berserker Soul and hope of the entire PTO, not only the Saiyan race. From his lowly beginnings as a Saiyan Brawler with a sub-3000 powerlevel in Age 733, only a few years into his time as a member of the PTO, he has grown in power and skill, overcoming the world-ending threats that have come for the Saiyans to become the strongest Saiyan of his time at AGE 759. From the massive Covenant empire to demonic incursions, mad cultists to vengeful gods, none have been strong or clever enough to put down Karn for good. But will one man's power be enough to protect everyone from the rising threats? Or will death come from those who you least expect it from? Your choices may mean the difference between survival and extinction, so choose carefully.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After Chaya's victory over the Universe 6 assassin Hit and visiting Chilli's planet the next day to celebrate the new year with his granddaughter's fifth birthday, Karn confronts a strange, shapeshifting alien that attempted to ruin the party. Then for the next week everything calms down, Karn then showing King Cold and Cooler around his city before Arctus, panicked, calls for backup. Teleporting to his side, Karn confronts Rilldo once more, exhausted after a hard day's training. But with his allies by his side Rilldo was defeated only for Arctus to return to his workshop, along with Lord Cooler and Kings Vegeta IV and Cold. And as we rejoin Karn, Arctus has just laid out what he discovered.

“Hold on, let me get this straight.” you say, tiredly holding a hand up as Meloka, your ever-supportive wife is helping you stay upright, leaned against her for stability. “You're telling me that Dr Myuu's head there is still alive as long as you have electricity running through it, and was fighting you to keep you from accessing its memory? And not only that, but with the information you got out of his metal dome there, that bastard Tuffle is probably still alive too?! Is there anything ELSE on there that you haven't told me?”
“That's right. And yes, one last bit of information that we need to discuss.” Arctus says, looking worried. “The Tuffle Parasite, King Kudamo, he knows where Planet Namek is. Not only that, but how to use the Dragon Balls as well. Now that you've bested him, he may resort to attacking Namek to fulfill his goals.”

Silence hangs over you all, heavy and oppressive as the implications become clear to you all. No one says a word, everyone around you all absorbing this new information.

Well? How do you react?
>Ask King Cold what he's planning, what steps he's taking to defend Namek
>Telepathically reach out to the Grand Elder of Namek, Guru immediately. He needs to know as soon as possible
>Ask Arctus if the data provided gives any way to detect the metal menace hiding within someone, if you can find a way to ensure he isn't already on Namek
>Let them figure this out, you're too exhausted to overthink this and too busy fighting just to stay conscious
>Ask Chilli if he can establish the same defenses over Namek he has over his own home, those Crystal Stars of his to keep others away

Realizing the stakes, you waste no time and immediately reach out telepathically to the Namekian Grand Elder.

“Elder Guru, this is Karn. Can you hear me?” you think, projecting your thoughts and hoping the elder is awake.
“Karn? Ah, yes, it has been some time. But from your tone, I take it there is a problem?” he asks, tone as kind and gentle as ever.
“There's a threat coming for your world. One I thought I'd taken care of, but is still alive.” you reply, quickly filling him in on what you learned from Arctus. Grand Elder Guru listens silently, not letting his thoughts become known until you're finished explaining everything.

“I see. And you said this monster could invade others?” he asks you. “Well then, fortunately, we have had no guests for the last several months, other than King Cold and Lord Cooler.”
“That's a relief.” you answer him, sighing aloud. “We're working on a plan now to protect your world, to stop that monster should he show up. This is our fight, and your people shouldn't be brought into it.”
“I appreciate your concern for my people. Thank you, Karn.” he replies, then after a moment's consideration continues. “I shall await your news.”

And as you both end the link, you speak up.

“Just informed Grand Elder Guru.” you say, everyone turning to you. “It's his world, he should know what's coming.”
“Excellent, that saves me some time.” King Cold answers. “I shall be handling the protection of Namek...Personally.”
“Do you need a hand?” Chilli asks him, surprising you. “I can whip up a few defenses, have the planet ready for-”

“I appreciate your enthusiasm, Chilli, but no. However, Arctus, I will need your help.” the ancient ruler says, turning to his relative. “Gather everything you'll need to establish communication with the planet, I want to have a direct, secure line to the Grand Elder. The moment he senses anyone approaching his world, I want to be informed.”
“I see. Sure, I can gather the materials, all I need is...” Arctus says, looking around to see his factory covered in Chilli's crystals. “These go away, right?”
“Of course, just a moment.” your firstborn son replies, kneeling and placing a palm to the ground. “Crystal Magic: Decrystallization.”

You watch, eyes drooping as your son's crystals retreat, vanishing and retreating until it all vanishes. You aren't sure how he does this, where it all went but you're too tired to overthink it. Fighting just to keep your eyes open, much less pay attention. But it seems this is noticed, King Cold turning to you and smirking slightly.

“General Karn, thank you for your good work today. But your job for today is done, you may rest.” he says, giving you a small nod of acknowledgment. “When I get the call for anyone approaching Planet Namek, I will get the message to you.”
“Understood.” you reply, and unable to keep your eyes open anymore, feel yourself fall into a deep slumber. Darkness takes you, you falling into a deeper, deeper void than ever. Your sleep is so deep you don't even dream, you don't float through the void. Everything just... Stops, until your eyes open, blinking twice as things aren't as you remember them. Looking around, you find yourself back in your room, laying in your bed with both Meloka and Towa asleep on your arms. Taking a deep breath you slowly sigh out, wondering how events unfolded after you'd passed out?

But as you look to the lights, seeing how low they're dimmed, you estimate you still have around twenty-ish minutes before you have to get up and start your day. And with this time on your hands, you-

For a moment, you consider getting out of your bed a bit early, starting your day sooner. But as you have the thought, almost as if reading your thoughts, you hear Meloka mutter in her sleep. Snuggling closer to you, curled up against your right side with her head on your shoulder. Reflexively you pull her a bit closer to you, at the movement Towa also does the same. Pressing her chest to your side, left leg upon your thigh as she nestles her head into your shoulder. You pull her a bit closer to you as well, sighing out as you allow yourself to relax and simply... Be. You've fought so long and hard for this peace, yet too often you're too busy to sit and enjoy it. So, for at least a few minutes, you decide to simply rest and be.

Holding Towa to you on your left, Meloka on your right, you hold both women to you. Feeling their relaxed, sleeping breathing, you enjoy the simple pleasure of holding the two most important women to you. For a minute or three, you just lay there, enjoying the silence before, grumbling once more, Towa starts to stir. Tossing and turning a bit, you see her raise her head up, blinking blearily.

“Mornin', Towa.” you whisper, the demon princess turning towards you. She gives you a lazy smile, stretching and grunting before laying her head back down on you, cuddling back up to your side once more.
“Morning. Not sneaking out this morning?” she says back, pressing herself to you tighter as Meloka starts to stir.
“No, still a bit early to get up. Thought I'd relax, at least for a bit.” you reply, your wife grumbling, rolling over once. “Enjoy a few moments' peace.”

“I see.” Towa says, and as your wife wakes, the three of you enjoying a relaxed, uninterrupted morning with just the three of you. None of you exerting yourselves, just simply enjoying being for awhile. But all too soon the day's responsibilities creep in, Maza reaching out telepathically to you.
“Father, are you coming in today? There are some things that need your attention.” Maza thinks, sighing out. Picking up both Meloka and Towa, the two women letting out surprised yelps as you rise up to your feet.

“I'll be right over.” you reply telepathically, ending the link before setting Towa and Meloka down, the three of you getting dressed and starting your days. Heading over to the admin building, you see that your team have already devised several different stylized signage, to better show what the purpose of buildings are from the outside.

“Personally, I believe we should have them all be large, bold fonts. Easier to read, even by those who are less... Literary-inclined.” Maza says, only for several objections to come from others. Some want more fancy, expressive signs while others say there shouldn't be a set standard except for the dimensions, leaving the signs themselves up to each building owner to give them more creativity. Howevewr, once they've all said their piece, everyone turns to you. Waiting to see how you'll decide on this issue.

Well? How should the signs be? What level of regulatory control will you have, city leader?
>Large, bold fonts are best, make them readable to the most people for greater accessibility
>Leave the signs themselves up to each building as far as style and flash, but have the size of the words and the signs themselves be limited to a certain range of sizes for more uniformity
>Say there should be no limits on the signs. Maximum creativity with minimum governmental interference, as long as they have a sign that you of all people can read is good enough

“Hmmm. Well, I don't think that there should be any limits on the signs, if we're making them put one up.” you say, everyone watching you curiously. “We'll give them maximum creative freedom, with the minimum of our interference. As long as it is legible to someone with as little reading education as I can read it, it will be good enough. The point of the signs is to be read, after all.”
“Understood. We'll get on finalizing this one, and send it out.” Maza says, your son nodding to you. “And then, we have-”

For the next hour or so you go through your administrative duties, handling the issues and all the forms that need your signatures on them for authorization. And when that is done you get back into your training, pushing yourself. Yet, all day the memory of what happened yesterday remains forefront in your mind, how exhausted and near-helpless you were when facing Rilldo once more. Something that, despite trying to fight against it, you feel yourself still not giving your full, one hundred percent to your various training throughout the day no matter how hard you try. Something Cooler notices as you and he spar at the end of the day as well, catching your fist then letting you go after only five minutes of sparring. Not going on the attack, but just letting you go and crossing his arms.

“What the hell is the matter with you?” he says, looking down his nose at you in disgust. “What is this?”
“What do you mean?” you reply, his expression growing more disgusted as you talk. “I-”
“Stop. I don't care. Stop holding back.” he says, aura blazing even higher around him and knocking you back. “You're not giving me your full power. Either fight me like you mean it, or quit wasting my time!”

For several seconds, you remain still, trying to figure how much power you can give while still leaving enough power for any other world-ending threats that'll appear. But as you think, you take your focus off of Cooler. Who blurs forward, and before you can react hits you with a powerful left backhand, the blow sending you flying. Streaking through the air, slamming back-first into one of the large trees surrounding the clearing.

“Kah!” you exclaim, eyes losing focus for a moment before Cooler dashes in, slamming a foot into your chest. Burying you completely into the tree, Cooler glaring at you from under his foot.
“One day fighting a threat where you're a little tired, and you just quit giving it your all? Pathetic.” Cooler taunts, lowering his foot as he stares you down furiously. “Forget later, forget everything else and FIGHT! ME!”

As you hang there suspended in the tree, you have a realization: he's right. If you start slacking off in your training just because you're worried about not having the strength to meet the next threat, you won't grow stronger. And if you don't get stronger, if you don't push yourself to your limits and constantly improve, then it won't matter how rested you are, as you won't be strong enough to face the threat regardless. You have to give it everything you've got, one hundred percent of the time.

“Heh. Never thought I'd be getting a lecture about training from you of all people. But you're right.” you reply, clenching your fists and gritting your teeth, drawing upon the full power of the Berserker Soul. Splintering the tree, causing it to go crashing down into the clearing. Cooler leaps back, rising into the air only to see you, Berserker God power now on full display as you hover where you'd been planted in the now-fallen tree only moments ago. “I can't hold back, I have to give it everything I've got! HRRRAAAAAAAAA!!”
“Hmph, that's more like it. HIIIIIIYAAAAAAA!!” he roars, blitzing down towards you as you explode up towards him, the two of you colliding midair. Fists clashing, you now easily overpowering him and sending the gilded emperor flying. But he recovers, flipping backwards once and rocketing back towards you. The two of you continue your spar, now no longer holding back for fear of running yourself exhausted but giving it one hundred percent.

This carries over into all of your training the following day, you not holding yourself back and putting your entire self into each training. Giving it all you've got, not holding back for fear of being confronted when weakened. Pushing yourself to your limits, but as days turn to weeks, into months, as you push yourself further and further, you notice two of your training regimen are showing greater results than the rest. First is your study of the ancient Juyo technique under the Sith phantom Darth Bane. Who also is surprised by your progress, a month into the new year commenting on this.

“I must say, your progress is quite... Surprising.” Bane says, bringing a hand to his chin as your chest heaves in exhaustion after executing the technique properly for the thirteenth time in a row that hour. “You've picked this up much faster than I'd predicted, based off your previous efforts to learn other techniques.”
“Maybe. That's because. This one is. More physical?” you ask between breaths, pushing yourself up off your hands and knees, retaking the Juyo stance. “Let's go again!”

“Very well. Ready!” he shouted, both of you exploding towards each other in a flurry of unpredictable movements. As weeks turn to months, you find that the technique, while initially exhausting, becomes far more manageable over time. Perhaps due to the exhaustive nature of your total training daily, perhaps due to increased adeptness with the form, but as you keep practicing discover that, while still exhausting, you can use the form in repeated bursts more than two bakers' dozen times before exhausting yourself, or maintaining it for a solid unrelenting five minutes of continuous hyper-aggression

But your study of the explosive Juyo form isn't the only training you excel in. And while all of your training progress well, the other training you most rapidly adapt to is your time spent in solo gravity training. Within a month, the times one hundred gravity no longer exhausts you before fully completing your workout, and within three months are already adding the variable weights that were added to the chamber long ago. Finally pushing your gravity chamber to its limits, as well as your own. Day by day your body becomes stronger, faster, something that Cooler is quick to notice as well by this point, as by the end of your daily sparring sessions he is once more the one left exhausted, gasping for air

“Haaaaah, haaaah, haaaaah. Wh-What? How?” he'd asked, three months after the day he'd convinced you to stop holding back in your training every day. “How can you still stand? Aren't you exhausted?”
“Well, I am tired. It has been a long day.” you reply, noticing you're not even breathing that heavily. “But I guess I've been pushing myself so hard for so long, my body's finally adapting to this level of daily effort.”
“Adapted, he says.” Cooler sighing out as he reverts to his normal form, shrinking down and letting the gold fade from his body. “You're one hell of a monster, Karn. I'm going to have to work even harder to make sure you don't surpass me.”

“Do your best. Because I'm going to be the strongest.” you tell the emperor, who, for a split-second, looks worried. But that worry passes, the emperor chuckling to himself as he struggles to push himself back up to his feet.
“Seems that father was right about you, all those years ago. That the Super Saiyan could be the death of us all.” he says, body drooping in exhaustion. “I reckon we're all lucky you're on our side.”

And without waiting on your answer, teleports away via Instant Transmission. But once he's gone you look down at your hand, clenching and unclenching your fist. Unlike that fateful day several months ago, you're no longer completely physically exhausted after a day's training, no longer helpless should any other threats rear their ugly heads. But none have come.

Ever since your battle with Rilldo and discovering what happened, things have been... Quiet. Too quiet. No word on anyone approaching Planet Namek, even after Arctus(with Towa's help) devising a method to cleanse the Blargian people of the lesser Tuffle parasites within their bodies. Mass-producing the cleansing shot and distributing it to their allies. Cleansing both the Blargian people as well as all of those who'd come into contact with the Blarg over the past year. Just as a precaution, just in case. Yet, despite this the Tuffle Parasite Kudamo hasn't shown itself, leaving you wondering if it even had the chance to split itself? If it really left a 'backup' of itself around, as when you fought it the creature had seemed quite arrogant. Surely, if it was still around, it would have made a move by now?

But the next day, as you enter the administrative building, Mayze is running out of the office. Freezing for a moment when she sees you.

“General Karn! You have an urgent message.” she tells you, turning back to the office and running in. “It's from Cui!”
“Cui?” you wonder to yourself, following her in. Heading directly to the comms desk in the office, seeing a face you haven't seen in years. “Cui? What is it?”
“Karn, as I live and breathe. Guess they weren't lying when they said you'd gone off and become a big shot.” he says, you realizing he's sending you this communication from within an Attack Pod, and not his station at Freeza Planet 79 where you'd first met. “But today's the day, are you ready?”

“Ready? For what?” you ask, having no idea what he's talking about. Something he immediately realizes.
“Did you forget already? King Cold had informed me you would be joining us on this mission, as a precaution.” Cui says, you still having no idea what he's talking about. But then it hits you, remembering your discussion with the king the day Freeza had joined Whis in the divine realm for training all those months ago.
“Wait, that's today? I thought that was still months away.” you say, to which he chuckles.

“Figures. That estimate was if we used the OLD Attack Pods. But these new, top-of-the-line models are even faster. We've already entered that solar system, we'll be arriving in five minutes.” he tells you. “So, are you still going to be joining us, General Karn?”

Well? How do you respond?
>Tell him you'll be there shortly, open a telepathic link to him before leaving Maza in charge of the office to rush back home to get ready to head out
>Let him know that if he needs you to reach out to you personally and you'll join him, have the tech send scouter link details so he can directly reach you

Please go back and reread the last three posts, and see how much progress Karn's made in that aspect.Even after a whole day's training now, then throwing down with Cooler at one hundred percent, Karn still has gas in the tank to keep going over someone who comes into the match at one hundred percent.

I'm just saiyan, we've been a stamina build for decades and seem to have a habit of passing out all the time despite that. Karn must be anemic or something. I can only imagine that if he wasn't a stamina build, he'd get off three attacks before taking a nap.

You truly underestimate the amount of shit he's doing and comes across when it comes to big encounters. Nearly every time we ended up tapping out was after managing to kill an opponent or opponents vastly stronger than us or billions of enemies and taking a shitload of damage. I'm not going to lie and say we never struggled with it, but heruclean feats require a heruclean effort.

“I'll be there shortly, should meet up by the time you all are about to make landfall.” you say, then with a thought reach out telepathically. “I'm reaching out telepathically, can you hear me?”
“Karn? Wha-?” he asks aloud, clearly confused by what you're doing. “How in the world-?”
“Maza, you're in charge of the city until I get back, I trust you all to handle things appropriately.” you say, raising your right hand to your forehead. And with a moment's thought teleport, reappearing back home by Dr. White. “Excuse me, heading off.”

“Good luck.” the old doctor replies as you rush out of his office, heading back to your own room and grabbing your gear. Donning your actual armor and scouter, slinging both the Wolf Knight sword and hammer over your back. For a moment you debate on taking that third weapon, the gilded blade you'd recovered from the one red phantom assassin who'd tried to attack Caulifla, but decide against it. Instead double checking that both Spell Breaker, the dagger your son had made of dragon's bone and the Soulstone are both tucked away in your boots.

“Alright. Let's do this.” you mutter, raising your right hand to your forehead as you focus on the telepathic link. “You ready?”
“We just passed through their satellite array, landing in five seconds.” Cui responds, only for Maza to suddenly reach out to you as well.
“Their feed just cut. We lost communication with Cui's pod the moment he passed through the array of satellites.” Maza adds in. “Cui, you alright?”
“Of course, I'm fi-SHIT!” he responds, a moment later clarifying. “Just tried to activate my scouter, and the damn thing flatlined. It hit eight digits before error-ing out. I think the strong guy's still down here.”

“A satellite array to block energy signatures? I need to tell Mother immediately.” Maza replies, ending the connection as he no doubt reaches out to Towa. Meanwhile, you focus on Cui's ki, reaching back out.
“The moment you enter atmosphere, let me know.” you tell him, Cui responding a moment later.
“We're in.” he says, and without hesitation you teleport. Leaving New Salda behind, teleporting high up in a foreign planet's atmosphere. Where the air is incredibly thin, your body feeling far more weightless than usual. As if you'd just left the gravity chamber, but even more intense.

Whatever this planet was called, it's gravity is less than a tenth of what New Salda's is. If you have to fight here, the air will be incredibly thin. But, in exchange, you're going to be moving FAST. So much so that, as the five Attack Pods crash to the planet below, you take a moment or two high in the atmosphere familiarizing yourself with the gravity, throwing a couple score punches and kicks. Marveling at the sheer speeds you can hit even in your base form on this planet. Even Cui and his boys'll be stronger than their usual on a world this light, with gravity so light you could probably fly clear out of the atmosphere on accident. But after thinking about this for a second you shake your head, turning your focus back to the job at hand.

Flying down, the smoke clears as you descend. You able to clearly make out Cui and the other four unfamiliar beings as the pods open, the five stepping out into what is clearly an alien city. As they do, however, you-

“Greetings, beings of this world! I am General Karn, of the PTO.” you call out in a booming voice that carries throughout the city, everyone turning up towards you as you descent. “Rejoice, as today your world shall become a part of the greatest empire in the universe, the PTO. Surrender, if you would, so we can make this transition as easy as possible for your people.”

“I-Is that-? Are you a-a-an ALIEN?!” one of the beings who appears to be a woman shouts, everyone clearly surprised at the notion. Seems that, despite getting satellites in the air, these people haven't quite managed to start moving throughout space yet. Even easier, with this low level of tech, there shouldn't be any-

“What the-?” you mutter, turning towards the sound you hear fast-approaching. And as you do, you see a fleet of flying vehicles with red flashing bulbs atop their roofs, all screeching to a halt on the side of what is clearly a road behind you all. Several dozen uniformed beings, each one with powerlevels so low you can barely sense them as they all take up positions behind their vehicles. All except for the brawniest of them, a tall man with hair on his forearms and an impressive beard, with a powerlevel more than triple the lesser beings even among his forces. Subordinates, perhaps, you think as he raises a conical device, shouting into it.

“Attention extraterrestrial being! This is the police!” the man calls, thankfully in galactic common. They have an... Odd dialect, but their words are understandable enough. “You are all under arrest! Come quietly, and we won't have to open fire!”
“Open fire? Really? Don't they get the difference between our power?” one of Cui's team, a member of Appule and Orlen's race with lime green skin. “Should we give them a little demonstration, or just cut them all down?”
“No, we'll defer.” Cui says, turning to you. “What's the play, General?”

“They seem to be some sort of first-response unit, so I'll address them.” you reply, descending to the ground, landing on the ground midway between your allies and these defenders to call to them. Or, rather, to the strongest one, meeting his gaze. “So, I take it you have acting authority here? I am the highest ranking PTO military officer here, so if you are the ranking officer of this world, step forward and we can discuss the terms of your surrender.”
“Wh-What? Surrender?! We're in charge here, you do as WE say!” he responds, but you can tell he's clearly nervous. “And we say to put your hands behind your head and get on your knees! You have three seconds before we open fire!”

Well, seems like they're not interested in talking. So, that just leaves one question:

What do you do?
>Tell them if they want a demonstration of your superiority, you accept. Activate your Energy Body and tell them to do their worst to you
>Blur forward, grab the speaking device from him and use it to address everyone, that this world is now under the PTO and Emperor Cooler's rule. They aren't worth any more of your attention than the usefulness of the device
>Tell them they have until you reach them to surrender, then start walking forward. They're so weak, no matter what they do they lack the power to harm you in any way
>Go on a rampage, if you cause enough destruction then this world's strongest will certainly come running
>Use your telekinesis to grab all of them and their vessels, lift them all up into the air and demand they take you to the leader of this world if they want to keep their lives
>You've had enough of these idiots already, use your Eye Beams to cut them all down near-simultaneously

“Really? You think weaklings like yourself have the authority to threaten me?” you say, focusing your mind. Unleashing your telekinesis by leveling your left hand at the lot, you grab them, vehicles and all, lifting the lot of them further and further up into the air. The uniformed men shout in surprise, trying to turn their handheld weapons on you as others scream, trying to flee from the display of power. You hoist them higher and higher, until they're level with the fourth row of windows on the nearest building. Holding them in place, you then fly up, drifting directly up to the one who'd spoken before as he's held suspended midair upside down. “I'm done asking nicely, this is your last chance. Take me to the leader of your world, right now. Or I kill you like the worm you are. Do. You. Understand?”

“Y-Y-Y-Yes s-sir!” he manages to stutter out, clearly frightened by even this simple display of power. Satisfied, you then start lowering them all back down, even setting the people back down on their feet. Yet the experience was so disorienting for them, beings who probably haven't ever been held suspended like this from their reactions, that most can't even keep their balance, falling over. But the bearded man, made of slightly tougher stuff than the rest gets his people under control. “Listen up! We're going to escort our otherworldly guests, form an escort around them! If you would, sir, please follow me.”
“Thank you for your cooperation. Becoming a member of the PTO goes far smoother when you cooperate, and your will be treated better, from what I hear.” you rpely, the man getting back in his vehicle as you turn to Cui and his men.

“Lock up your pods and follow me.” you say, the five saluting, grabbing their remotes to lock up the pods then slipping them either back into their gloves or bracers before flying over to you, The six of you, surrounded by more than two dozen vehicles with the annoying sirens and flashing lights then take off after the lead vehicle. Which, despite achieving flight, these craft are still rather slow. Your grandchildren move faster than this running, but accept this as the pace they move. However, as the minutes go on, you realize that this group is headed outside the city. Seeing this, you fly up level to the lead vehicle, tapping on its left side window. Which rolls down, the bearded man looking nervous as he grips a steering wheel.

“Wh-What's the matter, G-General?” he asks, only glancing your way a moment before turning his focus to the road. “Is something wrong?”
“Is your world's ruler not living in that city?” you ask, to which he shakes his head. “I see. Tell me, who IS the ruler of your planet?”

“Not a 'who', General. The Red Ribbon Army is an organization who once conquered this planet. They were thought destroyed by that monster Demon King Piccolo. However, the Red Ribbon army survived, coming back after a few years spent preparing. Emerging to slaughter that monster and saving us all last May.” he says, you getting a vague idea what the powerlevel vanishing meant. Seems they killed the strong one themselves, somehow. But as he says this you expand your ki sense, and almost immediately detect a single, massive powerlevel. One easily in the nine digits range, dwarfing every other being on the planet. One that you all are heading right towards, drawing closer and closer to. Yet, as you do, suddenly his radio crackles to life, someone shouting.

“-ot, I repeat, do not approach! He has returned! Demon King Piccolo has returned!” the voice shouts, the uniformed man slamming on his vehicle's brakes. You watch as his skin pales, sweat immediately pouring as his hands tremble. “All forces, alert! Headquarters is under attack by Demon King Piccolo!”
“N-No way. This can't be!” the man says, looking even more terrified than he was when you showed a fraction of your power. “It's over, it's all over.”
“So, this 'demon king' is back? Well, today's your lucky day.” you tell him, the man turning to you in shock. “This world now belongs to the PTO, and we're not going to let anyone contest our claim. So, don't worry, this 'Piccolo' will be taken care of. Is that your base, this way?”

Pointing directly at the powerlevel you can sense, the man nods, then finds his voice.

“Th-The base is protected from view by a holographic shield, but living beings can pass right through it.” he tells you. “And I can't speak for the whole world. But most of us lost family to that monster last time it went on a rampage. If you can stop it, that'll win you a whole lot of favor with my people.”
“Understood.” you say, turning to Cui and his men. “Cui, I'm going on ahead. Seems our powerlevel's made itself known. Escort them in while I handle business.”
“Yes sir. Happy hunting General!” Cui shouts, you nodding before taking off. Cutting loose a bit, careful not to blow them away as you accelerate towards the massive powerlevel. You've waited an entire year for this, you can't wait to see what this 'demon king Piccolo' can really do!

This is gonna be a treat. I've been DYING to see how our galactic background would shake up DB Earth and see what they've been doing all this time.
>>
>>6158201
Ha! I mean, among non-Super Saiyans or Freeza's Clan, Piccolo's power is quite impressive. He's stronger right now than the Arbiters, any of the Kaiju, hell most of the threats you've faced up to this point.
>>6158249
You're going to find out quite a bit, depending on your choices.
>>
>>6158316
So I'm gonna guess he's a low-hightier on the powerlevel totem pole, where we are definitely stronger than him but it'll warrant using the higher grade super saiyan forms and we can still get whacked if we horse around *too* much. Not bad at all for a demon king that hasn't touched the stars above him. It'll be interesting.
>>
>>6158318
Base form to base form, right now, you're roughly 6-8x stronger than him. But once transformations start getting added to the mix, we'll see how far the gap ends up.
>>
>>6158333
Alright, I'll keep a close eye on this encounter. I get that we're stronger right now, but DB Earth always has surprises when it comes to dealing with strong offworlders

Flying over the terrain, you quickly make your way towards that energy. It takes you only seconds where, as you get close, see the vague outline of the holographic dome. And a large, damaged opening at the top, the edges sparking with electricity. The damage disabling the image-generation, giving you a broader sense of the scale of this. The dome here would easily cover your entire city on New Salda, perhaps even the main city, without the arena on the outskirts.

But you quickly shake these thoughts off, flying up to the top and follow through the same hole presumably that the 'Demon King' made on his entrance into their fortress. Passing through, you then get your first good look at the base below. Most notable is what seems to be a gigantic factory of some sort in the middle, with a large red emblem on the face of it. Where the rail system, when it was intact presumably went to the outside world. The layout of the base, more akin to a city, with a large cluster of buildings you can sense to be living quarters to the side. Despite the state of chaos it is currently in, you can image was a well-maintained military outpost.

But right now several dozen of the buildings are either in ruins or on fire, the railway system is destroyed and mangled near beyond repair, and one figure hovers in the sky, laughing maniacally as he fires energy waves down at the approaching fighter craft. They remind you of the Covenant manned fighters, but like them during the Siege of New Salda, they stand no chance against the figure flying above them. Wearing a white cape with shoulder pads beneath vaguely in the shape of PTO armor and with more white fabric around their head, you can't quite tell what the figure looks like. Until, presumably sensing you after destroying the half-dozen fighters approaching turns. Revealing-

“A Namekian?” you mutter as the being's eyes widen in surprise, then narrow.
“And just who in the hell are you supposed to be?” the figure asks, trying to act tough despite the clear gap in power between you and he. “What do you want?”

“What's a Namekian doing so far from home?” you ask, the being staring blankly at you a moment. “So, if you're here, where are the Dragon Balls?”
“What?” he asks, clearly surprised by this. “What do you mean?”
“Come on now, Namekian. Hiding your antenna doesn't hide what you are.” you reply, crossing your arms. “So, tell me. Where have you hidden the Dragon Balls? Are there more of your people here?”
“My people? I am the Demon King Piccolo, I stand above all others!” he declares, but then after a moment his expression changes. “Wait. There are... Others?”

“Ah, I see. So you're like Ubo.” you say, realization dawning. He was sent away from his own people and crashed on this foreign planet. Must have been young, due to not knowing, so you decide to reach out.
“Hey, Grand Elder. I found one of your people on a far-away planet in the north quadrant.” you tell him. “Do you know who this could be?”
“The son of Katas lives? I had thought him dead.” Grand Elder Guru replies, you sensing his shock. “How is he?”

“Well, he's calling himself the 'Demon King Piccolo', and at one point conquered this planet, only to be deposed by the locals.” you reply, feeling an overwhelming sense of disappointment from the elder.
“I see. That is... Unfortunate.” Guru replies after several seconds. “It would seem that this poor child has turned from our ways.”
“This Piccolo doesn't seem to be aware he is even one of your people.” you reply, feeling a spark of hope in the grand elder's mind. But before the two of you can continue this conversation, Piccolo speaks up.

“So, you truly aren't of this world. Guess there is life out there beyond this little rock, more worlds for me to conquer after I take this one over.” he replies, and to your surprise throws his cape off, taking off his head wrap as well. Revealing his Namekian antenna, the being cracking his knuckles and neck. “I was saving this power for more... Pesky nuisances, but you're strong enough to make it worth my while. You shall be the first to witness my true power!”

“What?” you say, feeling his power suddenly spiking. Golden aura blazing as his power skyrockets, ascending even past your own.
“HAAAAAA!!” he shouts, crossing his arms before his face before tearing them to his sides, power soaring as his strength multiplies itself hundreds of times over. “THIS is the true power of Demon King Piccolo!”

“Not orange?” you wonder to yourself, remembering that one Namekian Time Patroller who had turned orange and become much larger and even stronger. Perhaps this is an in-between form? But as he takes his stance, radiating with confidence, he starts looking down his nose at you.
“Prepare yourself, alien. This place will mark your grave!” he says, clearly thinking that, just because he's now stronger he has the edge in raw power.

But what do you do?
>Activate your Energy Body and gesture for him to come at you. Use your armor to gauge his strength better before transforming yourself
>Ascend immediately into your Berserker form, roughly match his strength before engaging
>Fully transform into your Berserker God form, show him just how weak he is compared to you

I think he'd be too confused and conflicted regardless of the outcome of this encounter. It'll take some time to process. And while getting Piccolo on our side would be really cool, the real meat of this conquest would be poaching Earth's android/cyborg technology and the brilliant minds responsible for it. I hope Dr. Gero invented the Infinite Energy Engine in this timeline, that's a gamechanger for a robotic army.
>>

Between Bulma and Gero's achievements in the fields of cybernetics and energy AND the bizarre influx of magical artifacts on this planet, it's hard to imagine Karn coming back empty handed after this one.

Having legit Senzu Beans to plant would be an irreplaceable boon, a medical omni-miracle that can fit in Women's Jeans pockets would save countless lives and finally give our poor daughter Caulifla a break. “Hmph. Not bad, that's some pretty impressive power, for this planet of weaklings. But if this is all you've got, you can beat me.” you tell him, watching the Namekian's confidence crack. Your relaxation before his might clearly has him off his game, expecting you to either grovel before him or try and power up as well. “However, if you want, I can take you to Planet Namek. With my Instant Transmission, we can be there as soon as you give the word and you can meet your own kind.”
“You think you can order about me? ME?! When I am this much stronger than you?” he asks, confirming that he can sense ki. Which causes you to sigh, seems you will have to give him a demonstration of your power before he'll stop. However, you see his eyes dart from you, looking at something behind you. Thinking it's some sort of ploy to get your focus off of him, you don't turn. But then, to your surprise, hear a man's voice shout from somewhere behind you.

“PICCOLO!” a man roars, shocking you as you couldn't sense anyone. Turning, you see a trio of men flying up, two wearing red-orange fighting gis tied with blue belts, blue wristbands and blue shoes, while the third flies up shirtless, wearing dark purple pants with a red sash around the waist, green bracers with red trim on his arms and yellow and black shoes. All three pull up to you, stopping alongside you facing the Namekian. Where the scarred man in orange keeps speaking, this time to you. “Dunno who you are, but thanks for buying us time. But leave the rest to us, we'll handle things from here.”

“Careful, Yamcha. We got reports of aliens crashing down in Central City, this might be one of them.” the tall, three-eyed one says, his third eye focused on you as his others stay on the 'demon king' below.
'Hold on, you're an alien?” the tiny, bald one asks, fully taking his focus off of Piccolo and turning to you. Giving you the perfect line. “Who ARE you?”

“I am General Karn, of the PTO. And today's your lucky day. Emperor Cooler has claimed this planet as the newest territory in the PTO, the most powerful empire in the universe. And so this Namekian here won't be permitted to destroy any of Lord Cooler's property.” you tell them, the trio sharing uneasy glances. In that moment Piccolo, clearly tired of all the talk roars, throwing his right hand forward and firing a massive wave of ki. Clearly trying to erase you all in a single shot. But you weren't done speaking, throwing your left towards him. However, before you can activate your shield, the two wearing orange spring into action.

Both orange clad warriors dash forward, palms out as they attempt to catch the blast. Unfortunately they stand no chance against this level of power, but as you watch, realize several things at once. First, the 'demon king's power is being sucked down towards their palms, reminding you of the blonde and black-haired twin robots you'd fought in King Cold's vault. Eating his power with seemingly little effort. As this happens, the third member begins to seemingly gather his power, energy glowing around his hands despite you still being unable to sense anything. And the moment Piccolo ends his attack, the two wearing orange leap aside, giving him a clear line-of-sight.

KIKOHOOO!!!” he roars, firing a massive blast of ki. One that you have to brace yourself against to avoid being blown away as Piccolo, caught by surprise, is slammed down to the ground below. Crashing down into the ground by the waterfall, near the central hub of the Red Ribbon Army's fortress.
“Nice shot!” the black-haired, scarred man shouts, he and the short bald one both immediately flying down full-speed towards the almost perfectly-square crater in the ground where you can sense Piccolo's ki from. Leaving you with just one question:

What now?
>Fly down as well, you're curious just how much damage that attack did and what these two fighters wearing the same uniform plan to do to stop him from reaching the third
>Stay with the shirtless one, ask him what that technique was and how it works. Depending on the damage he put out, this might be a skill worth picking up
>Instant Transmission down into the crater by the Namekian, ask if he's sure he doesn't want to leave this world to go be with his own people. As the people here clearly don't want him around

>Take on your strongest form, and immediately incapacitate the Namekian. Guru wants this one alive, and a demonstration of your power should give these Earthlings pause
I'm getting annoyed that our galactic authority is being ignored, and if I read the situation right, Piccolo is the strongest being in this situation outside of ourselves. Beat the tar out of the biggest, meanest motherfucker in the room, and everyone's attention should be on us as it should be. I think not being outwardly hostile to the Red Ribbon soldiers this way demonstrates that we aren't here to be violent and thus can talk things out, but we also are fully capable of laying them out just as easily.

“Tch!” you exhale, flying down midway between the shirtless man and the hole, close enough to the three below and one above before clenching your fists, drawing upons your Berserker Soul to transform. “HRRRRAAAAAAAA!!”

Your power explodes, knocking the two down on the ground flat, sending the Namekian crashing back down in the hole as he tries flying up, and sending the Triclops in the air flying back. Your power explodes up, dwarfing the transformed Namekian's strength as your own power soars to its strongest.

“That's ENOUGH!!” you roar, everything going silent. Even the alarm ringing out in the base turns off, the only sounds that of your aura blazing around you. “All of you, stop.”

With a thought you reach both down into the hole and up into the air, grabbing the Namekian and Triclops both via telekinesis and dragging them together, dropping them by the other two wearing orange.

“That's it. No more fighting. Keep your arguments to words, or face annihilation at my hand.” you tell them, the four looking up at you stunned. Clearly surprised by your power. “I will NOT tolerate any more, you all are too powerful to fight without damaging Lord Cooler's world.”
“He killed our masters! We have nothing to say to this bastard!” the scarred one says, springing up to his feet. As he does, though, you once more reach out, grabbing him with telekinesis as well, slamming him back to the ground. “Guh?!”
“Yamcha!?” the short bald one shouts, surprised. He then turns to you, clenching his fists as his arms tremble with barely-restrained either fury or fear. “Tch!”

“No more. I have questions for the four of you, and you all will cooperate.” you say, only to suddenly sense someone else's ki suddenly appear. Another strong powerlevel, but this one feels vaguely familiar. Yet as you turn around, suddenly the Time Seal on the back of your hand ignites. Just as a strange spacecraft suddenly appears in the air behind you, just this side of the river that ends in the waterfall down the cliff. The hell is this? But before any of you can speak, something in the craft explodes, the craft falling out of the sky. Revealing a massive chunk has been taken out of the side, as if some giant beast took a large bite out of it.

The strange machine crashes to the ground, dome flying open as a figure, unmistakably woman falls out of the vessel. Collapsing to the ground, landing right on her face. She's injured, powerlevel dropping by the moment as she manages to raise her head, locking eyes with the short bald one. Who, like her, also doesn't have a nose, the woman raising a hand towards him.

“D-Da...ad...” she says, only for her eyes to roll up into the back of her head, collapsing onto the ground. Your Time Seal still burning, which can mean only one thing. Whoever this is, she isn't from this timeline. Which is confirmed even more for you as you look inside the craft, recognizing the sword she has in there as the same one Trunks from the Time Patrol wields.
“Dad? Heh, look at you, Krillin. I didn't know you got around.” the black haired, scarred man says, you seeing him nudging the short man with his elbow teasingly. “My man!”
“I-I don't-I've never-?” he says, clearly confused at this sudden turn of events. Which brings us to you.

Well? How do you react to this new, vaguely familiar power's sudden appearance?
>Tell this 'Krillin' that she's clearly from another timeline, and to do his duty as a father and take care of his daughter
>Telepathically reach out to Caulifla, see if she's free to come and help this mysterious stranger out
>Go over to this vaguely familiar power, give this woman who was clearly attacked a bit of your own energy. See if you can get her back up on her feet, perhaps she's here to make sure those three don't make a terrible mistake fighting you?

While the Earthlings and the Namekian watch on, stunned, you act. Powering back down into your base form you fly over, landing and kneeling by the downed woman. Gently rolling her over, pressing your right hand to her stomach.

“What are you doing?!” the bald one, who doesn't seem to be ENTIRELY without fatherly instincts then shouts, flying over towards the two of you.
“She's fading, fast. She needs energy.” you tell him, immediately channeling your own power down into her. Your energy infuses the young woman, you feeling her power stabilizing and leveling off, no longer draining as the short one, Krillin supposedly lands by her head. You realize she's no older than Chaya, probably even younger as she stirs, rising back from being unconscious. You watch as the woman, trembling slightly grimaces, eyes slowly opening to see you and the bald man both looking down on her. “Easy, kid, easy.”

“D-Dad? I-Is that really you?” she asks, reaching up towards the bald man. Who takes her hand in both of hers, kneeling down beside her.
“Easy, easy. Don't push yourself.” he says, you clearly seeing the family resemblance as they're closer. “Are you okay? What is your name?”
“My name? Dad, it's me, Marron.” the woman says, brows furrowing as she then sees you as well. “Who're you? And... Why does your power feel... Almost familiar? Your ki feels a lot like Mom's own.”
“Wait, what?” you ask, getting the feeling that you're about to figure out who this person is. “What is your mother's name, Marron?”

“A-Amaya.” she says, your eyes widening in realization. You know that name. Amaya was the name Chaya, from that one timeline called herself. And it would seem that, SOMEHOW, her daughter has now found her way to you.
“Amaya... So, that's why...” you mutter, overwhelmed by the sudden realizations. Taking a step back, you take a second or two to process this all as Krillin helps his daughter, your granddaughter to her feet. You look back over to the other fighters, the Namekian seeming shocked, looking from her to you while the other two look more confused. Looking back, you see Amaya turning back to her damaged machine, reaching in and taking her sword out, buckling it across her chest before turning back. “So, your mother's Amaya. I haven't seen her in years, how is she doing these days?”

But this question causes the young woman to immediately tears up, entire body trembling as her strong facade crumbles. Losing strength in her body, you moving near-reflexively to catch her as she drops. Holding her as she cries, the woman's sorrow feeling overwhelming. You immediately know something terrible had to have happened for her to break down like this. So you quit asking questions, just holding the young woman, your granddaughter as she cries. But her tears spark something within you, igniting the fury of your Berserker Soul. Whoever did this to your granddaughter, your own timeline or not, you're going to make them pay!

For well over a minute she cries against you before regaining her composure, releasing you and straightening up, wiping her eyes on the one sleeve she still has.

“Sorry about that. I-” she starts, only for the tiny man to intervene.
“It's okay, it's okay. Whatever happened, you're here now. You're safe.” he says, the woman beaming down at her father. For a moment you consider calling Chaya over, to meet her daughter from another time, but before you can, an annoyed voice calls from behind you.
“If you all are going to have your mushy family reunion, I'm out of here.” the Namekian says, rising back up to his feet. Clearly wanting to leave. But before he can he freezes, no doubt sensing what you are as well. Both of you, as well as Marron's eyes all shoot up towards where her ship had appeared a moment ago, you watching as suddenly a surge of dark energy appears. Lightning crackles along what is clearly a rift in space and time, reminding you of one of Fu's portals. But from it someone else emerges, the Demon Seal on the back of your right hand blazing even more than before. As a being wearing a familiar face comes through the tear.

“What is this place?” a woman's voice, unmistakably familiar yet speaking with a tone and intention you've never heard from her before calls down.
“Amaya Black.” Marron says with a snarl, you glancing to her to see the young woman reaching over her shoulder, grasping the hilt of her sword. Teeth gritted in clear rage, restraining herself from leaping up and attacking immediately.
“Oh, now I see. No wonder I couldn't find you.” your daughter Chaya, or, rather Amaya says, her eyes zeroing in on Marron beside you. You can feel the hatred, the disdain this creature wearing your daughter's face has for her, but that's not all. Her energy, while also somewhat like Chaya's, is also completely different. It feels familiar though, reminding you of someone else. The Supreme Kai. Just who is this 'Amaya Black'? And what do they want with your granddaughter?

True, but to date only Goku has managed that, and only once. And clearly relatively soon after his own death. Perhaps he saved Kid Gohan once from the Androids, but it wasn't enough to STOP them in the Future Trunks timeline.
>>6159726
True. Besides, he's not determined enough nor has the hax of Instant Transmission to straight-up LEAVE the afterlife whenever he wanted.
>>6159729
>What happened in her timeline that made Earth fall to the androids
Same as canon. Amaya fell to the Heart Virus, Goku dogged 19, 17&18 destroyed the Z fighters. Amaya and Gohan, as the last surviving fighters did their best to shield the populace, until Gohan fell and she went back to the past the first time. The android/Cell arcs played out the same, Marron went back to her own time and annihilated the androids and Cell, as well as Dabura. But then Black shows up, and, well. We see how that went.
>screw up this time
Amaya Black's Kamehameha. Slightly missed obliterating Marron and the machine entirely, for reasons we'll soon see.
>>6159776
I guess not everyone heard Phil Swift when the machine showed up and we saw the state it was in.
>"Now THAT'S a lotta damage!"

>>6159776

As much fun as it would be to write from Amaya Black's perspective, as I started it I realized there would be too many spoilers, and it wouldn't fully convey what I want to show by showing her fight with Marron. So, Marron pov it'll be. Besides, some mysteries are better left for later.

>>6159866
A classic, thanks for reminding me of this.
>>
>>6159858
Oh ok, shame about that timeline, though I always wondered what exactly time travel in the android saga changed to make Androids 17 and 18 not as outright wicked in the Future Trunks timelines. Was it the fact that they had yet to meet their prime directive of killing Son Goku and were delayed from doing so?
>Amaya Black's Kamehameha
Not sure why I expected a more outlandish answer, time travel is fickle and volatile like that. Wonder how everyone present will move on from here, other than imminent green gorilla violence because *hoo boy* does Zamasu deserve it and then some
>>
>>6160028
A good point, why are they so different. Well, a few reasons. In the future they're unleashed upon, their target is already dead so they're ledt with no prime directive. And with the strongest fighters the world has to offer being an inconvenience at best, they do whatever they want. Presumably, because of their strength they accidentally kill the first human, and after the first it gets easier and easier each time. Until they devolve into the future timeline monsters Trunks kills. Whereas in the 'main' timeline, they hadn't killed anyone so that corruption arc never occurred. Plus they had 16 with them this time unlike the future, who clearly puts a damper on the fun of them threatening humans.
>time travel is fickle and volatile like that
Especially when, AS you do something nigh-impossible like moving through time, the mechanism enabling this is irreparably damaged. As for Zamasu, we'll see what Karn discovers. And how "proportionally" you'll react.
>>
>>6160381
> And with the strongest fighters the world has to offer being an inconvenience at best, they do whatever they want. Makes enough sense to me, because what else do you do as a teenager with a chip on your shoulder in a world made of wet cardboard? Failure for foresight on Gero's part honestly.
>As for Zamasu, we'll see what Karn discovers. And how "proportionally" you'll react.
The fact that Goku, one of if not THE jolliest saiyan alive, reacted like this when he found out what Zamasu did:
https://youtu.be/7_4ZnSc8DRk?si=NbHtOHva4-t8KfSJ
And how Karn's known for his literal world-shattering temper and endless devotion and love for his friends and family? I don't know the details, but it will be explosive at minimum.
>>
>>6160381
I'm sure it will be completely fair and proportional. Like how the Navy treats anyone who even looks towards one of their ships. Absolutely proportional.

>>6160440
Considering Goku also tends to go from "I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU" to "Oh shit lil bro you good? Yeah okay I'm leaving, you don't be bad anymore okay?" as frequently as he does to people who have and will kill his friends. He can't be THAT mad.
>>
>>6160459
Goku has CTE, so mood swings are a given. In contrast, Karn has a hard time calming down once something REALLY sets him off.>>6160459
>>
>>6160462
alright fair
>>
Wheres the time patrol during all this? I had assumed that since their change in management, they had achieved some level of competence, so i would guess some other bullshit is taking their attention.
>>
>>6160501
Pretty sure our timeline was quarantined a while ago so not just anyone from that agency can waltz into the place, but if it gets hairy we can always call Towa first thing.
>>
>>6160501
Our timeline is currently off-limits to anybody without Mechikabura's express permission (that he's aware of anyway), so we can reasonably assume that he doesn't really feel the need to intervene just yet.
Personally, I agree with him if that's the case. We SHOULD be able to handle Amaya Black pretty handily right now.
>>
>>6160440
True enough. Especially since he couldn't control them.
Up to that point it was just fighting for love of the game from Goku, but that's when it turned up.
Yes. Especially since he now knows Marron is his granddaughter, Karn's gonna fight.
>>6160459
Bingo. It will be proportional, not Karn making Black taste the sun twice or anything.
>>6160459
To be fair, it only didn't work against two beings, Freeza and Moro. It worked on Krillin, Tien, and even PICCOLO before them. Piccolo, you know, the guy who had his best friend Krillin killed. Vegeta never actually killed an earthling until the android saga, and Goku misunderstood his son against Cell, not Cell himself. As he KNEW Cell was gonna pull petty shit, begging Gohan to end it after the first on-screen Kamehameha he ever shot.
>>6160462
Ha!
>>6160501
Mechikabura has your time scroll separate, on him at all times. The Time Patrol don't have access unless he allows it. Like when he and Aeos started trimming 'dead' and duplicate non-fateless-infected branches.
>>6160509
>>6160519
This, your timeline's held under the highest security. Being ON MECHIKABURA'S PERSON.
>>
This final intermission of Marron's past, how she got here is almost finished. And it's going to be one hell of a ride. While the idea of doing it from Black's perspective could have been fun, it would have spoiled far, FAR too much of what's to come in this arc. Instead, you all will get to see that Marron inherited far more from her father than his lack of a nose.
>>
>>6160640
oh man. This is gonna hurt. And then we'll make Black hurt for it.
>>
>>6160644
This one's the least painful of the three Marron stories so far, as it is basically a showcase of how she combined her mother and father's inherent strengths. If your Chaya saw this fight she'd be proud.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 231 Intermission-

AGE 796, FUTURE PLANET EARTH

“Heh heh heh. Finish your goodbyes, Saiyan, they're a waste of time.” you hear Amaya Black say, clearly enjoying her suffering as she looks down on you and Barry's corpse. “After all, you're going to be joining him soon enough.”

You feel your rage swelling, threatening to overwhelm your senses, but you manage to keep your head. From your peripheral Capsule Corp is still standing, which means Black doesn't know about the time machine.

“Funny. You have no chance of victory, yet you continue this resistance.” Amaya Black says, looking away from you a moment. In that moment you glance to the precious fuel, confirming it's location. You can do this, you just need to play this right. Play along, until your moment to strike. “Knowing full well you cannot win. You Saiyans are so... Fascinating, in your flaws.”

A moment of silence passes, Amaya Black turning her gaze back to you. Expression darkening, showing this creature's disgust for all of humanity.

“Don't you see I'm helping you? Soon you'll be with him, and all the other creatures you love.” she says, you gritting your teeth. Playing along with Black's taunts, acting like she's getting under your skin. Getting you to get angry, to lose focus and lash out. “Heh heh heh heh, if you had any sense, you'd know your death is a mercy for both you AND for this world.”
“Hrrrrr! HRRRAAAAAAA!!” you roar, letting your power flow freely. Releasing the careful restraints on your power, once more unleashing the power of your bloodline, the power of the Super Saiyan. Golden light explodes from you as you transform, strength surging as Black just smirks, thinking her taunts worked. “You-You monster! You took him, you-you took EVERYTHING from me!”

With a roar you explode up off the ground, closing the distance between you both and swinging a wild, heavy right at her face. Clearly caught off guard by your speed, she's unable to raise her guard in time, your heavy right landing cleanly on the jaw. Snapping Black's head to the side, leaving her guts wide open for a left uppercut to the guts, followed by another right to the head. But by this time Black's recovered, catching your right with her left, laughing at you.

“Is that all you've got?” Amaya Black taunts, delivering a powerful side kick to your guts with her left, sending you flying back. But she doesn't let you go, rushing in with a heavy right of her own. You raise your guard, blocking the right with your left forearm, stopping the follow up left turning kick with your right forearm before lashing back out, you have to make this look convincing. Clashing for over a minute before you leave an opening for her to attack. Firing off with a left jab into a right cross, the classic one-two your father taught you all those years ago. Black blocks both easily, stopping them both with her left forearm before firing a right jab of her own to your chin, snapping your head back.

“HAAAAAAA!!” you roar, drawing forth even more power as you try to lash out, launching a vicious flurry of blows you'd learned from your mother in the past timeline. Forcing Black fully onto the defensive a moment, your alternate timeline mother's skills she'd taught you in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber once more saving you. But only for a moment, Black then slipping outside your right by using her left palm, pushing your strike that would have landed square on her nose just over her shoulder instead, leaving your guts open for her step-in right uppercut, stopping your advance. “Gyuuah?!”

“Heh heh!” Black smirks before spinning into a left back kick to your exposed guts, her kick landing true and sending you flying back. Slamming back-first into a wall, stunning you a moment before she comes flying in, landing a flying left kick straight to your guts, knocking the wind out of you.
“Ghlurk-!!!” you try and scream out in pain, but with no air you can't breathe, much less make a sound. Black, grinning even more wickedly kicks you again, using your body as a springboard to leap back. Gathering her dark ki in one hand, Amaya Black then fires a barrage of her ki blasts at you, the dozen or so shots each striking true. Pain, agonizing pain filling you, but you and pain are longtime friends. Ever since your mother died you have known pain, physical being the easiest of them all to deal with. You just grit your teeth and keep going, either it'll kill you or it won't. And pain's never killed you yet. “Kuuh!”

But as you try and rise up, once Black stops the barrage you see that you landed near your sword, so instead of fighting back more you fake being more injured than you are, stagger forward and fall to a knee as the smoke clears.

“Are you finished?” Black calls down, sounding almost more disappointed than disgusted. “Considering you represent the end of your 'proud warrior race', this is a pathetic showing from you, girl!”

“Tch!” you exhale through clenched teeth, trying to show defiance even when seemingly powerless. If you don't look the part, she won't believe it, and will suspect some sort of trap. But it would seem your acting works, as instead of coming back down and continuing the beating, where she has a clear edge in both power and speed, instead Amaya Black raises her right, channeling more and more ki into a massive gold and black ball of energy for the finisher.

“Good riddance, Saiyan.” she snarls as you stagger back up to your feet, clutching your right arm with your left. Making it seem as if you can't use it, when that's the arm you'll use to lash out and grab your sword. Black draws that energy back, readying to throw it with a roar. And in that moment, you strike. “HRRRRAAAAAAAA-!!”

And before she can react you swing your right out, grabbing the blade by the handle and pitching it underhand, the sword spinning end-over-end directly at Black. Who seems shocked, freezing in place for a second as your weapon flies towards her.

“Wh-What?!” she exclaims, your blade striking her energy, causing it to detonate. But the force of the explosion not only sends Black crashing down to the ground, but also your sword right back to your open hand. Tumbling end over end, you snatch it out of the air, sheathing it in a smooth, practiced motion. Only for Black's own dark aura to blaze as she surges up to her feet, face contorted in rage as you gather your ki into both hands. “ENOU-What?!”
“KAMEHAME-!” you shout, preparing your final attack of this fight in an instant. Then thrusting both hands forward, aiming the Turtle School's most destructive attack at Black. “HAAAAAAAAAAA!!”

Black raises her arms, crossing them before her to try and withstand the blast. Which, you know won't hurt her, you didn't put nearly enough into it for that. But, instead you fired a more unfocused, wider beam, one that kicks up a wall of smoke and dust as your blast hits Black. And in that moment, ending the beam you power back down, completely suppressing your power before sprinting away. Snatching the precious time machine fuel canister off the ground as you dash, slipping inside Capsule Corp and sprinting to the basement. Staggering down the stairs, clutching the canister to your chest as you take gasping, desperate breaths, you've almost done it. Just a little more. Just a little bit more.

Since Capsule Corp has its own power supply, the building down in the lower levels is still completely active despite seeming abandoned from the outside. A strategic maneuver Bulma had made back when the Androids had started their rampage years ago, one that's still paying off even now.

“Bulma... I. I promise. I WILL find a way.” you gasp out, dropping to a knee as the injuries you'd received against Black, the damage she'd caused starts to register. Without the adrenaline of the fight, without the might of a Super Saiyan sustaining you, you feel your consciousness starting to fade in and out. Your vision turning fuzzy, the room spinning. Gritting your teeth, clutching the precious canister of time machine fuel to your chest, you force the pain, the exhaustion, all of it down. Focusing on doing what you must to finish this. Pushing yourself back up, you stagger over to the Time Machine, it resting where you and Auntie Bulma had set it up when Black first appeared. After you'd lost trying to stop her, barely escaping with your life.

That day you both had realized it was out of fuel, having long thought your time was safe and it wouldn't be needed ever again. When you'd both sworn to save your time, no matter what it took. And as you insert the canister, the machine humming to life, you think back on everything you'd lost since that day. How many millions of lives were lost because you were too weak to stop Black, how many sacrificed themselves to give you this one chance. Everything hinges on this, if you can't find a way back to your time with the time machine, strong enough once more to face this threat, then your entire world is doomed.

“Hey, p-positive th-thoughts.” you manage to get out, remembering some of Auntie Bulma's last words to you. She said she had a plan to get you back, that you just had to trust her. Even in death you trust her, wearily climbing into the time machine. Fingers running over the controls despite the spasms of pain wracking your body, you start up the launch sequence, the machine starting up. On one display, you see that the fuel level is fifty two percent, just enough to make the trip back in time as the clear dome seals shut over you. Finishing the launch sequence, the boosters all start up, the machine launching itself into the air. Capsule Corp opens up, your time machine flying straight up into the dark, smoke-filled sky. Where you see Amaya Black turn, facing you almost immediately as you launch past her higher into the air.

“See you soon, Black.” you say to yourself, but it seems Black isn't going to let you escape so easily.
“Do you think that puny ship will protect you from ME?!” Black snarls, drawing her own arms back as she prepares her own Kamehameha. One that's more dark than the light blue of your own, the darker purple energy reflecting Black's darkness. “It's over Marron! NRRAAAH!”

But just as she fires, you hear something in the time machine malfunction, causing the machine to jolt to your left at the last second. Causing the beam to narrowly miss, not erasing the time machine and you both instantly. But the blast still rips straight through the flying machine, tearing out a large chunk of the right side. Immediately warning lights and sirens all begin to go off, just as the machine slips through time. Everything outside the machine disappears, replaced with that same strange void. But you can't focus on that, trying to fix the damage from inside the craft. Warning lights and klaxons go off, you trying desperately to keep the machine going when suddenly the entire craft lurches. Something it's never done inside this void of space and time, it feeling as if you hit some sort of turbulence. The machine is knocked around, gravity switching constantly around, up down, everywhere and nowhere, the entire ride making you sick until, with another heavy lurch, it finally stops. As you see it's run out of fuel, the distorted space outside the ship suddenly coalescing into something you've not seen in so long you almost forgot what it looked like. A blue sky.

“Woah.” you say, distracted from everything a moment as you just take it in. You'd forgotten how beautiful the Earth could be, when not choked by the fires and smoke of destruction. But then another explosion rings out, the shock sending you to your left. Head smacking against a control panel as everything goes dizzy once more, you losing track of the world a moment. But when you come to, find yourself laying face-down in dirt, legs still up in the machine. However, raising your head, you see a sight that almost brings a tear to your eye. Your dad's here!

“D-Da...ad...” you say, feeling your eyes watering up a bit before everything goes black. You did it. You made it back to the past. And with this small victory confirmed, seeing your dad's face, you allow yourself to collapse. Everything is going to be okay.

Well, we can safely confirm she's as much of a showman as her Mother could have been. Excellent acting from the young woman. Here's hoping she's ready for some properly harsh training though, especially when it comes to swordsmanship.
>>
>>6161013
Yes, and not only that, but she has her father's battle iq as well. Keeping cool despite the pressure and working towards her goal against all odds.
She wouldn't be against training under you, especially if she visits your world and feels the gravity difference.
>>
>>6161015
>She wouldn't be against training under you, especially if she visits your world and feels the gravity difference.
If she wants to get strong quickly (and recruit some godkillers to her cause), training under us is certainly her best bet.
>>
>>6161021
Think about it, the only gravity training Marron ever did was in the past for a year in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, training with her mother to battle the Androids and Cell. Visiting a planet with twenty times Earth's gravity will certainly accelerate her growth and bring forth any hidden potential.
>>
>>6161023
I fully expect her hybrid vigor to kick in if she gets used to living on New Salda, much less training on it.
>>
Wonder if the Time Machine bucking like that was some sort of divine intervention or the effects of disuse contributing to game-changing luck. But enough of that for a sec.

Is there any way to restore or repair the broken world Marron comes from? I don't think she'd want to abandon the duties she surely has back in her home timeline, but putting it nicely, the place she comes from is a complete shithole. This feels different from Future Chaya since her only home was her Karn, and he died. I don't think Marron would just want to leave and live on New Salda or this Earth after everything she's been through.
>>
>>6161027
She has the potential to surpass most of your children.
>>6161049
A VERY good question.
Perhaps. But there are, or rather were only ten thousand or so humans left when she jumped through time. We'll see how many are left by the time she returns.
>don't think Marron would just want to leave and live on New Salda or this Earth after everything she's been through
She won't abandon whoever's left. She will protect them.

Previously on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After months of training, Karn giving his all thanks to Cooler keeping him from holding back due to fear of not having the strength to fight another large threat should it appear after pushing himself to his limits all day, the call finally came in for Karn to join Cui's team in conquering a planet. The same world where, for a few years, a power strong enough to have surpassed Lord Freeza before he trained at full power lived. Venturing to this world Karn not only finds that power, but when a strange machine appears discovers his granddaughter from another timeline, Marron. However, this meeting is cut short as a being Marron calls Amaya Black appears through a rift in spacetime. Wearing the face of your daughter, but with her ki more closely resembling that of a Kai. And as we rejoin Karn, this Kai-like being is speaking down to you all.

“Traveling through time... Don't you know doing such things as a mortal is a sin?” the being wearing your daughter's face asks, looking with such disgust and disdain you can't believe that's your daughter from ANY timeline. “Does your arrogance and audacity know no bounds?”
“Who are you?” you call up, the figure fully turning to you and taking your appearance in for the first time. “And why are you wearing my daughter's face?”
“Daughter...?” Marron asks, you suddenly feeling your time-traveling granddaughter's gaze on you. But you keep your eyes focused on the being radiating both mortal and divine ki above by the dark portal.
“Daughter? Hold on.” Amaya Black says, suddenly the dark gi-wearing woman's eyes shoot open. “Wait, you're-!”

At this, her gaze turns back to Marron, shouting and pointing a finger accusatorily towards her.

“YOU! You conniving bitch! You lured me here to have him kill me!” Amaya Black shouts, opening her hand and gathering her energy into it. No doubt to attack, to try and kill YOUR granddaughter you just met. Immediately you clench your fists, ascending in a burst of emerald energy once more. Transforming straight back into your Berserker God form, drawing this 'Amaya Black's attention back to you.
“I'm only going to say this ONE. MORE. TIME.” you say through gritted teeth, lightning crackling around your body. “Who are you? And why are you wearing my daughter's face?”
“Tch!” she replies, turning her hand towards you and firing. Launching her energy attack which grows to as big around as she is tall, you stopping the attack with one hand. But before you can throw it away, the short bald man, the man who'd become Marron's father in another timeline calls out.

“Hey, don't throw that up, it'll damage the dome even more!” he says, you glancing over to see he's planted his feet, taking an unfamiliar fighting stance. “Throw it to me, I'll take it.”
“You sure?” you ask the man nodding. So, without further hesitation you toss it aside, directly at him.
“DAD!!?” Marron shouts in concern, clearly not having noticed what you did. But he takes the blast head on, his energy absorbers making quick work of Amaya Black's attack. Something neither of these time traveling women expect.

“WHAT?!” both shout out, confusion hanging in the air as he smirks. Amaya Black turns from him back to you, looking equal parts furious and worried. Which just leaves one question:

With a thought and small exertion of will, you reach out, grabbing both of your weapons where they lay on the ground. Discarded as they were when you'd transformed, shattering your armor taking on your Berserker God form the first time. Calling your hammer to your left hand and your Wolf Knight blade to your right.

“Wait, you're an android?” Marron asks as Amaya Black, seeing your weapons come to you focuses back on you. Drawing a Ki Blade in her right as you explode off the ground, opening with a Djem So power overhead swing with the sword. Amaya Black's ki blade stops your magical sword, using her left to hold the 'flat' of her blade against your power.
“Tch!” she exclaims, clearly straining against your might. Leaving her torso wide open, which you exploit by thrusting with the hammer. Its broad head slams square into her chest, causing the woman to wheeze as the blow sends her flying. “Guuuh!?”
“How DARE you steal my daughter's body!!” you roar, aura blazing as you chase the body snatcher down. Who, seeing you coming draws a second Ki Blade, not bothering to stop her backwards flight and instead taking a defensive stance with both arms up, blades at the ready. “I'll make you PAY!!”

With a roar you swing, this time opening with the hammer in an uppercut-like wheel swing, forcing Amaya Black to twist and narrowly avoid the blow. Continuing the momentum you spin clockwise, slashing horizontally with a right backhanded swing. Which Black blocks, crossing her blades in an 'X' to catch your sword. She stops it, barely, your blade still striking her side and cutting through her black gi, drawing blood which she winces at. However, before she can push you back or escape, you swing down with the Gravity Hammer. It striking true, landing atop her head and firing its wave of force. Combined with the power of your swing, the heavy blow sends the body stealer rocketing towards the ground.

“Kyaaaaaah!!” she cries, you realizing she's going to impact and cause further damage. So, to avoid looking like a hypocrite you focus, raising your right hand to your forehead to focus on her energy. Teleporting down between her and the ground, planting your feet and thrusting at her falling form with your blade. Intent on ending this fight here and now. But Black recovers, raising her blades into another 'X', blocking the strike and sliding down your blade, kicking you in the face. She doesn't have the power to budge you, but using that kick she launches off of you, flipping once before landing on her toes facing you.

“Keeh. Haaah Haaaaaah.” Black wheezes, taking her stance as she tries to catch her breath. “M-Monster. How? How are you this strong?”
“Because unlike you, who steals your power by taking others' bodies, I have built this strength up over my entire lifetime.” you say, taking your Djem So stance with both weapons. “You aren't my daughter, and don't know how to use her power.”
“Tch! To think I would run into you, of all th-! Huh?” she starts, only for something... Strange to happen. Suddenly the ring on her right index finger shines, flashing white then what looks like some sort of energy is seemingly pulled from Black, sucked back out of her. Drawn up towards the crackling wormhole still in the air above you all, the void growing instead of shrinking as it does. “Gaaaaah!?”

Suddenly, as if a gust of wind hits her, she's blown back, sent hurtling towards that rift in space and time as her blades vanish. Wave after wave of energy are seemingly drawn off her, Amaya Black struggling just to keep from being drawn into the void. Immediately you capitalize while she's distracted, dashing up and thrusting your sword straight into her guts!

“Ah-?!” she exclaims, looking shocked down at the blade now protruding from her guts. Weakly she tries pulling herself off the blade, slashing her hands on your sword's razor edge, only for that void to pull again, tearing her free of your weapon and back into the wormhole. Drawing her up into it, causing the void to flash, then vanish. Leaving you hovering in the air by where it was, Wolf Knight blade dripping crimson. Seems that that ring, sensing her defeat, tried to save her by pulling her back into the void. And while it's a fatal attack, left untreated, but if she gets medical attention soon enough she'll recover.
“Should have gone for the head.” you mutter to yourself, shaking your head once then turning your gaze. Seeing Marron looking uneasily towards the three Earthlings, and the Demon King Piccolo looking at where the void Black disappeared into with furrowed eyes. Almost as if he knows something, or at least suspects so. Which leaves but one question:

What now?
>Telepathically call Chaya, see if she wants to meet her alternate timeline daughter along with the child's father
Fly over to the so-called Demon King, ask what he knows about what just happened
>Telepathically call Caulifla over to heal Marron, she's upright but still clearly injured and needs help

As you look down, your eyes go to your granddaughter. Seeing her showing a strong front, but you can feel her power starting to decline once more. Now showing any signs of weakness before the three Earthings, no longer looking as comfortable by them. You aren't sure what was said between them, but you can tell she needs help. So, as you descend towards her, powering back down to your base form, you reach out telepathically. Not to Marron, but to your daughter who can help her.

“Cauli, are you busy? Have someone here who needs your help.” you think to your daughter. “She's a time traveler, so don't freak out if your seal activates.”
“A time traveler? Why are you wanting to help her?” Caulifla asks, you feeling her concern and worry through the mental link. “Everything okay?”
“Yeah, but I just met one of your nieces.” you tell her, feeling her shock. A moment later, as you land down by Marron and the three Earthlings, Caulifla appears. Shocking everyone, the four of them along with the Namekian all recoiling at her appearance. “Caulifla, this is your niece, Marron. Marron, this is, well, one of your Aunts, Caulifla.”

“Caulifla?” Marron asks, you seeing no sign of recognition in her eyes. Seems that she never met her aunt in that timeline. “You're my...?”
“Marron, huh? It's good to meet you. Hold still, I'll take care of you.” your daughter says, kneeling by her as she raises the chime in her left hand. You see the Namekian recoil at this, no doubt sensing the divine energy swelling within her. Then, with a final ring, Cauli unleashes a wave of her cool healing magic. You feel it infuse your being, taking a deep breath then sigh out. All the Earthlings recoil a bit, looking confused between each other as Cauli's magic infuses them. But Marron's eyes widen, taking a much deeper, fuller breath than any you've seen her take before. It looks like she was far more injured than she let on, you watching her visibly relax before your daughter offers her hand. “There. You look like you're feeling better, are you alright?”

“Y-Yeah, thank you.” she says, taking your daughter's offered hand. “So, you're my aunt, huh? I didn't know my mother had a sibling.”
“A? Hahahaha.” Cauli laughs as the two release hands, your granddaughter looking on confused. “Got much more than one, kid.”
“Wait, really?” Marron asks, looking from Cauli to you in confusion. “I have more aunts?”
“And uncles. You'll get to meet them all.” you say, but then her eyes widen. Marron looks to you uneasily, seeing a small bit of hope in her eyes.

“I-Is... Is Mom...?” she asks hesitantly, almost afraid of hearing the answer.

“Chaya's fine, but she may not look exactly like you're expecting.” you reply, picturing the difference between Black and your daughter in your mind. “If you stick around, I'm sure she'd be eager to meet you as well. But I have to ask, why are you here? And who is that body-stealing being, the one you call Amaya Black?”
“Chaya? But Black, she... She just appeared one day. After I saved my future from the Androids, my world knew peace for a time. But just as we restored my planet, Amaya Black appeared. Destroying everything we'd worked so hard to build. I... I tried my best, but no matter what I did, she... She was too strong. I couldn't beat her, even with my full power.”

“At your current power, even if you still had your tail and could go Primal, she would have still been too strong for you.” you say, Marron mouthing the word primal in confusion. Seems she doesn't even know of that power, which makes sense since her tail was removed.
“Hold on. Let me get this straight.” Piccolo, the Namekian says, finally stepping forward as Caulifla tells you she has to go, teleporting away via Instant Transmission as quickly as she'd come. “You couldn't beat that demigod, so instead of falling in battle, like a warrior, you fled? Leaving everyone in your time behind?”

“Yes. I had no other choice, I'm the only one left who has any chance against her. I wanted to go back to my own time's past, to train under my mother like I did years ago and get strong. Strong enough to fight her.” your granddaughter says, looking back over to her time machine's smoking ruin. “But when she blasted the time machine with her Kamehameha, I somehow wound up in this time instead of my own. But my mission remains the same. I have to get strong enough to defeat Black, then get back to my own timeline and save everyone!”

At her declaration, you see the passion burning in her eyes. Even if you choose not to help your granddaughter, you get the feeling that she'd still find a way, no matter what. However, this leaves you with one important question:

What do you do now?
>Tell Marron if she wishes to grow stronger you'd gladly help her, offer to take her back with you to your world when you're done here and train her yourself
>Telepathically tell Towa everything, ask if the time machine's something she could fix or if she could find your granddaughter's original timeline and send her back without it
>Call to Chaya, explain the situation and ask if she'd like to meet her alternate timeline's daughter and the man she'd made her with in this time
>Telepathically fill in Cui and the others before offering to take Piccolo to his people, then come back and handle everything going on here. Taking him out of the picture will make the situation more manageable

“Well, you really were lucky to land here. Because if you wish to grow stronger, I'll gladly help.” you say, offering your hand to her. “I can take you back home with me, so you can get stronger with us. We may not be of the same timeline, but you're still family.”
“Family...” she says, looking up to you, eyes wide. “Are you sure?”
“Of course. Not the first time we've had family from other timelines pop in, another timeline's version of your mother lives here part-time now as well.” you say, seeing Marron's eyes widening. “I just have to finish up here, and we can go.”

“Finish up?” she asks, brows furrowing a bit. “What do you mean?”
“Well, once this planet surrenders and agrees to be a part of the PTO, we can go back to our people's homeworld. New homeworld, since Planet Vegeta had to be destroyed.” you tell her, Marron's face becoming a mess of confusion. Clearly not fully taking in so much new information so quickly, so you reach over, laying a hand on her shoulder. “It'll be great. You'll get to meet all the family you have out here in this time, just as soon as things wrap up here.”

Patting her shoulder once, you turn your gaze, this time to the Namekian. Who has been mostly quiet, clearly unsure if he should use this time you're distracted to flee, or if he should wait around and let you take him to see his people.

“As long as no one else tries to cause any more trouble, shouldn't take too long.” you say, voice carrying the slightest hint of a threat. “Are you going to try and destroy any more of Cooler's newest planet?”
“Cooler?” you hear Marron mutter, not recognizing his name either. Seems she's got quite a lot to learn of your reality.
“Hmph. After that display of power you put on, even at one hundred percent, all of us here together couldn't stop you.” the Namekian replies, crossing his arms and looking away. “Resistance would be futile. Besides, I do want to meet my own kind. See what they're like.”

“Perfect. Now all that's left it to meet up with whoever's in charge of this world, and get the negotiations started.” you say, telepathically calling Cui to come over. “Once we meet with them and Cui handles that, we can go.”
“Go? You mean, right now?” the bald-headed one, Krillin asks, taking a tentative step towards Marron. “You're leaving already?”
“Don't worry dad, I'll be back. But I have to get strong, strong enough to fight Black and win when I go back.” Marron says, though you can hear a note of longing in her voice. Which you understand, even if he's not her father in this time, the man's still her father.

“Then why don't you let Gero hook you up with some modifications as well? That Black woman seemed really surprised when I took her attack's power for myself.” he says, once more showing off the energy absorbing implants in his hands. “Or maybe you'd do better with an infinite energy engine like Tien over there's got.”
“Infinite energy?” Piccolo suddenly asks, whirling on the triclops. “What does he mean, infinite energy?”
“Simple. I never run out of energy.” the triclops says, smirking at the Namekian. “I can fight at one hundred percent forever without tiring or exhausting my power.”

“Tch. So that's how you were able to beat him...” Piccolo says, turning away once more. As he does, a new cape and headwrap suddenly materialize around him with a flash, seems the Namekian knows the Clothes Beam just like Caulifla. A moment later you sense Cui and his men approaching, looking up just in time to see them all start flying down through the hole Piccolo made in the dome.

“Hey, General! We're here!” Cui calls, flying down to you. Landing together a few feet from you, all facing the group of beings. “So, who's in charge around here?”
“A good question. You three, who is in charge of this planet?” you ask, the three trading uneasy glances. “Who is in charge of this 'Red Ribbon Army'?”
“Right now? Dr. Gero's head of the organization.” the triclops replies, looking nervous. “We'll take you to him, but...”

“But?” you reply, waiting for him to clarify. But you realize what he means as you notice his third eye still hasn't left the Namekian. Who he clearly doesn't trust, you just now realizing he's more than likely been keeping that eye on him the entire time. He clearly doesn't trust the so-called 'Demon King' around the leader of his world.

Well? What do you do?

“Ah. Don't worry, we'll stay back.” you say, turning your attention to Piccolo, slinging the hammer on its strap across your back. “So, are you ready?”
“Ready?” he asks, not quite getting it.
“Yes, ready. You want to see your people, right?” you ask, holding out your empty left hand. “If you want to come with me to your people's homeworld, you have to be touching me. I can only teleport people who are in physical contact.”

“I see.” he says, walking up and grabbing your left wrist with his right hand. You nod to him, then turn to Marron. “Hold on to me, kiddo.”
“Wait, right now?” she asks, looking a bit hesitant. “So soon?”
“Don't worry, we can come back soon enough.” you say, then with a thought telepathically reach out to your Guardian. “Hey, Raven, can you do me a favor?”
“Karn? What is it?” she replies, you quickly filling her in before asking her for a favor. To which she agrees, you closing your eyes so she can work. Feeling them open, but not seeing, letting Raven see the planet through your eyes. “Alright, finished.”

She closes your eyes, you blinking and opening them to see one of her portals opened before you. Showing the Guardian of New Salda hovering over the Guardian's rock, still in her meditative pose.

“Thank you, Raven.” you say, the Guardian nodding back to you before closing the portal. You then turn to Marron, filling her in. “Now, once you've come to our world, whenever you want to come back here she can open her portal right to this spot.”
“A portal?” she asks, eyes wide. “But, I thought you...?”
“I can use Instant Transmission to teleport, but to do so I have to have someone to teleport TO.” you tell her, then point up. “Plus, with that array of satellites overhead scrambling my senses, I can't actually teleport to this world. But now that Raven's opened a portal, we can head back whenever. Oh, can you hold this a moment?”

“Y-Yeah, sure?” she replies, taking your sword in her hand. Only for it to immediately shrink down from your size to better suit her, her eyes widening. “Wh-What?!”
“Don't worry, just a bit of magic on it.” you say, raising your right hand to your forehead. “Hang on, and don't let go until we arrive.”
“R-Right.” she says, holding onto your right arm, grabbing onto your arm. And with a thought you focus on Grand Elder Guru's ki, telling him you're on your way before teleporting. Leaving this new planet behind, heading right over to the Namekian homeworld. Focused on his ki, you teleport just outside his home. However, you appear on the back side of the structure, standing atop his lone mountain. “Woah!”

Even Piccolo makes a surprised sound, you feeling him start as he looks out over his people's ancestral homeworld. Both people let go, looking out over Planet Namek in awe. And, you have to admit, the view from Grand Elder Guru's home is magnificent. The tallest structure on the planet, you all look down on the Namekian world.

“Welcome to Planet Namek. Home of the Namekians.” you say as both look over the world, Nail walking around the small path around the planet to the three of you. Where he freezes, seeing Marron with you as well. “Ah, Nail. How have things been?”
“Quiet, so far. No outworlders but yourselves showing up here since King Cold gave us the warning.” he says, eyes narrowing as he takes in Piccolo. “So, you're the one called Piccolo.”
“Yes, I-” he says, turning then freezing as he sees Nail. “Wh-”

“Heh. Welcome, lost soul. You are home.” Nail says, taking a step back with his left foot and pivoting on his right, gesturing back with his left hand. “Grand Elder Guru would like to meet you.”

“I-Very well.” Piccolo says, not looking back and walking towards Nail. Who you reach out telepathically towards, sending him a quick thought.
“I'll stick around a bit, just in case he's foolish enough to try anything.” you think, Nail nodding and turning, leading Piccolo towards the door leading into Guru's home. As they go, you turn to your granddaughter, floating off the edge of the large, natural plateau. “Come on, we should have a look around while we're here.”

“I, uhh, CAN we?” she asks, hesitant. “Are we allowed?”
“Allowed? We're welcome guests here, Marron. The Namekians are our friends.” you say to her. “I helped save them from Majin Buu and Babidi a few years back.”
“You had to fight Majin Buu too?” she asks, looking surprised. “Did you lose anyone to Dabura, or-?”
“Dabura? No, we saved him from Babidi, kept him from being mind controlled by that wrinkly little wizard.” you say, gesturing for her to come with you. “C'mon, we can talk and fly. Sounds like we have a LOT to catch up on, kiddo.”

She hesitates a moment longer, then flies out to you, nervously taking your left in her right. Holding your granddaughter's hand, the two of you fly over the peaceful scenery. Soaring through the green skies, over the blue grass-covered fields and the green seas. As you both gently fly through the air, setting a pace your other grandchildren could keep, the two of you start talking about your lives. She tells you of her life, growing up on Earth. Of her own adventures on Namek in her time, though she can barely remember them as she was only around 4-5 years old at that point. How she lost her mother to a heart virus when she was eight, only for the Androids to show up and ruin everything. Destroying her world and killing almost everyone, including her cousin and best friend Gohan. How, finding him dead in a puddle caused her to transform for the first time, becoming a Super Saiyan.

Yet, even with this power, she couldn't fight the Androids. Since she couldn't best them, she then had the time machine built to go back into her timeline's past. Helping her family back then fight against the Androids and Cell of all people, you making a mental note of that. Explains how a Cell would know so many of the same techniques as the people of Marron's world. But after this she went back to her own time, defeating the Androids and Cell with ease. After this victory, she helped rebuild her world, defeating Babidi and Dabura to prevent the revival of Majin Buu. However, during the battle Dabura killed the Supreme Kai, you letting out a disdainful scoff at this. Which causes her to stop, looking curiously to you.

“Sorry, it's just. No matter what timeline he's in, he's still just as incompetent.” you say, shaking your head. “Please, continue.”
“Right.” she says as the two of you fly over a familiar village, you waving down to the elder. He raises a hand and waves back, your daughter looking over all of them and waving too a bit nervously. She seems more timid than you would have thought, but after the two of you fly past the small village she continues. Talking about how, again there was a time of peace. How there was peace, rebuilding the cities until Black showed up. But the major takeaway you get is that life hasn't been kind to her. “But what about you?”
“Me?” you reply, thinking it over a minute. “Well, the first memory I have is of the village, back on Planet Vegeta. Our people were at war with the Tuffles...”

And so you give her your life story, or at least a condensed version of it. At several points you see her expression turn disapprovingly, at others shocked and horrified at all the things you've been through. But as you finish your tale, landing back before the door of Grand Elder Guru's home she seems completely at a loss for words.

“You okay kiddo?” you ask, seeing that she's struggling with everything you told her. Which makes sense, for a girl who only ever visited two planets and lived most of her life under the rule of terrible beings like the Androids, your lives have been vastly different. However, learning that she has already met with Guru in her time, she probably won't be able to have her potential unlocked again. As you let her have a moment with her thoughts, suddenly the door opens, Piccolo emerging. Looking nearly as troubled as Marron. “So, how'd it go?”
“I... Need time to think.” he replies absently, as if barely aware he even heard your question. Taking off, flying off towards the setting sun.

Well? What now?
>Go inside and ask Elder Guru if everything's okay, or if he thinks Piccolo will cause trouble here as he did on that other world
>Ask Marron if she's ready to see the new homeworld of the Saiyans, and if so take her to your home

Your granddaughter watches him fly off towards the one sun, meanwhile you're reaching out telepathically once more. This time to your eldest daughter.

“Chaya, are you busy?” you think, feeling your daughter's mind connect with your own as she replies.
“Not really. Just finishing up my workout stream, why?” she asks, you sensing a note of unease. “Is everything okay?”
“Yes, it's fine. There's just... Someone who I'd like you to meet. And will like to meet you as well.” you tell her, feeling a sudden spike of excitement from her. But then there's a note of suspicion as well as she replies.

“You're not trying to set me up with someone, are you?” she asks, you wondering what she means.
“What? No, on the mission today I found quite the... Interesting time traveler. I think you and her will have a lot to talk about.” you reply, feeling her curiosity getting the better of her. “I'm sure she'll be very eager to meet with you.”
“Okay, you win. You got my interest.” she replies, trying to mask her eagerness. “I'll be ready in thirty seconds, 40 at the most.”

“No problem.” you reply as she ends the link, Marron still looking out over planet Namek. The one sun setting, while the other blazes still overhead is quite the sight, your granddaughter looking mesmerized. Leaving her be for a few seconds, you then take a step and gently lay a hand on her shoulder. To which her reaction is... Extreme.
“WAAAAH!!?” she shouts, whirling away from you as she ascends, golden hair glowing as she nearly draws her blade. But after a moment she recognizes you, sighing out and powering back down. “S-Sorry. Just a reflex, I didn't mean-”

Wordlessly you reach out, grabbing onto her and pulling your granddaughter close. Sure, her life hasn't been as filled with action on so many worlds, fighting life-and-death against strange creatures across the universe. But she's lived a life of fear, triumphing only for some other being to show up. And if Chronoa were still in charge of time you'd have thought it was on purpose. But as you hold your granddaughter she breaks down, sobbing against you. Crying so hard her entire body shakes, you softly whispering to her that it's going to be alright as you hold and comfort her. Held safe in your arms, she allows herself to break down, in a way you have a feeling she hasn't allowed herself to do in a long, LONG time.

“I'm ready.” your daughter suddenly thinks to you, clearly eager to meet this mystery guest of yours.
“Sounds good. We'll be there shortly.” you reply, looking down at Marron as she starts to regain her composure. Taking a deep, shaky breath she then pulls back, you releasing her a bit as she sighs out. “Feeling better kiddo?”

“Y-Yeah. Sorry, I didn't mean to fall apart.” she says, blushing a bit as you reach up, ruffling her hair with your left.
“It's okay. I get it.” you tell her, the younger woman giving you a nod of understanding. “Now, how about we get you cleaned up? Someone wants to meet you.”
“Me? Who...?” she starts, but then you see her eyes widening. “Hold on. You mean-?”

“Yes. She doesn't know who you are, I didn't tell her your relation to her. But she does know we're coming.” you tell her, Marron wiping her face on the one sleeve she's got left. “Are you ready?”
“I'm ready.” she replies, taking a deep, steadying breath and slowly exhaling, her breath surprisingly similar to the Hamon breathing the late Guardian had first taught. Leaving you to wonder if that's something she knows? Either way, raising your right to your forehead, she grabs onto your left, you reaching back out to Chaya.

“We're ready.” you think, your daughter saying she's ready. Then, with a thought vanish, leaving Planet Namek behind. One instant you're on the Namekian homeworld, the next find yourself in your eldest daughter's training room, it reeking of sweat. Where your daughter is wiping her forehead with her top, standing in the now-deactivated gravity chamber. “Hey Chaya, we're here.”
“Oh, Dad, there you-” she says, turning around then freezes as she sees Marron. Who, similarly, also freezes in place, the two women almost statuesque as they stare at each other. “Who...?”
“...Mom? Is that really you?” Marron asks, your daughter's eyes widening in shock. Dropping her shirt, she holds her arms open to her sides, leaving herself open for a hug. Which Marron, showing ZERO hesitation instantly launches herself over, the two women slamming into each other. And despite having just cried herself out on you a moment ago, the waterworks start right back up. But, this time, she isn't alone, as you see tears forming in your daughter's eyes as well.

Well? What now?

You watch, feeling a small smile on your face as you see your daughter and granddaughter of different times holding each other. Chaya, surprisingly is comforting the woman who is her same height, whispering soothing words to her as well. But as they hold each other, you suddenly get the feeling that you should leave your daughter and her other time's daughter to themselves. So, you reach out, talking to Chaya telepathically.

“I'll leave you two alone, this is your moment.” you think to her, your daughter opening her eyes and looking to you. She nods shallowly, you nodding back and raising your hand to your forehead. Focusing on Meloka's ki you leave Dreadzone behind, teleporting back home. Appearing by your wife, who looks over to you with a raised brow.
“Everything okay hun?” she asks, you sighing out. It's been a long day already, and you've barely gotten started.
“Where to start?” you reply, filling her in on everything that's happened since you left. How you arrived, how there are Namekians on other worlds, and how your granddaughter from another timeline is now here. At this news your wife perks up considerably, eyes shining.

“Really? Was it Kazuburo or Meloka Wolbach?” she asks, your grin widening.
“Neither. This one was Chaya's.” you say, her eyes widening even further. “Yeah. Remember Amaya?”
“The Chaya from that timeline with the whole Hatchiyack thing? Huh.” your wife replies. “So, I take it she's at Dreadzone right now?”
“Yeah.” you say, a soft smile coming to your face. “Left the two of them for some time alone, to get to know each other. Whenever they're all caught up, Chaya'll reach back out.”

“And you'd better take me along when you do.” your wife chides, elbowing you in the thigh gently. “Don't leave me out again.”
“I won't. But, for now, I'm gonna put these up, then head back over to the office.” you say, gesturing vaguely to the hammer and sword. To which your wife's brows furrow, seemingly taking note of your armor being destroyed.
“Hold on. Was this 'Amaya Black' really strong enough for you to need Berserker God?” Meloka asks, you shaking your head. “Good. But if she comes back, what do you think? What form do you think would I need to take her down?”

“At minimum? Probably Ascended. At 3 I think you would have surpassed her well enough to not make it competitive.” you reply. “I wasn't going all-out, trying to hold back enough to not destroy that planet. It's gravity was less than a tenth of this world's own.”
“That small? Huh. Well, why don't you and I get Towa, get her to take us to Marron's timeline?” your wife asks you, expression serious. “If she's that much of a non-threat, we could clear it up immediately. Let her spend some time training here and being with family without worrying about the people left behind?”
“I hadn't thought about it, but we probably can. Let's ask her when she and Chaya are done, if she wouldn't mind us going and saving her time.” you say, Meloka nodding.

“Good. And when you're ready to go back let me know.” your wife says, you nodding and picking her up one handed, kissing her before setting her back down to get back to her own training as you then take to the air, flying back home. Soaring through the morning air you quickly return home, landing outside your ship. Opening it up and heading inside, you head to your room. Setting your sword and hammer in the corner nearest the door, sighing out before suddenly your instincts warn you that someone's watching. And, turning towards the sensation you see an all-too-familiar face standing in the middle of your bedroom.

“Mechikabura.” you say as a greeting, straightening up and turning fully to face him. “Is everything okay?”
“We need to talk.” he replies, expression one of vague concern. “About your granddaughter. And, more importantly, who attacked her. If you go into this blind, it could mean not only the end of Marron and everyone left she's trying to protect. But your own world could fall as well, even your entire universe erased.”

Which certainly gets your attention. Seems this is much bigger than you'd thought.

“Alright, you have my full attention.” you tell him, suddenly worried. “What is happening?”
“You have met Amaya Black, but that is only one of many Zamasu.” Mechikabura says, your eyes widening even more as he holds out a hand, creating one of his scrying orbs. To which he starts conjuring an image, you looking in to see something... Different.

“Hold on, is that-?” you ask, seeing Amaya and Kakarot, both as Super Saiyan Blue, facing Amaya Black wielding Kars' power of Super Saiyan Rosé and another Kai. One you don't recognize, with green skin and darker robes, he and Amaya taking identical fighting stances side-by-side. “Who is that?”
“That. Is Zamasu. A wayward Kai hellbent on erasing all of mortal kind. Not only in his own universe, not even his own timeline. But in all the branching timelines connected to his own.” Mechikabura tells you as you watch Amaya and Kakarot battle the duo.
“Hang on, if Marron is her daughter, then how did she-?” you start to ask, looking up from the orb to Mechikabura's face. Looking at you as if you're a child not understanding.

“Simple. There are many branching timelines. For as much of a Fateless as you are, your granddaughter is much the same. She broke Fate and altered the timeline on her branch, causing a half-dozen splits by herself.” he says, then smirks as he adds. “A trait that seemingly runs in the family. However, they aren't alone. Usually, Zamasu form only pairs. But this... This time it is different.”
“Different? You mean they're forming larger groups instead of paring off?” you ask, realizing the threat they could possess as one Rosé warrior fights evenly with a Super Saiyan Blue. “How many?”
“I do not know the exact number. But there are many. And I fear who might be behind such a mortal-hating alliance, as it has only happened in your timeline cluster.” he says, you understanding what he's getting at as he continues. “In no other Time Scroll has something like this happened, in all others Zamasu either works alone or in pairs.”

“You think it's her?” you ask, Mechikabura nodding.
“Indeed. If her goals are your elimination, then setting you against the immortal Zamasu would be ideal.”
“Wait, hold on. Immortal?” you ask, suddenly worried. To which he changes the footage of his orb, you seeing the Kai, Zamasu, getting run through with Marron's sword. Except the Kai simply grabs and pulls the blade out, flesh mending. “That's just regeneration, even Ginyu's body can do that.”

“No, this is different. Even complete disintegration can't stop Zamasu.” Mechikabura says, switching the view once more. Showing you the Kai Zamasu standing before a golden light, and as Mechikabura zooms out, you realize with rising horror you recognize the dragon before him.
“Super Shenron?! Seriously?” you ask, looking up to Mechikabura. “That thing can give true immortality?”
“Indeed. Not only that, but it is thanks to the divine dragon that Zamasu can take bodies.” he says, you watching as suddenly the green-skinned Kai's body is replaced by Chaya's. Or, rather, Amaya's, Mechikabura switching the view once more. Showing presumably your daughter, now in the Kai's body by a Marron and the short, bald man Krillin. Only for Amaya Black, still wearing her, his, whatever's Kai robes, killing all three with three swift strikes of a Ki Blade. “This is the one that has been after your granddaughter. But there are others.”

At this he vanishes the scrying orb, raising his eyes to yours once more.

“We cannot act too swiftly, nor too recklessly. If she is indeed behind this, her plan is no doubt to gather enough immortals together so that, regardless of your power, you cannot defeat them. Where they will eventually wear you down with sheer unkillable numbers and eventually kill you.”

“Do...Do you think my Divine Dragon Force has the power to stop one of these immortals?” you ask, looking down at your right arm, clenching your fist. “If even it cannot stop these Zamasu, I'm going to need something more.”
“Hrmm. Let's see.” he says, reaching out and tapping your wrist with a fingernail. His power, dark and ominous flows through you for just a second, then with a roar Divine Dragon Force explodes up out of your arm. Snarling and lashing out, but stopping at the Demon God's outstretched hand. “Well, you're as lively as ever.”

“What is this? What did you do?” your Stand, clearly still in no mood for pleasantries snarls.
“I merely gave you a small boost of power, finishing your recovery time a little early.” Mechikabura says, clearly unafraid of your Stand. “However, you are needed.”
“What?” it asks, turning from him and looking back at you. “Karn? What is the meaning of this?”

And so, mentally you fill your Stand in, explaining what all has happened today. To which your Stand nods, turning back to face Mechikabura. As it does, however, scales shimmering in the light, you notice something. As it turns, scales catching the light, for just brief moments some of its scales seem to shine an iridescent golden when shined on just right. Looking identical to the golden of Super Shenron itself in those brief moments as it moves.

“So, I think I understand. You wish to see if I have the power to best an immortal?” it asks, Mechikabura grinning. With a snap of his fingers a portal opens beside him, two beings you've never seen before carrying out a third. This one, the tiny one between them, is a rather strange little gremlin.
“Let go of me at once! How dare you lowly beings lay a finger on the great Garlic Jr!” he shouts, but then freezes as he realizes he's not wherever they grabbed him from, seeing you and Mechikabura towering over him. “Wh-What is the meaning of this? Who are you people?!”
“Let us conduct a test, shall we?” Mechikabura says, snapping his fingers again. Both the two unfamiliar beings immediately retreat into the portal, it shutting behind them and leaving this 'Garlic Jr' being here with you both. “General, this is Garlic Jr. Another being who wished for immortality. Let us see if Divine Dragon Force can kill him.”

“Kill me? ME?! You cretenous worms cannot kill me! I'll show you!” he shouts as, suddenly, you feel the pint-sized being's power surging. Doubling and doubling again, as it suddenly transforms. “GRRAAAAAAOOOOOOOOR!”

“What the-?” you say, surprised as the being suddenly explodes out of most of its clothes, transforming to stand as tall as your room, arms even bigger than your own. Slightly smaller than your Berserker form, but larger than you are now.
“The only one who is gonna die here is YOU!” he snarls, swinging a heavy right for you. Which you easily catch, as, despite his transformation, this being still is weaker than any of your grandchildren. “Wh-What?! Impossible, this can-!?”
“You ready?” you ask, looking down at your right fist where Divine Dragon Force is resting, coiled around your fist.

“Let's go.” your Stand replies, you pulling this 'Garlic Jr' being in, stepping into a right straight at his guts. Before he can react your fist and Stand both pierce straight through his guts, your Stand roaring as it begins wrapping itself around him. Binding the creature in place, bringing its head up to Garlic Jr's own. “What shall I do with him?”
“End him.” you say over Garlic Jr's pleas for life, your Stand's eyes flashing and blazing with emerald fire. The man screams in agony as, from the hole in his guts his body begins disappearing.

“What?! No, this can't be! I am immortal, I cannot die! I can't I can't I ca-!” Garlic Jr shouts as, unlike before, now Divine Dragon Force's power erases him in moments. Leaving no trace of Garlic Jr or his ki behind. Not even any blood on the floor from where you'd punched a hole through him. Seems like your Stand can kill these immortals.
“Very good. Now that you can fight, and win, I am far less concerned.” Mechikabura says, seeming almost relieved. You aren't sure if this is an act or not, bur from his tone and body language his words seem genuine. “But be careful. Zamasu will stop at nothing to erase all of mortal kind, even if it means dying himself. This creature is crazy, be on your guard.”
“I will.” you say, as Mechikabura's left eye twitches. His eyes dart to the left for a split-second, you getting the feeling he's speaking to someone.

“It would seem I am needed elsewhere. Until next time, Karn.” he says, creating a portal behind him. Seems he's about to leave.

But what do you do?
>Wish him well and let him go, don't hold him here any longer

Ok, the Garlic Jr. test dummy was pretty funny. Glad to see that ol' reliable is back in business better than ever.

They are pretty important to Marron, and Zamasu is very vindictive in his whole killing mortals thing. Only problem is where would they go in our timeline, Earthlings are very fragile and would be instaded on New Salda. Maybe we can chuck them to our Earth?

That much is obvious, but it's not like they have any real choice in the matter. For the time being, Marron is all they got. Thanks again Shin you absolute fucking MORON.

“Before you go, I have just one question.” you say, Mechikabura tilting his head back slightly. “What you did for Future Chaya, having this be her timeline. If I were to bring the beings from Marron's timeline here, to their planet in my timeline. Could we have them become part of this time?”
“Hrmm.” he says, pausing a moment as he brings a hand to his chin. Silence hangs in the room a moment before, nodding to himself he looks back up at you. “I will...Consider this. Give me one day, your time. But for now, I must be off. Farewell.”

And without another word Mechikabura departs, leaving your reality and heading back to wherever he'd come from. But from the expression on his face, you get the idea he's really considering it. Smirking, you look down, sharing a look with Divine Dragon Force.

“Good to have you back.” you say, the two of you sharing a knowing nod. And not letting your Stand fade, you start making your way back out of the ship. Only for Chaya to reach out, her mind connecting with yours.
“Hey, Dad, we're ready.” she thinks to you, you smirking and raising your right hand to your forehead. Reaching out and focusing on her ki signature, teleporting from your ship back to her. Appearing not inside her training room but in her reception room, the two women standing together. “There you are.”
“You two okay?” you ask, the women glancing to each other. Marron looks back to you, looking a little uncertain.

“Yeah. I'm okay, G-Grandpa.” she says a little hesitantly, but as she says that last word your granddaughter smiles. Beaming, smiling like you haven't seen from her yet. “Everything's okay.”
“Glad to hear.” you say, smiling as well as Chaya walks up, placing a hand on her shoulder.
“I've got the rest of the day freed up, so the two of us can spend more time together.” your daughter says, hugging Marron to her side. “So. What's the plan?”

“Plan? Well, do you want to see our new world?” you ask, your granddaughter nodding. “Alright, let's go. Everyone, hang on.”

But as you raise your right hand to your forehead, a thought crosses your mind. Where should you start, showing her your world?

Well?

“First thing's first, we're going to meet someone special. My wife, your grandmother.” you say, looking down to Marron as you focus your ki sense. Her eyes widen, clearly not having been expecting this. But her shock turns to joy, smile widening.
“I think I'd like that.” she replies, holding on a bit tighter. You then telepathically reach out to your wife, letting her know who you're coming with. Then, just before you jump you remember that her world had less than a tenth of the gravity of your own, deciding to warn her.
“Before we go, there's one thing you need to know. Our new world, New Salda, has gravity of double Planet Vegeta's. Make sure you brace yourself, okay?”

“Double? But that's twenty times the gravity of my world!” she says suddenly worried. “Do you think I can handle it?”
“Of course, just brace yourself. Our bodies adapt to gravity rapidly, you spend a week or two on our world and it'll be like you grew up in it.” you tell her, Marron still looking nervous but now determined, lowering her center of gravity a bit in anticipation. Then with a thought leave Dreadzone behind, focused on your wife's ki you teleport directly to her side. And, as you do, immediately Marron drops down to all fours.
“WOAH!” she exclaims, clearly not having been ready for that level of pressure.

“You okay?” you ask, kneeling down to her side, seeing veins bulging on her face and arm.
“Y-Your world is h-heavy!” she exclaims, gritting her teeth as her aura, a pale blue, almost white blazes around her. Drawing upon more of her strength, strength you just realize she's been keeping suppressed ever since meeting her, she starts to push herself upright. Freezing in place as she sees Meloka standing right before her. “Ah-?!”
“Well now, when I heard I had a new granddaughter, this isn't quite what I was expecting.” your wife says, smirking a bit at her. “Welcome home, Marron.”

“You're my...?” Marron says, eyes wide as she looks your wife over. “Wow...”
“Here.” your wife says, holding a hand out to Marron. Who takes it, your wife helping her rise up to her feet. Where you see Marron is noticeably taller than Meloka, something that surprises Marron a moment. “Well well, look at you. All grown up already, looks like I missed your little girl phase. You're already a woman.”
“I, uhh, I'm sorry?” Marron replies, confused, only for your wife to laugh it off.

“No matter. You're here now, and that's what matters.” your wife tells her, then turns to you. “So, I take it we're not going yet?”
“Going? Going where?” Chaya asks, looking from her mother to you and back. “What's going on?”
“Your father and I've talked, and we're going to take care of Marron's problem.” your wife says, your granddaughter's eyes widening in shock.

“Is that true?” Marron asks, turning to you with wide, hopeful eyes. “Really?”
“Of course. Right after I spoke with Meloka, Mechikabura showed up. And the problem's a lot bigger than we first thought.” you say, Marron looking worried. “The Amaya Black that attacked you isn't working alone.”
“What?!” she says, shocked. “You mean there are more?”

“Phew, where to begin?” you say, shaking your head as you remember everything you learned from the Demon God. “Anyways, that's for later. Today, let's focus on the here and now. And show you around our world.”
“I agree. We can save dealing with problems for another day.” your wife replies, turning back to Marron. “For now, let's not worry about it. And focus on what's important: you're home now.”
“Home...” Marron says, eyes widening. And, for the third time today, you see her eyes starting to water. She hastily raises her sleeve to her eyes, wiping them with the fabric of her jacket and smiling at your wife. “I...I don't know what to say.”

“Then don't say anything. Now, let's go. What do you want to see first?” your wife asks her, Marron looking from her to you, confused. Right, she doesn't know what your world has to offer.

Well? Where do you suggest to check out first?

“How about we start with my, our city?” you ask, Marron looking to you and tilting her head a bit in confusion. “Long story, I'll tell you more about it as we walk.”
“Sure, sounds good.” she replies, the four of you heading back towards your city. Leaving the forest where your wife had been training behind, coming first to the large arena. “What's this?”

“This is the arena. Can't put it in the city, as, well-” you start, the force of a powerful blow interrupting your words. Peering down, you see Goar knocking a much smaller being down, knocking them flat as two others attack his back. One flies up, grabbing him around the neck in a choke hold while the second kicks his knees out from under him. Causing Goar to fall, but he uses the momentum to slam the one choking him down, stunning them and breaking her grip. The third, the only fighter still up, raises her right, trying to ax kick down on Goar's head. Only for the larger Saiyan to catch the much smaller fighter's heel with his palm, grabbing them and spinning them around in a circle before slamming the third and final opponent to the ground on his right, cracking the tiles. The woman doesn't get up, Goar rising to his feet and looking over the three downed fighters.

“He's gonna kill them!” Marron says, you sensing her tensing up and readying herself to leap down. But you stop her, holding out a hand.
“Wait. Just watch.” you tell her, Marron looking worriedly to you then back to the arena. Only for Goar to kneel down, offering a hand each to the last two he'd knocked down. Both of who, groggily, accept, Goar pulling them back to their feet then helping the first one he'd ko'd as well. The admittedly small crowd of around fifteen to twenty cheer, you seeing credits changing hands and realize that this was clearly a bet. Goar, speaking to the three offers them all words of encouragement before seeing you, waving as he flies over. “Goar, well done.”

“Hahaha, they were light work. Now, if YOU were to be down there, then...” he starts, voice trailing off as he sees Marron beside you. “Hello, who're you?”
“Goar, this is my granddaughter from another timeline, Marron.” you say, gesturing over to her. “Marron, this is Goar. One of my largest students.”

“A pleasure.” she says, offering her hand. Which Goar takes, smirking at her as he then tries to crush her hand. Your granddaughter winces at this, gritting her teeth then drawing upon her own power. Returning the favor, quickly overpowering him and causing Goar to wince, the let out a gasp of pain. Which is when she releases him, apologizing. “Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't kno-”

“Hahahaha, c'mon now. Don't go apologizin' for winnin'!” he says, laughing heartily as he holds his hand with the other, rolling his wrist to try and 'work out' the pain. “Yah, you're definitely one of his. Marron, right? I'll remember you for sure. You gonna be joinin' us for today's training?”
“C-Can I?” Marron asks, turning and looking up hopefully to you. To which you chuckle, reaching over and ruffling her hair.
“Of course. We'll have to get you into something durable enough to take it, but you're more than welcome.” you reply to her. “But we still have a whole city to see first.”

“Right, I'll leave you all to it. See ya later.” Goar says, flying off back towards the city.
“Come on, let's go.” you say, turning the way he flew. “There's so much to see.”
“Yeah, c'mon.” Chaya says, taking Marron's hand. “This new city is really cool, let's go.”

And as the four of you make your way towards your city, to show your granddaughter your world, your mind keeps drifting back to what you'd seen before. The shadow of that Kai Zamasu looming in your mind. But immortal or not, you're going to do whatever it takes to protect your granddaughter, and save not only your own timeline, but hers as well.

>but as you keep practicing discover that, while still exhausting, you can use the form in repeated bursts more than two bakers' dozen times before exhausting yourself, or maintaining it for a solid unrelenting five minutes of continuous hyper-aggression
5 minutes of being under attack with Juyo is something most opponents are not ready.
>Finally pushing your gravity chamber to its limits, as well as your own. Day by day your body becomes stronger, faster, something that Cooler is quick to notice as well by this point, as by the end of your daily sparring sessions he is once more the one left exhausted, gasping for air
> you're not even breathing that heavily.
That is so awesome and this training also helps to make Juyo better. Imagine if Karn pushes the Juyo 5 minute limit even further. Who can withstand such onslaught and for how long? I think it will make Karn much better fighter.

By the way I just remembered Karn also knows Force Lightning. We have not used it in a while and it seems like it could be a good attack potentially usable in many situations. Being shocked by lightning may stun a living opponent or at least break their focus. I wonder if it could be also used to disrupt, stun and/or damage machines and androids or even those cybernetic implants from Earth like the energy absorbing devices in Krillin’s hands or Tien’s infinity engine.

Very true.
This has been Karn's most effective training camp to date.

A very good question. Haven't seen or heard of him in quite some time
>>
Been diving through the archives to pass the time. I kind of like the earlygame invasion missions and large scale battles, I wish I was there for it at the beginning.
>>
>>6164182
It was a wild time. SCQ has certainly changed in scope over the years. Like the Siege of New Salda. One hell of a war, but not something I ever plan on writing again. Keeping up with all of that nearly drove me mad.
>>
>>6164220
I'm just surprised at how many things were alluded to or joked about in the early threads that ended up paying off many sessions later, like Trunks being a halfwit or Anons being horny for a Towa threesome ended up being true
>Siege
Shit man, I didn't even write the thing and I had to check previous threads more than once to keep up with what was happening. And honestly, I don't think there's any force left in our universe that can really muster up that kind of large scale fighting force against the saiyans without getting their shit rocked. Which is why I'm expecting the army of Zamasu to be about 20-30 strong. A major threat since it's Zamasu (Zamas? Zamasi? Zamasus? Produce? A Fruit Salad?) but not too insane numbers-wise.
>>

Quite a lot has happened. And there is still even more to come.
Thankfully not. And if there is some sort of cosmic force, it'll be usually a 1v1 type situation like Darkseid or small groups like the Zamasu Legion. Thankfully they're spread out across, well I won't say exactly how many, but a lot of timelines.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 231 Epilogue I-

AGE 759, NEW SALDA

“And this is the armory, Zarbon's in charge of this one. Making sure we all have enough uniforms, fixing damaged pieces and getting new ones in is his job. We'll swing on in and get you a suit to train in, unless you're okay with your clothes you've got on getting damaged?” your grandfather asks, you looking down at yourself. At the clothes you've been wearing for years, from before defeating the Androids to running from Black. This outfit is your most comfortable, plus your adoptive mother Bulma got the clothes for you from her own wardrobe.
“I think I would like that.” you reply, your grandfather nodding and turning to the door, walking right up to it. The automatic door opens with a ring, artificial bells jingling. Walking in behind him, you see that he wasn't joking. Dozens of suits of Saiyan battle armor sit on the shelves, in all range of colors. White and black, purple and gold and every other color line the shelves as a voice calls from the hanging curtain you see towards the back.

“Just a moment, if you would!” Zarbon calls out, a moment later the curtain to the dressing rooms opens, you seeing a walking pile of discarded skintight suits and armor pieces with legs step out. “Let me get these into the laundry chute, and I will be right with you!”
“Take your time, Zarbon.” your grandfather replies, the alien starting a moment. He then redoubles his speed, rushing to a chute and throwing the mass of clothes down into it, turning back towards your grandfather by throwing his long braid over his shoulder. You recognize him, one of your early memories coming back. You see Zarbon standing by Freeza's side, holding a pair of the massive Namekian Dragon Balls while Dodoria killed the Namekian villagers! And before you've realized you were doing it, your fingertips of your right hand brush the sword slung over your back. Startling you out of the memories, seeing the blue-skinned alien looking curiously from you to Karn.

“And who is this lovely woman you've brought in today?” he asks, your grandfather once again introducing you. Showing no hesitation to claim you as his own, despite today being the first time you've ever met.
“This is Marron, my granddaughter. She's from another time, but she's still one of us.” he says, reaching over and patting you on the shoulder. “Marron, this is Zarbon. He's in charge of all of the armors for everyone in the city.”
“No small honor. And such an honor it is to meet you as well. Welcome to our time.” he says, bowing to you before turning back to your grandfather. “I take it-?”

“Of course. She's going to be staying with us for a while, so will need something to train in.” he says, turning to you. “He'll get you sized and fitted for a proper suit, so you can keep your clothes from being destroyed by the training here. Especially once we start turning up the gravity.”
“Up? You mean it goes higher?” you ask, eyes widening. You are Marron, daughter of Amaya and Krillin, survivor and ultimate conqueror of the Android menace. Savior of Earth and their final hope. After your time machine was damaged mid-leap through time to escape Amaya Black, you didn't go back in time of your own timeline. Instead, you reappeared in this strange alternate timeline. One where neither your mother nor Kakarot were sent to Earth, the Saiyans weren't wiped out along with Planet Vegeta, and Demon King Piccolo took over Earth only to eventually be defeated by the martial artists remaining who had also become androids. Which, is a situation for later, once you've adjusted to the present. Which, as you see now, is quite strange, Zarbon looking you up and down with an appraising eye.

“Yes, you'll do just fine for the newest armor I've gotten in. Come, come, go back to the changing room and take these loose-fitting clothes off. We'll have you wearing proper attire in a snap.”
“New armor? I can't wait to see.” your mother in this time, Amaya. Or, as she goes by her Saiyan name Chaya says, you turning and seeing excitement in her eyes. It is odd, seeing your mother a few years younger than yourself, but despite how heavily scarred she is, you can't deny that's who she is. And that she's clearly happy every time she sees you. So you acquiesce to the request, letting the blue-skinned alien usher you into the back. Finding a smallish changing room, Zarbon rushing further into the back looking for this new armor he's gotten in. Unbuckling the sword and setting it down on the bench before slowly, gingerly taking your faded jacket off, careful not to damage it. Once it's off you stop a moment, running a thumb over the left shoulder's Capsule Corp logo. Remembering back to the first day your adoptive mother Bulma had given it to you, after your mother's passing. Saying you'd grow into it one day, when you became big and strong like your mother.

“I miss you.” you mutter softly, setting the jacket down beside the sword in case you have to grab it, you then unbuckle your boots, taking them off and putting your socks into them before unbuckling your pants, sliding them off too. Leaving you wearing only the leotard underneath. Looking at yourself in the long, floor-length mirror before the door to the back slides open, you raising your hands to cover yourself while letting out a startled noise. “Eeeep!”
“Oh, relax, would you? I'm not here to peep at you.” he says, but as he sees the leotard, you do see him raise a brow. “All of it has to come off to put the whole suit on, or would you rather keep wearing this under?”

“Well, this was a gift from someone special. Someone who is, well...” you start, trailing off as you remember what happened to Bulma. Feeling yourself getting angry, lost in thought until Zarbon's hand on your shoulder snaps you out of your memories.
“I understand. If you like, I could take some measurements? Have duplicates made, so you won't be without?” he asks, you nodding after a moment. Clapping his hands, Zarbon then pulls a roll of yellow measuring tape from his hip, muttering to himself as he takes the tape all around you. It takes him only a minute, then when he's finished nods to himself. “Good. I'll get started immediately, in the meantime try these on. When you're ready, come out and show it off, we'll see what they think.”

“Thank you, Zarbon.” you say, Zarbon giving you a happy nod before whistling to himself, heading back out towards the front. Looking at the armor, the boots, arm guards and torso armor, you remember back to Namek. How you'd worn a suit of the armor when coming face-to-face with not only the Ginyu Force, but Freeza himself. Before your mother achieved the legendary power of the Super Saiyan for the first time. Remembering the better times when she'd come back, defeating the half-robot Freeza as well as King Cold before passing away to the heart virus. First you slip the armor on overhead, it resting on you almost as if it's a second skin, hugging your body tight. Not uncomfortably so, almost as if it were fitted for you. Then you don the boots and arm guards, both feeling comfortable as well. As if the entire suit was made just for you. “Wow.”

“Coming in.” Zarbon says, a second later walking into the room. He sees you wearing the armor and looks you up and down, nodding to himself. “Yes, yes. You're perfect! How does it feel?”
“This armor feels almost as if it was made for me.” you answer honestly, Zarbon clapping three times in swift succession.
“Absolutely perfect!” he says, turning to your neatly-folded clothes and taking them into one arm, then reaches to take the sword as well. “I'll hold these for the reveal, so-”

“Hold on, just a second.” you say, stepping over and taking the sword yourself. He turns from it to you, looking into your eyes a moment before nodding to you. Backing up, clearly seeing the weapon means more to you than a tool. You take it, putting the sword on as well before taking a deep breath, slowly sighing out. “Alright. I'm ready.”
“Wonderful. Wait for the signal, I'll call you.” he says, and before you can answer he steps out. “Alright, as you all reeeaaaady?”
“Of course, c'mon! Stop holding out!” your mother says, a light, laughing tone to her voice you'd missed so much. “Marron, come on out!”

“Phew. Okay.” you mutter to yourself, taking a deep breath, reaching out and pulling the curtain aside. Stepping back into the main room, you see your mother's eyes widening, sparkling with joy. You see your grandfather nod approvingly, even your grandmother looks impressed. But they aren't all, you seeing a quartet of young children who all seem to be between eight and fourteen years old.
“Woah! She doesn't have a nose!” the youngest boy says, you realizing he's different than the other three. His hair is golden and eyes bright green, somehow that young child has MASTERED Super Saiyan! “Hey, why don't you have a nose?”
“Hahaha. My father didn't have a nose either.” you say, laughing at the innocent question. Something that breaks the tension, a question you haven't heard in years. So you walk over, kneeling beside him and faux whispering. “It's a secret advantage in a fight. A bad guy's smell doesn't affect me at all.”

“Woaaaaah!” he says, green eyes widening as the two older children laugh, the youngest girl rolling her eyes. Looking the three over you turn a questioning look to Am-Chaya, who understands immediately.
“This is Marron. She's my daughter from another time.” Chaya says, the four's eyes all widening. “Marron, this is Karn Jr, the youngest of my siblings. Yes, he was born a Super Saiyan. And this is Okira.”
“Hello.” she says, barely opening her mouth to address you.
“And these two knuckleheads are Maz and Kayle, the younger twins.” Chaya continues, the two both turning to her and trying to argue. But as they do, seeing how happy and carefree these children are, you can't help but laugh while feeling a tear come to your eye. This place, this world is so different and vibrant. A world so full of life and laughter. And as you see your family you'd never known, who didn't exist in your time, you feel a sense of belonging you've not felt for such a long, long time.

After introductions are over, you and your wider extended family all leave together. Your grandfather continuing the tour, pointing out the smaller buildings until coming to the largest, centrally located. It towers above the other buildings of the city, despite only being three stories tall.

“And this is the administrative building. Where my team does the work for running the city.” Karn says, gesturing up the stairs to the second level's large double doors where a pair of Saiyans are standing, observing you all. “I have to come in and sign off on things, being in charge and all, but they do the really hard work.”

“Why are all of the buildings so... Short?” you ask, this timeline's version of your grandfather turning curiously around. “You all can fly and lift things the humans of my world never could imagine, but all of your buildings are only a couple stories tall. Even back on Earth, we had towers hundreds of stories tall. Why is that?”
“Oh, that's simple. They're easier to rebuild, and don't cause nearly as much damage if they're destroyed.” he says easily. “After the first ti-, no, after the second time New Salda was besieged. First time the Covenant invaded, they changed how the buildings are built during the rebuild. So, when the siege happened, it took only a couple months to rebuild. Hell, this city took only a month for one crew with my four youngest helping them to build from complete scratch.”

“From scratch? Wow, that's... Impressive.” you say, genuinely surprised. But, as you think over it a moment, it makes sense. If you had had another dozen of you during the cleanup after the Androids, rebuilding the cities and clearing away the damage, it would have gone exponentially faster.
“Yeah, we all helped build it!” Maz, the younger boy says, puffing out his chest with his little fists on his hips. “From the dirt up!”
“And most of us didn't break the pipes!” Kayle, the older of the girls says, the twins immediately going at each other once more. Trying to grapple and force the other to submit. You turn and laugh, but then another building with a short line of people coming out from the door catches your eye.

“Hey, what's that?” you ask, pointing towards it. Your grandfather, seeing you point turns, then smiles a bit fondly.
“Oh, that one? That's the restaurant those two, ahh, what are their names again?” Karn, your massive grandfather ponders a moment. “Two of Silver's students opened up their own restaurant as the city was established, wanting to move on from being apprentices. They're doing quite well for themselves, perhaps we'll go over there next?”

But as you're about to answer your stomach does for you, the mere mention of food causing your stomach to growl. To which everyone freezes, even the two young ones mid-brawl as they all turn towards you. Embarrassed, you feel your face heating up, but before you can say anything Karn just laughs, patting you on the back.

“I'm sorry, been rambling on and on, didn't even ask if you were hungry. C'mon, let's go.” he says, everyone agreeing as you all make your way towards the building. And surrounded by family, family you'd never even known you had, for the first time in a long time, you truly feel it. You finally feel like you are...

Home.

It has been months. After being back from the dead has Chilli noticed more differences in himself? He could not sleep, he looks different, he can still use Death Magic, but I think that being something else than all other normal mortals has probably also brought some other changes. Has he noticed something more?
Does Chilli’s planet’s avatar uses the crystal body often or does she use it only sometimes?
>>6163748
> Karn is far better with telekinesis, as he displayed to the earthlings.
True. Telekinesis is also very useful.
>In scale, not necessarily power. Especially with knowledge of making a god, and his now months of quietly mustering strength.
You are right. I should not underestimate Baby. He is still super dangerous.

Thank you. Merry Christmas to you all as well.
>>
>>6164705
>She is going to have a hard time to return to her own timeline. I mean she already likes being here and it’s been less than a day.
That's the thing, if Mechikabura okays it, her people might just immigrate to our timeline. She might not really have a reason to leave if that ends up being the case.
>>
>>6164705
Chilli has been through some harrowing shit for his age. Damn. Now I feel sad again
>You are right. I should not underestimate Baby. He is still super dangerous.
Its been plotting since what, thread 2? Baby is bad news of the highest order. hopefully it and Zamasu kill eachother first
>>6164708
You know, the possibility of those future people seeing their other self in our timeline is low, but not exactly zero. Would be weird, don'tcha think? Assuming they'd immigrate to RR Earth.
>>
>>6164716
>Would be weird, don'tcha think? Assuming they'd immigrate to RR Earth
Yeahhhhhhh, good point. For as tedious as it might be to do so, it's probably worth finding another Earth-like planet for them to relocate to instead.
>>
Had a thought. You think our enemies in hell bully the shit out of Dr. Nefarious for being the catalyst that set Karn down the path of the legend and making him stronger nearly every single time? Or does the late doctor wisely keep those details to himself, but the facts still haunt him?
>>
>>6164705
>Has he noticed something more?
Perhaps.
Yes, very. And, unlike lightning, CAN be used while Energy Body is active.
Extremely so. Depending on when/if you fight him again, he could be stronger than ANY Zamasu/Black you'll face.
Gutsbro really killed these art, man's a legend.
Having this vibrant world of life makes her miss the better times, but with how quickly everyone's taking her in, she'd feel very conflicted about returning to her own time. Which may or may not have to happen, we'll see what Mechikabura decides.
Thank you! Made my old man cry, with something of his own old man's I've been keeping carefully.
>>6164708
Very true. With no one left there to protect, why would she ever go back once it's done?
>>6164716
Ha. Would be interesting, should they come into conflict. But one would have to try taking the body another has, which isn't that likely in this timeline.
Perhaps. But would you recognize yourself from 40 years ago? And in a timeline where events WILDLY differed? How many people didn't survive DKP's city erasures?
>>6164719
A possibility. Or, perhaps like Super trunks/mai, they'll coexist with their own alt timeline selves?
>>6164720
A lot of them would just be impressed for how long he fought against the Saiyans. The Arbiters especially, IF they ended up in the same realm of Otherworld.

Ya know I just realized something. For as welcoming as we are of Marron, she might still feel a little disconnected as a result of her personal history, upbringing, and the cultural differences between Earth and New Salda.
That said, we DO have at least one acquaintance she would absolutely relate to. It's just that, uh...he might still be getting over everything that happened.

>New Salda, unlike her world, has WON every attempt to conquer it since the Saiyans took over. Whereas she's had to live through two hostile takeovers.
I was more speaking to the cultural gap between Saiyan and Human society, but point taken.
Really though, she should take it to heart that her kin are survivors and protectors, not just the blood-thirsty conquerors her timeline's Raditz, Nappa, and Vegeta made them out to be. She's got what it takes to save her people, it's in her blood.
>>
>>6164773
That's something she's seeing first-hand. Especially once training starts, when she sees not only how they train, but WHY many of them do. She already sees the difference between the Saiyans that invaded her earth and the Saiyans here. Which will only be exacerbated when she meets THIS timeline's Vegeta. Will shake her perceptions of the Saiyans of this time.
>>
>>6164775
Oh man, when she sees the bags under his eyes and the son he's so worried about, she'll probably freeze up thinking back to the cocky shit who almost blew up her planet.
>>
>>6164773
That's a poetic way to put it. I feel as though the slow cultural evolution from merciless spartan psychopaths to a more honorable but cutthroat race of loyal warriors was pushed along by Karn's actions (plus the PTO culturally diffusing more civillized conduct). Granted, it isnt all sunshine & rainbows and there's been quite a few growing pains, but I think this is the most natural approach to "redeeming" the Saiyan Race without going full U6 pussymode. Saiyans are either your best friends or your worst enemies.
>>6164782
Yeah, Vegeta's attitude adjustment will throw her the fuck off. Maybe that was the secret ingredient for Planet Vegeta and the Saiyan's survival. Judging by how King Vegeta III tried to hoodwink Beerus that one time, Freeza's barely contained disdain for the late king and his sneakier characteristics in general, maybe it was the fault of the old caste systems. Speaking of which, they're dead and buried, right?

>Officially. Unofficially, however...
Yep, growing pains. But it's not entirely unexpected, there's been drastic changes to Saiyan life in the <30 in-universe years since. Kind of like the insane leaps in tech between the 1900s-1970, but faster and deadlier.
>>
>>6164747
>Yes, very. And, unlike lightning, CAN be used while Energy Body is active.

>>

>>

Because, as GD just said, we can actually use Telekinesis with when Armored Up. Unlike Ki Blasts or Sith Lightning.
>>
>>6164844
I don't think he's here, but if he was he'd probably get his shit pushed in on this quadrant of the galaxy. His self-serving nature, greed, cruelty, treachery, incredible hubris, disdain for the environment and people around him, and his bad habit of making a mess big enough to be everyone else's problem? I can't think of anyone other than Sage that actually *likes* Eggman. He can't even tolerate another Eggman in the same room as him in the long term. It's why he has robots for minions; he can micromanage an army and they don't talk back or have that pesky "free will".

I can tell you exactly what would happen if Eggman was in this quest. It wouldn't be a matter of IF, but WHEN Eggman pisses off the wrong galactic faction and no hedgehog in the universe could save him. And considering the kind of shit he gets up to, he'd probably draw King Cold's ire first. It'd be a hell of a conflict, and I'd say Eggy's even more slippery than Babidi.
>>
>>6164865
>I don't think he's here, but if he was he'd probably get his shit pushed in on this quadrant of the galaxy.
I'm not so sure about that, it's something easier said than done. His creations are only really limited by the powersources he has available from what we see. If he were limited exclusively to the shit in his own setting, he'd be stuck to have the upper limit of his creations at the same level of Saiyan Saga vegeta at best - planet cracking and all that. In this setting, where vastly more potent powersources are available, he could easily scale up his shit. He could prove to be a pretty serious threat to the universe at large in that scenario.
I mean, shit, consider how he made killer robots powered by tiny baby animals. Things capable of terrorizing modern militaries with only critters with a power level of less than 1 to fuel them! Stick a Saibaman in one instead and you've got something insane.

...Then again, I stopped playing sonic games over a decade ago, so my knowledge is probably pretty out of date. I know there's some timespace nonsense going on these days, but I have no idea what it is. His powerscaling seems to go between 'Unstoppable nightmare that will outmaneuver you at every step' to 'Useless fuck who makes you wonder how he even got this far to begin with'.
>>
>>6164877
>His creations are only really limited by the powersources he has available from what we see.
>In this setting, where vastly more potent powersources are available, he could easily scale up his shit.
You make a good point. The Big Gete Star is just one of many busted items and trinkets out in the galaxy. That said, I'm positive that King Cold would go for his head on a pike ASAP. Unfit for his schemes, too untrustworthy to have as a minion, and far too dangerous to let roam free. I think Eggman would make wayyy too many enemies for his own good, both because of his expansionist greed and recklessness with bringing forth extremely powerful forces of nature.
>I know there's some timespace nonsense going on these days, but I have no idea what it is.
I'm no Sonic aficionado myself and haven't really played his games, but I'm somewhat aware that there's some eldritch bullshit in that world. Like whatever a time eater is.
>>
>>6164883
Actually, now that I typed it out, I have to wonder if he'd have the gall to muscle on Babidi's turf and try to control Majin Buu if he thought he was capable of doing so.
>>
>>6164885
He's ALWAYS trying to control powerful entities. It's his plot like 75% of the time. Especially if they seem brainless or unintelligent. Knuckles, Chaos, Shadow, Iblis, that thing he cracked open the planet to release in Sonic Unleashed, etcetera...he'd definitely try to control Buu.
Nigga really doesn't learn from his mistakes, does he?
>>
>>6164886
Well, he IS a main villain. Don't think learning his lesson is part of his job. But the bottom line is that the eggdoctor's hypothetical existence in this quest would piss everyone off, right?
>>
>>6164889
Yes, but feasibly in the "I hate to admit it, but he's more useful alive than dead" kind of way. His inventions are obscenely good. And he does bring out the best in others through adversity, as much as he does make trouble.
If you could, say, trap his brain in a simulated environment that he fully believes is real so you could harvest his virtual inventions for real technological progress? That'd be great.
Or if you could get him to agree to torment an entire planet's worth of warriors so they could grow stronger in a perpetual arms race with one another, that'd also be great.
>>
>>6164891
On one hand, I can see the angle of his ego motivating him to create machines to outcompete his opponent's best efforts. On the other hand, who'd tolerate it in the beginning?

Alright, I KNOW that Eggman has a way out of that shit, I just don't actually know what it is. Maybe he has a contingency in place on all his robots to do whatever it takes to free him in the event of mind control or bodyjacking. Or maybe he has nanomachines in his body to make bodyjacking him a nightmare (and manage his cholesterol).
>>
>>6164924
>You've got tiny robots in your bloodstream specifically to kill any other tiny robots that get into you?
>Correct!
>What do you use to power them?
>Bacteria!
>Fucking HOW!?
>MUAHAHAHAHA I'LL NEVER TELL YOU!
Fucking Eggs, man.
>>
>>6164932
Just looked it up and jesus christ, depending on the version of it, it can get much MUCH worse.
>Back when he was in his bio-mechanical body, Eggman, then known as Robo-Robotnik, had the ability to roboticize someone with a single touch after making upgrades to his "Eggman" body. He also had the ability to bio-mechanically interface with his computers, allowing him to extract information more easily, although this at the same time made him vulnerable to computer viruses. As Robo-Robotnik, Eggman was essentially unkillable due to being able to transfer his mind into other robotic bodies before he could be destroyed, enabling him to survive death multiple times, and if a body was too difficult to locate, he would still be able to stay alive within the digital world.
Also created shit such as
>An engine that can traverse dimensions
>A cosmic reset button
>An interdimensional gateway
>Teleporters
>Mind control headbands
>A Matter/Energy Transmuter
>A molecular destabilizer to wipe niggas out of existence with
>Various psionic-enhancing and utilizing shit
>A nuke that turns anything within 100 miles of it into a robot
>A different nuke that turns an entire PLANET's population into a robot
>Perfect time machines
>A reality-rewriting wave that can make new timelines, alter adjacent realities, reshape the physical universe, and undo acausality in anyone he wants
This nigga is a fucking MENACE. What the hell man. He's pissing off literally everyone with this shit. Being able to undo Fateless protections is insane.

>How do I reformat to avoid spam? Splitting this into 2, let’s see if responding to less people works.
You can thank hiroshimoot for being a dickhead. In addition to the 15 minute EMAILS timer, there was also a hard limit of about 8 put on the amount of posts you could directly reply to at a time. I swear, if you weren't here forever he'd be bleeding out users like crazy. Anyways,
>So long as his ambitions were kept to a single planet, he wouldn’t draw notice.
>implying Eggman would be humble
Lol
>Thankfully that particular one was found early. Imagine if BABY or Rildo got their grubby mitts on that thing at full power
Pls no. I have zero regrets blowing the Big Gete Star into space crumbs.

>The same problem Cold had with the Saiyans early on. Potentially useful, but also dangerous and if turned could cause serious problems.
It was a risky investment from his position, but it did pay off in the end, didn't it? King Cold from thread 1 probably wouldn't believe the accomplishments the saiyans made up to this point unless his future self told him.

Lmfao, he probably would do that

Holy fuck. I'm aware that feats vary between different installations and mediums, but if he had that in his arsenal then whose shitlist would he NOT be on?

Good question. Probably post-dethroned Chronoa. He'd be a REALLY good ally to have against a family that has multiple Fateless.

Whatever happened to Amazon?
>>
>>6165084
Amazo you mean right? Probably still fucking off into space
>>
>>6165085
The auto correct got me.

I hope with all the body snatchers going around, none of them have fucked with the golden robot yet.
>>
>>6165087
That's one way to get a gameover...
>>
>>6165090
>That's one way to get a gameover...
For the body snatcher. Trying to take Amazo's body, with all his copied and now EVOLVED resistances? Asking for trouble.
>>
>>6164921
>Yes, but they’re less effective than punching and hitting someone with the shock wave outside of base form.
What if we learned Force Burst or Destruction? The former is like a Ki Blast, stronger but perceivable by the naked eye, meaning it can be blocked or dodged. The latter is a Dark Side power though, and it's absurdly strong, but under Star Wars rules, it uses way too much power, which I don't think would be a problem in this combined setting with our power level.
>>6164961
>This nigga is a fucking MENACE. What the hell man.
That depends entirely on how GD wants to write him, if we ever even get to meet the guy. He might be capable of a lot in his own setting, but we're operating under completely different rules in this amalgamated verse.
>>6165128
Talking about Amazo reminded me of a question I wanted to make, Towa couldn't have known if it was possible, but could he actually have analyzed the Berserker Soul? The technique copier from the Underworld might've, but his ability is automatic and deeply flawed, always biting him in the ass in every fight he had with Karn, more of a mirror match thing, and the readers at the time didn't check to see if he was drawing power from the Berserker Soul (would've either made the fight easier or proven he couldn't copy that part of our power). Then the mirror holding/faced Stand did it too, but it's a Stand, it follows it's own rules, it'll remain a mystery how it did it.

But Amazo... I don't think he could, despite all his power, the android has always been a being of Order, when faced with Chaos, it immediately set him off into a loop, like a VI against the Liar Paradox, as if Chaos was something that could be analyzed. Same thing should happen with the Berserker Soul, as far as I'm aware, after it fused with the Berserker Soul of the pruned Reality, it obtained a "Domain", for lack of a better term, over [Nothingness], which is what allows it to accomplish The Impossible, (to say nothing of the surviving DETERMINATION in it) making the Berserker Soul a tier of Chaos above the one found on DC Earth. Chaos in DC is just "everything that is possible, what could be," Nothingness on the other hand would cover "everything that is not possible, what could not be." If the former is already too much for Amazo, then I don't think he can analyze the latter either.
>>
>>6165204
He might not have been able to copy the Berserker Soul itself, but I have no doubt he he would be able to emulate the mutations caused by the Berserker Soul, which would effectively translate to the same multipliers and physical traits.
>>
>>6165204
>>6165205
How in the fuck was this creature even built again? On a planet that hardly attained spaceflight?
>>
>>6165205
If he limited himself to the physical mutations, yeah, most likely.
>>
>>6165208
Nanomachines son.
>>6165212
The physical mutations might be the limit of what he would be able to observe at a glance. That said, I'm pretty sure he could copy a Stand if he wanted, so he may well be able to copy legit Soul shit if he so chose.
>>
>>6165208
Technically, he wasn't "built", Ivo made him run on automatic. What turned him into the insane power house we see, was probably a combination of Kryptonian biology and the Speed Force as a power source, we know Superman Prime (One Million) is a potential power up for Kryptonians here, add the Speed Force and suddenly you can skip the 15.000 years of sun dipping. Admittedly, his nanotech and scanner should not have been possible to develop on DC Earth, I have no idea how Ivo managed to build those. But the AI itself is more down to earth, it has failed to abandon dead ends it's scanner couldn't crack open.
>>6165214
>I'm pretty sure he could copy a Stand if he wanted
Honestly, I have no idea if Amazo could, Stands follow their own rules, he might copy a few, but I think the majority just wouldn't play nice with his scanner, especially against Stand abilities that active upon being "observed", to say nothing of what other abilities would also activate because his observation fulfills some other condition, like Wonder of U's "pursue" condition.
>>
>>6165221
>Honestly, I have no idea if Amazo could
I mean, Kars could and did, and I'm pretty sure Amazo has just as much potential for growth and change, if not more so.
>>
>>6164648
it's weird to see bulma with purple hair and eyes. I guess this was made late dragonball to early Z
>>
>>6165230
Toriyama had a habit of mixing up the colors in his illustrations, especially during early dragonball. I forgot the reason why, I think it's because certain colors conveyed a mood better in each drawing?
>>
>>6165253
>I think it's because certain colors conveyed a mood better in each drawing?
Yes, but also he kinda just forgot stuff at times, God bless him.
>>
>>6165223
Kars did not copy Star Platinum though, he managed to unlock "a similar type of Stand as Star Platinum," which got him The World, similar to how being so good at a specific skill can get you a specific Stand, like Hermit Purple, Pearl Jam, Cinderella or Ball Breaker, there is a physical element that affects the Stand phenomena and allows them to be born. Amazo may be capable of outright copying select Stands, an impressive feat, but not all of them, and a few may have conditional abilities that would not play nice with his scanning. Stands are never gonna have a "one size fits all" solution to them.
>>
>>6165255
Honestly, now that I think about it, Amazo might end up surpassing the idea of a Stand entirely. Hell, he might even have the capacity to gain the notice of a Beyond, or even develop his own.
>>
>>6165262
>Hell, he might even have the capacity to gain the notice of a Beyond, or even develop his own.
Pfft! No. Beyond is not something you unlock, or even something you can "earn", they choose you, and "gaining their notice" means very little. If Wonder of U is [Calamity] as a Stand, then Beyond is [God] as a Stand, in other words, GD would have to become Amazo's Stand. Not even the Kars from the JORGE JOESTAR LN could overcome Beyond's metapower, and the Kars from that LN is way more capable than the Kars from this Quest. If Beyond is a thing here, then there can only be one possible candidate, with multiple temp-users, Karn and his family.

>CHAOS emeralds
>THE ELEMENT OF CHAOS
>WHICH EVEN MECHIKABURA STRUGGLES TO REIGN IN
>>
>>6165204
You misunderstand what "using too much power" means. What energy source do you think the force runs off of?
If he observed it, yes. Amazo's powers are vision-based, he can copy what he SEES and comprehends down to biology and even alien weapons he's not seen and that don't use a conventional power source, like a Lantern ring or Hawkgirl's mace. And his vision isn't limited to human-visible spectrum either, he sees damn near everything.
A bit off on what the definition of the erased reality is, but a good observation and thoughtful.
>>6165205
Oh absolutely. Amazo specifically copies the PHYSICAL. What he can see, even on the molecular level.
>>6165208
Autism of a dying man.
>>6165214
Ha
>copy a Stand
IF he could perceive it, possibly. Stands have their own rules, and some things don't make logical sense with them.
>>6165223
Kars is different. He couldn't SEE Star Platinum until he figured out what spectrum it was, what part of the brain to activate, as well as a few other conditions.
>>6165230
He always colored her purple, before the anime did her blue. Which is why Trunks was purple, Toriyama colored him first.
>>6165255
Yes, it's more accurate to say Kars copied Star Platinum's "frequency". Which, as it turns out, is one inhabited by two Stands.
>>6165262
>Beyond
Let's not touch that idea
>>6165317
Power scaling can get dumb.
